The only thing preventing me from providing a 5 star review is the wait time I experienced. The drinks were exactly as expected. The drive through is a bit unorthodox, but directions are clearly displayed. The staff was friendly (even while extremely busy), but they were dealing with some customers that just failed to follow the flow of the drive through.

We needed coffee and we love the story behind Dutch Bros over that of Starbucks. This place can be a bit confusing. The sign does say pick the shortest line however we got in line behind everyone else, as no one was using the open lanes. Our wait was between 5-15 minutes. It was also nice to see someone carrying orders to customers in line so they didn't have to wait until they reached the window. They only made you go up to the window if you were paying with cash. The person taking our orders was awesome. She gave us her full attention, helped us out with questions. Took great care of us and had some great conversation. The only thing I forgot to ask for on my freeze was the chocolate drizzle then it would have looked just like the picture. The customer service Dutch Brothers provides, a lot of place could take lessons. :) THANK YOU!

Great coffee smoothies and rebels , it used to be super busy but now that they opened the second one it has been a lot faster, I enjoy the drinks and special deals they offer. I also enjoy the free coffee on birthdays.

Not friendly to people from out of town. We’re from Spokane and instead of directing us where to go in a friendly matter they yelled at us when we didn’t know where the line started. We have multiple Dutch bros in Spokane and have never been treated this badly. I have always been a huge Dutch bros fan so this disappointed me. Maybe you guys should give more indicators of how your line works because never in my life have I seen a Dutch bros as confusing as this one. We ended up going to a different coffee shop because I didn’t want to go to one where we got yelled at simply for being confused.

My uncle has dylasis and has to go 3 days a week and we cant get in bc of the traffic. Coffee isn't worth someone's life. It's a problem the people that take your order take there sweet time and dont care about others that have life threatening issues. It's not the first time and unfortunately it's not the last.

This place is a 50/50 experience. Either they make my drink correctly, or they completely mess it up. I literally order the same thing every time. Watermelon blackberry rebel extra sweet iced. It's bad enough that I literally cannot leave the drive thru window until I've tasted my drink. They are more than happy to remake the drink, but if it was made correctly the first time, it wouldn't have to be remade. I think the issue is that it is full of people too busy blasting music and dancing and having a good time, instead of focusing on the business aspect. The only reason I go is if someone else buys for me, I no longer spend my own money here.

Its to big. Our stands at home are easy in easy out. They had huge lines and so many on staff all talking to eachother while like 4 people were working. Not very friendly. Coffees were not the best.

The staff here was super friendly and the coffee was great as can always be expected from a Dutch Bros. Prices aren't over the top, either. This round through I'd gotten a Grasshopper for myself, and my friend purchased a Strawberry Banana shake. Both were wonderful.

I love this drink shop! It has variety of flavors and type of drinks you could get. It is a little pricey but it is totally worth the price! We went one time and we got three drinks and there card machine wasn't working and so they gave us our drinks for free! They are very understanding and cheerful and when your having a bad day they will cheer you up!

Went there 2 times now and both my coffees were not what I ordered. Ordered a SALTED CARAMEL mocha, temper got literally HOT chocolate. Ordered the EGG NOG coffee. Apparently it comes with no egg nog. My friends have also had the same experiences recently. Used to be a great place. Not sure what's going in now.

The carhop was very bubbly and friendly. Very happy for it being so cold outside. There was a long line but it moved quickly. I had to wait longer to drink my hot chocolate because it was so hot. But it was delicious, deffinately worth the wait.

This was my first time going to a Dutch Bros. I will say that the staff was absolutely amazing, super kind and really funny. Since it was my first time they gave us free drinks which was amazing. However I will have to say the drinks were lacking just a bit. When I go to get coffee I am expecting a certain level of coffee flavor, these drinks were actually very sweet. It was just the normal Mocha mind you. If you like sweet drinks the place is great. If you don't mind sweet drinks the place is great. If you don't like sweet drinks I would not recommend however the place was still great.

If you like coffee flavored coffee, this is the place to go. If you only like a touch of coffee with your big cup of sugar and creamer, they got that too. Everything from hot to cold and sugar free to diabeetus in a cup, they got what you want and the employees are awesome. The pessimistic side of me is disappointed that there really isn't anything to complain about. Stay awesome Dutch Bros.

We enjoy Dutch Brothers, however having your Grand Opening start before 5 am near a residential area is a little ridiculous...especially on a day that people may enjoy being able to sleep in. It would have been nice for our condo community to be notified of when the celebration was occurring. This little community has residents who are older and may not appreciate this activity. I truly hope that the loud music will not be blaring and people not cheering (at the top of their lungs) before 5 am or after 9 pm once the dust settles. Please have respect for your neighbors. Not a very happy Dutch Brothers fan right now.

I would not go back to this Dutch Bros again. As you drive in the sign says to choose the shortlist line. All three lines had no one in them but I choose the third line. Drive up to the stop sign. Stopped to read the sign glanced over and a van had pulled up in the middle line. I flagged the van to go ahead so he would not have to wait for my order. Then got In line behind him. Sat behind him for a few minutes and watched a silver pickup come thru the exit and get in the middle line. Then a guy comes with his pad which I though was to take our order. However he told me that since I was in the third line I cut off other costumers and now needed to get out of line and go to the end of the line. Hum maybe you should explain how your lines work. Or better yet say: this time I can get your coffee for you but in the future this is how our lines work. He said his manger sent him out to tell us. We left without a coffee. I don’t need to spend my hard earned money here.
