This is a great breakfast place to watch the sunrise over Kokohead. However it’s really pricey $30+ for two coffees and a bagel. Dog friendly and be sure to come really early on the weekends.

An amazing cup of coffee! I had the Malabar Mocha... oh my goodness it was fantastic. The barista was super nice and treated everyone as if they were a regular. Not being from Hawaii, we asked for a good place to have breakfast and they were very kind and suggested a local place with great food.

Will not come back again. 30 minutes for a smoothie that was so thick I could barely drink it thru the straw. I can totally understand being busy, but that was ridaculous. The people behind me got their food and drink orders way before I did. This place was a waste of my time.

Avo toast is amazing. Coffee is good. If you like fantastic French toast, skip theirs - Its boring tasting and the wood serving tray must have transferred some garlic from the previous meal served. Ack. Mostly the best part is sitting on the water. Darling place

Snuck away many morning to have my coffer here. Lovley atmosphere.. however i would have bought a tank or t-shirt but they were on the bottom shelf and all had bleach stains on them. Whe i mentioned it to the girl behind the counter she just told me they were $20.. ok. Wold like one with on bleach stain on it.

Love this coffee house! Homemade cups are served with your beverage if you choose to sit there. Customer service compliments the view, wonderful. Usually leave with buying two drinks they are so good.

Took 25 minutes to make my coffee, and I did not get my pancakes, finally after waiting and waiting..and almost being late for class, I told the barista, i had to get to class, he said.."Would you like a refund?" Poor customer service and Island brew should have more than 1 individual behind the counter. WILL GO TO STARBUCKS NEXT TIME. Prices are also to high.

The location of this Coffeehouse by the waterfront is gorgeous. On top of gorgeous view they have a nice menu of food. Grateful they have a few vegan options. My goodness those few options are so delicious. The training of the staff and hiring is pleasing as they are warm and friendly. They take care of the customers making me feel like this Coffeehouse is home.

Terrific selection of lattes that are quite strong. The Chocolate Macadamia Nut was amazing, especially with a blueberry scone that was tender and had the perfect crumb. Will have to come back to try other latte flavors and lunch selections.

Fantastic coffee and breakfast nook, especially after a morning diving adventure. The house brew is dark and delicious, as is the summer cittus smoothie. The caprese egg platter was great too!

Another amazing little Hawaiian hole in the wall. Great coffee with a beautiful little spot to relax by the water. Staff were laid back and friendly. Art is displayed on the walls and some of it is for sale if you are interested. Some people study there for hours or it's great for a quick pick me up drink. I recommend staying around for the scenery however. Located in a shopping center so parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes.

By far the best coffee and espresso drinks on the island. Busy on weekends and for a good reason. Not normally too busy during weekdays and a great place to work remotely for a few hours. Right on the water with seating on the water and plenty of shade. Super friendly staff and excellent food. Try the Acai Bowl. It'll blow your mind!

The coffeehouse is besides the lagoon. u can sit on benches besides the lake, on the hammock, indoors or on the tables outside. Coffees and teas are tailor-made. U have wide variety of chai, coffee and snacks. Try black current chai, it's the best.

Can't beat the brew or the location! Great coffee. Even better location. Tons of parking. Food is pretty good but not an overwhelming menu. They do offer gluten free bread for sandwiches and usually one gluten free dessert option. Milk options are almond, soy and dairy. Can get busy during peak hours. Free Wifi.

This has become one of our favorite places to eat for breakfast. They open early so you can get a jump on your day. We have had great customer service every time. The girls are very kind and helpful and give great recommendations. The acai bowls are hearty and worth the price. The view from the patio tables is spectacular. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy your food. This isn't a place I would go to if I was in a rush and wanted a quick coffee. The only downside to all the amazing is the birds on the patio. They have quite a few and they are not shy by any means. Fun for a bit until they want to peck your food.

When I walked in the ambiance was very comfortable. There was inside and outside seating. The ladies working there looked like they were having fun. The ordering was very simple and she was very friendly answering our questions. We sat out by the water. The food was very delicious and worth the price. I ordered a a cold brew coffee. It was very good. I would highly recommend this place.

Great little shop. Food is pretty darn tasty. They just did a BYOB early evening event with music and pupusg. On the water in Hawaii Kai, quiet and relaxing. Let's keep this mom and pop open. We dont need another coffee chain.

Nice alternative if you're not into the Starbucks, but the wait to order and the wait for your drinks/food is VERY long if they're busy and longer than most coffee shops if they're not busy. Staff don't really move with any sense of urgency, and but they're really friendly and seem to know their regulars well. Food and drinks are good quality and the views are great. If you're looking for fast service or grab-and-go, go elsewhere.

2star mainly because the food is none special or anything you wouldn't get somewhere else and because they put you on the spot for tip even though no table service. Overpriced and not worth the sandwiches at around $13. Would not visit this place again, the view outdoor was however very nice.
