As you can see it reaches an opinions average is practically the highest, and it's based on a high number of opinions, so we may say that the valuation is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are happy with the service, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Coffee Shop is included in the category of Coffee shop.
Great spot for coffee and pastries. Parking is easy and there are plenty of tables to sit at. Great place to get work done as well.
Loved our experience at this quaint coffee shop! Great place to enjoy a wonderful latte!
I love to study here and their chai is to die for!! I just wish those Chorizo breakfast burritos were cheaper :(
Great coffee, super friendly people, and overall a pleasant place to sit and read a book, work, or chat with friends.
Superb one
I have found Home :-) seriously the best coffeeshop in the City!
Delicious Pastry! Best croissant I have had, including in Paris.
The drinks are crafted with care, the chai bread is wonderful, and there are always friendly smiles when you come. And free Wi-Fi!
They make the best London fog in town!
Excellent.
Chocolate Chai to die for!
One of the best coffee places in KC!
Very chill coffee stop! Loved my drink and visit here
If have ever, do, or may at some point drink coffee you should go here. Hip atmosphere, and the best frozen coffee drink I've ever had.
Drink was good people were friendly!
Great little coffee shop near UMKC. I don't drink coffee, but I always get hot chocolate and it is delicious. Staff is always nice.
delicious coffees and drinks, yummy pastries and such, great staff, comfortable cool decor
Great place. Friendly staff. Excellent coffee. Crow's South is the same.
Cool place to drink coffee.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the most wicked Chai anywhere. The dirty Chai is the best (regular chai latte with a shot of espresso). They also have day old cookies or pastries for half price sometimes, and they are open until 9 p.m.
For someone who doesn't know a thing about coffe they helped me personally choose something I would like; their honey orange iced latte was pretty good
Best mint iced tea ever!!!
I wasn't a fan, but my boyfriend seemed to enjoy it.
Great chocolate chai. Cool and friendly baristas!
The Philly cheesesteak was great. I'll have to come back and get a whole one. The drinks and service were excellent too but that Philly...
Good coffee, friendly staff. plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee.
Coffee was passable, staff was unfriendly. Felt like I was burdening them for a cup of “premium” coffee, definitely wouldn’t go back solely based on the service. I’d recommend oddly correct or messengers.
This is a great coffee shop. They have great tasting coffee beverages with traditional dairy plus non dairy options like oat milk. Friendly staff. Excellent food. I highly recommend their quiches, any variety they have on hand.
Bakery is overpriced. Was sitting on wood stool in concrete corner and had fleas jumping all over me. Coffee is good though. Wouldn't hang out in there.
Great coffee, Wi-Fi, trendy atmosphere
Cool place to just be, sit, having coffee, organizing your day. Very friendly staff. Simplistic and neat, fairly quiet place.
Go here almost everyday to have a coffee and study. Very cozy and staff is welcoming. Oh yeah, coffee is delicious!
Great coffee. Rude service. Can cut the pretension in this place with a knife.
The coffee is really good and they have the best service I have encountered in a long time. I keep recommending it to a ton of people in the Bloch school.
Best coffee close to UMKC. Baristas are friendly and skilled. Atmosphere is great for working, studying, or meeting. And though it's almost always busy, it's rare not to find a place to sit.
Great coffee. Cool little hangout spot.
The barista was super awesome, and there's just a general awesome vibe in the "hipster" coffee shop
Awesome little find! Great brew, delicious breakfast, good conversation with Zach!
Really good coffe, and a good place to hangout with friends.
I didn't really buy anything, but they seemed like a bit of a dreary lot.
Nice coffee shop with a good cold brew.
My favorite place to get coffee! Friendly staff, great coffee, wonderful atmosphere! I love locally owned and operated businesses!
The breakfast burrito was microwaved, and the coffee wasn't the best in the world. The staff was nice, though!
Good coffee and great service! All you could ask for.
Great atmosphere and coffee! Also a fun place to people watch and catch up with friends.
Nice quirky place
Coffee shop right where I want one! Plenty of seating outside. Love the food choices.
Definitely the best coffee in Kansas City Not only is the coffee here the best I have ever had, but the baristos/baristas are pretty great too. Just average laid back people who are a nice contrast to some of the other KC specific coffee shops.
Good coffee, best artisnal poptart ever.
Best cafe au lait I have had outside of New Orleans
I feel like I'm always here enjoying a hot cup of coffee. I've never had a bad experience!
Loved my iced mocha! Powder and all!
This was my first visit here; I ordered a 20oz mocha... and a quiche- worst coffee ever. The coffee tasted fishy and bitter only redeeming quality was that it was hot. The quiche was good and the crust held together well. I won't be stopping for coffehere again though!
No better place to go for coffee. Good service good coffee. Easy atmosphere.
They know coffee, but they're not snotty about it. Tip generously.
Best cappuccino in town! Crows Coffee owner is friendly and engaging. Had great experience here each visit. Definitely recommend!
Great almond milk latte. Very friendly baristas. Great spot where there aren't many other local coffee shop options around. Fantastic little space. Reliable WiFi. Always love the chance to meet up with folks at Crow's.
Mediocre
Locally owned bussines that provide great service and ambience!!! Love this place and the entire staff.
Gibraltar (Cortado) was tasty. Good music, cozy.
The guys working here were pleasant. Calm vibe. Highly recommend the Crows chai and not really anything else; just saying
The espresso here is unbelievably good. I keep sipping my drink and continually being astounded at how much I am enjoying it. Godly.
Great coffee, friendly people...definitely recommend the ham and cheese croissant!!!
Favorite coffee shop in KC thus far.
I love the white chocolate mocha!!!
Great local coffee shop.... The people are great and so is the coffee!
Incredibly friendly staff, cozy environment, and a great crowd that makes it easy to be productive. Plus, the coffee is top-notch: on par (if not better) than anywhere else in KC. Try the depth charge
Great coffee, however if you like to enjoy your coffee on the patio, be advised... Every day, there is a homeless guy, “Scrappy”, who occupies an entire table and has his belongings with him, resulting in a very unpleasant odor. I really feel bad for him, but the business shouldn’t enable this so that other patrons can enjoy the patio.
Good coffee, but 5 dollars for an iced coffee is a bit much.
Been coming here since the beginning. Love this place!
I love that I smell Chai when I walk in! Yum! I had their chai, and it was tasty. The writing on the bathroom walls provides its own unique entertainment.
Best coffee in Kansas City and I am a coffee fanatic. The environment is super relaxing and friendly even the owner is externally friendly. It’s a bit out of my way but I make it a point to go here every so often to support my favorite local coffee shop!
Excellent as always
This is now my regular neighborhood coffee stop for University District, Crestwood, South Plaza. (It was Aixois but constant rotation of baristas became exhaustive.) I'm a Westport kid at heart and still love a good Broadway excursion. Parisi is nice but a destination. Quay, Second Best, Kaldi's, and Thou Mayest: not my scene. So many other shops around town to consider; I often times wonder why I tried elsewhere. To the lady who mentioned not getting a full mug or cup- I might have complained about the same, but with inquiry, you'll find that an 8oz latte doesn't fill a 12oz mug... an example. "Perceived value". I get it, but also, if you feel like you didn't get what you ordered or you were cheated, bring it up in store and I am sure these skilled folk will either explain the offset or fix an error.
I love locally owned business and I especially love it when the owners have a good heart and are involved in the community. The owner and staff of Crows (and I've been to all three KC locations) are top-notch humans and that is reflected in the environments they have created at each of their locations and in the beverages and food that they serve. Highly recommend. (Photo credit: Crows Coffee Facebook page. 51st Street (original) location. January 2019)
Crows is a great spot to meet up, whether you're going there to study or meet with a colleague. I can see this being a good date spot even though it sometimes feels more like a study location. Great coffee and short wait times for it!
Small local coffee shop, good black iced tea!
This place is great! Stopped by before our drive to Denver and we're glad we did! The ambiance of the place was just what we needed. Prompt service, a variety of baked goods, and splendid coffee and chai. There is also a patio.
I enjoyed the coffee! They were also very nice to my dog.
Great coffee. Great people. Neighborhood charm.
The Ethiopian coffee was amazing! It had hints of chocolate and raspberries. Absolute delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful!!
Awesome atmosphere, awesome people, awesome coffee? What more could ya ask for?! Loooove their quiche! Will be my go to place for coffee in KC!
Some like it hot...good coffee and service, come here often if you like a sauna with your beverage!
Every Friday morning this is my pit stop before I head to work. Workers are always nice and sometimes the music playing strikes a huge chord with my nostalgia for 90s rock alternative. Like this place a lot. Been going there for 6 months now and won't stop anytime soon.
Best latte ever. Guy was even nice enough to bring it out to my table. Prime.
This is a great stop! Very courteous staff. If you are a chai tea lover, good news, it is made from scratch! Yes, you read that right. This location is on a college campus, so it may be busier during semesters. But worth the stop!
I love coffee, and Crows has some of the best tasting coffee I've had ... ever! Anytime I have a friend who loves coffee I always take them to Crows to see what they think, and so far every time they are very impressed! The atmosphere is also warm and friendly. One of KC's best!
Great coffee and eats. Always interesting and changing music and wall hangings. Open at 6 am daily.
Not great, but ok
A cozy atmosphere with delicious coffee!! The staff was kind and offered great service. They had a great selection of pastries and snacks too. You must try their chai tea latte!!
Wonderful people, great coffee, amazing prices. The spot is perfect for groups, getting work done, or just reading a book.
Oat milk chai is a delight. Order it extra hot.
I really liked this coffee shop, it was comfy, staff was fast and friendly, and the matcha Latte was great!
Nice selection of coffee and pastries. Drinks are well made.
The coffee was good and a nice place to hang out.
Really excellent coffee shop near UMKC. Nice ambience, fantastic coffee, and great people.
Great atmosphere and location, very well made lattes, and delicious pastries. Would definitely visit here more often if it was closer to me! Highly recommend.
Great coffee shop, love the breakfast burritos.
The perfect pick me up for those "I wanted to sleep in but instead had to get up and clean my cat's projectile vomit off the window, curtain, and couch" mornings. Great service. Recommend the London Fog.
The staff is great and the coffees are great. I love the seasonal flavorings and their pastries. Get the strawberry pop-tart.
Food is super good!(this quiche I just ate was amazing) Coffee & espresso is done right..(exceptional iced and hot latte's)
Delicious brew in an eclectic environment.
The drinks were good and the staff was extremely friendly. Nice quiet environment for studying and reading when we went.
Easy going vibe, no pressure.
They have phenomenal coffee!
The parking situation is kind of crazy and getting in and out of the parking is also crazy but the tea is very good and it seems to have a very cool interior. Love all of the weird messages people wrote in the bathroom.
Very chill. Good atmosphere, nice people quiet.
Very nice place to study, unfortunately the wifi can be quite bad sometimes, they need to change the password more often. To discourage people from overusing who aren't even at the shop.
Loved the Chai Tea Latte, good flavor and not overly sweet as found most places.
Good coffee and a great place to study and get work done
According to Kansas City Star, this is one of the top ten locally own coffee place around town. I have tried 5 so far and this is not the best. I would recommend messenger or black dog coffee over crow. Coffee is under extracted so it’s sour and limited selection of bakery. However, any locally owned coffee shop would be better than Starbucks.
I began meeting at Crows with one of my classes. I was skeptical at first, but now I'm glad I found this little place! Nice atmosphere, kind and helpful baristas, AMAZING cream cheese danishes. The tea and coffee never fails to make me happy about going to class. Definitely worth a try!
Telepathic baristas streamline the ordering process.
Crows Coffee is a great local coffee house with good atmosphere and good selection of coffee and teas. The clientele is a diverse group of people from college students to business professionals.
Friendly place with great coffee!
This review is about their hot chocolate. The reason for two stars is that we actually got warm milk, thus missing the chocolate and sugar, yet this wasn't a mistake, they just thought they were making a hot chocolate. I know this is a coffee shop and I hope to give them another try for what they should do best. I hope they try their hot chocolate and either quit offering it or seriously do a better job. I did appreciate the decorative detail to the cream on top. The prices seemed really reasonable.
I frequent two of their three locations and both places consistently have the best "traditional cappuccino" in town. They have good breakfast burritos, but I'm not a fan of their baked goods.
I recently went a friend for coffee and a snack. His breakfast burrito made him sick and my quiche was very plain. I make better coffee at home.
Undoubtedly one of the top coffee shops in Kansas City. This cafe tucked in 51st street includes local Kansas City customers and friendly baristas. The seats are often lined with UMKC students typing away. You will also see families that regularly visit with their excited children ready to sip their hot chocolate. I sincerely enjoy this location as it has traditional coffee house mixed ambience with the music ranging from The Fray to rap. The baristas and customers are always friendly, creating a pleasant welcoming environment. One of the coolest aspects of this coffee shop is the bathroom. The walls are blank and have writing written all over it from various customers ranging from Harry Potter quotes to philosophical ideas. It is fascinating and makes you want to spend an extra couple of minutes, pondering everyone's thoughts. Basically, don't forget your bathroom break when you visit and bring a sharpie! There's a newer location in Waldo that I will eventually try, but for now I am content with the ideal coffee shop.
Cute lil place with patient baristas
Simply the best coffee in Kansas City. The baristas are all professionals and consistently make amazing coffee.
Loved this place!! Coffee amazing! Breakfast veggie burrito was so good! The place itself is very nice inside, service awesome and crowd very colorful. 5 stars!
Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, and delightful tea and coffee.
Awesome service, great scones, my coworker and I's favorite morning stop.
I stop in every morning when I'm in town. Good coffee, friendly staff and the best scones anywhere!!
Located in the same place as the iconic Muddy's coffee shop, this newer version keeps the eclectic feel and hip vibe of Muddy's with an updated menu and better coffee. Great meet up place for business folks or college students.
Solid coffee great service.
Way better than competitors.
Good spot. Parking is a pain, but otherwise good.
I go here almost every morning. Their coffee and customer service is always top notch. I suggest the americano and breakfast burrito. - They also open at 6am where most places in Westport don't open until 7am.
They are so nice in there! Great location, tasty pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
Kyle, Alice, Zach and team never steer you wrong on a great coffee here. They have pastries and other nibbles you can get as well. Very well run and great crew.
Incredibly friendly staff who made it so easy for me to order when it was my first time. The Toddy is excellent and I ordered the weekend biscuits and gravy on the jalapeño biscuit - SO good! Definitely going back soon and looks like an excellent study spot.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere with exceptional coffee and great customer service. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
Crows coffee is a good location next to UMKC the service is okay and now they're starting to serve wine
Cute cozy little shop with really good coffee
A great artisan latte, friendly staff, neighborhood environment. One of my favorite local places to get coffee.
A) How do you not know what pastries are in your case? B) When I ask for your smallest size, why make an 8 ounce and charge me for a 12 ounce? C) If I ask for almond milk, after you've already overcharged me, why are you now charging me an additional $.60 when the difference in drink prices is $.40??? I would've given you the two dimes and moved on but you had to make a big deal about almond milk being charged for the size of cup I was rung up for when I didn't order that size. Probably won't be back tbh - your staff is just incompetent.
