Have been meaning to try this place for a while. Went in today to try, thought the specials in the window were really good for the area. The young women working was not very welcoming or friendly. Kinda threw off my first time experience. I asked her about a drink and she gave a very short answer of like “duh” that’s what’s in the drink. So I ordered and ice coffee so I could just leave. Her energy was off putting. The iced coffee was delicious. I would go back because of the prices.

Very nice cafe. decent prices and some unique drinks. Free water with fruit. it's very unique that they have a printer that you can use for around 15 cents a page. The only negative in my opinion is that they're really small but it adds to the quaint factor. There is local art hanging on the walls. Nice spot to visit if you're in boystown

One time I ordered a grilled cheese on grubhub for pickup with a butter croissant as an extra so I could save something for later and when I got home I was upset because they only gave me my croissant and no sandwich but I must have misread and they gave me a grilled cheese MADE ON A CROISSANT. And that was the best accident I ever made 10/10 would do on purpose next time. Besides that, super cute little place I LOVE coming to. The coffees super on point and the staff is always friendly. Keep it up!

Cozy, usually quiet neighborhood cafe with friendly staff. Seating isn't very comfy so I wouldn't recommend as a place to read or study but for a quick cup of coffee and a snack it does the trick.

Horchata frappe, green frappe, as well as their coffee and pastries are on point! Super friendly owners who feature local coffee, local pastries, and local art! Don't be fooled by the two nearby Starbucks, go here for the real deal

This is the closest coffee shop to my place and I'm glad it is because I love this coffee shop! There seems to always be room when I get there, lots of outlets if you need to plug your phone or laptop in and they have a printer! Their coffee and tea selection is perfect and the best part is you'll get a little cookie with your drink. <3 The service is great and the staff is always friendly. I love that they have local art hanging all around the shop, makes it very homey. :) I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great customer service; staff was very friendly and attentive, taking care to give each customer exactly what they wanted in an order. They had an electrical issue while prepping our breakfast and comped us a drink to make up for it. Nice space as well; good for a few hours of work & strong coffee.

This place is amazing! Super friendly owner, great coffee, great food, and a nice atmosphere. They've also got some pretty interesting flavor options for lattes, I don't think I've ever seen Lavender Vanilla anyplace else.

I came there looking for the printing station which they have as a service at their coffee shop. The 1st person told me he had no idea where printing is. I went outside looking for it and after 5 minutes figured out I was in the right place. I followed the instructions and it would not connect. I asked for help and didnt get any.

This is a lovely neighborhood coffee shop, with a comfortable atmosphere and sweet employees. There is art for sale on all the walls, which is great to stare at while you're waiting for that first dose of caffeine to perk you up. Not only is there free wifi, but Rewired has a printer you can use as well! It's usually fairly quiet in here so I would recommend it if you're looking for a nice place to get some work done.

I love this place--incredibly friendly staff, delicious food and coffee, chill space in which to work. I first came here when apartment-hunting in Chicago 3 years ago. My PhD dissertation needed to be submitted while I was here and I was rushing to get it done. They let my friend and I stay past closing time so I could finish! I came here a bunch when I first moved but then my schedule shifted and I hadn't gotten back til today. I walked in to a lovely greeting. Then, I realized I had forgotten my wallet, and the kind owner (Daniel) said 'no problem' and gave me a coffee and cookie and said I could pay next time. I insisted on setting up android pay, but his generosity and kindness was much appreciated. Makes you feel very welcomed.

I had to write this review after my experience I just had with this local restaurant. It’s New Years Day, and it’s negative 12 degrees outside. I placed an order with Rewired Cafe as its one of my go to places when I order out, as I’m vegetarian and gluten free, they offer some good choices for me. After I placed my order the owner personally called me and apologized to me that unfortunately he couldn’t make my order due to the fact they had to close early because their pipes froze due to the extreme cold. Not only did he cancel my order for me, he appologized, promised that the next order would be on him, and sent over some items for free that I might like. This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with a restaurant and I thought it needed to be said how great this restaurant is, and how friendly, personable and above and beyond they are. Thanks again Rewired Cafe, a loyal customer for life.
