I visited this location on my way home from Indianapolis this morning, and got the usual this-is-a-traveler-who-we'll-never-see-again-so-who-cares airport store fare. The hot chocolate I ordered was weak and watery, not rich and creamy like I expected. This was even after I asked the server to add more chocolate. I'm not sure how they make theirs, but it seemed like one of those envelope mixes made with water and steamed. The "whole grain" muffin I had with it was not very "whole grain" at all but more of a cranberry one. Still not bad, but it fell apart easily in your hand and crumbled all over the place. Don't know who bakes them for them, but they could be less cheap and add more egg to the batter so they hold together better. I would've taken it all back to them, but, of course, I was already on the plane. Just "moon" them and go to Starbucks.

Our flight was delayed for 2 hours, my daughter hadn't eaten, went to this coffee shop at 8:40, the gate was still open, the website says it closed at 9 and the employees said they were closed even though they were just standing around talking. When I asked what time they closed, they said "around 8ish"...:/

Always good coffee. Also they have a similar menu to Starbucks so you will be able to get all your favorite drinks and the staff os very friendly and helpful.

Coffee is pretty good, nice alternative to Starbucks when you're past security. Food options are ok, it's right behind Freshens and Granite City so you have good options if they don't have what you like. Being a local company is also great.

I love coffee and while I try not to be picky about how my latte tastes, the lattes here taste awful. The latte I ordered tasted like hot milk and water. Even Starbucks is better! :-(
