The frozen coffee has just the right balance of sweetness. Just love it. Friendly staff and great service. Centrally located in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. We found a spot on the balcony so we had a front row seat to the performance downstairs. The real gem is the poke salad, it was so fresh and well-balanced. We loved it so much that on the day we left we got some to go so we didn't have to deal with airport food ;)

The location is not pretty much correct on Google map. It looks like the store is located in the building of Royal Hawaiian Center on the map but actually is is located on the roadside. I had “tropical island” and it was really good. There’s no table but you can have it around Royal Hawaiian Center. There are lots of benches. The price is quite reasonable I guess. Tropical Island was $7.95.

Joseph Metlenko

Best coffee ever! Love it. Beautiful balcony view as well. Wonderful place to chill. Now one of my favorite coffee shops.

Slow-mo of things

Coffee is good, got the Island Latte but the wait is insane over 30 mins after placing the order.

David Pedregon

The best, but the line is long. Very popular place to go.

Michelle Dy

Loved the shave ice here. Got addicted and had to get one everyday while we were here in waikiki.

Andy Schwarz

Overrated and crowded. Serving not very good coffee. There are many better places, but none as well located

James McDonald

Amazing shaved ice personal favorite is the tropical one

Sydney M

Stock up on the shaved ice

Anne Cannon

Beyond delicious! We ate here twice :)

Joanne Laurino

Great coffee. But super busy.

HonorGuard

Delicious!!!! The turkey avocado has a very light spice to it, and it comes toasted, decently filling.

Jen Ompod

Got directed to this place by our flight attendant. There was a line but it moved quickly and the staff were so friendly and helpful that I didn't really notice the time. Took my family here which was helpful in saving a table. We ordered many things including the lox bagel with a substitution of the taro bagel. It was as beautiful as it was yummy. What surprised me most was that many things in the menu were simple, but were made with quality ingredients that you can really taste. From the coffee to the bowls everything was amazing that we actually came back for breakfast the very next day to try more things. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

Henry Huynh

Super delicious and fast even though busy

Quynh Pham

Best acai bowl on the island. Great place to eat your acai bowl and have a cup of coffee. Fun place to sit and people watch.

Jeff H

This place has quality coffee and a lot of gift items for purchase. I ordered the kona coffee here. It was pretty smooth. My wife got the yogurt papaya bowl, which she absolutely loved. They have breakfast, brunch and lunch items. There are a few places to sit inside, on the patio and on the balconies.

Jessica Benavente

Island Vintage is the ONLY PLACE on this island with good shave ice. It's not nasty syrup, it's made with actual fruit.

Reem Ak

Went to this place for 3 times in one week. Everything I ordered there was so good. I tried their lux bagels, açaí bowl, and their poke bowl. Everything was so good that what make me come again and again to this place during my stay in Honolulu!

RITI BAHLANI

This place has excellent breakfast options! We went for the original Açaí Bowl and Almond butter toast! The coffee is heavenly. Do not be intimidated by the huge lines! They clear out fast. The place has an amazing vibe!

Cory Cook

Very good coffee and hot chocolate. Banana bread was not the best. They have these bamboo straws for .75 that are cool.

Timothy Ashley

One of the very few places where I got to experience shaved ice while staying in Honolulu, and was my favourite. The food itself was delicious. The fruit sauces that decorated the ice was fresh and you could tell it wasn't your typical syrups of sugar and flavouring, it was crushed fruit. In the centre of the shaved ice you also get a nice treat of getting some ice cream. Service here is great, however if it is busy expect to experience some delays approximately between 20-30 mins to get your order. My favourite order was number 1 which you will see in the photos but I can't remember the name of it. If you are in Waikiki definitely check this place out!

Alex M

This place is amazing. One of the best acai bowls ive eve had. Staff was so friendly! 10/10

Marco Ponton

I would have given the place 4 stars if it was not for the shameful kid’s breakfast. I regret not taking a picture, but trust me, compared to the rest it was ridiculous. That said, my wife had an Açaí bol and I had the Spicy Ahi poke and both were very good. I recommend the place but not the kid’s menu.

Dalya Barsamian

Great açaí bowl. Not the best but does the job! Great staff!

Blue Hawaii

Variety of coffee drinks, breakfast food and a nice selection of souvenirs. My sister and I love the iced lattes and the Acai bowls. Expect a line, its a popular place and the locals love it too!

Chang I-Ting

The price is reasonable. Quick service and the dishes are delicious.

Bryce Matthews

Very tasty. I tried most of the signatures during my stay. Wasn't a big fan of the green tea flavor, but everything else is excellent.

Johnny Khun

Best shaved ice on the island!

Andrew Johnson

Good coffee but in a very busy location. Expect to wait a few minutes for your order.

Liz Vasquez

OMG! The BEST shave ice in Hawaii! I absolutely loved all the exotic flavors & I believe it was yogurt inside which was a nice surprise. I keep craving this all the time!

Taylor

Literally what Hawaiian dreams are made of. The shaved ice was amazing! The price is a little steep, but I could easily eat here everyday!

Heidi De Leon

Cake in to get açaí bowls and coffee. I lived both it was so good. Staff where friendly and even though the line was really long it moved pretty quickly. I walked here two days in a row to get their açaí bowls rather then others because they were so much better. They have a nice sized gift shop as well. And if your not going to buy food or coffee you can pay for gifts separate without standing in line.

Michael Holdcroft

Really really good shave ice.

Hyunjeong Lee

Quick serving, delicious

Gordon Bartel

Been here twice with family of four. We have enjoyed the AÇAÍ bowls , Poke Bowls, breakfast platter, smoothies, and their coffee. All is good, the lines can be moderate but they move quick. Have someone grab a table while another one orders.

Kellie Reese

The shave ice is so good! Make sure to order it with cream and milk.... you won't regret it! You can choose two flavors (lots to choose from) or get rainbow it's completely up to you!

Kathryn Wong

First time having shave ice.... whilst it was a nice and refreshing dessert, it didn't wow me. Tried it... nothing special.

Denis Rabiyevskiy

Great place to eat breakfast

Robinse Tonny

This is a ice cream nice i think

Happy Smile

Fantastic. Great acai bowl. great sandwiches. The staff are always nice which seems rare in USA.

KWN

It was OK but by no means impressive. If you have had really good shave ice, this is just OK and not worth the $8 to $9. Their ice cream in the middle is soft serve vanilla - nothing tasty at all. Ono Ono on Kaua’i is 100 times better and only $5-$6. But if you want shave ice on Waikiki, give this place a try.

Tony Ferrelli

Syrups were awesome (coconut and lilikoi) and fresh but lacked ling hing mui powder and the other trappings of killer shave ice places on the islands.

James Bytelaar

I tried both of their vegan options (both are poké) and I was taken aback at how good their food was. The pitaya smoothie was also amazing. The shop itself is very cute and has many tables inside and outside of the shop. Service was also quite quick as they have many employees on to help out.

KENT

Will come back here definitely

ryan lanteigne

Located at the top of the escalator on the 2nd floor. There was a steady lineup, which made me think my order would be slow coming, but I had my bowl in a few minutes. I had the original açai bowl with the original blend and it was delicious. I almost ordered a second one! It comes in a huge mug with a good amount of fruit and a really tasty granola mix. Definitely will eat here again.

Mark Ball

I didn't care much for it. The wife and daughter thought it was great. I seriously thought about throwing mine in the trash. I wonder if mine had a spot of bad fruit on the first section I had. The other side was much more palitable.

Elizabeth Miniet

Coffee and breakfast options are OK but the customer service is really lacking. The guy at the register with the lip piercing gave terrible service, acted as if I was inconveniencing him by placing my order and mumbled when he spoke that i couldn't even hear him. If the service was better, it would be a much nicer place.

Jason Nabico

The shaved ice was delicious and a Hawaiian staple to enjoy. One thing to note is that this isn’t actually at the coffee shop this google maps comes up as. This company has a few different ventures; coffee, wine, and shaved ice. The shaved ice is on the street level by the road and is right beside the Kate Spade!

Hannah Shalom

An amazing food, amazing food quality, excellent service, and wonderful atmosphere. We've been there for breakfast and for dinner multiple times and we will come back each and every time we hear. Highly recommended for everyone who appreciates good quality food

Cal Chester

Great Service. Kind and polite staff. Wonderful Island vibe on the second story overlooking the village. One of the only places to find really great Açai Bowls made very similar to the ones in Brazil. Coffee is just average, but the food menu and presentation does not disappoint. Definitely a recommendation for breakfast in Waikiki.

Olivia Allen

Perfectly refreshing and exciting flavors! Our service was fast and the place looks clean and well-kept. They have something for every taste. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the steep price, but it doesn’t stop me from going back!

Julie Huang

The Acai bowl (especially the Liliko... I think that’s the name) is out of this world. Had it twice already and might be back again for it.

Geoff Skellams

Shave ice is fantastic on a hot night. Very tasty.

Kristin Damian

Came here after searching for "best shave ice in Waikiki" - it's definitely one of the better shave ice places we tried in Oahu. FYI - if you're looking for the Shave Ice, it's actually on the ground level under where Island Vintage Coffee is. It's a small shack called Island Vintage Shave Ice. We were super confused until we asked someone!

Sasha Ivashkevich

The shack seems pretty cozy and their menu was pretty wide variety. I got shave ice here and they gave pretty big servings. I got yuzu and lilikoi flavored ice. They crushed the ice into really small pieces and it melted in your mouth. The flavoring was natural and you could tell. It tasted very fruity. The toppings were very well made. And overall it was great. I really enjoyed it. Also the bowls they serve it in are pretty cool as they are made of pressed wood.

Daniela Said

Very good coffee and chai latte! We also tried the shave ice an it was delicious!!

Babak Salamat

I particularly liked their bowls. Their sandwiches are very good too. Coffee is good too, but not great. Overall, the ambience of the place and their products are very good.

Robin Leung

Fell in love with the açai bowl at Island Vintage. There is a shaved ice stand outside downstairs as well. Definitely a great place to relax and break if you are in the area.

Parisa Gheidarpour

My favorite place in Hawaii. Loved every breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Can’t wait to go back. We ate there for a week and I didn’t gain a pound.

Tyler McPheeters

Very fresh flavors and great toppings. Definitely more convenient to the Waikiki area than some of the other local options.

Simon Simaan

We went to all the popular shaved ice establishments in Oahu. This is by far the best shaved ice. Their ingredients are fresh and high quality.

Tina Rootz

The best shaved ice on the island!!! Awesome coconut gelato and real fruit based syrups unlike most places that are completely artificial! I would definitely recommend this spot!!!

Mike Mathers

Pretty poor service go to KAI COFFEE across the street much better coffee and service. I wanted to know what beans they were using for their drip coffee as was interested in getting a bag but first two people had no clue finally the third one said ”100% Kona.” When I tried to ask about specific roast no one had any idea until the third person scoffed at me and repeated sternly “100% Kona sir, I already told you!” I was surprised with the lack of aloha and explained that I wanted to know the difference in flavour between Peabody, extra fancy, no 1 or other roasts they have and she finally realized I was asking a legitimate question. Huge lineups and wait time because of location too best to avoid this spot.

Japheth Jim Reyes

Love their Iced Macchiato coffee!

Tyler Anneliese Moselle

The first photo that populates on Google is deceptive—the shaved ice stand is downstairs from where you want to go for freak poke and caffeinated beverages. There will most likely be a line, but that buys you time to peruse the gifts and the lengthy menu. Staff is friendly and proactive about sharing how long it may take for your food—but the fresh poke is well worth the wait, rice is a bit dry.

Zach Lowy

This is actually island vintage shave ice not coffee. They have the best tasting shave ice on the island with all the fixings. Really high quality.

Ali Soltani

Great little stand with shave ice with a twist (frozen yogurt inside). The flavors were fresh. Prices were a little higher than regular shave ice places. Not everything contains the exact ingredients as the pictures though.

Brian Smith

This place is awesome! It's obvious that those 1 star reviews are from trolling competitors. Absolutely recommend!!

Derek Gruchy

So big, it easily satisfied 2 of us and it is delicious! Refreshing after a full day of sun!

Randy Mathews

Worth the wait in line at this ever-popular coffee and breakfast spot. The Kona coffee, in its various presentations and adventurous variations, is exquisite, but the fresh, locally-sourced breakfast items are the stars! Their acai bowls, egg preparations and bakery products are worth every dime (or Yen!).

Peter Faber

Nice enough but - none of the staff have noticed a desperate pigeon always there that has a tough thread tied between its legs. PLEASE SOMEONE, grab the bird tightly and snip off the thread! Look about, put your phone's down, consider something else outside of you!

Agnes Cabrera

One of the best Loco-mocos I've had on the Island.

John Park

great coffee w. healthy brunch menus~~ must visit while in Waikiki

Hector M

Iced mocha with coconut and macadamia.

Ryan Ji

I’ve had shave ice almost everyday while visiting Oahu for a week. This is the best of all the ones I tried. Tropics was the one we got.

Nicolas Castillo

The wait was a bit long, but they're usually busy before 3pm. Ordering food was straightforward, but the wait was a bit long. My poke bowl was good, but if you're from the island, Foodland is just as good, even if it's not as fancy. I paid $45 for two for lunch, so it's not cheap, but I wouldn't expect less in Waikiki.

Nava

I had the salmon poke bowl and it was absolutely delicious! Great presentation, amazing quality food, and friendly service.

Johnna Hayward

Great coffee and only a ~5 minute walk from Waikiki Beach! Breakfast line can get long so definitely plan some extra time to wait. My açaí bowl is pictured! Great way to start of your morning.

John Hammond

Great breakfast beautiful day in Waikiki

Joyce Lin

Liliko'i Moana acai bowl and a Kona coffee. Try to get a table on the patio. Lively atmosphere overlooking the busy Royal Hawaiian Center. Great location!

Arash Salamati

A place that is neatly tucked in a corner but almost always has a lineup and once you eat there you realize why. The food is exceptional. You have a choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and pretty much anything you get is excellent. Tried avocado toast, the acai bowl and sausage bagel and they were excellent. Great find highly recommend it

Teresa Almazan

Great Acai bowls!!

Kim Gandy

We were only here a few days but ended up going to Island Vintage Coffee for several meals. They have incredible sandwiches, delicious shrimp salad, and the coffee is unbelievable. Definitely not what we expected when we walked into this unassuming a little place in a mall, but when we saw the long line at the counter, figured we had stumbled onto something special.

kevin aflague

I really liked their coffee. There is a lot to look at. If you plan on buying merchandise and coffee / food then go to the left to get your coffee / food and merchandise. The line was pretty long at about 10am. It was worth the wait because you get to see and hear the show down below. The staff are friendly and theres some seating indoors. This place is small for being in the mall but it's nice, I enjoyed my time there.

Tom West

So my sister and brother-in-law (locals) said to try this gourmet shave ice stand. They said it was delicious. I did. They were right! Absolutely delightful! I only gave it 4 stars to the long line. But, it WAS worth the wait. In Waikiki, slow.down, relax, and enjoy a great shave ice!!!

Andrea Weigand

Service was slow, but food was great. My latte was made but was sitting on the counter for a very long time before my friends finally went to check on our drinks and food (I got the breakfast plate) , and politely scolded when went to grab our own drinks from the counter. BUT the coffee was light and refreshing and the food was amazing. Just watch out for high-traffic times.

Rick Whatson

Great food, lovely position!

Brian Petersil

I'm giving this a 4 because of slow line. The coffee products are really good, but waiting almost 30 minutes to just place your order is excessive.

Khalil B

The line moves fast and the staff build the shave ice quickly so don't be discouraged. I'd recommend getting one of their specials rather than build your own. If you have kids, upgrade to the regular ones for the $1 more. Better value and you can mooch off theirs when they can't finish it. Not quite 5 starts as the sweetness was a bit over the top.

Anastasiya Potapovych

This place gets busy but don’t be discouraged by the line up, the food is well worth it! Try their green bowl, avocado toast, poke bowls and specialty coffees. Absolutely delicious!

Raja Zakeeyah

Had the Lilikoi icy goodness

Kevin Ariyama

Worth the wait if they have a long line. Takes a while to make but tastes great

Cesar Perez

Very good shaved Ice . There was only one person working so the wait was kind of long.

Patty Hsu

Great flavors, and not overtly pricy! Definitely get the frozen yogurt center as the tartness offsets the sweet

Cassandra Lee

Great place for shaved ice in the middle of Waikiki. The syrups used here are all natural and it really makes a difference. The line is long but worth the wait!

Deborah Gandy

The shaved ice melted rather quickly, whilst other places I have visited, theirs did not melt as quickly. Still though, the flavours where delightful.

Jeff Zhao

Best acai bowl on the island. Iced coffee is delicious as well!

Abra Cadabra

Food and coffee excellent. Set up for ordering and service to table better than it used to be. Staff are drone like and unwelcoming.

Brian Francis

Normally an easy 5* location and coffee shop .the current situation with the outdoor seating is unacceptable. If you order anything to eat you will be swarmed with pigeons and small birds ,if your lucky one will drop a present from above. They really need to fix this !!!

Brent Mikaelsen

Yes. A thousand times yes! Best shave ice desserts in Waikiki. Great selection of exotic toppings. Servings are big (two hands necessary!). The line can be long and perhaps appear a little slow, but that just makes the payout just that much more special. Do indulge!

Mike Paul

Hands down the best shave ice I've ever had. High quality, quick, and delicious. Grab one to split with someone special and go sit on the rocks by the little pond.

Elodie Kheuang

Seriously best shave ice of the island, it's a must try!!! Best restaurant lol they have a huge selection of yummy food from breakfast/lunch or brunch! Howevever good luck to find a seat if you are coming between 9-11 AM.

Anthony Gock

Had the tropical island shaved ice. It was delicious and loved the poppers. Light version of ice cream. Worth the cost

Kali Wakley

Just what we needed after a long day of travel and walking around in the summer heat! Good portion for a good price, great flavor!

Anthony Drager

If you have never had shave ice, you will like this place. If you've had shave ice before, you may wonder why there is so much hype. We found the flavors to be fine but by no means amazing. Also, the location has all the ambiance of a gas station.

Paul Roth

Delicious but definitely on the slower side. Not your typical shave ice.... Not just ice, but incredibly varied flavors.

Meri Michaelis

Best natural syrup flavors! Good snow-like ice. Coconut ice cream is a must!

Jill McCarroll

Great acai bowls!

Gahana Shetty

One of the best shave ice place which must be tried out ! Great location ...

Cesar Juarez

The shave was really good. The mango was very sweet and fresh.

chethan vijayadeva

Loved it. So nice and fresh

Denise Pybus

Amazing food, fresh and healthy.

Son Huynh

Very good acai bowl and cold brew!

Xochitl Castaneda

They are pretty refreshing and they let me buy a kids size instead of a giant grown up size. Helped my diet and my wallet

Michelle Bautista

Shaved ice is delicious and fresh. Nice variety, portions are huge. Staff is super friendly & happy. Along Waikiki Beach Walk, easy to find. Wait took 10 minutes with a longer line. Great value.

Lindsay Webster

I love this place. I wish we found it earlier in our trip... I would have eaten there every day.

Terrance Ng

Very2 good..Its a must try..Dont miss it ya..

Joshua Renz

Blown away! Best shaved ice I’ve ever had! Didn’t take to long and the ice was like the fluffiest snow. I thought the toppings would be extra sweet but they were just right.

Dan Allison

The best shave ice in Waikiki! All natural flavors make it not too sweet. I always get it with ice cream in the middle. They use compostable packaging but it just ends up in the regular garbage. Maybe a can dedicated to composting?! Worth the wait.

Kemaya Mars

Long line but worth the wait. Absolutely delicious! Best shave ice I've tasted. I even got to sit and watch a performance nearby.

Kristie Moore

I got the one with the passion fruit and strawberries and it was fantastic! The syrup is delicious it's like you're eating the real fruit. The shaved ice has soft serve on the inside, which I almost prefer the ice instead cause it's so good. It's about $8 Including tax which I find a bit pricy. It doesn't look big portion wise but does get filling.

Laura Chlumecky Hollen

The food and coffee are great, even if overpriced... but the manager was throwing a huge tantrum and screaming at employees. Seems like a very hostile work environment. Will not be going back.

Bowei Ma

My best love in Waikiki

tol tu

Great location, small but nice seating area...be prepared for long lines all the time...pricing is fair for Hawaiian standards....good drinks, good food nice staff...

SH Jo

The clerk on the order was very unkind and unpleasant. The clerk, who was stirring her head in front of the customer because it took a long time to take out cash while placing the order, wants to correct the behavior. I ate Spicy Ahi Poke and Asai Ball, the food tasted fine. But it will be remembered as a bad image because of the clerk's rude behavior rather than the taste of food.

Jeff Budil

The shaved ice is amazing get the large one though come to the ice cream and all the extra fixing. I had other shaved ice around the island but this one's the best

Karen S

Great coffee and acai bowls. Very friendly staff. The avocado toast is also quite tasty! Thank you for providing vegan options!

Alex Gill

Not really normal shave ice. Real shave ice is more like a hard but soft pile of slushie, whereas this was like a "natural flavors" style, but didn't have the same amazing taste.

Droid Box

So much hype about the acai bowl here, we decided to come try. So disappointed. We ordered lilikoi moana bowl. First, the acai base here has no acai taste to it. Second, they added the lilikoi honey, which is super sweet to mass any taste within the bowl. Third, grandola in the bowl is like a sprinkle of grandola, any other acai bowl elsewhere offer way more grandola that they do. Grandalo not crunchy at all. Does not feel refreshing at all after eating it. I will NOT recommend the acai bowl here if you want some good acai bowl. I have awesome Acai bowl in Haiwea or in Kuilua. Disappointed I can't find a good one in Waikiki .

Sebi Chea

Delicious breakfast meals, just a little pricey.

Nikodem Pikor

LOVE THE POKE BOWL!!!:*

Phillip Caldwell II

Really long lines. But the staff and service are outstanding. The espresso was good.

Douglas Crum

Interesting location it's in Royal Hawaiian shopping center very very very busy anytime I've ever been there price point is on the higher side so I imagine that is because of the rent structure in Royal Hawaiian shopping center so you can't blame the store. But everything there was considerably overpriced a water flask $42 I mean really you're trying to make the rent on everything you sell? Seating was next to near impossible and cultures that are usually a little quiet polite we're fairly aggressive to find a place and sit down not the best experience. Try it see what you think let me know.

Denise K

I loved shave ice and this place did not disappoint. I had the Tropical Island signature dish and it was not your typical shave ice. It combined the classic shave ice components like shave ice, pineapple and mango flavors, ice cream and condensed milk but added boba and mochi.

Renada shariff-bey

The most amazing light, airy and flavorful shaved ice I have ever had! The texture and taste are equally amazing. I appreciated the friendly and fast service. Definitely worth the price and the visit. If you are in the area put this place on your list and go!!!

Julius Nguyen

Hevanly Lilikoi is dabestest! Great way to get diabetes as well haha

Reid kakesako

Yummy acai bowls

Jai Dub

The shave ice is special. Great flavor pairings.

jeremy caty

Im very familiar with juice and smoothie bars and I have to say, this place is so good. The coffee was a little too sweet for me but the açaí bowls are seriously amazing. I had the one with papaya, almond butter, hemp seeds and blackberries and it was so worth every penny. They give you a generous amount and don’t seem like they are trying to rip you off. The service was excellent and very friendly. You can tell every ingredient was extremely fresh. My baby and I loved it and both have full and happy bellies!!!

Casandra Edwards

Mountain of shaved ice awesomeness! You can't go wrong with any of the options here!

Vanessa Thorpe

So fresh and delicious! My Honolulu fav!

Steve Gorevski

Great breakfast, great coffee, always a queue which is a testament to its popularity

Rob Rsl

Awesome little stand to get shave ice downtown.

Maggie Patterson

This is the best shave ice on the island! If your going to try shave ice might as well try it the right way! I would go here every day if I could!

Jesse Leue

Amazing flavors pink mountain is heavenly! Mochi is very good too!!

m o

I had Cacao Moana Bowl today. But Acai was perfectly melted.... I’m so sad. I thought if I came here definitely I can eat good food anytime. Actually I had tasty Acai bowls before couple of time! It was s huge letdown.

Tolulope Aje

It’s unique to Hawaii ,sweet fruity taste, in doubt try the tropical island mix

R. Lee Donaldson

If you're looking to cool off and want a premium local style desert, then this is the place to go in the heart of Waikiki located in a kiosk in the middle or the Royal Hawaiian Center on Kalakaua Ave. This isn't your basic shave ice. It is more of a gourmet shave ice with premium flavor ingredients. Made right before your eyes with care for each order, you just need to find a bit of shade to sit down and enjoy this light yet flavorful treat. The day I went, I got lucky. Most times there is a line, but it moves fairly quickly as the staff mover fairly quickly to make your orders, but then they have to before it melts. LOL Being summer time, they offer the Island Mango shave ice which of course features fresh mango which makes a huge difference in the quality of the flavor. It was really good. The bits of chewy mochi added to the textures and flavors. The killer was the ice cream center which just balanced the whole thing off. One nice thing about this place, since it is a take out product, they use serving bowls made out of pressed dried banana leaves. It was really nice to see they care about the environment and also using something that will breakdown quickly once trashed. Their shave ice is a bit more expensive then most, but it is better and with better ingredients. Totally worth it and a must when in Waikiki to have on a hot or any day for that matter. Eat with care so you don't get a brain freeze like I did.

Bec Murray

Excellent gelato. No hot chocolate on the menu however. Some of us don't drink coffee!

Belinda Pauchard

Best shaved ice.... Love the coconut flavour

Faiz H

Definitely try this place once while you're in town. There's a lot of shaved ice places and each one varies in flavour and features. The Lilikoi is my personal favorite and the mochii and the bobas are a perfect addition to the ice cream centered mountain in the middle.

Salma Bakr

Got açai bowls and smoothie. Tasty but a bit expensive. Will try other açai bowls elsewhere and compare.

Danielle Weadd

This was something serious. I truly enjoyed it

Ayumi

Food and beverages are good. But the manager?, the lady was so rude. And she was staring at us eating and we were so disgusted by her looking at us.

Jenny Doyle

Best coffee and food.

Leon Ko

Incredibly light and refreshing. I could see myself eating one of these every single day and not getting tired of it at all. We tried several other Hawaiian shaved ice places after this, and none came close. Perfect for enjoying either in the plaza or out on the beach (it does melt pretty fast though. Plus you'll probably finish it before making it very far, it's that good)

Doni Lofitis

Amazing. The thought of eating shaved ice didn't appeal to me much but the fact that it's flavoured shaved ice over beautiful ice cream made this one of my dessert highlights. Delicious and big portions!

J M

Come by and enjoy your Shave Ice in the evening while you listen to the guy with guitar sing...this is Aloha!
