Milk was a bit too hot, a tad over 160. I recommend using a thermometer. The barista might have been new, which is ok, gotta start somewhere! I love the Flying M beans that they use, I wonder if they could bring the price down to what Treasure Valley Roasters does along with 16 oz bags. Treasure Valley Roasters still does better roast but I have to drive all the way to Boise to get them. I'd swap to Flying M if they could be competitive.

These guys do a great pour over the Burundi is fantastic, Cold Brew on Nitro is smooth and made from there espresso blend. Mix that blend with 1/2 &1/2 for a perfect comfort food dessert experience. Hot or cold it's sure to please. There drip is worthy of a shout out as well. Great service, nice vibe, clean bathrooms! Overall YES

Great coffee shop/bakery! They have great pastries and drinks and the workers are really engaging and positive! The environment of the Flying M is great and I love the open ceiling! If any keto people are out there, the Flying M has some selections for that! (My favorite, a decaf iced americano with sugar free vanilla, light cream, and two stevia.) Great WiFi, and great place!

Wanted to meet up with a new friend and he recommended this spot in Caldwell. I HAD NO IDEA this was even here! It's a wonderful coffee shop with ALOT of space either sitting at tables, booths, couches, or bar stools both inside and outside. I've uploaded a picture of their current menu and the service was quick, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place and 5 stars from me for sure! The bathrooms are also clean and free to use!

I have been here 3 time now and every time it's been bad.. I really wanted to like this place But I won't be coming back anymore.. The first time I was there wasn't to bad just inconvenient, so they took my order and never told me it was ready. The second time I ordered a Carmel macchiato, the coffee was way way to sweet. This last time I went they got my order wrong, I asked for a vanilla chi tea and got a vanilla latte. So my take away from this is they don't know how to make coffee right.

Love this place!! The decor is awesome, the workers are super friendly and the coffee is usually amazing!! However it seems like lately they have a barista that needs more training... Every time we have gotten a particular barista the coffee is luke warm and bitter, it's honestly barely drinkable some days... We were coming in several times a week for our usual, but have now cut back to maybe once a week because we kept getting him consistently and it's always the same, not great.

Both times I've tried the coffee it has been below subpar. It is bland, bitter, burnt and blah. Nampa store serves exceptional coffee consistently. The Boise branch has passable drinks but nothing worth craving. I don't understand how the same company can have such a wide inconsistency. Also, the ambiance at the Caldwell store could use some more cozy couches. It feels very metallic and austere. I understand that, for the most part, Caldwell customers tend to be more conservative, but good coffee and cozy sitting and quirky decor is what keeps the Nampa store so busy. Parking is difficult downtown Caldwell so please make the coffee worth going for. I was so looking forward to having a great coffee shop to go to, but the baristas need a lot more training or they should be replaced by people who love and know coffee. Jolts and Juice is still the best coffee place in town.

I've lived in several states across the U.S. and hands down, Flying M is among the best. Their coffee is smooth and well roasted. Their sides and treats are phenomenal. Unique and many are whole ingredient. Granted some of their shops offer racy gifts, but they do censor some of the material. I have three children and always feel welcomed when I go into their coffee shop. All of their locations offer games and a little kids area, which is so refreshing. flying m is a treasure in our Valley! (pun intended but forrreal!)

Do you lust after turn of the century brick buildings with lots of light and high ceilings? Me too. This location is darling and it has a nifty little bookstore adjacent. The baked goods are tasty (no-bakes!) and they have a kitschy gift section to peruse while you’re waiting on your oat milk latte. Staff are always friendly and the vibe is worth poking your head in for no matter what time of year or day.

I like this place as much, if not more, than the garage in Nampa. The quality of the drinks and food is as good as the Nampa location. And the staff are as equally nice and helpful. And they provide a similar assortment of fun, kitchy items. The thing this location has over the Caldwell location is the more open layout and speed of service. Me and my wife regularly drive all the way from Nampa to get coffee here when the Nampa location is super busy. It's also just a nicer place to hang out. I'm sure that the proximity to the new plaza also helps. Anyway, this is the best coffee/public house in the Treasure Valley, in my opinion.

I ordered a hot chocolate and got a cup of luke-warm chocolate foam with some whipped cream on top. It seems like the baristas are either lacking the skills or the care to make basic drinks correctly. Use a thermometer to temp your milk, measure syrups for consistency, if you cant steam milk properly...use a spoon or maybe consider getting a different job. This location needs to do some quality control with their Baristas. Simple fixes would go a long way! High quality ingredients and great atmosphere, i like studying here and it's super close to some great businesses in downtown Caldwell.
