Went here with a friend and my child who needed a high chair. Waited almost 2 hours only to be seated on a couch. The hostess was very rude and wouldn’t allow a high chair. I don’t know why she seated us there knowing I had a baby with me. Side note: if you are seated on a couch, ask to be moved to a table because it’d be really hard to eat since the table and couch are so low. She sat us elsewhere and told me the baby had to stay in my lap. The waiter brought me a high chair. The hostess came to me and took the high chair away. I was not going to eat with my baby in my lap. She sat us somewhere else. There were so many seating options which allowed for a high chair, but I’m not sure why she would sit us in two places in which high chairs were not feasible. Aside from the hostess, the server that assisted us was very sweet. He even gave my baby a free donut. He made up for her rude attitude. While eating, my friend and I noticed how many empty tables there were. I almost think they make you wait so long so you can check out their building in hopes that you buy something.

The best banana split sundae I’ve had in my life! So yummy! Comes with a lot of toppings and just the quality of the ice cream was just phenomenal! This place is always busy and we had about an hour and a half wait but it’s soooo worth it! It’s such a beautiful setting! With brick walls and chandeliers and real trees and vines and different plants around you, you get the outside patio greenhouse feel but indoors! It’s absolutely stunning! The service is very good but the food is a little pricey. Definitely not an everyday eat but once in a while totally worth dressing up and enjoying the quality food in a gorgeous place!

We recently discovered this place on instagram and decided to go check it out. The food was delicious. Ok you can’t screw up the granola with fruit I ordered, but my bf’s scrambled eggs are the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted!!! Also the orange juice was nice and the tea a great one! The waitress was very polite and she was checking on us often. The ambiance of the place is amazing! The small fountain in the middle of the room creates a calmness in you. After finishing out brunch we took the elevator to the 5th floor and started exploring the rest of the building which is actually a furniture store!! It was kinda pricey but so totally worth it!! We are definitely going back when in Chicago!!!

3 Arts Club Cafe is nestled in Restoration Hardware, a 5 story interiors showroom for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, dens, etc. They do not take reservations, and the wait is likely to be 1-2 hours for a table, however there are several ways to get something out of your visit without waiting. First, there is a walk up counter where you can order a drink, and there are couches in rooms throughout the building where you can go sit and enjoy your drink with company without needing a reservation. Just know you are in showrooms and people will be walking around. It didnt bother me one bit. You could easily spend an hour just walking through the 5 floors to take in all the beautiful interiors spaces they have created. If you would rather not put in a reservation to sit in the cafe, these are two great ways to enjoy the building without waiting. If you have time, and you are intent on having a meal at 3 Arts, then walking around to see the spaces is still very worthwhile, though I highly recommend waiting for a table should you have the time. I highly recommend 3 Arts Club Cafe to anyone looking for an elegant but casual dining experience with amazing ambiance. I didnt even mention the food. We were in a hurry and headed to dinner afterwards, so we ordered two glasses of wine to celebrate our engagement that day and an order of french fries. The truffle aioli paired with the fries was to die for! Everyone must go to 3 Arts!

Lovely place and atmosphere and great food. They don’t take reservations and the wait is usually long, but you can order a drink and stroll around the 5 story Restoration Hardware Store, you won’t even feel the wait time. The menu is simple, but everything is delicious. I specially recommend the Lobster Roll, it is AMAZING!

Guys, take your girl here. I guarantee she will love it. This place is unbelievably gorgeous--the whole time I was here it was almost too pretty for me to take in all at once. The food is quite pricey, and nothing extraordinary. I would recommend going for coffee or drinks, if you want to have the experience without dropping a ton of money. They have excellent espresso drinks! Make sure that you venture out of the cafe and explore the several floors of Restoration Hardware. Many people bring their coffee/wine with them and sit and chat/study/work on laptops throughout the furniture store. Such a cool place to explore!

Beautiful decor and ambiance, but the wait for getting a seat and the food probably aren’t worth your time. If you want to go somewhere trendy to hangout for brunch or a quick bite, this is your place. However, if you are looking for an experience with good service and even better food I’d look elsewhere.

One thing that stood out is that there is 5 different levels you can explore. It was a unique experience. I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could. Where do I start... The place is very misleading from the outside perspective, don't be surprised if you walk passed it a few times. But Fear Not! There is valet that will guide you, along with front of the house staff. It is a very warm welcoming atmosphere, this was my first time, I felt a bit under dressed. But the Host (Terry) assured me that I was fine just the way I was. I chitchatted with Terry until my significant other arrived. I have to say, Terry set us up very nicely with great seating! As we sat down, we were greeted by our server (ADAM) who maintained elegance, class, a positive attitude and a great smile making us feeling more welcome. As I skimmed down the prices, I could tell the meal was not going to be cheap, but the selections they had were out of this world! And well worth the money spent! However, as a recent College Grad it was in my best interest to stick to drinking water & possibly avoiding apps. 10 minutes into our seating... We are presented with a masterpiece appetizer by Adam sent by Terry! I glanced at him, with a thumbs up & he reciprocated his response in the same exact same way. I knew I was scoring brownie points with my significant other, from that point on! lol Adam, has a bright future in leadership if he continues to stay with the establishment. He went above & beyond in also explaining that we could take our desserts to the pther 5 floors that they had. As we wrapped up the check, I could not stop thanking Terry, because what they did not know... was that it was in fact my Significant others birthday that day, and we were celebrating. We did not mention that at all, so for them to treat us the way they did was very humbling, I would also find out that TERRY was the manager the entire time... as I left, he said to me, "this is my house, and we have to take of you, we have to take care of our guest's". As we left that area, we ended it by, observing the 5th floor and it's outside rooftop garden. Top 3 Art's Club Cafe Tips! 1) Find Terry 2) Request Adam 3) Go to the 5th floor! Love you guy's! Terrific staff! I'll be back again!

Three of us went to celebrate a friend finishing treatment for breast cancer. I cannot say enough about our waitress (Anna) and the assistant manager (Terry), they took excellent care of us! The experience was perfect from start to finish (not to mention, the food was delicious!). It was the perfect way to celebrate a new start for our friend! I cannot wait to go back!

I went here in the evening with a few friends because I had heard great things! I think this is more of a brunch spot. The service was very strange in the evening- they messed up my reservation, and then our waiter was rushing us. I think he told us the kitchen was closing on three separate occasions. That said, the food and atmosphere were great! Based on other reviews, I would consider coming back for brunch!

The cafe is a must-go. Although it is clearly designed to serve as a waiting area for the guests visiting the store. Don’t expect reasonable quality and price on any of the dishes. The sandwich we ordered was very delicious but the price was disproportionately high. Fine, they’re running a “fancy” place. On the other hand, the cappuccino and the croissant were marvelous. The service is ok; the decoration very picturesque.

Fantastic place to visit if you are into interior design and coffee. Coffee here was excellent! This place is located inside a Restoration Hardware and quite a ways from the city but very close by the zoo. I would recommend dropping by before or after the zoo. Limited menu options. Stunning lil cafe! Long wait make reservations beforehand while you wait for your table you can sit on their fancy couches or order wine and take the elevators upstairs to the different floors to see their gorgeous bedroom and home collections! But if that's what it takes to create ambiance and inspire the best service I've experienced in Chicago, count me in. This place is arguably my favorite spot to relax, catch up on work, and meet new creative minds who are living life on the right track. Great energy here, beautiful people, and picture perfect moments around every corner. It's a surreal experience to realize they don't charge admission to participate in this incredible artistic social experiment.

The restaurant is a disaster, the service isn’t good at all. I ordered scrambled eggs that they serve with half of an avocado and some toasts. Attention, 3 arts club cafe, if you serve avocados, they need to be ripe! Avocados shouldn’t have the same texture as apples, it should be soft. Not even mentioning, you must remove all the leftovers from the stone before serving it. The toasts were burned, and eggs were bland. I normally require very little salt and pepper but this time I needed to ask for that. Our waiter ignored us three times and never came back, when my husband wanted to order another beer. Another waiter came to pick our empty plates and this is when we asked for the bill. Slow, food is bad, poor service. Not recommended. P.S. you can come there anyway to take pictures in their interior but don’t eat there

Such a great place to see the Restoration Hardware catalog live and in person while waiting to eat in a unique beautifully appointed atrium space. I can't speak to the food as we have yet to be able to eat there. Waits are brutal on weekends and no reservations, thus the 3 stars. Best to be prepared to wait 90 minutes but the store will make up for it.

Took my wife for her birthday. We absolutely loved the place. We went on a Monday which was perfect because we only had to wait less than 10 minutes to be seated. The food was so flavorful and not as expensive as I thought it would be. There's really no restaurant like this in the city, you sit in the sun lit room and the air is so fresh. This place is amazing! And is best enjoyed with good friends, family, or someone special to you. It's in the Restored Hardware furniture gallery and is essentially like dining inside a furniture gallery that's inside a museum. The food was excellent and so are the lattes. If you're planning to visit on a weekend or holiday it's best to go early especially if you have a sizable group. Otherwise be prepared to wait, which would be worth it regardless.

The Best restaurant we have visited in Chicago so far! The ambiance is great, the food is delicious (try the RH burguer!) And the coffee is really good. We made a reservation and it was a great experience. A couple of things to note: the place is "difficult" to find if it is your first time as it is inside a furniture store; they could have better options for dessert. Other than that, you will have a great time here.

Corruption and Pay to Play system in full effect at this establishment Be ready to wait unless you "know someone" or are a "friend and family" member. Apparently they don't take "reservations" but they do take "bookings" , still cannot tell the difference If you like waiting in line and being spoken to like a 5 year old this is the place for you ! They make you feel as if you are lucky to be inside the doors. If you know a waiter or manager they will set you up with a table no problem ! Any other person will have to wait and watch them get seated immediately while you wait and watch and they are not even trying to hide it

So far hands down place for a breakfast. We shared a plate that had yogurt with granola, berries, banana in it and each of us got scrambled eggs with avocado and toast. They can be looking pretty plain for the price on the menu, but it is worth getting it. I wish had more days in Chicago to visit this place again.. There was a 45 min waiting when we got there around 1PM, but we made ourselves busy exploring around the floors since their whole building were full of rooms with furniture displayed from RH (interior design company). And latte was amazing, their service, too!

Lovely place. My wife and I visited 3 arts club cafe for valentines day dinner. As we walk in, it feels like a Galleria and tlas you walk in side, it opens upto a restaurant. The ceiling is see through. Being vegetarian is bit challenging as the menu does not have many veg. options. We ordered vegetables platter and truffle grilled cheese. Great ambiance.

It were my very last hours of my very first trip to Chicago and I felt like I can't leave without visiting this place. Recently I've checked some reviews and felt like I desperately want to try their a Banana split. 3 scoops of ice-cream, Banana... Nothing special. BUT! It came with super rich chocolate souse and 5-6 different nice sides. So you basically make your own Banana split. Me and a friend of mine agreed that it was our best Banana split ever in our lives. Definitely go there but make sure that you booked yourself a table in the atrium, so you can enjoy not only dessert but a nice atmosphere and interior design as well. As soon as I come again to Chicago this place is first on a list of my attractions.

Tremendous meal in a tremendous setting. Others have likely made this point but when you go here, you are going for the whole experience. Expect a wait, but also know that there's a wine/coffee bar there for you during the wait ... and oh what a wait it can be. The waiting area is a high end furniture gallery (Restoration Hardware) so you have five stories beautiful comfortable couches and a rooftop indoor / outdoor garden. Unless you want to be sold the furniture, that's not an issue. Mealtime brings a simple elegant menu -- enough variety to make it interesting, but not so much as to be overwhelming. Strong selections of wine and beer; ample and fresh portions and save room for dessert. I am certain I will be back.

This place is stunning inside and the food is phenomenal! No matter where you sit, you’ll get gorgeous photos. They have the best grilled cheese I’ve ever eaten and the avocado toast and the RH scramble are amazing! Get here extra early on weekends to get a table otherwise you’ll have a long wait, but you can get coffee or drinks and walk around the furniture store while you wait. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome! Every dish was delicious especially the lobster roll and the pickles made in house. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful! We were seated near the fountain. It's the closest thing to enjoying brunch outdoors in the Midwest during December. There are no reservations, so you will have to wait in line for an 11am brunch...but the hosts told us that there's no crowd during the week.

Such a cool place for a fun day out! Put your name in for a table, grab a glass of wine, and explore until you're ready to be seated! This place has so many cool photo ops for those social media lovers, but it also just a general design haven! And the meal when we were seated (after about an hour wait on a Saturday - not bad at all, and the time flew by!) was fantastic! Such a great experience and I hope to go back soon!

You can miss anything while visiting Chicago BUT you cannot ever miss 3 arts club cafe. This place feels just like coming to my dream home. Get ready for a long wait (mine was 2 hours). Reservations for cafe are not accepted. But, the wait is worth it. Meanwhile, just grab a drink from their bar and visit exibitions, last floor has an awesome sundeck.

The best part about this place is grabbing a glass of wine and going to sit on one of their many floors in one of their many couches in Restoration Hardware. We usually completely skip sitting down to eat. The vibe is so fun for a Saturday afternoon. However, the wine is pricey!

The 3 Arts Club Café is an absolutely stunning restaurant located in the Restoration Hardware building. The wait time is usually at least 30 minutes and can often be up to 2 hours depending on the time of day/day of the week, but there is plenty to explore in the RH building. You can even grab a cocktail from the bar and explore your way up the floors to the rooftop terrace.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour if not more for a table but it's truly worth the wait. Get yourself a glass of wine or a beer from the Pantry and spend the time enjoying the beautiful room settings on all the floors. You're notified by text when your table is ready. We ordered the root vegetables which were served cold with grains and were delicious. The prosciutto board got rave reviews and I can't say enough about the amazing grilled cheese with truffle butter and side of shaved vegetable salad. The room is just beautiful with a fountain, trees and eclectic seating. Valet parking is available

Used to have a rating of 5 stars, but was disappointed with my second visit. The food was good as always. However when I asked for change I was given 2 cents less than I was owed. Yes 2 cents is nothing but it is the principle. Did she think I would not notice? Hopefully it never happens again.

they're coffee is always amazing there cookies are always fresh baked the kale Cesar is my all time fav.. I really do like the people that work there, they're very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I do also love the decor, its like OMG I am having dinner in a furniture store, how cool?! However the valet situation is dreadful and you should not bring your own car, take a taxi.

It always gorgeously surprises me how truly delicious every single thing on the menu is. I’ve been both times I’ve been in Chicago recently and it’s been delightful. The line to eat will be long, but show up 30 minutes before they open and you’ll be seated immediately! Or just put your name on the list then browse all 5 floors of beautiful furniture. 10/10 recommend the donuts!! Or just order a dirty chi latte and chocolate chip cookie. Your life will change.
