I went in for breakfast this morning.My first time in this place.I was the only customer Kind of was surprised.The 2 women working were very friendly.One was my waitress,the other cooked my breakfast.Food was piping hot fresh.I had biscuits and gravy,and hash browns.Home made gravy,and the hash browns were cooked perfectly.The one thing I noticed though was they used a smaller plate,so it looked like more food.So as far as serving size,I think for what I ordered,and what I paid,it was a bit small on portion size.It was enough food though.

Went for breakfast to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday. They gladly accommodated our large party quickly, we asked if they could wish my mother in law a happy birthday and the waitresses and cook organized a little routine and sang to her!! So much more than we expected, made all our days and her birthday so much more memorable!! On top of the amazing service the food was phenomenal!! Definitely recommend, wonderful place and people!!

The staff wsd great, the food was good. I had the hot dam burger and it was spicy. I also got a side o curlies that are hand cut. It was like a bird nest of fries, not a complaint. No surprises here.

The Cubano was delicious as was the Lumber Jill aka northfork burger. We also had the Dam fires which were great. The wait staff was very attentive and the place was clean. Great job!

If your hungry for a great burger, this is by far the best on the river from Orofino to Lewiston. Great historical pictures of the area from many years ago. Would highly recommend this restaurant if your in the mood for home cooking and tasty food. Friendly people.

Shakes was truly the best I've had in a long time that's why I'm giving it a 4 star, wait time was a bit and she offered to re-make my hand cut fries if they were cold. Thanks for asking but they were just fine.

This is quite a place. Old country bar and grill. Great people and friendly customers. Very interesting the way it is decorated with old time stuff on walls. You will like it but don't expect fancy or new. Parking is up the hill and behind the place.

This is a typical Hole in the Wall place and the food is really good! My boyfriend and I actually split a Wrangler Burger, beer battered fries and strawberry shake. It was SO big (1/2 lb lean meat) and the shake was made with real ice cream. The staff is friendly and the place has historical photos all around on the walls about life on the river and building the Dworshak Dam. Beautiful drive getting there too!
