Stopped in for a quick bite and cocktails after a Colts game. They were definitely busy, which I can be understanding of after a big event. However, the service was incredibly sowe and the food was just ok. After one cocktail and an appetizer we decided to find a manager, cancel our wing order and pay the rest of our bill.

I know some people may not feel this is a family restaurant, but my husband and I took our 16, 14, and 10 year old here. The staff was AMAZING & so friendly. Our food came out quickly and it was so good. We will definitely be returning

Good service our waitress was very nice, only reason I give 3 star is because I'm concerned for the staff, the A/C was set to high in my opinion for the waitresses, I literally saw one of the girls shivering before she had to go check on another table.

We had pretty nice time here while visiting Indianapolis. The waitresses were super nice and food was delicious. My 12 year old son had the time of his life. I don't think he's ever smiled this big.

We took a young lady (who has apparently lived in a cave her whole life) here for the 1st time. I think she thought it was a "guys only" place. I told her they have killer wings and burgers. She loved it! They have great food!

Service, people! It's all about the service! Our waitress, Natalie, stopped in a couple times. We had to flag her down for more drinks and if you look at the picture she didn't clear any dishes. Not one! I was also shocked by the number of staff that had runs and tatters in their uniforms. Have some pride. The 3 is for the food and the service gets a big fat zero!

Food was good for the most part. Tator tots were way over cooked and we waited too long for food to come out for it being as slow as it was. The worst thing was we go to Hooters for what... To check out Hooters and our waitress stayed covered up in a big sweatshirt. The whole time. But all and all it was a nice evening. I recommend sticking to weekend visits though for a better atmosphere.

After watching a Herbie Hancock concert at the Hilbert Circle Centre Theatre, I wanted something to eat. I haven't been to Hooters in quite a while, so I settled on that. A young beautiful lady name Courtney waited on me, and all became right with the world. Great service, hot & freshly made food, and great conversation made for a nice nite out. kierra had no idea what she was doing . We got AYCE wings and when we ordered our second one she said “this is all you can get” . So we’re like okay? We got spicy Parmesan .... really spicy so I asked her for water and she said “we shut everything down” when all other tables had full glasses of water . Just the most pathetic service I have ever ever had . THEN we asked for a discount due to us not even getting all you can eat and having “no more water” and she said “I can’t do this” and came back with our discounted receipts. Lol First time at hooters was a disappointment . I pray for Kiera cause maybe serving isn’t her job type ....

Beautiful place. Not the average. The staff aren't stupid or ugly at all. No joke. Great food of course. Indianapolis has some pretty intelligent and and some of the most beautiful people. Hooters is always cool. Especially this one. Recommended.

Check# 533 on 9/28/19 Waitress: Courtney Waitress was good, location wasn't properly staffed for volume of customers for the weekends event... turning away customers based on wait times and closing an hour early at 12am instead of the normal 1am. Poor management planning is not a reflection of the good service my party received from Courtney. A BIG THANKS TO COURTNEY !!!

Changed my review from my previous 5 star due to 2 consecutive bad experiences, last time no one would seat me and it was dead, this time the waitresses where too concerned with eating with guys in the bar to even take an order (full hooters outfit and everything). Waited 20 minutes just for someone to check on me until I gave up, then spent another 5 just finding someone to take my money from the one beer I was able to order. How hard should it be to go to a restaurant to try and spend money on food? You have 3 locations in Indy, which means your customer base has to commute to you. What a waste of an hour.

We went there 3 time during our stay as we really miss the one that closed in Des Moines. Staff was super friendly and Marisol was a rock star! Told the Manger what a good staff he had and that he is doing a great job too. Food was good, beer cold and timely! The only negative was the onion rings were soaking wet. Still a 5 star experience.

This is the best restaurant to come to if you want terrible service. We were seated, got waters, ordered drinks, which sat on the bar for 10 minutes before we got them, our food sat in the window and was half cold, and our server disappeared and we only saw her 2 times. I'd give this zero stars if it was an option. We waited for about 20 minutes for our check after we were done eating.

Although the waitress kept checking back it was more of a rushed do you need anything, and most of the food was good, the chicken was the worst I've had, the meat was actually cold and sauce was a little warm, and tasted like it had been sitting a long time. Hooters downtown use to be the bomb but the last two trips have turned me off for good. I'd rather go home and cook
