My husband took me here for my birthday on Nov 30th. The food was AMAZING!!!! I had the Ultimate feast and even though I was stuffed after eating the lobster I kept eating the rest because it was just so incredibly delicious!!! Our waitress made sure we had everything we asked for and we never ran out of drinks! I was so busy in food heaven I don't even know what my husband ate, but he said he loved it and now we can't wait to go back again! Thanks Red Lobster!

I got the feast. It was fantastic. The steak was perfectly done to my request, the shrimp and lobster were also cooked fantastically. The local beer on tap was minimal, only one. But the one they had was Cherry Bomb Blonde from Front St Brewing, it was a good pair to my meal. My waiter was very attentive despite how busy the restaurant was as well. The only complain I have is, my shrimp scampi was a little overdone. Despite the scampi, it was still 5 stars all day. Definitely recommend.

Special occasion, wife's birthday dinner. Enjoyed the shrimp trio special. Staff was above average. Manager stopped by twice to make sure everything was to our liking. Minimal wait for our order. Helpings were more than plentiful.

This is the second time we went to this one and both times had issues with either poor service or cold food. Honestly only reason we tried a second time was lack of seafood options in the QC. we don't come to Red Lobster very often but the New daily deals brought us in. We did like the appetizers but even at the $5 price they didn't seem to be worth the price. The Poke salmon was good but it was a little spicy. And the dumplings were sign but they were too crispy too spicy and not enough of them to Warrant a $5 price tag. The service was a little slow and the waitress did not seem to know the menu very well. Even though we got there well before 6 by the time we sat down and ordered we had to rush through to get the " special price". Although the meal was fine it was fettuccine alfredo wish a few popcorn shrimp. My daughter loved it but I didn't feel it was not even worth the $15. We were sharing and I didn't feel the need to take a second bite. We opted to take additional charge to get the cheesecakes which again I was not fond of. The Caesar salad was my favorite part of the meal. And be special strange in the lighthouse cup was very good but I don't remember what it was called. My youngest daughter could not eat her kids meal we ended up having to go someplace else to get her dinner. Even though it was packaged macaroni and cheese which is her favorite it did not taste right and I did not make her eat it. Overall it was not worth the price and the next day we did not feel very well. The only thing that I would go back for was the lobster Pizza which was very very good and the drinks but you were also well mixed everyone seemed to be having a good time and someone sang the birthday song. But the cheddar biscuits came slow and we were more than ready to leave when the time came to finally get our check

This Red Lobster has been located here since the early 1970s and is still so popular that its best to make reservations if you plans on dinner, especially on the weekends! Although the location and outer building are original, the inside has gone through many renovations, including the bar area and is currently a much more open and inviting space offering many options in seating. A great place to bring the whole family, they offer a special 'kids' menu with smaller portions of many child friendly foods, while offering great combo items for older 'kids' to split and scrumptious options for hungier adults. Be sure to save room for their desserts..one word..chocolate!!! Try their huge lobster it as if you have a designated driver!!!!

There is usually fish items on the menue that enjoy. But I've got to tell you it seems they really don't know how to present a whole lobster to the customer. When I was much younger I worked at a upper class restaurant that served a lot of lobster both whole and tails. There is a way to fluff the tail meat to create a visual as well as eating experience that will enhance the entire dinning experience. It's a shame that a restaurant that uses the lobster as their main draw to dining, hasn't learned the cooking and presentation skills that make the customer go WOW. Good food though!

We showed up right at noon and with a full parking lot, we were able to get sat down right away. Our waiter came to our table and took our drink order right away, soon after returning with our drinks. He gave us a few minutes to get our orders together. Once he took our orders , or salads came fast. The rolls are delicious, and our food came fast, fresh and hot. The building and restrooms were clean. I’d recommend the ultimate feast, choosing the fresh broccoli as the side! Stars: 5 because of our waiter Jack. He joked with us and treated us great. A true professional. When I asked for a discount, he didn’t act inconvenienced. he is the best I’ve had in a long time!

We always have a great meal at Red Lobster. When we arrived the parking lot was full. It was on a weekend and the place was packed. The service was exceptional. With as many people that were dining I was very impressed with the service, our waitress and the time in which we received our food. The kitchen must be ran pretty smoothly and efficiently to handle that kind of crowd! All the employees we interacted with were in great moods and friendly, nobody seemed stressed with how busy the restaurant was. Great customer service by all!

So I attended the restaurant with my family for my Birthday yesterday. The service was sub par and the food is definitely not what it use to be. Vegetables were under cooked and cold as well as the baked potatoes. The crab on the ultimate feast were cold and the biscuits were hard. Had to request the manager and she was unprofessional. The best thing of the meal was the vanilla ice cream. Will not be returning anytime soon.

You really can’t go wrong with cheddar bay biscuits. One day when my husband and I were there, the cooked an extra Maine lobster tail (legit)! The table that ordered them didn’t want it, they asked us, we took it for free. It was fabulous! I mean really? Like I’m gonna say no to a free lobster tail? This is, in fact, actually true. Wish it happened again.

It was a real bad experience today my waitress was not a very good listener... She seemed to have a cigarette break more on her mind then to get one thing on my order correct. I mean everything I asked her to do concerning my meal was done just the opposite in which I asked.... But I've eatin here for many years so I won't let one bad time ruin a great place for me but I will not sit in the bar section again either... Over all my wife and I love this place and have had many great anniversary dinners here. I did not eat my meal at all and was way short on time cause I had to get to work and in there defence they did comp. It is and has always been one of my favorite places to eat...

Terrific service, best we've had but that can't make up for the food. It is inconsistent and definitely not the freshest around. For the price I at least want fresh produce or seafood that's not pre-battered frozen. And lighten up the place. It's so dark, definitely a holdover from the 80's.

My daughter took me to Red Lobster for Mothers day. The food was good. I felt the prices were a bit high for some of the dishes on the menu. The wait staff are fantastic. Very attentive. They stoped by the table numerous time to make sure our dining experience was satisfactory. I feel the restaurant needs up dating. It seemed dated and dark. It also needs new flooring and booths. Things just seemed a bit dinghy in that area.

Red lobster has always been a greatvplace to go. Recommend to call to see if there is a wait in the evenings or weekends as they get very busy. Great food and always a great selection from surf and turf to chicken to pasts dishes. Always very friendly staff and usually pretty speedy service. I would recommend this place anytime.

Went here for Mother's Day the service was great. It took 45 minutes to be seated but our waiter Tyler was great. Time spent there including the wait time was an hour and a half not bad for a Mother's Day Dinner rush.

The hostess told us to pick a booth. There was a dirty one and a half one and when i said something she says pickany of these open. Airhead. No clean crab forks so had to dig meat out half the meal w a toothpick. Hot butter for lobster was not even melted. People behind us were seated immediately and had no service for 10 min till bartender asked if the had been helped. Piss poor experience for such an expensive place. Will not return to that one.
