Nowadays this business receives a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and this rating was based on 327 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an feddbacks average is almost the top, and it is based on a very large number of opinions, so we may think that the rating is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to place tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Coffee Shop corresponds to the category of Moroccan restaurant.
Super friendly owners and staff. They made us feel like family. Food was great and the flavors were really good!
Fantastic food. Great service! If you like fresh cooked food, give this place a shot, you will not be sorry.
I have been coming here for over 5 years and have always had an amazing time.
Authentic, great food, and friendly staff. Will definitely return.
Very atmospheric environment with a nice touch of the Moroccan culture. The staff was incredibly friendly and most importantly the food was amazing! I'm a big eater and boy does the food come large. Well worth the price. I would definitely recommend new comers to Indy or those who love to try different cuisines to tryout Saffron Cafe.
Food was delicious. Restaurant is quaint and intimate. Perfect for a romantic dinner. Service was a little slow but the food came to the table piping hot
High quality food and service; great ambiance.
the food is delish!!!
One of my favorite places. Everything I've tried has been good. Do try to find a parking meter as the lot that looks right belongs to apartments that tow. It's a convenient dinner spot before a show at Old National/Murat.
So good!
The paella and kafta kabobs made me want to come back for more, but the portions were so large we have more to take home! Seriously, this place is absolutely worth checking out. The flavors are out of this world and family recipe tiramisu lives up to the hype. We WILL be back next time we pass through Indy.
Ambiance was great and so was the food. We tried the Antipasto Plate, Chef Salad, both the Chicken and Vegetable soup and Kafta Kebab. All of it was fresh, aromatic and uniquely flavored. I've tried a lot of MENA regional cuisine and the Moroccan spices and chargrilling was different. A nice departure from what I'm used to. Great date spot.
If you like Moroccan food, this is the place for you. The food is outstanding and very authentic. Service was excellent as well.
Food is awesome....very quiet and intimate....staff is very friendly....
Excellent food, great ambiance, decor. Try the pilpil appetizer.
Fantastic tajines, tea and other Moroccan dishes
Best authentic food!
Service was excellent and food was scrumptious! We'll definitely be back!
Great food, very unique restaurant! We loved it! Service was top notch also. Will be back!
I love this restaurant! The Tanjine honey lamb is delicious. I also recommend the Tanjine lamberel.
The best food I have ever had the privilege of tasting. The restaurant is cozy, the wait staff lovely and accommodating, and when we went we were the only people there. Please get the mint tea! You won't be disappointed. I cannot wait to go back.
Service was good but the food is absolutely horrible way over rated I dont recommend it for anyone. Save your money over priced food garbage
Always good food and service. Servings are wellproportioned and look nice. Recommended
...very good food (Morraccan)...friendly great service!!..parking nearby wherever you find!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing food and excellent service. My new favorite haunt!
Delicious food! I think the tiramisu at the end was the only thing I've had before, and it was well worth it! I was here as part of a (paid for) work outing, so I can't speak for the price, but I had a great time, had a lot of great good, and would come here in an instant if I were in the city again.
The food was good and the service was great.
Delicious! Great ambience, too.
Food was awesome. Service was spectacular.
Super tasty and I loved that the menu had info on Moroccan culture! Pricey but worth it!
Very good waitstaff excellent chef-prepared morrocan cuisine. Also the exquisite authentic Morrocan decor throughout specifically the lighting (chandeliers) add a charming touch of a far-off Mediterranean getaway. Between the hospitality and the atmosphere; anyone with taste knows the food is going to be great simply breathing the breeze from Chefs kitchen within a block of the place...
The atmosphere is the highest point of this place, by far. Walking in, one is simply captivated. Upon leaving, I was truly confused to find myself in downtown Indianapolis. The service is wonderful, which is also a plus; my waitress was very nice. However, the tagine-cooked foods are probably the only thing worth ordering. I had the hummus and pita, where the hummus was lacking in flavor, but the pita was fantastic; the tagine chicken with cumin, which was absolutely delectable; the atay glace, which was a (if my memory serves me) raspberry hibiscus tea that was DELICIOUS, (though mostly because it was reminiscent of apple juice); the coucous, which were dry and largely flavorless (in my opinion & experience they should've been cooked in the tagine); and the baklava, which is pretty hard to mess up, and my only criticism was that it was a bit thin. The atmosphere and the tagine is what you should come to this restaurant for, and I could praise them up and down all day for it! Apologies for the lack of pictures, it was a bit too dark for any good ones!
First time trying Moroccan food and this place did not disappoint! Amazing. Flavorful. The owner was very nice and attended well to the guests.
Great food. If you like different kind of stews then Moroccan food has you covered. There aren't as many savory options as kinda-sweet options but both dishes I've had when I've been there were awesome
Excellent menu, friendly owners & family, wonderful experience! Make sure to try this location out if you want a great Near Eastern dining experience. Many traditional dishes on the menu, a few that are staples in many similar settings. Overall, you won't be disappointed; you will want to come back!
Fantastic food, great menu, fair prices. Makes me miss my time in the Middle East! Falafels, hummus, baklava - all the "staples" us Americans know and like, and much more.
Absolutely great place in town if you want a nice cozy fancy dinner. Regardless of the how small the place is the quality of the food is top notch and so worth the price. Service is great and very welcoming. I wish this place will grow little bigger cause it has all the qualities of a great restaurant.
Bad Moroccan food I'm not satisfied
Coming for lunch, offered a lamb tajin with honey. Taste good and pretty full for one person.
Beautiful place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and authentic!!! Will definitely be back!!
is good quite place for dinner food are good and service very good price are average of $$ resturants
Lamb did not have game smell. Be very cautious of the "specials" imho was not worth it.
Its a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes its not up to the mark. Was there recently they messed upy order and then when I did get what I had originally ordered it was not good at all. But there tajines are really good specially the cumin chicken.
Fantastic food and service. I visited on a quite night and the server was very pleasant. She had good recommendations and the portions were very generous.
Food was good service was a bit difficult( she is new to the country and knows a just a bit of the English-language. All in all it was a lovely time.
Wonderfully prepared dishes and a nice friendly atmosphere. Large glasses of wine and a witty waiter.
Awesome Moroccan tajine of lamb or chicken in Indianapolis!
Indianapolis Hidden Gem. Excellent cuisine, ambience and service. I highly recommend.
This place is delicious!!!! My boyfriend and I were going out for a date night and wanted to try something new. This was perfect. It is Moroccan food. I got the beef and lamb kabobs. So good. Would recommend and we will be going back.
This place is absolutely fantastic. The cous cous and leg of lamb, derived from the chef/owner's grandmother's recipe was perfection. Rather pricey, but worth every penny.
Used to be one of my favorite places but it has gone downhill. Food was over seasoned. Service was formal but kinda odd and stiff.
Amazing service! Owner is so wonderful and attentive. The Lambarel Tajine is amazing, award winning!
Everything was spectacular and the wait staff was professional; well-equipped to handle the load that Father's Day brought in for business. You will wait for a bit: traditional tajine dishes can take several hours to prepare, though you can expect to wait about 25-30 minutes in this establishment. My only pointed critique is for the mint tea--VERY, VERY sweet, though delicious in its own right. Halving the amount of sugar wouldn't hurt. Everything else, including my tajine lamberel was perfectly cooked, contained the right complexity of flavors I look for in cuisine indigenous to North Africa, and left us (my family and myself) eager to repeat the experience as soon fast humanly possible. Also, on a side note, the chef is well known in Indianapolis and abroad for his talents: this means the food will be good, but you will pay premium prices to see the efforts of his craft (and his kitchen crew's capabilities) come to bear on every prepared plate.
We had a great time! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food looked AMAZING and tastes even better!
Good food. Nice atmosphere
Great service, beautiful decorations, But the food is absolutely horrible no taste at all. I have ordered chicken ginger tajine but it’s away far from this name, the bad taste that everyone one know in chicken never been marinated, I hate that taste makes me feel vomiting. Please don’t name this Moroccan food it’s has nothing to do with it. Also if you have Tajine in the menu don’t serve in plate and cover it the tajine lids and call it Tajine. Aver all bad experience, nasty food.
Great food and ambiance. Mint tea was a highlight! Moroccan food was tasty!
Exceptional service, remarkable atmosphere, and some of the best cuisine I've ever had. The lamb tajine should be the envy of the state of Indiana. The intimate setting creates an atmosphere akin to dining in the living room of a local in Casablanca. I will absolutely return to this cafe. 10/10
Great hospitality, very knowledgeable and food is very good. A little pricy but they have great mussels and you get a nice sized portion. They have cooking class available on Groupon. I'm definitely doing !
Very nice atmosphere. Food incredible and with wonderfully subtle flavors as well as more intense options.
Wonderful food and great people
Accommodating service. Real traditional food. Some of the appetizers on my visit were much more salty than standard food. Wide variety of food. The inside decor is traditional and nice, but not so attractive on the outside of the building. Parking isn't simple; Street meter parking, or rear parking free after 6pm.
This place has nothing to do with Moroccan food and very expensive!!! I paid $29 for a meal and the guy didn't even bring me what ordered exactly. Don't waste your money. The atmosphere is not appealing either.
We Love their food!
Best middle eastern food I have had in years.
Food was good, but the service was slow.
Nice restaurant, serves Moroccan food, but prices are a little high.
Great food... yammy... excellent service... best Moroccan tea ever...
It's good...the mint tea is spot on
Fantastic food and service!
Food and service both excellent.
Excellent food and tea.
This is the best and most authentic Morocan food I have ever had. The friendly and extremely attentive staff make you feel right at home. I cannot say enough good things about the restaurant. If you are a Tiramisu lover make sure you try this on your next visit.
Top 3 restaurants in Indy, hands down
I don't have enough words to describe how magical this place is. We have just celebrated my mother's 50'th birthday there, and I highly recommend this restaurant. The food, the music and most importantly the people and the staff were amazing - defiantly one of Indy's best restaurants!!
Every time I've been to the Saffron, the food is fresh and tasty and the staff is helpful and friendly. This is a very nice change from more typical restaurant food in Indianapolis.
The food is fantastic, I tried most of the dishes since I eat there often. I attended the cooking class by Chef Sentissi. he had so much great information about health and the right spices for optimum health, I highly recommend taking the cooking class, you will learn so much about healthy eating as I did.
Food was good, service was good.... and the process were also good
Excellent cuisine, great atmosphere. We went on a Wednesday and enjoyed quick service with plenty of peace and quiet. The food is incredible. I'd read the other reviews and thought it might be pricey, but you are getting every penny in taste, quality, and presentation. Definitely a must visit!!
The tajin was sooo delicious and good. The spice in the tajin is just enough to make it delicious and good and unforgettable taste . The kabab on the otherhand was somehow not that delicious but good enough to eat it.
A must visit place. Nice Moroccan touch to the flavors. Quite oily though. However contrary to their claim the Saffron flavor was missing. You may know that saffron is the king of spices and even a hint of it in the food is noticeable. And there was none. Long wait times though. Took almost 40 mins to get our dish. May be I will go back once again and try another dish. Worth trying.
I was just passing through on my way home from Chicago, and I chose this place by the Google reviews. Warm ambience. Delicious, authentic food. Sincere and excellent service. I will likely come here again next time I'm nearby. Parking nearby is limited, but I would happily walk a few minutes to dine here.
So yummy and great service!!!! Loved this place!!!
For a real "night out" this can be a great experience food-wise. With a few minor adjustments to your expectations/planning it could also be a great experience all-around. This is another dining gem where the food is just incredible. My wife and I order different things and eat off each others' plates non-stop. My personal favorite is the Lamb Honey Tagine. Incredibly tender with many different flavors combined to make a wonderful meal. The primary concern to have when planning to dine there is the crowd. The atmosphere is very tight, so if you are claustrophobic or have issues with close crowds or the noise of constant conversation then it can be overwhelming. Planning weekend dining should be done with care as the staff/kitchen can quickly get overworked, particularly in the summer with the outdoor expansion filled. That said, sneaking in at an off-hour on a week day can be a great experience with some very unique and wonderful food.
Great food, wonderdul service and a touch of home feeling!
I visited Saffron Cafe for the first time tonight tonight in a party of four; everything we ordered tasted amazing. In particular, the Chicken Marsala was tender and succulent with an amazing sauce. I won't be going back, however, because the waitstaff is so poor. They're the type of snooty, self-absorbed waiters who obviously detest their jobs and their customers. From the moment we walked in, there were issues. We were seated at the worst table in the place because, "You aren't regulars." Never mind that this was the fifth trip here for one member of our party (my first, and last, though). Never mind that we'd made reservations, and there were twice as many tables empty as full. The waiter would be well advised to try a career as a vacuum cleaner salesman--it would better suit his temperament. He was constantly and obnoxiously trying to upsell, without even a fig-leaf of an effort to understand what our tastes are. If you want some great Moroccan food, try it, but I recommend take-out.
Great food and service. My taste buds and stomach got totally lost, happy, actived today. It's been a while since I had a nice dish. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some different but taste good . If u get overwhelmed with the large menu selection take a tagine u can never go wrong with it. Thumbs up.:)
A WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE I've ever been seen...The food is yummy and has a unique Mediterranean touch ....I definitely recommended to my friends as a good to place to go to.
Amazing food, great service!
Great Healthy Food! Owner is Naturpathic Doctor and Author!
Wonderful food and atmosphere.
Beautiful, cozy and well maintained restaurant. Server was very polite and the food was awesome. Hence 5 *. I highly recommend the tea and lamb dishes. Enjoy!!
Always great food and service! Nice ambiance right on the edge of downtown
Everything is fantastic! It is an experience to enjoy eating here. I met Chef Sentissi and he has a passion for food and creating dishes. I recommend Saffron Cafe!
My boss treated us to lunch for the holidays. This was my first time dining in this restaurant. Food and service was fantastic! Will definitely be going back.
The food was delicious, service excellent, and it felt like a trip to Morocco.
Best lamb and chicken i have eaten since i arrived to the US Good job will keep coming back again and again .Forgot to say the Staff was beyond Friendly and the place is extreemly clean ,cozy and comfortable
A group of us had a wonderful meal here, beginning with several shared appetizers. The bakoula surprised me by how tasty it was as I'm used to spinach being rather bland. The falafel was wonderful and the friend who ordered mussels enjoyed them so much I gave her the mussels (not a fan) from my main course of Moroccan Paella. The lamb, chicken, shrimp and salmon served over saffron rice with peas and carrots was amazing, improved only by an occasional dab of the hot sauce from someone else's dinner that was deemed Way too hot by everyone else. (I got the rest of it in a to go cup, still using it two weeks later, fabulous!) We enjoyed the meal so much that one person asked to compliment the chef and when he came out and spoke to us about the food (we were last table) she asked to hug him for making her so happy and content with his wonderful cuisine. I'm not an expert in Moroccan cuisine but others in our group who are said the dishes were cooked and seasoned to perfection, making for a wonderful experience. Lest I forget, our waiter was wonderful, dealing with two very particular customers and another who can't eat gluten. He was patient, helpful, kind and altogether helped make this one of the most memorable meals of the week. A great joy to deal with.
Its like walking into a romantic get a way in another country. Its beautiful and cozy with employees that treat you like royalty. Everything i have tried on the menu has been deliciously sent straight from the food gods. Although if i am totally honest the deserts here are magnificent MAGNIFICENT!!! Ask for Ben to be your server if possible and let him know you requested him as per my review and i can guarantee you impeccable service he is the final touch on this little cafe from heaven!!!!
The Saffron Cafe is a small, quaint restaurant with a quiet atmosphere that turns out to be very romantic. It also happens to have some of the most flavorful, well cared for Mediterranean food in Indianapolis. It's obvious the owners and staff care greatly for diners.
Our waitress was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Be ready to spend some time here, the dishes aren't quickly prepared however, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent food and exceptional service.
A beautiful place, with fantastic, attentive service and delicious food. The Morroccan coffee is excellent.
Good food staff wine and cozy place for dinner
Great food.. great ambiance.. have been going here for years.. never disappoints..
Excellent shawarma! The hummus platter is also quite good!
AmAzing Tangine...and the mint tea is perfect
I went to a cooking class here; the man is absolutely brilliant. The food is great, but the chef is one of the most passionate individuals I have met. Truly making a difference by educating people on the importance of a proper whole food diet.
Good food. Opens at 4pm and that's when we arrived. Great service. Tried specialty drinks, appetizers, kababs and dessert. All good stuff. Alan has the fish kabab which looked delicious though he didn't offer a bite.
Wow, not what I expected. The dining room is ornately decorated with relics that really take you away from Indy. The food is exceptional. Everything that I have had is amazingly prepared. The mint tea is amazing and served in piping hot tea pots unlike anything I have seen available locally. The Honey Lemonade though is worth the trip alone. I could suck down a gallon of that if they would let me. If you like Moroccan, Greek, or Mediterranean food, you have to go to this place! If it very quiet at lunch and the perfect time to go. Just get there before 2 because they close down before dinner.
Very beautiful vibes.
Loved the tagine.
Indianapolis gives way to a romantic and intimate setting in this restaurant. The pleasant staff accommodates you and the food is memorable (I still feel satisfied when thinking of my ahi tuna
My wife and I got dinner here while staying the night in Indy. It was a very quiet and cozy place with a unique (for the midwest) menu full of Mediterranean dishes. The waiter was very professional and well versed in the menu items and how to serve them. The hummus platter and entrees were great along with the hot minty tea. Well worth the short walk there from our hotel.
Very flavorful and awesome food. We were pressed for time but one of the orders we got was the shawarma and it was amazing. It was the better dish out of the ones that we ordered. Definitely will be back when we have more time.
Great food, the manager/waiter was very helpful in recommendations and the proper way to eat. Bread was warm and great to dip. Will be back for sure!
The food is fabulous, the staff is friendly. The ambience is lovely, and the owner is charming. We seriously love this place!
Oh, my!! What a special treat this was!! The atmosphere was so calm and inviting, the service was personable, dignified, and attentive, and the food was extraordinary! Our party of three each ordered different lunch meals, and not one of those us was disappointed. The soup was uniquely delicious, and the antipasto appetizer platter had us craving more! Their pita pieces were so soft and flavorful, and the different meats were a real flavor delight! Definitely a restaurant worth finding!
I've been here 3 times. The food here is good, I recommend the Salmon. The older waiter with the long white hair is a great waiter and very polite. That said, the middle-aged waiter with the dark eyes and light hair is a terrible waiter. He is rude, doesn't take reservations seriously, doesn't smile and acts annoyed if you are not ready to order. If it hadn't been for the older gentleman and the good food, I would not have gone back.
Very good
You should try this place. It’s in corner and not very prominent location but food is super.
Wonderful food and service. Saffron Mussels is a must-try.
Great food, lovely ambience! Amazing personalized service!
This place is fantastic! Don’t miss out on this AMAZING food and great customer service!
Arrived yesterday for lunch with a friend.I have eaten here before and the food and ambience is very good. Unfortunately, they don’t have any parking during the day for customers. There is construction going on right next door so a lot of contractors vehicles. All of the off-Street parking is by permit only, so, unfortunately neither me nor my friend could find any onstreet parking nearby so we had to go elsewhere. Plenty of parking on Mass Ave at lunchtime.
Top Notch preparation!! Very polite staff... Saffron introduced me to the amazing flavours of Moroccan cuisine. The dish was very well made with an awesome blend of flavoured oil, herbs and spices..... I felt it was a mix of Arabic and Mediterranean food....
Sooooooo good. Clean, fresh, housemade eats! The handmade pitas were the best we ever had. The hand-packed lamb gyro was AMAZING. The tiramisu from a "generations old, family recipe" is the BEST on earth. Go here now. Do as I command! XO
Outstanding atmosphere, food, and service. We'll definitely be back in the near future.
Great atmosphere. Great food a bit pricey.
Cozy atmosphere, good food. The only negatives are parking, and service was very kind, but slow. Not her fault there were only 2 servers foot the whole place.
Very cool place. Nice atmosphere. Very unique and great food. Not a quick bite. Service is slow but friendly.
Been several times, always great service. The food's usually good, but it's not the best I've had, but their desserts are wonderful.
This food is amazing.
I have been to Saffron multiple times and hope to go multiple more times. The service and food is great. Try it and you will want to go back multiple times.
I liked the decor very much. Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. She helped us select some of our dishes. The falafel was a little dry, but tasted good. My Zaalouk was tasty, but I should have asked for a spicier version of it. My wife said her Tajine Lambarel was juicy and soft, though she too mentioned it needed some more spice in it. The highlight was definitely the baklava, which was perfect. We would surely be back to try some different dishes. 5 stars for the service and decor, 4 for the food.
This past Friday, a few friends and I decided to head to Saffron Cafe for dinner. I was interested in checking this establishment out for two reasons; first, I'd never had Moroccan food and second, saffron itself is one my favorite spices. When we arrived, I noticed the restaurant was close to full which I took as a good sign. We were seated promptly in the restaurant's dimly lit dining room and took a few minutes to browse the menus (and adjust to the relatively dark room) before ordering. I ordered the lamb kabob plate which came with a choice of saffron rice and mixed vegetables. Ultimately, I regret my choice, but will get to why in a moment. The wait for our food was almost unbearable and I wish they would have brought us bread or something while we waited. Instead, two of us killed a bottle of Cabernet in anticipation. It took so long I wanted to ask if they had to slaughter the lamb out back before preparing it. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, my friend (who also ordered the lamb) and I were equally dismayed at the small portion of lamb to rice ratio. Aside from this disappointment however, the food was good. The lamb was tender and savory, the vegetables were not overcooked and the rice was okay, but I wish it had a stronger saffron flavor. I wish I had gone with one the tajine dishes so I think I'll give them another try at some point.
Nice place for an evening out.
Great Moroccan food. I am not a lamb eater, but the taste here surprised me. Not gamey at all, delicious. I do recommend this place to all food lovers.
Love this place. Morrocan food, service and ambiance amazing. For me the best Mediterranean restaurant in Indy.
Food was soooo good. Great atmosphere & service. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.
A cute little place just off the Cultural Trail that has an extensive Moroccan/Mediterranean menu full of big-flavor dishes. The prices are very reasonable considering the portions and quality of the food. Our server was very kind and attentive, and the lighting was almost perfect. If you have an appreciation for appropriately dim restaurant lighting, you'll enjoy how low it is here. The only real issue I had was that there is only one speaker in the back near the kitchen. So if it's a slow night, it can feel a little too quiet. But all in all a fantastic spot!
A small, cozy restaurant with an authentic atmosphere and food. Our dishes were rich and flavorful and provided plenty of food to fill us up. The staff were very friendly as well and were happy to welcome our one-year-old .
Amazing service wonderful food will come back
Great food in a beautifully decorated restaurant - highly recommend whatever chef has dreamed up. Delicious seafood and mixed grill dishes. Bring 3-4 friends and order two large platters -ome seafood with couscous and one mixed grill. Dining out done right!
The cake is good, the shrimps are good, but the falafel is really salty!
Great wine. Food is good, but I thought the lamb was a bit over cooked.
Food is always great and the customer service was impeccable.
Great flavors and atmosphere. The Couscous Royale was delicious, with perfectly charred vegetables and shrimp. Can’t wait to try the tagines. Also works for vegetarians and those who cannot handle heat (spice levels go from zero to 5). Totally worth the drive from Broad Ripple and the hassle to find parking.
Our Family with children 16 and 12 had the best restaurant experience of our lives dining with the most Delightful community caring Chef and Nutrionist Dr. SENTISSI! From crazy good unique great salad, soup, muscles with to die for dipping sauce for the bread to crab cakes, cornish hen with a combination of flavors to dream about and then to end with an explosion of Heaven with a vanilla bean cake that was voted the best we have ever had in our lives truly made our dining experience never to be forgotten! Our daughter asked Chef Anass he should go on Chopped and to our amazement he pointed to the Chopped photo on the wall with his euphoric glow and energy to be shared to celebrate a blessed experience. We recommend his nutritional cooking class and look forward to coming back for more memories of euphoric dining experiences.
Incredible food and even better experience
The food is always delicious and the wait staff are helpful and easy to talk with. I love the colorful dining area.
Awesome Moroccan food. Great taste.
Fantastic food, served and cooked by awesome people! The waiter was very friendly and helpful
Over priced. Not authentic Moroccan. It's really cold inside in winter. I kept my jacket on
Signed up for the cooking class and took hubby on a secret date there. The education with regards to nutrition was amazing.... this was certainly good food and a lifestyle change for the way we eat!
This is a jewel with wonderful food and service.
Everything at Saffron Cafe was ridiculously good. We spent nearly $100, but we also got an appetizer, two entrees (including one special), and two desserts. This was a special "date night" so we went in expecting to splurge. The portions are massive, so next time we will prob still order the antipasto, plus one entree and one dessert. That will probably only cost around $40 total. For the quality of the food, I don't think this place is over-priced at all. Will definitely be back!!!
Loved it . Most traditional Moroccan in the area.
