You will be able to see the information of people who are using the services of Cozy\'s Cafe (Coffee Shop) in the state of Kansas.
Right now the business gets a rating of 4.4 over 5 and that rating was based on 532 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is quite good, and it is founded on a large number of reviews, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite accurate. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they are happy with the service, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to write feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Coffee Shop belongs to the category of American restaurant.
A delightful treat for the senses. Food is breathtaking and delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. Whether you're on a first date or out with friends this place is right for you...
Small establishment, good food, fast service, only thing I didn't like was every plate/cup we had gotten had a chip out of it. I'm sure we just got unlucky but one edge was sharp on my plate which caught me off guard. I will still go back food was fantastic.
This place is adorable and the food is so wonderful. the staff was nice. but...it took almost 15 minutes just for someone to take our order and then another 40 minutes before we got the START of our food but some people in our party never got their bacon or the syrup they asked for. The people behind us sat for 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to them. The water had soap in it for some of our party. Another couple near us waited for ages to get their order corrected because the wrong flavor pancakes came out twice! It appears to be a very warm family environment but the service leaves something to be desired.
Service was good. Nice friendly atmosphere. The food was pretty subpar though. And the espresso was not the greatest either. Not a huge fan.
The service and food was great! The atmosphere was clean and quaint! Their menu has a nice variety! I definitely would recommend if you find yourself in Overland Park, KS.
Great food
Food just ok, service good, atmosphere cozy but Camil was a sweetheart & made the experience much more enjoyable!
Very nice place to eat, friendly service, nice atmosphere, and good food.
Really good breakfast. A little pricey but worth it.
Enjoyable place, good food, a little more $$ than expected.
Ubsurdly slow service. Way overpriced for what you get. Good bread. Eggs overcooked. Avocado looked like some kind of spread that came out of a bag. The "European" I may give them a second try and see if lunch is any better, but my expectations are not high.
Apple pancakes are the shiznital bam snip snap Sally
Cute little place! Great atmosphere, awesome service and great food! This place was a nice surprise to stumble upon while out house hunting on a Saturday morning.
Ate here today, Nov 10, about 630pm. I had one of the specials meatball and spaghetti. I had pumpkin pie for dessert. My check came to $19.03 and that included a drink. I did like the fact that this is a more of a mom and pop restaurant and not a chain. The meatballs did seem to taste like they came from a frozen bag. The pie might have been past its prime. An hour and half after my meal, I barely made it home in time to the bathroom. Could have been the pie or maybe the sauce was stewing for too long that day. Since this was my first visit I can't speak that this is the norm.
Great food and service.
Hash browns not fully cooked, eggs over medium were undercooked as well. Nice atmosphere, good service.
Great service, quick and yummy food, and the atmosphere feels like a quaint bistro somewhere far away!
Great Breakfast. Wonderful staff. Owner a lovely lady.
Wonderful local neighborhood spot. I love going to Cozy’s for breakfast. Try the Prosciutto Eggs Benedict!
Very good breakfast fare and great coffee. Love the quiet ambiance.
Delicious Food & Great Service
Excellent food at very reasonable prices. The music is nice, not too loud. I enjoyed myself very much and will be back! I highly recommend Cozy's Cafe!!
Lots on the breakfast menu. Superb service!
Breakfast is awesome with a local mom & pops feel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Wow! Great food ambiance.
Can't go wrong with this little spot. Fast service and hard workers along with an amazing breakfast keep us coming back!
Went here for brunch after driving past many times. Great food and service in a family run cafe. Not the cheapest prices, but the amount of food is good. The hardest part of the restaurant is turning at the right time to get to it. We definitely want to return for dinner sometime.
Overpriced. Wait staff was rude. At least 8 if not 10 people working and about 5 tables of customers. Had to track down a waitress to get a refill on my 6 ounce coffee cup and she seemed put out. Food was mediocre. Biscuits and gravy seemed like they came out of a roll at the grocery store and a packet of gravy mix. Waitress who took our credit card brought it back and tossed it on the table beside me and walked away. No Thank You, no Have A Nice Day, no Come Again. What happen to common courtesy? Go somewhere else!
We LOVE this local diner!!! We've been coming for years and love the menu! Great food, excellent variety of options. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner offer American and ethnic options that will surprise and delight you! The owners are a constant presence, and take great care to make you feel welcome and at home! Portions are healthy and you'll leave with a snack for later... Clean. Fast and courteous service... Just wish they served wine and other libations. Regardless, the focus is on serving great food at very reasonable prices...
Staff are not very friendly. I got a to go order. Pancake combo and biscuits and gravy. No butter. No syrup. I will just keep going to village inn. It's a lot better.
Clean, friendly, home made desserts and a great menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Great place to grab a delicious breakfast
Great food worth your time
Very nice atmosphere. Excellent food. Great service.
Friendly staff, Excellent food,
Good food and atmosphere. I brought my two girls here one night while my wife was working a shift. While the adult menu is priced right for the food, the kids menu is high. I paid $9.00 for each kid, 3 and 6 years old, to have grilled cheese and fries. I would have politely left if I hadn't already ordered a drink before viewing the menu. I would like to return but given my wife and I rarely dine without kids I probably won't be returning too soon. I would give it four starts if they had a more reasonably price kids menu.
Closed for the week of July 4th. Opens up July 7
A unique environment family owned & operated bonus: breakfast is available all day
Food was tasty... But pricey for breakfast!
Great breakfast, and the blueberry pancakes were amazing. I'll definitely be back for more breakfast. Lunch too one day, haven't tried the lunch menu yet, I'm sure it is excellent also
good food like the atmosphere
Just had a late breakfast there. Its a nice clean place. A little pricey for breakfast and the sausage patty was hard as a rock. My waistress was a bit rude and unpleasant. Maybe I forgot to put deorderant on this morning. I still tipped her 20%. I wont be going back. Village Inn is much better.
Cozy is the perfect word. A+ service and food. Keep up the good work.
We have eaten here many times over the years. They have good food although the last several times the food is luke warm at best and the service is terribly slow with little more than a grumble greeting. Today the omelet was room temperature and the hollandaise sauce was cold after having to ask for it 3 times. Had to ask for coffee and tea refills. They don’t seem to be a very happy group of people. Probably won’t be back.
Visited with 10 women; the group was accommodated with grace.
They're racist
We absolutely love Cozy's! Always a pleasant experience and the Best Food! She knows us so well that she knows what we want before we order it. If you're too full to eat pie there, take it home for later. You must try Cozy's!
A colleague spotted this place and we were hungry. The facility was very nice and clean and the food was great. Had the three meat omelet breakfast and really enjoyed it. I'll definitely eat there again any time I'm in the area.
Not at all what we were expecting from the name. It was excellent Italian. We will definitely go back.
Very good! Fresh homemade dinner. Will definitely go back soon!
A nice atmosphere and good food. It was more upscale than a chain restaurant for breakfast yet still informal and comfortable. I had the bacon avocado omelet. I also noticed a case of fresh pies, cakes and creme brulee. I would definitely recommend Cozy's Cafe for breakfast and I am looking forward to trying it for lunch or dinner.
Great food and Great service!
Delicious food, definitely going to stop by again!
Cold food, the flattest omelette ever and uninspired service. Try ANY other place.
I can make a hell of a breakfast but there is amazing!
Locally owned and run, always friendly service and yummy food!
Nice place, great food, friendly staff
the Eggs Benedict is my favorite but I stretched myself ( ;) ) and tried the chicken salad..... WOW! AWESOME. that was the BEST chicken salad I have had anywhere! Thank you for being there!
They were probably just having an off day but this was our first experience with this restaurant. We were hopeful. The coffee was bitter, the hash browns were overcooked to potato chips and extremely greasy and had zero taste. I also saw one of the staff rearrange fruit cups with her ungloved hands. Bottom line won't be returning.
I ordered the lasagna and a side salad. Everything was really fresh and great. My husband enjoyed his omelet. Nice people. We will be back.
Biscuits & Gravy. (Bland, Watery Gravy). Pancakes were Average at best :(. 3 Stars bc Great Ambiance Outside. Cozy Patio. Dog Friendly Patio. Friendly Staff. Fast Service. Decent Prices. Overall an average breakfast joint.
This restaurant is a hidden gem and highly recommend you seek it out. My wife and I have samples six different entrées and they have all been superb. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the attention given to everything that makes up a great restaurant: food quality, service, and atmosphere. Go, you won't be disappointed.
We give there just about every other Sunday for breakfast and love the food always busy so arrive early
Very authentic home style kitchen. Fresh wonderful food made with care. Please do not miss this pretty little gem. One of the best lamb burgers I've ever had on a wonderfully herbed bun and the stuffed chicken on a stellar red sauce. Homemade desserts that put bakeries to shame.
I had dinner there for the first time tonight and it was absolutely wonderful. It might have been the best lasagna I have ever eaten. The staff impressed me even more than the food, everything was top notch. Will definitely be back when I am in town again!
We come to Cozy's about once a week. We love everything about it. Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. And our son adores Miss. Cozy!
Food was very good. 6 people everyone was pleased
Nice atmosphere , good food
They offer a made from scratch diverse menu that was delicious! The decor was really cute and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!
Waited 25 minutes and couldn't get a cup of coffee. The staff clearly favored the "regulars" and almost completely ignored about half of the tables. The servers were not very friendly and would tell us they were going to get menus and coffee but took forever on the menus and coffee never came. We ended up leaving to go get food somewhere else. I am very disappointed and I think one star is too good a rating. I will not be coming back.
This is a highly recommended place to eat! Love the the place. The staff is extremely friendly and greets you with a beautiful smile.
Personable and plentiful
This was a first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and food made to order, not something that was frozen and ready in a few minutes. The atmosphere was just as the name suggests, cozy and quaint. I like that all menu items are available all day and will certainly be sure to return.
Great spot on 75th street to meet friends for a delicious well-priced lunch.
This place was great. The service was nice and friendly. Good for a work lunch or solo dining, not really for a family outing. The menu could be expanded a little but they come off as a pretty small operation. I would definitely come back.
The food is fantastic and the staff is really nice!
This is a delightful and delicious hidden gem. The owner and staff and friendly and the food is wonderful. Each and every dish tastes homemade, and the lemon meringue pie is to die for. This is my favorite place to eat, alone or with friends and family. Truly marvelous!
There was no wait when I got there was able to choose where to sit. I had the Greek omelette and coffee which was delicious. Very good service and atmosphere, I really enjoyed my time there.
Very friendly. Think of the neighborhood restaurant with pretty high-end food.
Favorite of mine and my older friend. Quiet cozy surroundings, friendly owners and wonderful fresh ingredients and food, artfully presented for a modest price. The guys all love the meat loaf. Serving elegant breakfast dishes all day.
Diamond in the rough. The name and location suggest fried chicken, hamburgers and pie. The food and prices and closer to fine dining. Steaks, pasta and stuff I can't pronounce. Great food, don't get me wrong. Just a step above what we expected.
Update: After being to the restaurant a number of different times and days I'd like to add a 'fyi'- The service is highly dependent on when you go. If you go at peak hours it is not AS good or AS fast of service as normal. When the owners are working they also do keep a tight ship with regard to their servers. So. If you do end up going I would suggest you attend during not-peak hours to get the best service and food. Best restaurant I've tried in a long while. Everything was fresh, tasty, and portioned well. The dining area is extremely well maintained.
My poached egg was cooked too long. I like soft cooked. This bothered me and I didn't enjoy my avacado toast as much as I should have.
Slightly more expensive than other options in the area, but this small cafe boasts good food that is far more sparce in the grease depatment than alternative choices. The menu does not offer many different types of dining options, but instead favors many different options within each umbrella cast upon. I reccommend this spot for gentle dining and steady service.
Great food and service!
delish as always!! love this place!!
Love it so much, have been back several times. Delicious food, exceptional service.
Had brunch with some colleagues. We'd been excited to go based on other reviews, so I hope this was just an on off day. Bacon was not crisp, hashbrowns were not brown, rather both were soggy and not fully cooked. We couldn't tell who had the over easy and who had the over medium eggs, they were the same consistency of over done. Every employee in the room waited on us at some point, so we weren't sure who to flag down for refills, which weren't automatic, or when the checks never arrived after waiting with empty plates for awhile, or when one person's change never returned. Nice decor and ambiance, but there needs to be better one-point service and food. I know they were busy, but no one introduced themselves, providing a point of contact, or made any attempt to engage us. We felt more like an irritation to be handled as little as possible.
Cozy's Cafe is charming and has a wonderful menu. The only tiny drawback is the parking. Love the place!
Food was fantastic!
Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. My son is a fanatic for their hash browns.
Very nice staff and service. Great breakfast.
Great small cafe owned by a sweet Greek lady.
Always good food. Kinda hidden but great find. Great place for a date or get together with an old friend. I'm a new regular.
I have eaten here many times and the food and service are always excellent. This is a locally owned and operated restaurant and we enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended.
What a hidden gem! Wonderful mom and pop place - service was great, and the tortellini was fabulous!!
This is one of those places that make you CRAVE the simpler times. Every SINGLE thing I have tried (most sandwiches and dinners) has been some of the best food I've ever had. The brunch atmosphere is exhilarating and welcoming, and the dinner atmosphere is quiet, warm, and romantic. The prices are incredibly reasonable. We are customers for life.
Great place for breakfast. This is a true family restaurant, with the proprietor on the floor working with everyone else. Everything is made to order, fresh and delicious. The dining room tends to be crowded and loud, so don't go here if you're looking for quiet. Try the prosciutto eggs benedict.
Mom & Pop cafe that I simply love. Great menu, prices, staff etc...
Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and AMAZING food! We'll be back and we'll bring friends!
Lovely place! Great breakfast! Friendly staff! We will definitely be returning.
Haven't been there for quite sometime. Food was very good then. Cozy was her pleasant self. Parking was not a problem as I was there in the middle of the day.
Good food and good service. Grilled salmon sandwich was great!
Nope. Can't do it. The omlete was gas and hash browns were good. French toast horrid and cold and had to ask to be reheated.
Love ,love,the food,staff,and owner
Delicious food! Quick to be served and very friendly atmosphere. Have been at Cozy's before and will return.
Wow! Atmosphere is great. Prices are reasonable. But the food, the food is so deee-licious. The Eggs Benedict is so good, that now I can't eat it anywhere else. Beware, could be habit-forming.
Great service, quick and efficient, but confusing as to who your server is. I had 4 people from the beginning to the end. The gentleman that took my order, was nowhere to be seen following that. Still good experience all around.
We love this place, and tend to choose Cozy's for special occasions. Food is gourmet (and prices reasonable!), the atmosphere is warm and comfy, and the staff is extremely friendly.
Wonderful place to begin your day. My wife and I had brunch here. The staff was attentive and friendly, the coffee was always full, and the portion sizes were worth the price. The food tasted great. We will definitely be back.
Very good food- will be returning!
Amazing food and people!
A nice place to get a good breakfast. The lunch menu is really good too.
We happened upon this place looking for a quick Sat. Breakfast. We were served and eating within 15 minutes! Ordered biscuits and gravy, nutella crepes, and avocado croissant sandwich. All were very delicious. Crepes were large, my son could not finish them. Perfectly cooked! Fresh greens and avocado on the sandwich. Good coffee!
I have been to Cozy's several times and each has been excellent. Atmosphere is a bit European feeling, intimate but informal. Good for friends, couples, business and families. I have had quiche, panini, soup of the day (carrot, ginger, fresh, delicious) and have never been disappointed. The food is solid at very reasonable prices. The coffee is also very good. Attentive service.
I went to the jewelry store in the building next to this place. I've never set foot in it so it would be unfair of me to rate it. Blame Google for having too wide of a range on its location app. Jeeze
Delicious and excellent service. They clearly take great pride in their restaurant. Wish I lived here. I would eat here often.
Great little spot. Pricing was as expected. Great breakfast selection. Good quality
We were excited to try a local breakfast place. Went around 1030 on a Sunday with our 4yo and 1yo. It seemed like there were waaay too many employees walking around the small dining area. And if you asked foranything, it took forever to get it. When someone delivered our food, we asked for a small plate for our 1yo. Three minutes later we were still waiting and asked another lady who got it right away. The only girl on the floor we could count on to her what we asked for was a young girl with a dark, straight ponytail. Wish we would have got her name. Also wished we could have just tipped her. Food was okay. My husband felt that his omelet and hashbrowns were way too greasy. He had a meat mushroom omelet and all he could taste was the cooking oil. It also seemed like liquid egg mix. For the price, that was disappointing. Kids breakfast meals were $7. Maybe that's to deter little kids. Ours were the only kids in the place. We were surprised by the fancier interior given the look and name. (To me, "Cozy's" seems to imply a cozy, down home feel, but I was wrong) I work in a restaurant so I understand it can be hard to respond to customers needs right away when its busy. It just seemed like there was no organization of the dining room staff. Everyone seemed to be wandering somewhat aimlessly.
So delicious! You must try the nutella, walnut crepes with bananas. Super cute cafe. Pleasant wait staff. Very nice experience. Worth the price.
This place has the best Tortellini you will ever have. It is "Cozy" and charming with a European feel. It is perfect for a quiet date night or a dinner with the family. However, the service does need a little work. Also, Cozy's is a little secluded from other places but there are less people because of it.
Great Food Great Place!
Eggs Benedict was delish! Service is friendly and quick, owners are friendly and will chit chat while food is being made. Will be back again with friends!
Friendly staff, great food selection and taste, all in a small clean environment.
Good food and atmosphere, service can be slow but the staff is very polite
Food ok. Lots of flies.
Best breakfast in KC.
Excellent Food - Great Service - Fine Dining
Cozy's Cafe is the HIDDEN GEM in Johnson County for delicious food! Everything is made from scratch. You sometimes taste the "memories" of past LARGE FAMILY POTLUCKS, where everyone brought their BEST and most VALUED dishes for everyone to eat. Consummate attention to dishes that will delight your appetite. Cozy's service will also make you feel like you are in their home, not a restaurant, thus the name Cozy's, is absolutely appropriate. 5 stars!
Serviceably tasty comfort foods in an atmosphere that is... well, cozy. I've only been there for breakfast, but I got to order some very good onion rings, and that special favor counts a lot for me.
This place is wonderful. Food is made from scratch. Everybody is so professional there. Meals are delicious.. The restaurant is emaculate.
Food is always great and all them employee are super friendly
Outstanding service Quality food -well -prepared
Great food, very attentive service! Thank you cozy!
Love this little cafe. Always good food and great coffee.
My experience may have been soured by my company, the food is ambitious but can miss a bit and at the time, they were busy so service was slow. I may have had a bad day, they seem like lovely people.
Food is amazing. Literally everything on the menu is fantastic. The service is excellent. This is an excellent restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
Had a wonderful experience at Cozy's Kitchen. Not only was the meal delicious and the service friendly, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant lived up to its name, a delightful, cozy space to enjoy a meal with friends.
A cross between an intimate dining area and a comfy corner bistro, the cafe is marvelous. The staff are there to greet and wish you farewell. The food, yum! I'll definitely go again just based on the welcoming atmosphere it had.
Good food in a quiet environment. Friendly staff. Good prices. Several unique breakfast options. First time visitor but would definitely return if in the area.
Great service & awesome food. Menu has nice variety with a predominant Mediterranean style and flavor. Would have given 5 stars for quality of food, value and service. It is a cafe and not a high end restaurant is the only reason for 4 stars.
Always delicious! I love the eggs Benedict Florentine!
Food was pretty good...service was just ok.
It's hidden gem of Overland Park, with easy access off metcalf and shawnee mission parkway. Good food and atmosphere
Met friends for late lunch and was not dissapointed. Good food, friendly service. Only downside was it was a bit chilly in there otherwise we would have stayed for dessert.
Great food and service
Food was very good. Service a little slow but not bad. Love Cozy and her Arkansas accent.
Their food is delicious, service is quick, and they're very friendly.
Good food and great service
Love their breakfast!
Good little style cafe. Enjoy a great breakfast or lunch with a few friends. Who knows this might become your favorite little meeting place.
Classic American breakfast and great service...
The service was horrendous. There were a dozen servers wandering around and essentially doing nothing. Our waitress took our order and that was the last we saw of her. Water wasn't refilled once in over half an hour and the coffee only once. The food was overpriced and looked like it came out of a bag. The omellete was made with the pre-made egg liquid and the hashbrowns and omelletes tasted mainly of cooking oil. Disappointing experience and definitely wouldn't recommend this establishment or patron it again.
Very cozy indeed, hence the name, especially at 6:30am on a Saturday. Good food and friendly mother-like service. A little too much cheese on the egg croissant for my liking. Plus I felt it was just a tad overpriced. Maybe because it was the location and the fact that I come from a more rural setting where an egg is $.50 at a cafe.
Breakfast all day! One person had a sandwich, one a breakfast and one an entree. Everyone was satisfied with their food. We came in just before closing at 7:30. They had no decaffeinated coffee left and didn't want to make any. Didn't want to make anything using the the grill as it was already clean. But everything else was great.
Amazing pancakes and Cozy was very nice to visit with for our first time there
Great avocado toast with poached eggs and bacon. Could be a little quicker on coffee refills.
The service was terrible. We were forgotten about, & when they finally did take our order the lady was still eating something & even had food on her face. The food was processed & obviously not made in house. Then they even got our check wrong. On the way out, the manager was arguing with another customer about bad food quality.
