I have eaten at this location several times. Every time we come they are out of baguette bread. On top of that this locations customer service is horrible. Their team really doesn’t care. They are obviously here for a paycheck only. I would say if you can go to the other Panera locations do that. Panera is great. But this location does not do the brand justice.

Poor service for a Tuesday morning. Came in at around 7:40AM to purchase a bagel pack. Took me around 20-25 minutes to get my order even though there were no other customers. Waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Bagels seemed more rubbery than usual. Also, in the pack of 13, I was only given 8 bagels. Store will not answer the phone that I can rectify the problem. Definitely will not be visiting this location again.

I love Panera's food and I wanted to inquire about a job (particularly the pay rate) with them and their phone's automated system made it difficult. Once I got past all the opitions and hung up twice I finally got a dial tone (the employment option just sends you to a website that didn't help) it rang and rang and rang. No answer so I hung up after several minutes. I really just wanted to know the starting pay. Oh well.

Love them, everything is fresh and tasty. Nothing I've had here has disappointed. That's for real. Bread is amazing, fresh, homemade, soups are delicious, and their sweets; like chocolate chip crassaunts-are addicting. I can remember buying 8-bucks worth, after work they were all I could think about. In the morning a perfect morning treat to go along with my coffee. DELIOUS. In the afternoon, a great pickmeup. The sandwiches are always big and fresh. That being said, you get what you pay for, and that's about 20 percent more than your average diner sandwich shop ...and its worth every penny.

Tried to call in an order, took forever to answer. Was asked what time I wanted to pick it up. She never asked me about paying for it. When I got there, I went to the pick up order area, asked them if that was where I get a call in order. They told me yes, so I sat down to wait. I waited about 10 min, finally found someone to ask about my order. They asked me if I had already paid for it and I said no. They went to check on it & after a few minutes finally found it, then told me I would have to get in the back of the line to order food. So that took me another 10 minutes to get up to the register where you order food. That’s ridiculous that they don’t have a register for people to pay that have a call in order. There’s no point in calling in the order if you’re going to have to get in the line to order food when you get there anyway. No apologies either!

UPDATE: Another disappointment. Had a salad and Lettuce was bad. No utensils, but plastic for dine in. I came here for breakfast to go and was surprised to see how they just threw everything in a brown bag. Souffle was just in a cup where it turned over in the bag by the time I got home.

I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up a meal, ordered and paid for online. Keep in mind, my order is among the first of the evening for the fast grab pick-up. It was 40 minutes beyond my scheduled time before receiving my meal and no apology from management for missing my order in the computer.

I ordered >100.00 of delivery from this location for my company, and tipped 15% on the ticket. This is what that got me: - Half the original order was missing, or had ingredients that were requested to be removed. One item did not contain any chicken. - I called them, informed them of the issues, and told them I would be by to pick up the corrected items. When I got there, I was then informed one of the corrections were out of stock, so they gave me something completely different than the original order. When I told the staff member that I wasn't sure the person who ordered that item would enjoy that replacement, she rudely cut me off mid-sentence and loudly declared, "It's already done!" I barely retained my self-control, took the bag, and walked out. - Icing on the cake? 2/3rds of the replacement items were wrong. - Summary: This store couldn't care less about their customers, and they don't make any attempt to hide this fact. Obviously, I will never patronize this establishment again. I can't remember the last time that I've been so enraged by an establishment's flagrant disregard for customer service.

Love going here for coffee and a pecan roll. They are always fresh and delicious... and completely decadent! My coffee preference is for a dark roast, and a couple of times when I've gone in there wasn't any brewed, but the manager made a fresh pot for me. Great service!

Probably the worst place in Johns Creek to eat. They will always be out of an item at any given time. You will overpay for "portioned" orders that are somehow smaller than any other Panera-location's meals. The employees are unwelcoming but the service is usually quick. I just certainly wouldn't treat a guest in my own house the way they treat their customers. It's time for a change of management & culture here, otherwise just give up. Nobody should eat here if they genuinely value their own money, because they certainly don't care about yours.

This is a typical Panera, but falls a little short of what I've come to expect on two fronts: 1) they're often out of one or more types of coffee and it takes some proptimg to get fresh brews out, and 2) despite being recorded correctly on the receipt, my orders often come missing a side or with different bread/sides/etc. than I've ordered

Ordered for delivery, had to call in after my order was an hour past the time it was supposed to be there. Manager assured me that for the inconvenience the food would be on the house and arriving shortly. After another 20 mins of waiting, I went to the location, only to be told that my order had been cancelled so if I wanted my food I would have to pay for what had been promised to be free. Also watched the staff switch my sandwich with another customers about 3 times while she tried to figure which was which, and when I told her which was mine she said, "oh, I know", switched the sandwiches again, and handed me my bag without another word. Rude employees, extremely bad customer service.

Wide selection of lunch items and breakfast items. Used to go their a lot but the quality of the food started to slip. the last time I was there I had the french onion soup in a bread bowl and the soup was luke warm at best and there was not much in the bread bowl even after you take onto account how much the bread soaks up. I used to have a lot of business meetings there until there Wi Fi became very spotty. When it is running it is great but lately it has been down more than up.

Been to this Panera multiple times. Every single time, they are out of Quinoa Bowls. I’ve never been able to order a quinoa bowl at this location! Why have it on your menu! Ordered a Greek salad today. I got a bowl of lettuce leaves with a random olive and one slice of onion. Terrific bowl of lettuce leaves but that is not a meal. I’ve been to other Panera locations and have had terrific meals. However, this place is a huge disappointment!

Our company has been in the area for about 4 years. For the past year we've noticed the quality of service has gone down, not to mention the constant mistakes on orders. If a customer pays extra for an item, INCLUDE IT. If they don't want something and customize, DO IT CORRECTLY. Most of the mistakes happen with rapid pick ups and delivery. On one occasion, two whole sandwiches were missing from order. Had I not checked in the car, I would have driven back to my destination with missing food. Yesterday I ordered a salad and requested avocado. No surprise, no avocado. Called and spoke to MANAGER who told me they would deliver the avocado and it never came. That says it all to me. If I can say a positive thing, if you eat in, then the food tastes fresh and portions are better. I wish I had a pic of a "whole" salad delivered one time. It was embarrassing to give to client. thank goodness for Jason's Deli. BTW- TAKE THE BOWLS OFF YOUR MENU IF THEY ARE ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE.!!

I agree with other reviewers who say the service is terrible. Tonight our order was completely wrong but we did not discover until we were home. When I called to get a credit on our charge card the manager refused to speak with us because they were “too busy” according to the person who answered the phone. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company and also let their corporate office know what happened. After having all sorts of problems with our orders over the last several months and having a manager refuse to even discuss the problem, we will give our business to Jason’s deli in the future.

What happened to Panera Bread? Run down, dirty stains? How can any manager think this is acceptable? They don’t even attempt to clean the walls where leaks have dripped. The food was gross. I ordered a turkey, cheddar, apple sandwich and all I taste is this apple slaw. My bread was a soggy mush. I’ll let the pictures speak for my experience. *UPDATE: Google/Panera has removed my pictures showing the disgust in this location. What a cowardly thing to do. *UPDATE 2: Looks like my pictures are back again. What a joke.

First time at this location and BOY was I disappointed!! I ordered a large coffee and oatmeal with strawberries and pecans. I poured my own coffee and say down at my table. I kept drinking the coffee as I was conducting business and realized it tasted VERY watered down. Barely tasted like coffee. Waited another 15 minutes and still no oatmeal! I had to excuse myself from my meeting to go check on it and was told it would be right out. I was really hungry when it made it to the table and it looked delicious, couldn't wait to dig in! The first bite was barely luke warm so I guess my bowl had been sitting out for quite a while. I dug down a little deeper to get the warmer stuff but that too was luke warm. The strawberries tasted very fresh and the pecans were crunchy but it just wasn't up to the standards that I am used to from other Panera bread locations. I will avoid going tho this one again.

Panera Bread... how I love Panera. Panera was my preferred joint for blowing a lot of money on pretty good food. Even the water is gluten free! That all ended on one fateful day, when I put all the tables together in a long line and smeared olive oil and hummus on the newly joined-up surface and then cracked a baguette over my head while drinking their corn chowder soup (black bean soup is not available every day, please rectify) and skated across the surface wearing ice skates while singing "Let It Go". I got no free ice cream and a verbal warning. I will now take my business to Subway. Also, they didn't put any kale in my girlfriend's salad, and she just ran out of olives and this makes her sad. Panera makes her sad, so I can no longer go there. Ever. I'll be back next week.

Gave this place multiple chances, each time they disappoint. Compared to any other Panera Bread location I've been to this one is by far the worst. They always get my order wrong and the panini I received today wasn't even pressed or heated! For $10 I expect my sandwich to at least be prepared properly.

I have been coming to this locatário a numerous times and I recognize the same issue. The new set up makes the process longer to order food. They can only have the most 3 employees taking orders. So during high traffic hours ie: 7:30AM-9AM as well as lunch hours 11:45AM-1:30PM. The food is good and it’s a good environment.

This is a great place to either get a quick bite or sit down and enjoy the meal. They have a great consistent tasting food menu and some amazing healthy drinks. Overall Panera is pretty good but do to order the Soba noodles from the Edmond location. I have ordered it twice and it has been totally messed up both times. I called the store this time and they offered to make me another one if I come back (not an option today) or said to come in tomorrow and they will "give me something" Probably a bagel. They really just needed to give me a credit or something to my online account. My family and I eat there regularly but I will be rethinking that. There are plenty of other places to eat in Edmond and probably time I tried something else. Like I said, overall Panera is pretty good but for some reason this location just can not do the noodles right. Todays customer experience was a big zero.

I really enjoy panera bagels for breakfast, especially the cheese with whipped butter. the herb cream is good too, I had that with a plain bagel another time. although I prefer the breakfast, panera is also very good for lunch/dinner , I would recommend the half salad and half sandwich option as it is not too much, and if it is you can take some home.

If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service provided by the manager I would give this place 0 stars. I made an order for delivery to my job and It never showed up. My delivery driver CHRISTOPHER put my items down as delivered in the system and hadn’t brung me my order. Thankfully I had my car. I drove up there and when his manager called him he wouldn’t answer the phone. He called him 3 times. Needless to say the manager gave me more than enough food to compensate my poor delivery experience. Christopher ended up bringing my meal over an hour late. I’m 6 and a half months pregnant so if it wasn’t for the manager replacing my order that could have really been bad for me. The food was great too. Thanks guys

This location is always very busy, but generally they provide the delicious Panera menu in an accurate and timely manner. Dined at Panera on Medlock Bridge in Duluth (JC?) on 10.30.18 at around 1:30p. As all their stores, they offer a good selection of sandwiches, soups and sweets. My wife and I ordered the half & half deal, both coming to around $10+ each. Counter women were both cheerful and communicated well. The meals served in under five minutes. That's the 3-star rating. A problem occurred with the older gentleman busing tables. He brought napkins at seating, not really necesary, but became rather aggressive in manner, removing items that were just finished or undecided. He became so obtrusive I had to put up the stop-sign with my hand which seemed to irritate him. On observation, it may've been an issue with other guests nearby. I think a manager helped bring out our meals but I did not observe one again during the visit. On exit, we left a tip and about five steps out, he called, 'Finished?' I just waved, 'yes,' but thought later he was 'sticking-it-to-me' and I should've walked back, halved the tip. Next time we dine there, I'll need to define our boundries more clearly from the get-go (10.31.18).

Marsha at the register tonight was terrible! Gave my order, she spoke over me multiple times when I tried to clarify my order once I realized she wasn't listening to me and I was being over charged. She kept agreeing that what I ordered was what she had even after I kept telling her I had never paid $30 for a 2 sandwiches (which she also screwed up) and a cup of soup. I paid to be done with her and then she proceeded to tell me where the water cups were. I walked over to the drink machine confused because I had PAID for drinks, I went back to get the cups to be told once again where to get my water cups and she looked at me as if I were trying to get free drinks. I had my receipt in hand and demanded my cups at that point. She should probably listen to the customer if she's going to take orders. I was overcharged, my sandwiches were wrong and I had to go after the cups for drinks I paid for twice. I will walk out if she's at the register again.

The food is wonderful from the paninis to the soups to the bakery items. The staff is kind and efficient. Definitely a great place to eat! Unfortunately, i can't give it a 5star because the restaurant is in need of repair. There are huge brown stains along a few spaces on the walls where there has been water damage, the booths and walls nearest the drink area are very worn out looking, and the ladies' restroom (which is always clean), looks like it hasn't been painted/papered in a decade. Even the stall doors are banged up, battered, and generally hard to make look nice.

This is a very clean and nice Panera Bread. It is much more efficient and clean than the location off of Exit 14 of 400 (Lakeland Plaza in Cumming). I love the look in there, and the fireplace they have in the winter. Although Panera is considered fast food, this particular location looks like an actual restaurant with nice seating, and plenty of staff to assist you after you stand in line. The only complaint I have is it is very difficult to get into this location. You will be crossing a lot of traffic trying to get into this place. Arguably though, the other Panera bread is the same way. I guess they all decided they wanted to be in the center of a huge shopping area or office area with a million side-roads and such. It's a good place to eat if you don't mind spending a little money.

My favorite item on the menu has to be the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it's heaven on earth. My main gripe with Panera is their prices are sky high. I understand that the quality is higher but those prices need to come down 50% to keep me a loyal customer. Pickup orders are rarely correct. I've gotten salads that had nothing but lettuce. Onion soup has croutons about 50% of the time. Salads ordered with no avocado due to allergies have avocado. No fork with a salad. No dressing with a salad. Salad with egg has egg white but no yolk. I work close by so on days where I'm short on time, I order from there... and usually regret it. UPDATE: Not much time, ran to pick up lunch. As usual, errors in the order and the sandwich box has someone else's food smeared all over it. Disgusting. Best thing I can say is that they're consistent - consistently bad.

Very understaffed, when I walked in there was nobody at the register and there was people in line. The manager seen that there was people in line but he was also busy doing something which I understand. He did finally come and assist the people in line and you can tell how fustrated he was with his workers. One employee was standing there in plain sight on his cellphone with his gloves on.. the same gloves he uses to make people’s food. The staff weren’t really cheery or welcoming how Most Panera breads are, but hey at least my food was good.

Overall the prices are incredibly high and tiny portions. Every time I go to Panera I order the same thing (pick 2 Caesar salad-no croutons and fugi apple dressing with Mac n cheese), but this time the salad had about three bites of romaine lettuce. We get rapid pick up here on a regular basis and it's always been great. Today we actually had a problem with our order, and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. I even was mistaken about one missing item and he gave us another one anyway. The other missing items he gave us in full and no questions asked. Just had the strangest interaction with Kevin, an assistant manager. When I am not greeted at an establishment I always say "Good morning " All that elicited was "what can I get for you" It went downhill from there. I'm not sure if he's rude to everyone or just certain people but he doesn't need to be at the counter with that attitude. I certainly felt unwelcome and that's never been the case at this location. It was so uncomfortable that I actually asked him if there was a problem. It will be a good long while before I send any more catering orders there way!

Panera Bread is a delicious little hipster gem! Joking aside, it's rock n roll! The service is always on-par, you can get in and out fairly quickly and affordably, depending on what you get and I've never had an issue with cleanliness or food quality. My preference is the grab. You Pick 2 and get some delicious, delicious soup and a half sandwich. And between you and me, an extra $.99 gets you a pastry. I don't always indulge, but when I do, it's a cinnamon roll.. no shame.

I have to revise my review. We love Panera Bread, but have had a series of poor service experiences. My husband and daughter went in one evening, about 15 minutes before closing to order carry out. The person taking the order seemed as if she was greatly inconvenienced by customers ordering food during their hours of operation and told them that the order would be to go. I have ordered pickup several times and the order is usually incomplete. I normally check it before leaving. I once had to stand and wait for it to be remade and it was still wrong. I was patient because I understand that mistakes happen. Today, a manager told me that I should’ve called yesterday regarding an order that PANERA BREAD got wrong. I’m sick and I had my husband pick up our order and he didn’t check it. I discovered today that they only gave us 1 cinnamon bun (although the website only had a 4pack in stock) when we ordered a 4pack. She told me I had to pick it up today because I should’ve called today....for a mistake that they made. I’ll be visiting another location from now on.

UPDATE: I returned to this Panera and ordered the "You PIck Two", which is really just order two items from our menu and we'll put them on a plate for you. Nothing special. Not a "combo" deal. So, for almost $12 I got a sandwich, which was without ANY exaggeration, 4" long by 2.5 inches wide. I was like having two Hors d'oeuvres. The bowl of soup was what I would call a small bowl of soup served in a huge bowl. So, I won't be back. Panera is simply a very poor value. Last week I went for lunch for the first time in many years. I ordered a whole Roast Turkey and Avocado sandwich for I believe $8.50, but was stunned when they delivered to my table a half a sandwich. I check of my receipt showed that I did in-fact pay for a half sandwich. While I must admit the sandwich was very good, $8.50 for half a sandwich and a bag of chips is NOT in my opinion a good value. I'm giving Panera four stars because the server was extremely polite and the manager, upon learning that I was not happy at all with the value, quickly brought out another half a sandwich for free. If I I go back for a sandwich, at least I'll know what to expect price- wise and taste-wise.

I used Medlock Bridge Panera for a catering order for a work meeting. They delivered my order in a timely manner but I soon realized that I had not ordered enough sandwiches for the group. I made a desperate call to the shop and spoke to Matthew. I asked him for some additional sandwiches and could he deliver them- soon. He did this within 35 minutes and did not even want to charge me.
