If I could rate 0 stars I would considering I never received my order because the restaurant is so understaffed it was going to take literally 3 hours to get my small order. I wish I was exaggerating but I have been waiting almost 2 hours at this point and I can't even contact the restaurant because their phone has been busy for the last 30 minutes. You would think they would at least reach out to their customers to give them a status update. Never again, Thaitanium.

We felt discriminated, we felt the servers only give special attention to certain people. For example we saw they gave nice container for leftovers for all other tables, but we asked for one, the server just gave us a simple styrofoam box with a bad attitude. We are not picky people, we don’t care about the type of box they gave us, but because we are different we felt offended that action. Our money have the same value as other people. We won’t be back to this place.

Great food for a good price and good amount. I went with a friend and we split the chicken satay appetizer which came with a wonderful peanut sauce. For the meal, ordered the mango curry for $13 (I think) which came with a generous amount of actual mango chunks, and my friend ordered the garlic pepper chicken. Both came with a side of rice and all three dishes were delicious. The servers were very friendly and attentive.

Super great prices if you check them out for their $8.99 lunch specials - a great selection of entrees that are a bit smaller than the dinner portion but still filling and come with soup, salad, and a spring roll. Try the green curry or the pad Thai!

Went here for lunch with coworkers. I really enjoyed the food! Heat levels were a bit inconsistent- i ordered medium and it was very spicy, someone else ordered medium and there was no spice added, and another person ordered medium-hot and it was milder than mine. But food was all very tasty!

I went there with a friend from Thailand. She told me about the food and what the culture was about while we ate. Best Thai/bubble tea I've ever had. Also the waiter was the nicest I've ever had, spoke Thai and taught me a few words like hello and thank you, and they had no wait at lunch on Saturday.

Fantastic! We got the crab Rangoon, Hawaiian fried rice, and the shrimp and scallop dish. It was all delicious! The restaurant atmosphere was nice, the portions were generous and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food. I like that there are levels of spiciness that you can choose for each dish. The pad kee Mao is amazing along with the pad Thai. Their spring rolls are delicious as well. I was very pleased with everything I tried.

They always forget something on my order and expect me to come back to the restaurant for a refund instead of refunding the item over the phone. I did like the food, but the lack of good service will have me going elsewhere for my thai food fix. I would leave no stars if that was an option.

All started out fine, until I realized the many small bugs in my order. I called the restaurant and they insisted I send pictures to them to prove this offensive situation or else the would not give me a refund. So, fine. Here they are. There were at least four of these critters mixed in. Super disappointed, and very disgusted.

Great food and service as usual. The atmosphere combines the typical aesthetic you expect from a restaurant on Mass Ave with an Asian twist. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and chose a "level 6" for spiciness. I like spicy foods so I was able to handle it, but for those who can't I would suggest a level 2 or 3! I have been here several times and will continue to dine here in the future!

I love Thai but was hoping for a little better experience. The satay was plentiful, but the chicken hadn't absorbed much of the marinade and didn't have a lot of flavor. There was literally a single small cube of cucumber in the cucumber salad, and I normally like to have a bite of cucumber with every bite of satay. My husband gave his chicken Pad Thai a 5/10 for flavor, noting the chicken was bland. I loved my Seafood noodle soup. The broth was exceptionally flavorful and had a great kick (I ordered it medium). Our greatest discomfort was with the temperature near our table. We sat just to the right of the front door, by the front window, and the temperature was something south of frigid. I was wearing jeans and boots and my legs were aching from the cold. None of us took our winter coats off, and my husband kept his scarf wrapped around his neck. The service was below average for Mass Ave restaurants. Much of the time several servers were milling around the entrance, right next to us. However, other than serving the food and bringing the check, our server never came by to check on us. She brought carry-out containers because none of us finished our dinners, but I struggled with having to transfer a big bowl of noodle soup into a tall narrow container. My husband eventually took over, but we ended up with onions all over the table. At least it didn't get splashed on my coat! I read a few reviews that mentioned the prices were high, but I think they very similar to other Thai restaurants in Indy.

The food was delicious but nothing superior to other Thai restaurants in the city. The cocktails were very good and well prepared. The service was awful, it was half full (not busy) and our server was rude and disinterested in service, it took 10-15 minutes to get cocktails, 30+ minutes to get refills on water, and after receiving our food, the server never checked on us again until she brought our checks. Disappointing to see they hold early hours on mass ave...

Not great. Expensive for Thai. Tasted like meat was precooked and added to the dishes... very tough. Calamari appetizer was $8 for frozen rings. Dinner for 2 with 2 beers was over $50 plus tip. Much better places out there... just seemed inauthentic. Read some comments from others on prices... not sure where else they have eaten but prices here are about $1-2 higher per dish than most other places around.

I ordered through DoorDash. It was delivered still warm so I can’t complain there. The spring roll and Thai Tea were okay, but the chicken Pad Thai tasted like it had been made with old meat. I took one bite and threw away the rest. I usually love Thai food so I don’t know what made this so bad.

I had higher expectations with this restaurant, but found myself disappointed as service was really slow. My sister who ordered the Pad Thai didn’t like the dish and took a mere 2 bites, normally, this would be removed from our check when something is not good, but in actuality we were charged for food she barely touched. I paid it just because I didn’t want to explain why we shouldn’t be charged for it. For our Appetizers the crab ragoo was ok and shrimp tempura was actually pretty good. Beef and broccoli had really dry beef and super watery sauce. The host and server were nice though. It was my first time here, sadly won’t be returning.

Ordered soup from here on GrubHub. Most Thai places plastic wrap their containers to prevent spilling. This place does not. When soup arrives, container is open and soup had spilled all over bag. I called seeing if I could could come pick up another thing of soup. Lady said no, you have to order again on Grubhub. Sounds like a lot of work for a small container of soup. Oh, and the food at Siam Square is much better.

There is a waitress with yellow hair that is very unprofessional with people of color. I had seeing him how he treat white customers and customers of color.. Very different treatment.. I had use Grubhub too and my drivers complain about him not paying attention and ignoring them.. And this had been from different drivers.. I hope they tell him something because I love the food from here. But when I use GrubHub the food is for me and not the driver.. But the driver is representing me and I like for him to treat my driver with respect.

Customer service sucks the hostess as we walked in at 9:30 pm yesterday. The lady greeted me with we close at 10. I said ok is that enough time 30 minutes. She looked angry. And sat us. Went over to 2 other tables and refilled drinks that did not even need refill. It was so hostile. And after like 10 minutes ahead asked if we want anything to drink as if I didnt come to eat or drink something. She was so rude. I ended up getting up and leaving because the bussiness did not deserve me a customer. Why stay open until 10 if by 930 you are already attempting not to serve guest. It was my first time walking in there and i wont ever go back. I recomend you spend your money somewhere else. Servises are trash.

Great atmosphere and food here. The Salad Rolls and Dumplings were both DELICIOUS appetizers (trust me, keep around the 2 peanut and honey sauces you get for the Salad Rolls, they're great sauces to add to almost anything on the menu I GUARANTEE IT). I then got the ginger lovers entree with chicken, all the veggies and chicken were cooked amazingly, and the aforementioned sauces saved from the salad rolls only add to the FLAAAAVOOOR

Just had the worse experience in a restaurant. Me and my friend had dinner and had two separate checks, the waiter only came twice to our table and never check on us. My friend was not happy with the service and no tip was giving for bad service. As we walked out of the restaurant they touch me and stop me and claim we can not leave with out tipping. I had left a tip but my friend had not. Due to the fact that he was unpleased by the service. He would not let us leave until my friend would tip. He spend a total of $20 worth of food. I can't believe this happen to us and in a restaurant that's located in a great area of Indianapolis. I would never come back to this place and it was an experience I would never like to experience again. Worse restaurant here in Indianapolis.

Usually really good but today they sent me salad rolls with under cooked chicken. Really not okay and a health code violation. Also, poor customer service. I ordered them through Grubhub, but they refused to give me a refund after I made a complaint. So, since I don't believe this restaurant feels bad for serving unsafe food - I'm taking it as my responsibility to warn as many people as possible. Don't order meat from here. Certainly don't order anything with chicken.
