We go here often and the food is good, depending on what you order, (at times could be a little better), but we go for the cheesecake mostly. The last time we went, our server Zachary B was absolutely awesome!! He had a great personality and sense of humor! He kept our glasses filled the entire time we were there, and we had a very large group...he had to be tired going back and forth with our table and other tables as well, but he sure didn't show it! He seriously is the best server we have ever had at The Cheesecake Factory and other places, many servers could learn a lot from him! Thank you Zachary! ♡

We love this place! The food is very good, the service always seems to be excellent, and of course, the cheesecake is the reason to keep coming back. Very big and always busy (expect a wait for dinner) but the atmosphere, lighting, and seating makes it feel a bit cozy and somewhat private. Great place to take guests or meet a group of people as the menu is very diverse and large! Something for everyone.

I think it is a good restaurant overall, but perhaps attempts to be a few many things at one time (casual/upscale, premier/home cooked, etc). Many people love it, however, so it could be just my personal taste in seeking definitive categories.

As always, The Cheesecake Factory is a wonderful eating experience, however, I can't always say this about the service because each waitress/host is different. Today the hostess had a cold and stiff presence... I had to ask other people for things that she should have gotten for me. That's why I give this experience a 4 Star... If I had a better service provider, I would have given a 5 Star...

First visit, Jan.2nd, 2019-8:00pm. Handicap accessible? After parking vehicle, it was at least a 150 yard walk to enter restaurant. So dark inside, we had to use flash lights on cell phones to read the menu. My meal was a good old fashion stuffed cheese hamburger with french fries. My wife had a chicken salad sandwich and mushroom soup, The best part was the dessert - banana cream cheese cake. My meal was o.k.- my wife's meal wasn't. Will we return? Only if we get another gift certificate.

Food outstanding! Atmosphere very dark! Lighting very dim! Hard even to see the menu! At first when we walked in that evening, we thought it was simply until our vision could get adjusted. However that was not the case! When asking the waiter, he said that was the management decision! Asked if he could tell them to bring the lights up? Advised that many people before I had asked the same thing and received the same answer! No response to the request! So we ate quickly and headed out! Truly not a place to consider (well at least, not this one location)...on a great note though! Chocolate cheesecake, to die for!

The cheesecake factory is 2 hours from home. Stopped today for a takeout treat and ordered "Carrot Cake Cheesecake". Once home dived into this eagerly anticipated piece of heaven to find out I had "birthday cake Cheesecake". What a huge disappointment!

Absolutely delicious meal with my sister. Couldn't have asked for a better waitress! Super amazing place to eat. Though beware, for the eye of Sauron is watching at literally every single table. (For those who don't understand, it's a Lord of the Rings reference) Plan on returning to this specific location though it's almost an hour away from my home. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and felt at home.

Went here with family for lunch. The menu is a book and there is something for everyone. I had the Asian salad which was great. Everyone enjoyed the lunch. Only reason my review is not 5 stars is the cost, typically high but worth it for an occasional meal.

Cheese cake is really good. Wasn't impressed with the food we ordered off the menu. My shepherd's pie was sitting in grease. Staff did allowed me to order something else so I got the pasta carbonara. Not much flavor and I was crunching raw garlic. Food for the price is not worth it.

Bland. The Bistro Shrimp pasta definitely needed seasoning. Won't order again. Kids pancakes were good, but syrup had odd buttery taste. My grandson, who hates butter, refused to eat due to flavor. Doubt we'll be going back anytime soon.

Our dinner at 9:00 PM took over an hour and a half to get to us (party of 3). We had to ask to place our order, ask for bread which was never refilled, and had to ask for all of our drink refills. One entree was good, one entree was sent back because the pasta was so over cooked that it actually was starting to kind of paste together, then one entree had been sitting out so long a film had settled in on the pasta. A manager never even acknowledged the fact that a dish was sent back and not replaced. We will not be coming back here after this experience. A party of ten came in after us and was able to leave before we did, which is absurd.

This is a good restaurant! We had a small family dinner here in celebration of my sister's birthday. By the way, she got a free sundae with a cute little candle on top. The waitress, Linda, was very courteous and kind. Although, this place is quite busy, it's worth the wait.... and the cheesecake, divine!

We came here for the Mother-in-Law’s birthday during winter storm Bruce. We had a very friendly greeting and were seated immediately. Our server Chryspus took good care of us. Our food came in a timely manner and was very tasty. The in-laws split a dish for no charge which was nice. It was a bit pricey for lunch but it was a birthday treat. The deal on free cheesecakes when you bought a gift certificate more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful experience. We came for lunch on Wednesday just before noon and ate inside although the patio looked tempting on such a nice day. The booth was plenty big with room for six to fit comfortably so the 4 of us had plenty of room to spread out. Our server was professional, pleasant and patient (the menu is huge). I had the lunch portion of fish and chips and took home leftovers. Who could resist a piece of Godiva chocolate cheesecake? Not me. It had to be boxed up for later, too!).

The waiter I had was an arrogant high school loser that probably has the lowest marks known to the whole human race, he just smelled of Axe body spray and the liquor in the back that he is not supposed to get into. The portions are ridiculously small and are overpriced, the quality makes up for some of it, but not all of it.

Pretty good food, the macaroni cheese burger was very good. The room was really cold, needed to get the jackets out of the car. The table next to us had a loud group. There was a pillar next to my booth I had to squeeze around. Cookie dough cheesecake should have saved it, but it was just ok. Overall, better than average, but not the best around.

Average wait time for 6 on a Sunday afternoon is about an hour. We got our order in and food in a timely manner...I ordered steak tacos and they were great! Although only 4 small tacos for $16.50 which I thought was kinda pricey. Sisters ordered chicken marsala and they commented that it was very peppery which made it kinda spicy and was kinda lacking mushrooms. They have this dish every time they come here and said it was definitely prepared differently. We asked the server and she be said " she just brings the food out and doesn't know anything about how it's prepared.." asked if we needed to talk to mgr and we declined just wanted the kitchen to be aware of our concern. Overall a good meal!

Their menu is extensive. The wide variety of food offered is all very well prepared and no one I went with had any issues with their meals. All of the food is extremely rich, but they do have a number of lighter meals available if you do not want to spend all 2000 of your days calories on one meal. The desserts are very good as well, but they should be with "cheesecake" being in the name of the restaurant. The portion sizes for everything are generous and sharing one of the massive desserts is not a bad idea. For these reasons, it is always very busy, so plan on waiting if you go during peak meal times. The wait staff is friendly, despite being so busy.

30 minute on Saturday, food prep time was another 30 minutes, everyone was satisfied with their meals. Service was good. Fish tacos were a little disappointing. There was a small amount of fish and more pickled cabbage and guacamole. It taste more like a sweet guacamole taco. I wouldn't recommend it. You couldn't taste fish.

The food was good, and the price was OK I had the old fashioned hamburger which was $13.50 with salad, and was one of the cheaper plates on the dinner menu. The furnishings, cleanliness, and courtesy of the staff was very pleasant, and the staff seemed to be very skilled at their jobs, friendly, and even professional. However, there was a mix-up with the bill, so I might have paid much more than I owed... that was awkward. So, over all I enjoyed it a lot and it was very pleasant and nice... but be astute when they bring the bill.

I used to look forward to going to the cheesecake factory when it first opened in West Des Moines, IA. Unfortunately the last 3 visits have changed my thinking. My family and I went there today and out of 6 people only one had a good quality meal. Like I said the last 3 visits for me have came up short of what the cheesecake factory used to be. The service has always been outstanding but the quality of the food has slipped a lot. The $15 dollar chicken sandwich I ordered today was not worth $5, it was full of gristle and not that warm. Sorry cheesecake factory my family will be taking our business elsewhere when we are in the area.

We went to cheesecake factory for a night out after a long work week and we were not disappointed. Raizel D. was our server, and we joked around a bit with her. She asked what my fiancee and I were celebrating, and I quipped, "It's our 65th wedding anniversary!" We all had a chuckle, and went about our meal. After dinner, we ordered a cheesecake (as is customary,) and she brought it out with a goblet of ice cream with whipped cream and sprinkles, along with a cursive, handwritten message: "HAPPY 65TH ANNIVERSARY." That, alone, made my entire week worth it. We will be back, and she is the reason. Thanks, Raizel!

I've never disliked anything I've ordered here. I had the meatloaf and it was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their orders. The cheesecake was great too. Nice food, all dishes are big size Kind staff and comfortable place Best Cheesecake ever Good place to visit with the family. We each a burger, fries and iced teas with a shared amazing appetizer of pork belly sliders with one slice of cheesecake for $90 for 3 of us for lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed it but that is a lot of money for just lunch.

The Jordan Creek Cheesecake Factory is a nice location for the chain restaurant. It is decorated very nicely, and has a good atmosphere for couples looking to go on a date night. One of the highlights of the night for us was surprisingly the Cucumber Lemonade (I know, we're getting old and lame, but we highly recommend it for the non alcohol drinkers). The menu items we ate were also prepared perfectly, and tasty, especially the coconut curry chicken. My only complaint might be that the majority of their dinner items are chicken based (I'd say 80% are chicken, or at least have chicken in them), and they could use some more variety. We will definitely be back.

On first arrival, we we told it would be a 45 minute wait. It wasn't. It was something like 15 minutes. We had Jobi for our server. She was absolutely amazing! We have several food intolerances and a few allergies, and she was happy to accommodate all of them. We had her running around checking ingredients every few minutes, it seems. She was quick and attentive, but not overly so, and she did all of this with a great, warm smile. Excellent service, great food, wonderful atmosphere. We aren't in the area often, but when we are, we will most certainly be back.

First our waitress was sick and shouldn't have been around anyone's food or drink. My daughter got a water. There was something stuck to the outside of the glass. We did ask for a different glass and hot one. When she asked for a refill on the water it was water that was sitting out on the waittess' station so it was hot and didnt have any ice. Of course we got cheesecake and asked for a to go box after attempting to finish it. When the box was brought to our table there was something in the bottom of the container. We showed it to the waitress and she got us another box. Between the waitress being sick and the other disgusting "stuff" mentioned above I have decided to spend my money elsewhere.

My wife and I are big fans of The Cheesecake Factory. We had an abysmal experience last night. We sat in the bar to wait for our booth in the main restaurant. First our server and then a manager tried to pressure us into eating in the bar, which we declined to do. I had a Glenlivet rocks and our server did not know what Glenlivet is or whether CF offers it. My Chicken Campagna was served at a slightly warm temperature, not hot, and the presentation was disgusting. The entree had the appearance of something that someone had vomited. Once they re-tossed the dish it was edible, but, of course, that did not affect the presentation. We went to CF for an anniversary dinner. It was a disappointing performance by CF.

My girlfriend food was okay she ordered something chicken that was 12 bucks and was probably 2 time the size of my plate and pretty much fed both of us. I got the a classic cheeseburger worst cheeseburger I have ever had pay 15 buck for 6oz of fries and a 6oz burger that doesn't even take up half your plate five guys kick there butts and half the price. Only thing good here is the cheesecake save ur money eat somewhere else.

We visited the restaurant for Sunday brunch. The entrees were delicious and satisfying. However, the serving staff was anything but hospitable. We thought maybe it was just our server. Nope. None of staff seemed to be welcoming, warm, nor attentive. Not a single smile was detected. The perfunctory indifference by staff spoiled the meal for us. Sorry, but it use to be a great place. Gonna miss eating there.

The food is always good here. For starters we ordered the avocado wraps which were amazing! So good I forgot to take a picture before we ate most of them! I had orange chicken which arrive hot and tasty as usual. My husband a pasta dish with shrimp and he said it was not very hot. Our daughter had the spicy chipotle chicken pasta which she really liked and it was hot. Our service was excellent and of course the cheesecake amazing. Great atmosphere and worth every penny! Some may consider it a little pricey.

First stop on Girls Night Out. Waited only 5 min for a table on a busy Friday. Drinks, Small Plates, and Appetizers. Loaded Tots, Mini Chicken Samosas, Fried Cheeses, and Loaded Nachos. All had accompanying sauces. Simply delicious. The shining star of the night was Grace our "Over The Top" excellent server! We were all very well attended thanks to her. The drinks spot on, the food arrived in good time and was hot and generous servings. Everyone had take home portions. Something for all price ranges.

We stopped in just to pick up a piece of cheesecake to go. We know how popular the place is but were still shocked at how busy it was at 9pm. People were waiting to be seated and tons of people were waiting in line for cheesecake to go like us. We were amazed how quickly they got through the line and we made it out of there, and service remained excellent as always. Reece's PB Cheesecake was delicious... Such a great place to eat.

I love the cheesecake and we always have great servers. But this visit they tried to cram 7 adults (some Pooh-sized) into a 6-top spot (a 2-spot and 4-spot together). And I am normally ok with paying a bit more for a shrimp dish, but the prices have gotten a bit extreme. I got 5 shrimp and a serving of angel hair pasta that I could get at the store for less than $1 and paid $20 for it. For a four-star price it should have been a four-star meal. One of my companions ordered a breakfast (we were there during brunch hours) and she said the potatoes had been fried in an oil that tasted like it had gone rancid. She was pretty unhappy with her meal. But it was good company and a good server, and good cheesecake.

I'd never been to the Cheesecake Factory before and wasn't sure what to expect. The atmosphere was quite nice. Our server was pretty average and never asked about the quality of our food. Given the quality of my meal she probably didn't want to hear any complaints. Still there were a lot of people here. True to the name they had lots of types of cheesecakes that were quite good.

We were there on Friday November 23 for lunch. We were seated and ordered our drinks. The three adults received our drinks and the waitress said she needed to go grab the child's drink. We waited about ten minutes and then asked another server about the drink. Just then, our waitress was bringing the drink. We then ordered our food. The adults were all served first and the child received her food last. It's my belief the children should be served first. We then ordered cheesecake. The waitress came back and said they were out of the kinds we ordered (pumpkin pecan and lemon meringue). We decided to pass and asked for our tickets to be corrected. It took about 30 minutes for us to finally be able to pay our bill. We came back later to order some cheesecake to go and guess what? They had the lemon meringue. We had been lied to. Very disappointed.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!!! I ordered a pumpkin pecan cheesecake last week to pick up tonight to have for Thanksgiving. I call the restaurant and they know nothing about my order. About 20 minutes later I suddenly received an email telling me that my order didn't go through - 20 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME! Happy Thanksgiving to me and mine! Never again. And of course, dessert was the best finish to our celebration dinner. 4 stars because the wait on kitchen to prepare our meal. It was a bit long. And the bathroom soap dispensers are broke and mirror's are water ruined.

This place may seem expensive, it has great value for the price. If you are looking for fine dining with a casual experience, this is it. I've never disliked anything I've ordered here. I had the meatloaf and it was great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their orders. The cheesecake was great too. We each a burger, fries and iced teas with a shared amazing appetizer of pork belly sliders with one slice of cheesecake for $90 for 3 of us for lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed it but that is a lot of money for just lunch.

The set back is, I went for lunch and for a couple. 2 entree, 2 soft drinks no dessert or appetizers, the check was $68.00 and this is not including the tip for the server. Why to expensive for a lunch meal. I can only imagine for dinner with appetizers and dessert.

Always great food and the waitress we had tonight was a lot of help on narrowing down what exactly I wanted on the menu. I was torn between a burger, pasta, and fish tacos. I chose the fried fish tacos and they were delicious! Make sure to eat them sooner than later or the tortilla gets soggy but even then they are so great! We also had the fried macaroni and cheese. Those as well are so delicious! I’m not a fan of black beans but as a side to the fish tacos they were good too! I took a Cinnabon cheesecake home too although it’s rich, it’s a good sweet cravings treat! Always will come back!

Very delicious! I got the 4 cheese pasta, which was huge! I still wanted dessert so I got a to-go box and took it home to eat again as leftovers. For dessert I got the Chocolate Truffle Tower Cake and it was so good! I ordered it to go and it came beautifully placed in a to-go box. This place is very caring for their customers and is a great place to go. It’s quite pricy but worth the price for special occasions. 5 stars and I would go back again.

The Cheesecake factory is one of my husband's favorite restaurant. So, for his 69th BD; there's no where else to go. We both had a great time. The chicken salad sandwich was very good. Our first time ever at a Cheesecake Factory. We had studied the menu before going, so knew what to order. We were seated almost immediately (just prior to 5 pm). Our waitress was older, pleasant, and helpful. My husband is uber finicky but ate half his Wellness Salad, which means he liked it a lot. We each splurged on a dessert, but took home half. Finicky hubby really liked his apple crumble; even though he complained that it was too sweet, realize he hardly ever eats anything with sugar in it. So disappointed... went there yesterday for my wedding lunch. Server ask what was I celebrating which was polite. They have no military discount. No free desert for such an important location. Originally we where going to Fogo de Chão and I might as well had. I had the Cajun pasta which had no salt. I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I though. We order cheesecake to go since we didn’t really had a cake for our wedding. We drove of a few hours and by the time we got home the cheesecake had melted. Anyways I just don’t think it was worth the cost....

We went for lunch on a weekday and were surprised to see the place full. Even at that, the seating took just 5 - 6 minutes. I want to put in a good word for our waiter, Devin. He was attentive without hovering and paid attention to his task of waiting without being hurried or distracted. When my wife's salad was different than she had expected, Devin's response was "I'll take care of this" and very shortly brought back a preferable one. The food was very good and tasty as was a shared dessert. All in all, a good experience. We'll be back.

My friends and I went to the Cheesecake factory and I ordered a simple cheeseburger but instead I received punishment on a plate. The wait to get our seats was 30 minutes then the wait for our food was an hour. Although our waiter was understanding I was frustrated after waiting 90+ minutes for my food and the order was messed up.

We had a larger party of 8 when we arrived. Obviously, we waited about a half hour for a table. Overall, the restaurant was average. The menu was what you would expect from any Cheesecake factory. The food was good, but average. Price were also what you would expect. This was not a bad experience, but it just wasn't my favorite.

The food, the drinks, the cheesecake all tasted great! My only complaint is the menu length; so many options mean the kitchen has to keep all those ingredients stocked every day. So I begin to wonder how fresh all of the ingredients could be, but also wonder what the theme is supposed to be. It's called the Cheesecake Factory, yet the decor suggests Egyptian roots, but the menu has cuisine like Shrimp Scampi, and Tuna Poke, and Burgers and fries... The vibe is a little confusing.

Ordered the New York Strip Steak and it was probably the tastiest Steak I ever had which was a pleasant surprise since Cheesecake Factory isn't known for Steaks. The sides of String Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes were both also very tasty. Only complaint is they charge $3.50 for a Soda. That's pretty high especially for something that doesn't have alcohol. But food is well worth it and a nice meal.

I absolutely love the Adam's Peanut Butter cheesecake, it is delicious. As for the rest of the menu, I'm not that impressed. Everything is very expensive and the portion sizes are enough to feed 2-3 people. The avocado egg rolls are good. Whatever sauce comes with it is AMAZING. I wish they gave more than the tiny little bit they give you. I honestly could just eat avocado egg rolls and the unlimited bread & butter and be a happy camper. This is the kind of place where less is more. Order several appetizers for a meal or split one entree with a friend.

The menu is...excessively large, but if you know anything about Cheesecake Factory you already know this. The staff here is generally kind and attentive. Food is fresh and the bread is good. I wish the butter didn't come out cold (I hate that) but otherwise minimal complaints. I really like the healthier options on the menu and, when I'm splurging, the deep fried mac-and-cheese. Also would like more of a variety when it comes to dessert options (I'm not a fan of cheesecake).

This place has such a large menu choice it is almost impossible not to find something on the menu you will like. The food has a great flavor. The decor is very classy. The place will hold a large number of people but there is still often a wait before you get seated. Food is expensive as well. Way over priced for the quality and the wait. I can see why it's taken me so long to eat there. The 2nd star is because the staff did truly try to make things right. I cant imagine how many meal comps and free appetizers they give away each night. This was my 3rd attempt to eat at any cheesecake factory, each time I left after more than an hour wait (one of those times I did finally get a table but then waited for almost an hour before someone even asked for our drink orders, we left). My rice looked and felt like it was cooked last week and left out. The waitress confirmed they cook it in large batches, not per meal. The beans were bland and dried out like theyd been sitting for some time. I had about 3 small shrimp in my meal that should have been mostly shrimp. My teenager has made better meals for less than the $20 per plate they charge. Save your money cook at home...I'd take applebees (which I hate) and a hyvee cheesecake and save the $50 bucks per person (after appetizers and drinks).

I have always had a good experience at the cheesecake factory, but this past visit was a little disappointing, the waiter didnt seem to care what was asked and just did a routine job. Food was pretty good, but also seemed as if it was forgotten to get picked up by the waiter right away and was warm but not hot. Would definitely recommend, but just hope you get better service than i received last go around. 9/10 times has been a good experience with outstanding food and service

The casual dining sector can seem as if it is a commodity. Given equal geographic access to Applebees, Texas Road House, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and The Cheesecake Factory, what makes a customer return to one particular restaurant? I submit that customer service is a distinguishing factor. A visit by our group of about 14 began at around 10:30 on a Friday night. We were cheerfully accommodated despite the fact that a group of that many can tend to be unwieldy. Two friendly, energetic young women patiently took our drink orders, quickly brought our drinks that then took our food orders. Everything came out in a very timely manner. Throughout the process, our two servers were efficient, friendly, and patient with us. Even so, I probably would not have taken time to write a review except for what happened when I left the restaurant without taking my credit card. The true demonstration of a commitment to exceptional service by these two members of the CF wait staff was finding me out in the vast Jordan Creek Shopping Mall parking lots. I had parked in a very non-intuitive place AND exited the restaurant through a door 180 degrees from the direction my car was parked. Yet they ventured out into 25 degree Iowa weather at midnight and persisted until they located me scraping the frost off my car. THAT, my friends, is what differentiates the Jordan Creek Cheesecake Factory from similar restaurants. Customer Service!

Food was good and our server was attentive, but it was super loud. We were seat on the other side of a half wall from where hosts were preparing silverware, napkins and plates to be put out on tables, so there were people hovering over us throughout our entire meal. I saw one hostess tighten her ponytail with her bare hands, then pick up plates and silverware and put them on a table.

Bad experience. Waitress took a drink order and disappeared for 15 minutes. Found out she was serving others that came in behind us. They got their appetizers before we got a drink. Finally got the drinks and was ready to order and had to wait another 20 minutes. By the time the food came it was not hot, daughters hamburger was pink inside and the Mexican salad was wrong. I understand she had a lot of tables. But others had just a many and was getting the job done. I felt we were left inattentive for the duration of the time we were there (about 2 hours). We saw her maybe 4 times.

I ordered the veggie sandwich. The price was 13.50. The sandwich didn't amount to much and the price should have $5. A tiny loose leaf salad came with it. I was surprised that, at least in this case, that the food had been dumbed down so much.

Great! We had around a 30 minute wait but it was worth it. The menu offers so many different items it took us awhile to make up our minds. I chose the Skinnylicious Chicken Enchiladas. They were fabulous! I tend to be a picky eater especially when it comes to certain salads but the small salad that came with my enchiladas was the perfect addition to my plate.

Delicious food and yummy drinks...prices are high but worth it for a splurge night out. The Asian Lettuce Wraps are always delicious, the Thai Coconut Mango Chicken was very good as well. The Whiskey Smash was delicious, would love to be able to recreate that at home! We love to sit on the patio on a warm night and enjoy the ambiance, it is actually fairly quiet for being in the mall area! When you're done, take a walk around the pond.

Worst experience ever! Our server forgot to put In our food so we waited 45 mins for our food.. we asked twice after 30 mins of waiting he said they were just finishing up.. 15 mins later we received our food; I own a restaurant and know how this works... it’s an hour and a half plus that we’re here and still waiting for our check! Don’t waste your time or money.. especially on the prosciutto and arugula flatbread (1/2 ounce of prosciutto with maybe four leaves of arugula. Just an FYI. Oh and I’m not the one that needs to notify the manager; as a good manager you should know of unsatisfied customers in your restaurant.. Casual “How was everything?” Goes a long way! Like I’m going to call my server out on their blatant mistakes..

This place has the greatest food. Their menu is literally pages upon pages of options and it's all wonderful. Our server was hilarious (his name was Chris) and made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. He was there for anything we needed and had tried everything on the menu so he was a super helpful guide. Their cheescake is to die for and there are so many options of flavors to choose from that they are sure to have everything you want. The area feels super classy while not being outrageously expensive and it makes for a very nice place to go out for a celebration. I love eating here and I think everyone will enjoy it. My recommendation for food would have to be the Shepard's pie because the flavor is so rich and exquisite. The mashed potatoes are the best I've had from anywhere I've been. Honestly you will not be disappointed. Their strawberry lemonade is also fantastic and I have at least 3 glasses everytime I go. Their cheesecake is delicious but they also have other desserts like the ones pictured here. Take you family for a nice dinner or lunch and you should have a great time.

I like this location much better then the Cheesecake Factory on the Plaza. I avoid the busy times, so we went on a Monday late afternoon and it was was not crowded. We order the tamales for an appetizer, and for supper, Thai coconut lime Curry, veggie lasagna, children's flatbread pizza, children's cheeseburger sliders with mixed fruit. I have to say everything was perfect, presentation of the food look great and taste delicious. I'm not a big fan of their key lime cheesecake, kind of tastes like expired milk too me. Lemon raspberry cheesecake was great, and we took home a very Cherry chocolate cheesecake I haven't tried that yet but looks promising!

I have ordered from here thru Doordash multiple times. The last 4 times I have ordered the food is missing or I get a completely wrong order. Just happened again and I sent the Doordash guy back, he brought me the right order and item is missing within the dish. I ordered the steak medallions with mashed potatoes, mushroom, asparagus and tomatoes. Absolutely no mash potatoes. I will not be going to or ordering from here again.

Pretty expensive, the drinks were over 10$ and there aren't listed- we had 3. The wait was pretty long-45 min. The one dish I picked out of the literal book of options wasn't available, and then the server forgot to come back to get my re-order. The main course was pretty underwhelming after over an hour's wait time. The cheesecake was obviously good, but that's literally in the name... Bottom line is, cheesecake is good, but that's some serious hype for a pretty ok joint.

An awesome dinner, just like last time. You cant beat the atmosphere at a Cheesecake Factory. It always reminds me of being on a cruise. Food was wonderful and of course we finished the meal with a tasty piece of cheesecake. Yes we will be returning as soon as possible

Service was amazing. Server was sweet, attentive, and had a good personality. Unfortunately, that's where the positive notes stop. Every food item was like eating a ball of grease, the pasta was undercooked, and they even managed to make steamed broccoli oily and salty. And the cheesecake (the thing that the restaurant is named for) is so-so at best! Now that I'm done talking about the food I shall mention the worst thing about this awful place, the atmosphere. I've been to a lot of restaurants that are so loud I had to basically scream to others at my table but none quite like this. It wasn't just loud with bar patrons and nice music, it was loud with a cacophony of horrible poorly organized music. I heard the music I'd expect to hear playing from an emo 11 year olds room; immediately following by poppy bubble gum music; immediately followed by a Kanye song. That was the first time in my entire life that I was glad to hear a Kanye West song... While none of this music was enjoyable for me personally I can understand how others may like it. But probably not all of them and not in this atmosphere that attempts to project "fine dining" with murals painted all over and ornate faux architecture/decor. I truly don't understand why people enjoy this. I have been dragged here three times now by friends and family that insist it is "amazing". Amazingly overpriced for mediocre food. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because our server was a real treat. A truly sweet girl who deserves so much better than to be chained to this crap-show.

We were a party of 8 and that may have caused some delay, but during graduation season I expected the food would not have taken so long. It was at least 30min from the time we ordered, the children at our table had grown quite impatient. The waiter did not ask us if we wanted a second alcoholic beverage, nor did he offer a soda or other drink instead. Disappointing visit overall.

We' ve visited numerous Cheesecake Factory Restaurants before and this was the first time, we actually weren't happy at all. We visited the restaurant with our two children on a friday night with a 45 minute wait for a table. Absolutely ok with us. After getting a table we requested a highchair for our daughter, which we had to re-ask for, before finally getting it after about half an hour at the table. It also took very long for our drinks to arrive at the table and even longer for the food. For a one course dinner we spent over two hours at the table and rarely ever saw our waitress, even with plenty of staff around. The ordered Impossible burger was good, but certainly nothing special and a bit disappointing for the price (~17$). The Margherita Flatbread Pizza our daughter ordered, was kind of soaked with sauce. Very squishy. We ordered some Cheesecake to go to wrap our visit, but got a wrong cake. Again it took way to long to serve and again to exchange. Over two hours for 3 meals, 4 drinks and 2 to go desserts is a bit too much, especially with small children. Our daughter mentioned to us that about every table around us was coming in later and having their drinks and food much quicker. A Plus on the mixed drinks and the Cheesecake (delicious like always, but a bit disappointing when you enjoy the best of the dinner at home), a big Minus on the very long waiting time and the service.

Excellant cheesecake but barely mediocre food. I have been here multiple times as my wife really likes a certain garlic and chicken pasta dish. Having tried multiple different pasta dishes and hamburgers and having all of them be barely above edible, I wouldn't recommend anything other than dessert.

Romantic setting with delicious food and drinks. Can be causal or dressy. Really courteous wait staff, but can be more on the pricey side. This is the perfect place for a special outing or celebration! I recommend the steak diane with a slice of original cheesecake! I know you’re thinking, “how boring! They have 87 exciting flavors!” I’m telling you, it’s the original for a reason! But all of the Cheesecake is phenomenal and I know you’ll make the right decision

There is so much to choose from for every appetite. I had a vegetarian burger that was freshly made, not from a frozen carton. It was delicious and healthy. The cheese cakes are the best. Lots of special choices. We love the Cheesecake Factory. They have so many types of food to choose from and they are always introducing new items. The food and service is good everytime we visit. It can be very busy, so you might have to wait a bit. Don't forget the cheesecake! The red velvet cheesecake is our personal favorite!

My first visit to the Cheesecake factory and I wasn't disappointed. Though I think they are over priced the food was good. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya pasta and added andouille sausage. It was flavorful. It did need a bit more sauce for my taste I also ordered cheeseburger eggrolls as an appetizer and they were surprisingly delicious. They were very busy and that made the service a bit slow. Overall a decent experience
