Just eaten here. The cappuccino was not a cappuccino. The smoothie tasted as soap and the bagel was very dry. No service at the table. We had to pick up our food at the bar and clean the table ourselves. Very poor for this price. We can't recommend this.

Only place to eat on Sundays here in Akaka False. Small coffee shop with good service. Small menu. I got the breakfast burrito served hot and without the tortilla. It was low carb and tasty.

EXCELLENT iced coffee - they even make the ice out of Kona coffee so that it doesn't dilute your delicious cold brew as it melts!! The homemade baked goods were also delish, and the guy serving us was pretty much the nicest! Definitely make a stop on your way to see Akaka Falls!!

Good food; good coffee; good service from friendly staff. With only two people working, it was a bit slow to get waited on and served, but it wasn't too busy when I was there. No complaints about waiting for the made-in-house cranberry walnut chicken salad.

Perfect stop otw to Akaka Falls! (Or leaving) Try the “shark bite”. The barista was super friendly & helped me decide what kind of cold brew I mightn’t be in the mood for & she also made excellent milk shakes for the kids. My husband and I both also really loved that they use coffee ice cubes for their drinks!!! No watered down coffee drinks! A must stop if you are craving a little pick me up before or after the waterfall hike!

Best cold brew I've ever had. Caffeinated ice cubes were a great addition. Turkey melt was fantastic, my wife had and loved the tuna salad. Service was great. We'll definitely be back.

Shark's coffee has become a staple to the big Island on the Hilo side. Everything is fresh from Shark's farm where he grows, harvests, and roasts his own coffee and cocoa. The smoothies and shakes? Delicious and refreshing. I recommend anything with coffee and ice cream. The menu also boasts fresh salads, sandwiches, and wraps that are more than satisfying. You really can't start the day in Hilo right without making a stop
