After ordering a breakfast sandwich, then waiting 20 minutes for said sandwich, it was given to me without bread. Not much of a breakfast sandwich for such a long wait (despite not being busy) if you want my opinion.

Duncan Moore

Awesome decor, great drinks and a cool staff

Lexie White

Staff was extremely rude and the coffee was overpriced.

I wanted to love this place so much. It's a great space - the decor is fantastic. The food was really delicious. But, the customer service absolutely terrible. One register is being used for online orders, I assume. That's fine. But, instead of kindly letting us know that we needed to order at the other register, the employee just rudly gestured to the other register without a word, leaving us to stand waiting in front of that register until the other employee was done looking at his cell phone and could take our order. The food was worth the wait, but it was a long wait. I would recommend based on location and food alone, but customer service really needs some work.

Great cold brew and a cool place, great to hang and study! Two things missing / easy recommendations and fixes. First, there is a ton of space up front, should have a ton of snacks for sale like Starbucks and Java do. (Popcorn, Chips, Jerky, Bars...etc), will also act as snack shop for the hotel. AND, students like me who study here will probably buy a snack with my drink, outside of the menu items. Second, there are only three types of tea, all pretty plain, get some better flavors!! Shouldn't be too hard to keep a few more flavors in stock, mint, passion fruit...etc, not just green and black. And, $4 for a tea is a bit much... another note, carry stevia sweetener, it's 2018! Seems like some easy and low risk / high reward fixes to me that will bring in more customers / increase sales, as well as make more customers like me happy. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some of these changes.

Fun coffee shop with unique decor. Food was tasty - get the egg sandwich. However, asked for orange juice and it was $8!! I couldn’t believe it. The music was also very loud for a coffee shop I could hear the people who were sitting at the same table as me.

Derek Morris

Until I ordered a Mocha here, I thought I knew what Mocha was. My only regret is that this place is 2 hours away and can not be a regular stop for me. It will be on my must visit list for when I come to town again.

Coffee is awesome. As in, it's freaking fantastic. Food is also fantastic. The issue... The college kids that work there. They are a mess. They don't have a system so it can be really slow. Three days in a row I ordered a regular black drip coffee and each time I had to wait till they brew more. It's not hard to figure out how many cups are in the vat and keep a tally of how many you pour and when 75% has been poured, brew a new batch... Also they are pretty condescending for how bad they are at their jobs. Either way, it's worth putting up with them because the coffee and food is so good.

Perfect study/meeting spot! I usually get a latte here, which is always delicious. They’re chairs are very comfortable and there’s plenty of tables even during peak times. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops in the area. Probably one of the best coffee shops in town!

Highly gentrified, overpriced coffee spot that plays music way too loud. Couldn't even hear the person I was with from across the table. Went to the cashier and it took him about 30 seconds of looking at his phone to realize I was standing there only for him to tell me that they didn't have control over the volume of music, which I find hard to be true.

Good for study and informal meeting - music is more like a bar style though. Fancy interior design with pencils.

Zach Harris

Some of the best staff in town, never too crowded, and always great drinks. If they fix their side door (it always slams in a very noisy way), they would get five stars from me.

Shorty Trochez

In love with this little gem. Staff is super friendly, coffee and breakfast are delightful, and they now got kombucha on tap! Try it out!!
