This was my favorite restaurant. However, I have been disappointed my last couple of visits. I know and accept that the sides are small. So when I was given a much smaller portion than expected, I told the waitress. She had the manager come over. He was very rude. I witnessed this same manager being rude on another to someone else. I can only assume they don’t think you they have to provide good customer service because of the large numbers of people who eat there. I have spent a lot of money at Crackerbarral. Maybe they will miss my money or maybe not, but I know there are many other places I can spend my money and also be treated like a valued customer.

Great comfort food. Breakfast is killer, their syrup has a lot of natural maple in it, which always sets it apart in my mind from other breakfast places. The attached old country store is a great way to spend your wait. It has a lot of eclectic goods and season offerings. Very nostalgic. The decor in the restaurant is a time capsule back to the early 20th century. Old metal signs for goods and services long gone, old documents and photos, generally a mix of local and far. Really gives you that old classic feel, and the giant fireplace gives the entire dining area a cozy, comforting feel.

Cracker Barrel Florence, KY at 2:40pm 9/16/19. Had their Signature fried chicken. Chicken was WAY over cooked. Would have sent it back except we had waited 25 minutes for our original meals.Sides of turnip greens and pinto beans were excellent as were the hot biscuits. Waitress was very attentive and accommodating.

The waiter was great. The food is classic Cracker Barrel. The manager did NOT handle our large group well. We called the night before and they said no problem (we had 6 wheelchair bound people). We were going to be there at 10am (non peak) and 5 of us (out of 25) arrived early to make sure everything was ready. No note from the night before's conversation, and the manager proceeded to seat us all over the place. The waiters we're all great and took care of everyone, so no complaints with them. Just the manager who really let us down!

When you're on the road Cracker Barrel into the natural place for you to want to stop and eat. The only issue I have ever had with Cracker Barrel as they give me too much food so if you're hungry this is a place to stuff yourself!

Breakfast was good, but I was disappointed because I wanted to try the country fried chicken lunch. They were running behind the chicken is supposed to be ready at 11:00. I arrived at 10:50, they said the chicken wouldn't be ready for another 30 min. The wait staff was exceptional. I still recommend this restaurant.

Worst meal I have ever had from there. I ordered the grandma breakfast. Ordered the eggs over easy. With a side of biscuits and gravy. Husband ordered the French dip. Our meal comes. We get ready to eat. I didn't get my side order of biscuits and gravy. I needed more sweet tea. The girl that brought our food dropped it off and before I could say anything said you need more drink I will let your server know. Waited about 10 minutes. While I was waiting for our server I figured I would start eating. Well when I cut into one of the eggs there was egg shell. A lot of shell. The pancakes tasted like they was burnt. I waited about another 10 minutes for our server to come back to our table. Told her about it. She took the plate back. I got a new plate of food. Well then she finally brought my gravy and biscuits. Then the husband got about half done with his sandwich opened it up and there wad no meat. After a wait again our server finally came and I told her about the sandwich. She said a manager was going to bring him more meat. Another waitress brought the meat and rather threw it on the table and said here's your extra meat. Worst experience I have ever had at this place. Will I return. Not on Saturday early evening. Nor Saturday anytime. There was not an adjustment not an apology. Not a manager was called to apologize to set things right. In whole was not impressed with our visit tonight.

Went on a Tuesday night which was super, super busy which also was understaffed on certain areas. However, you could tell that the whole staff was busting their butts taking orders, delivering food, cleaning tables,etc. Even the managers and the hosts were hustling and as soon as someone left there another group sat. The food was what was expected and even though it was busy, our food came out in a timely manner with everything correct. Our waitress, even though was busy, made enough time to fill our drinks and check on us (I think her name was Audrina or Andrea)- so shout out to her being so professional!

Prices keep going up, serving sizes get smaller and smaller. Had the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken - it had one small piece of broccolli on the small piece of chicken breast. Also had the boiled cabbage which was really good. My husband had the chicken livers, mashed potatoes with gravy, and fried apples. The packs of butter are always hard as a rock, always is - how can you spread that on a corn muffin or biscuit?

It took a long time to receive our food after we had been seated. This was my first time visiting. I didn't really like my food. I did receive it hot, though. I had fried chicken. I was turned off by the fat under the chicken skin. The turnip greens are over cooked and under seasoned, in my opinion. The mac and cheese was ok if eaten while hot. The most exciting part of being there was shopping in ths General Store. I purchased a dress.

Rated as one of the busiest Cracker Barrels in the United States, this Cracker Barrel sits right off of I-75 in Florence Kentucky at the corner of Houston Road and Turfway Road near the Turfway racetrack. My family and I make it a habit of stopping at Cracker Barrels when traveling for their consistently good home cooked meals. This one is no different, the service is surprisingly fast considering the amount of business that the store does. Even on Sundays, even though the store is packed things do run smoothly.

On 9/2/19 Our waitress Carie took a rag and cleaned a spill off the floor with her foot then stuck the rag in her apron pocket and took our order. Then later took butter and jelly out of the same pocket and gave it to us.

This time we were seated and watched 4 other tables get seated after us and get their orders taken before we even saw our server. Okay, so maybe a 20 min wait. My wife and I had dinner here on a Wednesday night. I had the sampler platter and she had grilled chicken tenders. The meat was a little dry, the ham slice was small and I expected the mashed potatoes to be creamier. My wife's food also looked a little dry. The food also took a longer than expected to be served. Maybe it was an off night considering the last time we went here it was breakfast and the food was great. On the plus side many of the meals are $10 or less, staff is friendly and the store is nice.

Everything on their menu is very flavorful and as good as I could ever make, and I'm not that lousy of a cook. We enjoy the environment, upbeat, personable servers. Food is plentiful and the hot biscuits, real butter and excellent jellies are as good as you can get. Love the place!

Service was very slow. My BLT was over cooked (bacon was charred)...toast was also burnt. My fries were fine. My husband's trout was k.k. but came out barely warm. Waitress never refilled my tea or our waters. Women's restroom was filthy... manager seem uninterested when I brought it to his attention. We went there to enjoy a nice lunch out.....what a waste of money. Normally Cracker Barrel's food is excellent..,.but not today.

Food here is okay, nothing too fancy just down home country type cooking. One of the best things is when you walk on the door you get this whiff of something being smoked. I like that smell, it gets you in the mood for wanting to eat some good food. With that being said the food is on the average side but good and plentiful. I would go there again.

We enjoy eating here with another couple. In nice weather it is nice to sit outside on the porch in rocking chairs and enjoy the wait! If it's a Sunday, there's always a wait. Inside is a country store filled with many things that you can buy. It's great especially for tourists to buy nice souvenirs. Inside is a large dining room, but it's necessary big enough. With the reputation of Cracker Barrel, it's a great place to eat. The cooking is more home style. I love chicken fried chicken, my husband gets meatloaf, and daughter gets chicken and dumplings. Their sides are delicious too. They also serve biscuits, corn bread muffins, and sour dough. We never have room for dessert.

We have been going there for for Thanksgiving dinner for 15 years and always loved it. Well not this year. There was 7 in our party and we we're very dissatisfied with the meal. Our waitress got our order wrong. Our food was cold, even the plates. The cornbread muffins were burnt. We got charged extra on our meals for food that came with the dinner. We always made this our Thanksgiving tradition. We will have to think about it next year. Traveling 50 miles for a nice holiday dinner with your family and be disappointed. We might as well go to some fast food, it would have been better.

You will be hard pressed to find a better value for a sit-down restaurant anywhere. Big portions, tasty food and friendly service. They do have healthy options, but it's very easy to eat very unhealthy here. The store and restaurant décor are kitschy, but also endearing. If you have been to one Cracker Barrel then you know how it will look/feel. The service and food quality seemed to set this location apart for the better though.

For Thanksgiving I understand that it was busy I got hung up on three times was put on hold and then hung up on three total times... So I decided to drive there and mind you I am new in this area I relocated from Cleveland Ohio and so when I got there I spoke to a manager immediately and his name was Josh he was very accommodating to my need so I was able to get it actually I got it a day earlier what I wanted however when I got home it ended up not being what I wanted partially they gave me something that I did not ask for to things that I did not ask for so it completely ruined what my plan was for the holiday however I did call and speak to another manager the day after I believe his name is Tom and actually the other gentleman name was something else I apologize I don't have my notes in front of me however I'm on the road for work I will be going back next week I did freeze what they gave me so they all know they gave me the wrong thing along with my receipt and hopefully it will be taken care of and I can come back and change this review I am all about giving people a chance to fix what happened but not a good first visit for this area for this Pacific Restaurant is one of my favorites never had an issue in Cleveland is always been on point I order every single year for three holidays and I always have gotten the correct items so it's a first time for everything I hope I'll be able to come back and edit this review stay tuned thank you

My son took me for a late mother's day, & the choices for breakfast were phenomenal! So were the prices for the amount of food brought to us, which was made to perfection. I had steak, & am very picky, but my steak,eggs,biscuits,apples, and all, were just perfect! And all the extra goodies for sale in store, make it the perfect tourist place to stop, or to just purchase as non tourist. Loved it!!

The service is always friendly here. I got the Southern Fried Chicken dish. It is was well seasoned and the skin was extra crispy. And the portion they give you (four pieces) is so generous, I was able to spread it out over two meals. This has been a local favorite of mine and my wife's and we will definitely come back for many more visits.

Good Food! Waitress could have been a little more friendly. Waited a bit before we got our salads. 2 minutes later our meal shows up. Not very attentive to us. Place was not busy. Slow service, got the two pancakes from the kids menu for one of my kids and they only brought out one pancake when the kids menu clearly states two. Asked for my daughters water three different times and still hadn’t brought it out yet. In my kids’ Mac and Cheese there was black stuff in it asked the waitress what it was she said she has no clue and walked away. I shrugged it off since my son ate all of it but my other daughter didn’t even bother touching it. The only reason we go there is for the store in the restaurant.

Our food came out wrong/missing things, also the tables around us. She would often talk to us then other tables, but forget what we all asked for because she didnt write it down. I visit your restaurant because of your hours, I'm not available early because of my schedule. But I'm over trying to get a meal I enjoy eating because its never available. Im frustrated and i don't want to babble. On my last 3 visits you guys are always out of food. I should be able to order from your menu and get it just like the customer who orders at 11am Meatloaf & Mash potatoes combination. I know late evening you run out. One visit you had no more fried chicken, meatloaf, dumplings. Since I enjoyed your food on my first visit. I wanted to come back, well these last 3 visits, I need to get over it and forget the taste. There has been an excuse each time. We don't cook more an hour before close, some items I understand. Pot roast. Meatloaf, dumplings etc. But this time you had the meatloaf but no potatoes and you couldn't make any but your baking mac cheese an hour before closing. You really need to think about the way you do business in your last hours of operations. Me as a customer cant relate to your food cost. I understand it. The whole experience was to much, so I'll move on and find another place to eat. Whats sad is I just came for the first time about 6months ago and you've lost me as a customer already.

Service is like Russian roulette. Sometimes you get a waiter or waitress that is very attentive. Sometimes and more often then not you get the absent minded professor. Most do not refill you water, coffee, tea, etc. Usually you have to ask. Also clean the tables. 4 times we have been seated at a dirty table with pepper or some kind of filth on the table. Also when I ask POLITELY in a humble way could we please have our table cleaned dont act put off it's not a big deal. Its basic service.

I love going here even though there's always a wait. The young lady at the front told me 15 minutes but it was less than 5. My waitress was super and brought me out two sweet teas so I didn't run out. Had the sampler plate with chicken&dumplings, country ham and meatloaf along with carrots, green beans and fried apples. Finished it all off and brought some biscuits home for the dogs. Love this place as I've never had a bad meal or experience and the people are nice. Try it, you'll like it!

The coziness and the atmosphere makes you feel like your at your grandmother's again where the food was always welcoming and delicious I recommend the ham and cheese omelet with hash browns it was delicious and the gift shop is a delight !!! The service was impeccable !!

The worst service and the worst food! I ordered the vegetable dinner. The dumplings was a big clunk of cold dough! The fried okra was soggy an cold, and the carrots were water drawn! I waited over 30 minutes and then had to inquire with the waitress about my meal. Her reply was; I thought you had your food and gone! Really? No apology or professionalism. They use to be an old favorite, but not anymore! Done with Cracker Barrel and very disappointed!

Great place to stop and eat. Parking is around the corner from the restaurant. Signs will show you the way. Parking lot is spacious and pretty flat. The new fried chicken was not what I expected. It seemed like the fried chicken you get from a TV dinner. It was overly crunchy but no flavor. Mac and cheese had some burnt elbows in it. When I went they went out of corn on the cob and baked beans but were still promoting it. I ordered a French dip and when the server brought it it was only the sandwich with no au jus and seemed to hope I would be okay with that. I mentioned how is it a French dip with out the dip. She said they ran out and that she would double check, she then came back and said they made more but it tasted an awful like onion soup and I barely had enough for half the sandwich. Other than that, pretty good.

We pulled in at 3:45 on a Saturday. Party of 4. They said a 25 minute wait. I asked for a close table to the entrance do to a disability. They called us back at 4:30. Not a dinner rush, but still a 45 minute wait! We walked in and a manager went to seat us. An open table was OPEN at the very front. I went there, he continues to a table just three away. I said I need something close, he said you are here, set the menus down and walked off in a huff. A grown man, about 40 yrs old "showed me" Dinner was ok. No complaints. Service was good, our waitress was nice. That's the last $80.00 bucks I will ever spend in this establishment. The wait was too long and I can eat anywhere. The manager was a arrogant man with anger issues.

We have visited Cracker Barrel at many locations, and the service at this locations is below standards. They are not friendly. Gave us a look, like you have to be kidding, when we asked for table for 8. Then, told us 25 min wait, even though we could see that the restaurant was not full. We also waited long for our food and when we asked about the wait, the waitress looked indignant. "It's coming, " she said, without expression or apology. Then she proceeded to explain, "well, when you order steak and such, it takes longer." I had visited this location once before; party of two, that time. I thought it was a the busyness of lunch rush that accounted for the unfriendly attitudes. I don't think I will be going back to this location. The food is delicious. Never had a problem in that area.

The bacon was incinerated, inedible. The eggs were not cooked to my liking, after asking for over med, they came out with white snot.. So needless to say. I had water, a bite of bacon and half a piece of French toast. Waste of money..

The raw meatloaf platter was taken back to the kitchen replaced just about the time everyone else finished their dinner. The side of mashed potatoes came later than the meatloaf. A free dessert was given because of the error and when we opened up the to go bag, it looked like a dump cake instead of the picture on the menu. (The bag was carried very carefully to ensure this would not happen.) VERY disappointed!!!

Overall, the experience was good. The food was good, but it took a while to get it, though our server was quick to take our order and then follow up after we were served. The gravy on top of the chicken was dry looking, and most have been sitting a while before being brought out. But the fried chicken was very good and the sides were pretty good. The side salad had some bitter lettuce pieces, but was crisp and looked fresh. Our server was very friendly and checked on us just enough.

Then there's the country store and always great deals. Old fashioned candy, root beers, cream sodas and cola's. So delicious. I just visited this place on October 9 at 7 PM and I just experienced the worst visit I have ever experienced at Cracker Barrel in Davenport Iowa. me my wife and my two boys ordered food me and my wife had the meatloaf dinners and we got the mac & cheese and hashbrowns while the mac & cheese ended up taking 10 additional minutes after our food already came out and I was OK with that but after we got our mac & cheese the mac & cheese was warm at best . Now this was unacceptable and I told the management and the lady at the front counter when I paid about this and they seemed to only care to say sorry, they didn't offer any kind of discount or any sort of fix. I'm just not comfortable going back here when the Cracker Barrel team and management couldn't even make things right! Tonight was poor customer service at worst.

Food: the food taste good. My girl friend and I ordered the same thing, country boy breakfast with the sirloin steak medium. We ordered the two pancake breakfast for the kids. Those pancakes are big. When the food came, everything was good until my girl friend cut into her steak and it was rare. Instead of sending it back we just swapped steaks. Building: The building was clean. We didn’t use the bathrooms so I can’t contest to that. Staff: The staff we had was okay. She didn’t stand out compared to previous waitresses we had, but she didn’t do anything bad. For her defense, she had a lot of tables. Stars: 4 stars because of the steak.

After a 40 minute wait ( on a Sunday), the 6 of us in the party were voraciously starved. After ordering drinks, it was another 10 minutes, before they arrived with one sweet tea order missing. Food was ordered, and it was another half hour wait. The sweet tea still did not come with the food. The waitress came out of the kitchen with 2 of the food orders. Five minutes later, the remaining orders arrive, and no sweet tea, 3 sides were missing, no accompanying condiments...and no explanation or apology from the waitress. After 2 reminders as she went past us, about mid-way through the meal, the tea finally arrived. Several of the meals were luke warm as they arrived at the table...which might be an indication that they had been ready quite a while before they were actually served. Thus, the waitress was the likely culprit. Her service was terrible. We saw her four times during the entire meal. 1 to take drink orders, 2 to serve them, 3 and 4 to serve meals. 5. To finally bring missing tea mid meal. 6. The last was a quick dropping off of the check. Oops! That was 6 times, not 4. Before the check came, we were contemplating deserts. However, we took the check arrival as a dismissal, and we left. Never once did she inquire how everything was, or check to see if we needed anything. They were busy, but that is no excuse for such bad service. On the good side...the patrons waiting to be called were incredibly good humored and we were all smiling and joking as we waited our turn. If the food and service had been half as pleasant, the restaurant would have gotten a higher review.

This was Thanksgiving with my mother who had a gift card. We had to make reservations online, we checked in on arrival and the employee closest to the front said the reservation was where and it would be a 10 minute waite. After waiting 40 minutes checked back with her and our reservation was gone and we were told that after an hour reservations were automatically deleted even though we had checked in. When I went to the hostess and said something about it I got a snarky 'Sorry its a holiday.' Won't be back.

I do not recommend ever ordering carry out from this location. This is my second time, giving the benefit of the doubt after the first, having to wait an extra 30 minutes after my pick up time. I know it was busy, because the staff couldn't say anything nice about each other to each other, but there is not a reason why this should be a normal occurrence. Or even acknowledging me waiting. On top of that, the server who brought out my meal did not look at me nor even bother to crack a smile. When I got home, my "side" of fresh fruit consisted of 4 blueberries, a piece of pineapple and a piece of a strawberry. I am not happy for the second time coming here and will not be back.

This place was understaffed, no bussers for the tables, empty tables but we were told to wait, then the Host disappearred. The lighting was poor above the tables, so my elderly mother and I moved to a more lighted table that was not on the main aisle. The floors were filthy, as well as the eating areas. Our waitress was kind and helpful but the food was sub-par. Busquits were flat the and pick like. Not the same place I remember from a few years ago. We left regretting we came. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ordered the hot chocolate and a water with the sunrise combo...hot chocolate Luke warm, didn't receive water yet. Get food , had to ask for " all the fixings " for they had been forgotten . Later on when I about finished my food finally asked again for a water. Received water with hair in it. Daughter ordered pancakes and sausage . Instead of sausage she received bacon. Jeeez.

I want to say first and foremost this place is beyond wonderful. My fiancé and I went here yesterday and we were greeted by a lovely woman in the shop who talked to us about the area (we just moved) and about the colleges. She gave us great insight and we enjoyed talking to her. When we sat down we had a wonderful waitress who also made us feel very welcomed (her name was Rhonda) and she made sure our drinks never went dry which is a very hard task to do since I drink a ton of liquids. I’ve been to many Cracker Barrel’s and all have given me wonderful service and food, but I have to say this one in particular exceeded expectations and was high on our come back list. Thank you Davenport Cracker Barrel for having such wonderful, hardworking employees. We travel a ton and eat out a ton but so far this was the most plesant experience we’ve had!

I was not feeling well recently, so I called and placed and order for one bowl of chicken noodle soup. I was told that it would be ready when I arrived. This was great because I only live ten minutes away from the restaurant, and how long could a bowl of soup take right? At the end of my wait it was 40 minutes! My wife called out of concern thinking something may have happened to me, and the young person that answered told her that I wasn't there and that it would never take that long. One can imagine the kind of problem this could have created had I not called them as well and spoke to the manager to clear things up. He was apologetic, and the soup was good....not 40 minutes good but it was good. They should also rethink about the serving size for what they charge as well.

Great food. Nice shop with tons of novelties and candies. I got two dresses from their gift shop area and a head wrap to go with one of the dresses. One of the dresses and head wrap are like 20's style. They also have giant versions of candy. They have lots of sodas as well. I would most definitely recommend going and at least checking out their front gift shop area. There is usually a wait, but there are rocking chairs out front that are technically for sale that you can sit in, or you can check out all the novelties of the gift shop while you wait.

Gave 4 stars because while the service and food were a real delight, the manager that looks like Rick from Pawn Stars was constantly talking loudly around us into his ear piece like he was in the CIA. While moving tables and chairs around, he was barking out BS about converting metrics on "5 apples 5 ounces" which sounded like code for human traffic intentions. After I loudly commented on it, I could tell he got the point as he peered at me from around the corner like he was casing the joint to steal all the delicious hash brown casserole. Each time I would look up at him, he would quickly pretend not to be staring at me as I assume he does around dressing rooms in department stores. I did enjoy my meal, as much as someone could in this scenario. But this guy needs to go. If he needs to feel important, he should buy a trophy for himself

I have always liked Cracker Barrel but after tonight's meal it may be a while before I go back. My country fried steak was overcooked as though it had been heated up in a microwave. My hashbrown casserole was dry and gluey as though it had been sitting out all day. My lima beans had no flavor. Another at my table had to ask twice for his coleslaw and we didn't get our biscuits until halfway through the meal after asking for them twice.

I was left waiting in the Country Store for 30 minutes, only to find 9 empty tables that needed to be cleaned when I finally did get seated..People waiting for tables that long and you have all these empty tables with dirty dishes and old food on them.. And no one clearing them..My food took 30 minutes. So needless to say it was cold. I hope it gets better because that's unacceptable. My money was wasted on a long awaited cold meal..

I ordered the Friday night fish special. It had very little fish and was mostly breading. I should have spoken to the waitress about it, but was tired and just wanted to get back to the hotel. The clerk at the cash register asked how everything was and I told her. Rather than ask the if wanted to speak to a manager, she told me she had just had a man tell her how wonderful the fish was and if it happened again to let her know. Why? She didn't do anything about it.

Typically one of my go-to locations for stopping to get great food and service, and they have the cleanest washrooms around. The staff in this store however seemed to be in a daze. Worst/dirtiest washrooms I've seen at any Cracker Barrel; nothing was clean, towels on the floor and they had no towels left. When I informed someone on the floor after I finally found the person, I informed her of the terrible condition of the Men's washroom. No apology or sound of surprise. Just replied "oh....ok....I'll inform someone". When I tried to get a table I waited awhile for the hostess to appear....no friendly greeting when she finally walked up. I was just asked how many. I replied "one"...she said OK and then asked "your name?"....no cordial or friendly "please" attached. I responded "how long of a wait is there?". After some humming....I was told about 30 min--it was around 7:45 pm and they were pretty busy. I said no thanks that was too long of a wait. The merchandising in the store was fairly neat, however the music was on waaaaay to loud in the store area...people had to talk very loudly over it. This was the worst run Cracker Barrel I have ever been to and I've stopped over a hundred times at a wide variety of locations at this chain's stores. The chain as a whole I would rate 4.5 stars.

Usually I eat a vegetable plate but this time I ordered a tossed salad. It was the worst tasting salad I can remember eating. Stalky lettuce, not delicious Ranch dressing, and not tasty croutons. I ate the cherry tomatoes only and left a 20% tip. The wait staff was cheerful and helpful. My 2 companions apparently enjoyed their food. I didn't say a word about mine. I will return and order the usually delicious vegetable plate.

I ordered my food to go, it took 20 minutes for the server to make it up front after being paged 3 times until the cashier went to find someone to take my order. 45 minutes later my warm food made it into my hands. This one in Michigan near Detroit. Was busy due to holiday travel and traffic. Not a long wait like 20 minutes. Our waiter was really great. Nice experience. Food was good. Parking was a little challenging but due to holiday weekend. We enjoyed it.

This was the second time that I've went there and the service was horrible. The last time we went our waitress took so long that another table came after us got their food before us and they were gone before all of us started eating. Me, my wife and my youngest daughter were almost done eating by the time they served my oldest daughter her food. This time, they took forever to seat us. They didn't greet us and we waited 20 minutes for a seat. After we were seated, we waited another 20 minutes without being asked if we wanted anything to drink. I was getting upset and the people who came after us was served before we even ordered. This place gets no stars from me and I will not be going back even though my daughter's love they food! Horrible servicess

Went into order a carry out. I've never been there and was struggling to find what I really wanted then the guy who was taking my order offered to help me decide. He asked me a couple questions about my taste and got me to what I was looking for and made it easy. After he helped me with my order it was up super fast and tasted great. Ended up being just what I was hoping for and the staff made it super fast and easy.

Had lunch here this past Saturday with a friend. The restaurant was extremely busy but our server was fast, friendly and efficient. I had the fried catfish which was delicious and my friend had the special Cracker Barrel breakfast. She said it was fantastic - enough food for 2 people.

Good country home-style cooking with heathy and hearty options, and breakfast served all day everyday. I've been to this and other Cracker Barrel restaurants many times, but today I tried the French dip sandwich for the first time. Very good - I'll definitely be getting it again - but really you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Cook doesn't know how to cook eggs, 4 times and still not right, he got mad at waitress. What a jerk!!! Eggs well done shouldn't be a problem!!! Waitress Pam was so gracious and kept apologizing, wasn't her error!! Won't be back for awhile, very disappointed.

Slow service. We placed a to go order on a Sunday night. People that came in after us got their food before us. We waited an hour for our food. And it took them almost all of that time to tell me they were out of meatloaf and did I want extra ham with my combination platter. Food was cold by the time we got it home. First time I ever had bad service there though. Figured they were short staffed.

They were out of chicken and dumplings when we tried to order. We were very disappointed but the manager said they would make more. Took quite a while for our meals to come out and there was very little chicken in them. Tasted good, but could have been better.

I don't know what Cracker Barrel has done to ruin their biscuits and gravy but they have totally ruined them. The biscuits taste like flour balls and the gravy tastes like it come straight out of a can. Both are really bad. Service was ok. Waited in line to check out.

I thought they had changed in Macedonia. Not even. Family went to a cracker barrel in Michigan it was wonderful. Not at all like that in Macedonia. Order was messed up n manager had an attitude like allwell.

Did have an issue with a carryout order but it was quickly resolved. Staff was polite and apologetic. Have been here many times since and will continue to come back.
