All 5 Guys are not equal. This place got it right. The store was clean. The Burger was cooked correctly, cheese melted and toppings were fresh. The fries were fresh and crisp. The service they thought was normal was great. I not only recommend this 5 Guys but plan on eating there again. If you go to 5 Guys and don't have grease stains on your bag when you get your order something is wrong ( you didn't get enough fries and the ones you got are probably old ). The down was parking.

They have some great burgers. Double bacon cheeseburger every time! The fries are thrown in the bag. A small could feed two. Ask for the cajun seasoning too... you're welcome. Voted worldwide as one of the best burger places. I'd have to agree. Flavored coke machine too...

I am a huge fan of five guys! I love how they are cook to order! The food is always fresh on the daily. You basically pay for the patty, cheese, bacon and ALL THE FIXINGS ARE FREE! The potatoes are sent in every day and cooked to order plus they throw extras in the bag for those who call out dibs on bagfries!! #ProTip ADD CAJUN SEASONING TO FRIES! This place is definitely top 3 on my burger chart! If you agree thumbs this up so the people will know.

Great food, most the staff was great but some little blonde girl was very rude at the cash register. She rolled her eyes at my elderly dad when he was struggling to place his burger order. He has Parkinson’s. Its people like that make my dad not want to leave our house. We ate and left and she was on her phone the whole time. I didn’t catch her name but she’s light blonde and didn’t have eyebrows

Needed to eat before Pacers game. Only place that was open at the time. It was my sons first time eating there. He loved it. Got our orders in and food was ready pretty quick. If you haven't been there try portions are really big. A small fry will most likely hit the spot.

Its Five Guys. Staff is friendly at this location but absent minded. My orders are usually always just slightly off - i.e. not cajun fries, regular instead; forget toppings or sauces on my burger, forget the bacon. But its Five Guys so its good for the price and it always tastes great to me. Love the fries a lot - this location (while they forget the cajun seasoning) always fries them crispy! Most other five guys give you limp fries, so they definitely have that going for them. 2 people can eat here for about $20. Not a bad deal.

first time ever filling a Postmates order from 5 guys. this may have been my fault... it just seemed like the staff wanted me to be stuck there like them. but back to the story i read pick up and i read a sign that said order here. i went to the one that said pick up, because every other oder i did today i just went in picked up the orders then left. The staff which were kids just laughed and joked around while i was placing the order at the wrong counter.

I am generally a fan of five guys and eat at them more often than I should. This is a new location and I went there the other day. After waiting in line for less than 3 minutes and placing my order, I waited 26 MINUTES more for my burger. So much for a quick lunch.

Stopped by here after a bad experience at buffalo wild wings. Five guys has yet to disappoint. As you can see the burger is plump and juicy. The fries are hot and the combination is perfect. It's just what I needed after leaving buffalo wild wings and not even have someone come to the table. Thanks five guys you saved the night well done.

Being from CA I definitely miss my in-and-out, and everyone has told me to try five guys; I wasn't disappointed. The double cheeseburger was quite large, and I definitely appreciated that they offer grilled mushrooms. A little towards the high end of the pricing scale for a quick burger joint, but the amount of food one gets makes up for it. Its not in-and-out but still a solid burger joint.

Went to the downtown location in Indy and the line was out the door as usual. so instead of standing in the line, I just had a seat and ordered online and they estimated the time it would take, and they called out my order right on time. It was a great experience and they always have good food, they Rock every time!

I went on fourth of july with my girlfriend and it was packed however despite that they had good service for how unbelievably busy they were. It took a little longer to get my food but that was to be expected with the crowd. It was well maintained and clean for the most part. Would definitely recommend

This was my first Five Guys experience and will likely be my last. The fries were above average. It's the best thing they have going. The burger? Average at best. Wouldn't go out of my way for another. The biggest problem with this location? The homeless running unchecked through the restaurant begging for money! We were accosted 3 times in 10 minutes by homeless trash. NEVER again. There are some great downtown restaurants. This Five Guys isn't one of them. ETA: You can tell most of the "reviews" here are being posted either by the local franchise owner or by the corporate marketing people.

I've had great luck at other Five Guys locations but have tried this one 2x and....it's just not the same. I'm sure they're individually owned franchises and the owner here is not putting much effort into hiring a quality staff. Getting quality people to work downtown is a struggle but it can be done.

I don’t have enough time in the world to wait again for my burger. Quick ordering process, but the kitchen waits on Christmas to actually make your food. They lean against counters arms crossed just bs-ing. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good burger (when I finally got it), but the unprofessionalism and lack of management care made it so much worse. Management is also very vocal about how he’s pissed how busy it is on a weekend night. Just get a new job man.

Horrible customer service at this location. Management does not care about customers. If they mess your order up or leave something out they do not care. Never had a problem with the food until I didn't get everything I ordered. They refused to refund my money unless I came back to the store. I used a card and it's 2019. I did it from their app. Corporate refunded it in a split second. I was told the manager would get back to me when I gave them my phone number. Of course he didn't, but I guess that's why he manages a burger chain.

I was in town for a Catholic conference and about 20,000 people went out for lunch, in downtown Indianapolis, at the same time. 5 guys was packed with the line going out the door and wrapping around the corner. The staff worked hard, met the challenge head on, and excelled. The service was great and the food was amazing. They worked well as a team under pressure. Bravo!

Literally the best burgers in town. My only gripe is that the mushrooms are not grilled fresh there from a can. You have an array of toppings to choose from and wonderful milkshakes choices available. Everyone needs to try five guys at least once in their lifetime. Good luck not getting hooked!
