We got there and they were slammed. Everyone that worked there made sure that every customer realized what was going on and with a little bit of patience they would get what they ordered. Never saw such cooperation and support from the management and employees. As far as I know everyone was happy with the service and food they ordered. I know my wife and I were. Thanks!!

One of my favorite places to eat now! I'd like to eat dinner here but since there is construction they close at 3 instead of normal hours of operation. They have the best fries that I have ever had! They make a pretty good thick ranch as well. I had an omelette and it tasted great. The omelette was a Philly type of omelette and the cheese melted right on top was portioned nicely. I think the waitress gal was named barb but I'm not sure. She was very friendly and did everything a server should do. She checked on us often but not over barring either. Even the tall guy was friendly and helped us when we needed it. I didn't get the guys name but he definitely deserved recognition as well. I liked that the ketchup bottle was a glass bottle. It's small things like a glass bottle instead of a plastic one that excites me lol. The only downfall that I could possibly see about this place is parking but it's expected for a downtown place. You're supposed to walk around downtown. Hats off to the person running this little restaurant. The place was clean, the people were friendly, and the food was tasty and hot! Check this place out if you haven't already.

A nice local business that has been here since the beginning of Nampa's history. They even have photos of the original roads and infrastructure from over 100 years ago. Its a timeless establishment that still delivers on quality food. Has a "home cooked" taste and feel. The breakfast is incredible! Huge portions at a very affordable price! Owners/staff are super friendly and even give special deals/incentives to always bring you back for more! Hands down the best place to come for breakfast, whether by yourself or with a group of friends/family. This place is so good and well worth a visit! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Elvis Grilled Cheese. It had bananas, peanut butter and bacon. I enjoyed it. So I say don’t judge a place by its name

No lunch menu available until a certain time on Saturdays which was disappointing. It would have been convenient to know before we made our choices and had to change them. Any additional substitutions or requests were answered with a no. Maybe just an off day...idk.

Horrible food, lousy service. Broken egg yolks served cold, burnt ham, greasy muffin served long after eggs were cold, oily hash browns served lukewarm tasted like stale cooking oil. Most clientele go to the same church owner attends.

Place was hopping when we arrived. However, the service was phenomenal. Our waitstaff, Kylie, never missed a beat and we wanted for nothing. Rob, who I am assuming is the manager, directed staff, waited tables and kept the overall flow moving smoothly. And best of all, food was absolutely perfect. Great experience.

Found this place while looking for something that would allow our group (Kootenai Environmental Alliance from Coeur d'Alene, ID) to get in a few steps on our fitness trackers from our hotel close to the Civic Center. Huge portions and decent comfort food taste. Service was good and will probably go back if back in town.

Staff had been sent home due to lack of customers because of road construction. We came in and the dining room was packed. The staff still there scrambled around and got everything needed in a decent amount of time. They were pleasant and the food was excellent. Good job!!! We will be back to support them through this construction that is slowing their business.

Don't recommend the "Angus Prime Rib" at all. If they dropped the "Prime" out of the name and just called it "Rib Steak" I may have enjoyed it more. $9.99 can't buy much these days so I was skeptical from the start but that's exactly what I got. Not much... The "loaded" hash browns should be called "Sparsley Sprinkled Hash browns"... Etc. Nice scenery... Wasn't overly crowded.

This was our first visit but we will be back! The food was delicious and lots of it. The ice tea tasted fresh made as did the corn bread. We went in during an off hour because of the increase in population. I'm glad we did because we met Rob the manager. Super cool guy; we so enjoyed visiting with him. My server was nice, but was visually sweating and probably got some on the food. My daughter did not get what I ordered. My food was terrible, the only thing i could stomach was the country fried steak. I left more than I ate because I lost my appetite. I tipped my server because I have been a server before, but this is the worst experience in a restaurant in a long time.

Wrong food delivered, no Ice in water. Food cooked terribly. Greasy cheap margarine served with rolls. Waitress was excellent but overwhelmed because she was alone. Very let down with how the quality has gone down in the last year.

My family and I decided to come here for breakfast, the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the food was visually a train wreck! It tasted even worse than it looked. Both my husbands and my hash browns were burnt, his meat in the omelette was burnt ( all 3 kinds) the egg for said omelette was runny and looked like it fell on the floor then tossed on his plate sloppily. My veggie omelette was equally as under cooked. The yellow squash had fine hairs of green what I assume was from being washed with a green scrub sponge attached to it. All the veggies were very thick cut and not fully cooked. The establishment it’s self looked run down, and every inch of the floor was covered in food particles and grease. Our silverware was covered in grease that looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth and placed on the table. I do not suggest coming here. We came when there were 5 tables seated in the restaurant. We will never be back again!

My husband's and I just had dinner here for the first time... The food was really good!! It reminded us of really good home-cooking. We had the special which was Surf & Turf, with green beans, mashed potatoes & gravy, and a very large, homemade dinner roll. It was all really good! And I loved their coffee! We're hoping to go back for breakfast someone soon. Can't wait to see how that is!

Judging by the reviews I'm assuming we just had a bad experience but we sat right by the kitchen where the waitress walked by and had the worst service I've ever experienced. The place was nearly empty. The food was room temperature. The biscuits and gravy had no flavor.

Best pasta and bread I've ate ever, and I've ate a lot. Actually it's all I ever eat ever sense I was younger. The waitress was vary dependable and quick to help with any modifications to the meal I needed as well as helpful when inquired about what the sauce was made of for my meal so I knew I wouldn't eat anything I might be allergic too. Overall she was the best I've had waitressing me, but sadly I never got her name to give proper gratitude.

I went with a friend, at around noon on a Saturday, for what I expected would be lunch. No lunch until 1 PM. So, I had a second breakfast. The food was pretty good. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. Mostly disappointed at not being able to have lunch at 12 noon.

A classic cafe to Nampa, and staple to downtown. Their menu is substantial, and they are more than happy to make "Breakfast for Dinner." If you like burgers, I suggest trying out the Honker (topped with bacon and peanut butter). Friendly service and awesome owners.

Pancake was huge and eggs good. Ordered their huge cinnamon roll and it was huge, but tasted like it was not today's and it was a bit overdone. Then we were charged for 2 coffees when we only had one. However, I would go again.
