This Arby's is on South Street about a half a mile south of monument circle. the customer service was excellent the day we walked in. We were out for the race/memorial Day parade. The food was tasty and everyone was happy. We had quite a few kids with us on this visit. The gyros were on sale so I got one for each kid. They love to them.

This location is constantly closing earlier than their posted hours. I've gone multiple times the last couple months since moving downtown 15-20 minutes prior to close...pulled up and the speaker was on. Drove by the window and saw a couple staff members closing up inside. Driving back around to the speaker to order and then getting the "We are closed" message the 2nd time. Clearly that switch had just been flipped, so I wouldn't bother hitting up this location the last hour they are open as they dont see to care and any food you'd get is probably going to have been sitting there awhile .

Service and the people were good. But the fish sandwich was freezer burnt. The special mint chocolate shake was very thin. The onion rings were hot and fresh but did not get many. The bad thing about reporting on here is that the company and restaurants don't see them. Also I ordered MID sandwiches. Positive that I got regular.

Visited this location prior to the fireworks on July 4, 2018 and the Arby’s representative was standing in the parking lot and advised I had to pay $20 to park, as we had two vehicles. I was a little irritated as they had most of the parking spaces blocked that were close to the building so my nephew, who was shot last month, had to walk all the way into the building. Will not pay parking to eat at your establishment and hope someone else with a temporary disability doesn’t have to experience we did. Will not come back. The female manager with the red shirt and black jeans (short white/gray hair)was more worried about the money they were making for parking than the inside customers. Will not return. Many establishments will appreciate our business next year.

On my last visit, and by "last", I mean the very last time I will ever visit Arby's, I pulled up to the drive-thru behind two cars. After about 12 min. I finally got to the speaker to give my order which after a very long pause on the other end if the speaker took a total of 10 min. When I reached the window, I paid for my order and was asked to pull up to the side and my order would be brought out. After doing so, I looked at my receipt and realized there was an item missing that I had ordered so when my order was brought to me, I told the employee that she missed an item that I ordered and she told me I would have to go thru the drive thru and order again. I told her u wouldn't be doing that and would be calling to complain. Which I did.

Whatever lady you all have running the drive through window at lunch time sucks. Her attitude is junk, she is very short with people and rude. twice she has slammed the drive Thru window before you can even get your food into your car, let alone be able to ask for sauces. She has a seriously nasty attitude. Couldn’t even tell her she forgot our drinks because she slammed the drive thru window shut so quickly and wouldn’t even look out to see that we were still sitting there waiting. We ended up having to pull around go inside. If she doesn’t like dealing with people she should work elsewhere. Her attitude sucks. But it could be because she’s like 50 and still works he drive thru at a fast food restaurant. Who wouldn’t be disgruntled?!?! My suggestion is to take her off of the window and plave her where she isn’t working directly with customers.

I had the new hot fish sandwich and it was nothing like the picture. It was rubbery and only had one blob of some dry seasoning. In the picture it shows a red fillet. Plus they messed up at least one thing on every meal that was ordered. Disgusting experience, place should closed down. Terrible

The customer service is really bad. I asked for clarification on two of the sandwiches and the lady refused to answer my question. What was worse was that her supervisor was right next to her and she did nothing to aide the situation. Instead she also gave me a look and murmured in her employees ear. Important to note, there was no line and it wasn't busy. I asked for the difference between two turkey sandwiches. And the lady said "the condiments". I asked her to clarify please and she stayed quiet and stared at her supervisor like I was stupid. The supervisor did the same. There was nothing clarifying the difference. I ended up not buying anything.

So I have a new debit card. Just got it. I used drive thru on Wednesday for $3.27. Someone took my debit card info and ordered a Lyft within 2 hours. They always forget something and it's annoying.. A French dip isn't a French dip with out the damn dip... Why Is this the highest charging place and can't get it straight located right down town it should be one of the best stores around.. It needs to train properly. I'm over paying for arbys food if the can't even train properly.. Went in around 10:20 A.M. I was the only customer and was greeted quickly. I asked about the new sandwich and the cashier was knowledgeable as well as helpul about it. Soda was perfect and both of my meals were hot and made correct. She also took time to make sure I had all of my sauces. Wonderful experience and very clean. Thank you to the employees. Albe's is constantly evolving with their menu that's one thing I like new items keep new people coming in however for the Broadway store in Salina Kansas one thing I really really didn't like and actually had to speak to the crew on the front line there's one person in the back she was making all the orders with the drive-thru as well as the inside wow one person took orders at the register at one point there were three people just standing around on the front line including the store manager the short male individual I spoke and ask them wouldn't it help speed things up if at least one of you would go on the background and help her to her I got funny looks and very little comment seems like the regional manager needs to go in there and retrain from the management on down to the employees because apparently the management in the store isn't training them properly however you go out to the store on South off of South 9th Street and Michelle has that place working like a fine-tooth comb Speedy drive-thru service Speedy indoor service guess I'll be going to South 9th from now on or until I hear the actual training has been done on Broadway great place to eat though

Racist workers put me through the ringer. General manager seems sincere and I have empathy for him. Would not trust workers making the food, and the shift manager when I was there lacks experience in customer service. Old idea to smile was replaced with rude, indignant and disrespectful handling of my order and issue with receiving something other than I ordered. Shift manager felt there are no repercussions for her inept service. Experience was so bad, I don't plan on going to any Arbys, and will second guess going to any fast food restaurant.

Fast service despite being busy and food quality did not suffer. My gyros were actually wrapped tightly so as to not fall apart which is a complaint that I have had at every other Arby's so that was impressive.

I walked in there it smelled exactly like urine. I said something and someone said it's the grease.....arent they supposed to clean the greasy stuff everyday!? Absolutely nasty! I've never smelt so wrong like that, EVER!
