It was my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe as there isn't one in my hometown and I'm by myself for a work trip, so I didn't have to worry about my large family of picky eaters. I had great service (waiter's name was Chris) and the food was pretty good. The Spicy Shrimp was awesome! They were busy and there was about a 10 minute wait (for 1 person), so that wasn't too bad. The place is undergoing renovations so that did impact seating and the atmosphere a bit.

The waiter had poured water into my Sprite by accident on the first time. I was the last one to get my meal at my table. I asked for no coleslaw, they put it on the plate. He came back the second time and put water in my cup again. I was mad a little bit. It was time to pay for our meals. I had the guy my card. I went to the restroom and I came to be find out that my credit card was missing. He said that he put it on the table. We all looked for it still didn't find it. But I noticed everyone got their cards back expect for me. I was very upset at this point. My overall was experience was bad. I wouldn't go back there. I never had my card stole before, I froze the card and everything else.

Server disappeared quite a few times. Had to wait a while for food and had to send it back twice. Too cold and too salty. Just seems like they were doing me a favor. Never again!

Very disappointed. Their menu was boring and had almost no selection, there wait staff was very passive aggressive and rarely came to the tables. There floors and tables didn't seem clean, and the prices were extremely high for the quality. It took us forever to get our food and then the food was bland and not that tasty. I would definitely skip this one in Atlanta. There are too many good places to eat to bother with this place.

Writing this review as I am sitting in the restaurant specifically for Brent, Who we met in the gift shop. Simply put he provided a level of customer service extending far beyond what I could ever imagine ! From letting my son take pictures with a guitar and giving him a little surprise when he found out it was his birthday - to checking MULTIPLE times with staff to make sure we were seated promptly and attended to - was far more than impressive . I am not one to write reviews however Brent has by far provided the best customer service I have ever experienced ... treyshawn our waiter has also been great !

This is a relatively small Hard Rock. We had a very nice waitress and my steak was perfect. The only veggie they had was geeen beans and it was a 5 buck up charge for a salad.

We were expecting so much more from Hard Rock Atlanta. The burgers were decent but I have had better at Five Guys and Red Robin. I was truly unimpressed and will not visit another Hard Rock Cafe for fear of the same experience. The burgers are certainly overpriced and the presentation is not worth it. $122.00 later and unimpressed. On a positive note, our waiter Kevin was great and very attentive to the needs of our table. Promote him!

I love Hard Rock Cafe! I have traveled all over the world and I visit them often. I have over 700 Hard Rock pins so believe me when I say I love the concept :-) however, this particular location was less than awesome. The person Manning the retail shop had only started working about three days ago, which is okay, but was very vocal about the fact that he didn't know anything about what he was doing. Customers don't want to hear that. Also, the bar staff was less than cordial until they saw the probably undeserved tip I left. And I purposefully sat at two different locations at the bar since the first was wretched. It was no better. There was a significant bar funk, and anyone that's ever worked in the industry will know what I mean, and I saw several fruit flies flying about. In their defense, this is Super Bowl weekend and I'm sure they've been slammed. But there is no reason to sacrifice the quality of service that I've grown accustomed to over the past 30 years of Hard Rock Cafe patronage.

$90 for a meal for three. Server was great, but food quality is better at Denny's or waffle house. Steak cooked perfectly to med-rare order, but quality of steak did not seem high (USDA select, maybe?). Fries came out cold. At least the played some Rush and and motorhead during lunch.

I made a reservation during dragon con for 7:15 and I got there at 6:45 and they sat us anyway. Diamond was our server and she was awesome. They were really busy and she kept our drinks full. She was very friendly and remembered everything we needed. The food was great also. The house made bbq was to die for.

First off my waitress was spectacular. I mean she was so sweet and caring and wonderful and she’s the reason why I didn’t one star this review. The bartender was absolutely rude! She didn’t even greet us when we sat down not a smile not anything. The bathroom was so disgusting!!!!!!! There was tissue hanging on the seat and all over the floor. The soap dispensers we’re laying on the counter along with dirty paper towels. I had to send my salmon plate back it wasn’t seasoned and there was barbecue sauce drizzled on the salmon! I loved the waitress so much but never again.

Chris is a great guy, he has a wonderful personality and if you're reading this Chris our son refused to eat the grapes lol. We couldn't stay to eat as it was late and we needed to get our son to bed so we took away the food. If we have the time before leaving Atlanta we will definitely visit again. The fish was great!

Came into the restaurant excited to have a good juicy burger. Server was good and friendly, but kind of slow. When the food came out, it was cold! Not even warm in the slightest. We nicely asked for it to be recooked and when it came back it was STILL COLD. For a $17 dollar burger, I expect more. Even the fries were cold and unsalted... They ended up comping our meal, but I will never eat at any Hard Rock Cafe again! Over priced bar food. All you’re paying for is the name...

A bit disappointed on this popular restaurant. The shrimp appetizer was very bad. It had more breading than shrimp. For $16 I would not recommend this appetizer. The Mac n Cheese was a small portion and had little cheese. Very sad for a popular restaurant.

A group of us went for a bite after our conference ended. Our waitress started off with lots of sweet nothings and did a great job of getting our meal out. We had a good time, our food was great (gluten free delish wings, salads, desserts and drinks) and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Our check came and our waitress changed...she rushed us and was no longer polite. It was one check for almost $200. What was that about?

Very unorganized from the time we walked in the door! We were a party of 3 and we were told there would be a 30- 45 min wait. As we sat waiting a couple walks in and they are seated without wait. When I questioned the young man about it he stated he didn’t know we were waiting. The waiting area is two steps away from the check in desk. Spoke to the manager about the incident whom didn’t seem concerned one way or the other. Visiting from out of town and I will not recommend this place nor will I return.

The food was actually pretty good. We enjoyed checking out the memorabilia from all the artist. The biggest dissapointmant was our server. Extremely poor attitude and never came out to tend his table.We constantly had to ask other servers to get him or they just ended up doing his work. Of course he made sure to come out and circle the part on the check for his tip. What a shame Hard rock hires such poor personnel in Atlanta. New york, Myrtle Beach and others that we have visited have had such great servers which of course adds to the whole experience especially when someone is traveling and makes it a purpose to visit Hard Rocks in other locations.

This was the worst Hard Rock Cafe I've ever been too. Food order was wrong for my lady, it was slow service, under remodeling but organized terribly and looked terrible. McDonald's appears better then this place. Armed se purity at the front door, what kind of place is this???? Overall disappointed but our waitress was coll and friendly (Vanessa). Food was decent (1 star) waitress (the other star).

While you are enjoying great food, looking at all the memorabilia from known artists hanging on the walls is mind blowing! The food was reasonably priced. You pay a little bit more money than when you go to your average restaurant of course but it is worth it. The only suggestion I would give to the manager is to either enhance the quality of the background music being played and/or to lower the volume some. Usually, I can handle background noise very well, but somehow this one was a little too much. That was the only reason I gave them four stars. Regardless, even with the "noise" (if inevitable), I would go back.

Food was great. The service was impecable. With started at the bar with awesome bartenders whom promtly served our beers. Both bartenders were caring and attentive. We then requested a table and were sat by a nice hostess within a minute. Our server was fun and also attentive. She suggested a few choices and we followed her advice. The appetizer was great and the entrees even better.

Very disappointing outing to Hard Rock Cafe. I had friends visiting from Houston and they wanted to specifically go to Hard Rock as they visit them in every city the travel to. Both the hostess and our waitress were very nice and as they were not busy we were seated right away. Honestly, for a Thursday night I was surprised at how empty they were. After we got our food I understood why. Our table ordered classic nachos, grilled salmon and baby back ribs. When the food was delivered the salmon was good, the cheese on the nachos as only melted on the top and the ribs were cold. My friend sent back the ribs (I did not realize my nachos were cold underneath) and the rest of use had almost finished our meals by the time more (the same??) ribs were brought out.

When we arrived to get a table, the hostess told us it would be an hour wait time. It turned out to be a 15 minute wait. Kudos. We ordered hamburgers and fries, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was entertaining listening to and watching music videos. We will definitely be back whenever we're in downtown Atlanta.

Today I took my 13 year old sister to Atlanta for the first time, we visited 6 flags for a day of fun and ended up also taking her to her first Hard Rock Cafe. And hands down it was a bad.ass.experience. Our server, Jusaan, was obviously busy and still stayed on top of it. The food was great, from appetizers to dessert. we recommend the wings, and fajitas! And the passion fruit mhai Thai.. oh my gawd

My family and I eat at the Hard Rock any time we travel to a location that has one. Our last experience at the Atlanta Hard Rock (where we've eaten at least 2 other times) was disappointing. Went to the the Hard Rock Cafe on Sunday, 14 July, and unfortunately, there wasn't anything positive I can say. The service was extremely poor and the nachos were very unremarkable...I mean, the chips with a few scant toppings. It was very dry. Requested salsa for the nachos...nope...sriracha...nope...anything wet for the nachos...nope. Will never visit a Hard Rock Cafe again!

We went Saturday night to see a band at their venue 1 door down. 2 bartenders on duty. So we sat at a high top table and you have to go to the bar to order food and drinks. So it was loud and I took our paper menu with our order written on it to help out since it was loud in there. So then I was told that the food would come to the bar and then we can pick it up there and was given a buzzer. ( I thought “ odd but ok”) In the waiting my coke was Very syrupy and flat. So I asked for a different one and was told by the bartenders that it would be a minute because they would have to change the bag out. Neither one of them left the bar to do so! I drank my water Because I didn’t want to complain anymore. They never came out to bus the table so the entire night we were at a tiny table with food plates everywhere. They were not busy nobody was at the bar nobody on the dance floor it was very slow. So what on earth was I to tip the bartender for? I did tip I was not happy but they could make some money if they tried!

Had an early dinner before a show next door at their Velvet Underground. The food is pretty much standard American. I had the steak burger and fries. We also ordered the combo appetizer. All the food was hot and pretty fresh. The burger is a little greasy but was good. Waitress was very good and never had to ask for refills. Two meals, appetizer, and a couple mixed drinks $98 plus tip. We made sure and had a reservation but at 5 it was pretty open. The later it got the more crowded and a reservation would be needed if you didn’t want a long wait. As far as The Velvet Underground goes it’s a cozy spot for a show. I’m glad they started selling reserved tables as the festival seating was a real mess several times before. They need to stock better alcohol. They didn’t have Honey Jack or Fireball. The bar crew seems overwhelmed at times. Drinks are a little on the high side but I guess to be expected at a venue like this. Single restrooms so there’s a line most of the night. Great sound system and the music sounds good.

My boyfriend and I went to Hard Rock to have dinner one night. We are college students and wanted to spend our money on a good meal that wasn't on campus but with this experience we should've just stayed in our dorms. When we arrived we got seated and the wait staff kept walking by looking at our table but none of them stopped to help us. We had to ask one as they were walking by who was waiting on us. The server whose name I can't remember did not seem too happy about serving us she was very nonchalant. Either way we ordered our food which took a while to come out and it came luke warm. My boyfriend ordered a well done burger which came out more like medium. I ordered the sampler which was good. We told the waitress about the burger she said "let me see" he showed her and she said it didn't look pink. I asked if she could just take it back and get us a well done or get a manager. She came out with the same burger (we cut the previous one in half so could tell it was the same burger) and this time it was burnt. We just paid didn't leave a tip and left to go to another restaurant. We won't be returning!

The vibe here was cool. I didn't like the prices of the food on the menu though but I had a cool waitor and ordered a soda since I came in to get something to drink. Not entirely certain why the food is so expensive, personally, but if it works it works I suppose. Still $20 for a burger is a little stiff for my budget.

I've been to this hard rock cafe many, many times and have never been disappointed. The best advice I can give you is to get the local legendary. It's amazing. The music is good, the food is spectacular, and the service is on point. Definitely swing by here before you head up to the top of the Westin for the bar view, because you'll get to see the hard rock as you go up.

Open till late. Wanted a snack with a kick. So went to the Hard Rock at Atlanta. Chose the Buffalo Wings. Came with 2 dips - the Blue Cheese Dip was incredibly good. The server, Noah Andrews was enthusiastic, accommodating and so cheerful despites his own set backs. What a great attitudes for other servers to emulate! Wings were delicious!

Unlike other members of the chain that I have visited, this particular franchisee was nearly empty. It was nice to be seated immediately, but the place lacked the vibe and energy normally associated with the brand. Service was okay. Food was good. The building is being renovated. Maybe the crowd will return when the renovation is complete. Go there, but lower your expectations a notch.

Usually the milkshakes I would receive are too frozen and too thick to drink, but the milkshake at the Hard Rock Cafe wasn't too frozen or too thick! As far as parking - it's downtown Atlanta and parking anywhere in downtown Atlanta is a pain so we took an Uber. But there are paid parking around. Other than that, can't wait to come back!

Worse experience I have ever had. I have never been to a Hard Rock Cafe to eat and this location left a bad name for itself. We sat and waited 30 minutes with not even one employee acknowledging we were there. There was a table sat well after us that already recieved drinks and food order. The manager also walked by our table 3 times and never asked if we had been helped. Upon leaving my mother let the manager know how bad our experience was never received an apology just oh I can take your order!!!! What!!!??? Never will be back to this location went next door to Hooters where service, prices, and food is better.

I came here with my school group and really enjoyed eating here. We arrived 30 minutes late and they still saved our 40 seats. When we had to leave early so they packed out cheesecake in a box for us. The atmosphere was not good because it was so loud but the service was fine. The pricing was a little high but besides that I enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place to others.

The restaurant is being renovated, which I realize is hit or miss when visiting from our of town, but this made the experience pretty bad. It was like sitting in your kitchen for dinner while you're remodeling and getting charged $100. Further, the changes coming look to be more modern, removing the classic wood vibe typical of The Hard Rock and the store space is bei g expanded. I've learned the company has new ownership and is clearly more focused on revenue than an experience. It's sad.

I was expecting a better meal than what I got. Quality wise, the food was the same as the premade restaurant vendor meals that we all have had at other restaurants. My sons mac and cheese was wonderful but he likes basic food so the upscale part of his food was wasted on a 5 yo who likes craft. The staff was wonderful and did an amazing job though. She was very understanding and courteous even though my date was late to join us . Overall I wouldn't pay the price I had for the dishes but the name is what you pay for ,for that type of restaurant.

Was in Atlanta for a business conference and one of our vendors sponsored an event at the Hard Rock. The private room was great. Good music all night. The best part though were the snacks and desserts! Hats off to the chef here as those were a huge hit with everyone! Thanks to our bartenders who kept the drinks flowing and were super friendly! Would love to have an event here if we're ever back in town!

I eat out 340 days a year, worst experience in a long time. Bad service, dropped menu and before I could do or say anything server was gone. Went down hill from there Food wise ordered the pulled pork sandwich. What a joke, 4 huge chunks of dried out pork. Totally disgusting. Took 29 minutes to get my check. At the bar it seems making sure tips split on each ticket are done is more important than the customer sitting in front of you.

The Good: The server staff was very pleasant and the food was very good. Those are the only reasons I'm giving 3 stars. The Bad: We walked in around 2-2:05. Nobody came to our table until ~2:15. The manager was in the vicinity walking around and talking to various employees, including the executive chef, who was hanging around the host area. The manager knew we'd been sitting there for some time and never checked on our server or us after I made eye contact with him multiple times. We finally got our three waters at ~2:35 and food about 15 minutes after that. The restaurant was *NOT* busy. I'm disappointed in a manager who doesn't ensure his staff's moving at a decent pace, bail them out if they're drowning, or does not check on customers if he's not doing anything. The speed of service and coordination between staff and management for help should've been way better than it was for spending $60 for 3 people, pre-tip.

I came here late with my fiance, aunt, and uncle after we landed from California. It was 10pm and almost every other restaurant was closed already. I didn't have many expectations since I saw this place had an overall 3 star rating. But, the food was delicious!!! I got the local legend burger which I highly recommend. We all had burgers and they are made with actual steak meat. Our waitress was so funny and we left FULL.

There was work going on in one section of the cafe, so we didn't see it at its best. Given a warm welcome and water as soon as we entered. The staff were rather noisy which was handy as there wasn't the usual music videos playing out, maybe that was due to the on-going works. It was busy with families, but our food was served fresh and hot. Good Rock Shop too.

I don’t recommend this place because I made reservations to eat at this place for 14 people after my sons graduation!! So we get there and we aren’t sitting TOGETHER, turns out they said they don’t have the space. After we order another party comes and they are seated together!! Then I turn around and there is another party sitting together so at this point I ask for a manager because I’m confused on how they are walking in and are seated together and I look and they are CAUCASIAN and we BLACK! I am livid and definitely disappointed! I didn’t want anything free nor did I want a discount I simply wanted my family to be able to sit and celebrate for my sons graduation but I assume it was to much for them! I am flabbergasted that the manager didn’t fix it!! But I also see that they discriminate and they are very inconsiderate!! But I’ll never be back! THANKS FOR RUINING MY SONS DINNER by being RACIST!!

We finally got a menu bought over, without the waiter even taking a drink order. I couldn't stay there any longer, we got up and left. No customer service skills what so ever!

There was probably two nice staff members out of the 15 we came in contact with. Customer service sucks which leads to a terrible review. Milton was our server in training and had the BEST customer service skills.

Which we finally gave up on because the music was so loud it was hard to even think. Long lines. Expensive but average food. Music too loud. Oh, and our waitress never once came and checked on us. Now, it was a very busy night for the city. It was Saint Patrick's Day. But give me a break!

Really unique atmosphere. Rock videos. Rock paraphernalia all over the walls. Food was surprisingly good. Guinness and bacon jam burger with a good IPA and a reasonably priced bottle of Prosceco, followed by a nice dessert to celebrate a birthday. It's not everyday pricing, but its a good experience and good value

If you are a Hard Rock fan, you have to stop in. Memorabilia is decent and easy to view. Had to wait 30 min for a table the night my coworker and I went. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy the place was. Food prices were a bit high, but that is downtown Atlanta. Great selection of Hard Rock stuff to buy in their shop, including pins.

The last few times we visited the downtown location it was not a good experience. The food left something to be desired, but over Superbowl weekend we gave it another go and were pleasantly surprised. The cauliflower wings were great and my Waldorf salad was fresh and tasty. Still overpriced, but what do you expect from tourist trap. Staff was great as usual.

Front doors have no "please use other door" so we stood for 25 minutes waiting to be sat when we were told you are in wrong place you must go out the door go to the right and down two doors and sign in to get on seating wait list. Would have been nice if it was on the doors, or even mentioned by the 8 employees that said "someone will be with you in a few minutes. " Would not go back.

Stopped in for a quick bite at lunch. The first impression wasn’t so good, 3 employees were standing in the doorway, you had to walk through them to get in. However, we were seated in the bar area and the bartender and his helper were our servers. They were excellent!!! The food came out fast and was really good.

Very disappointed. I think the manager on duty was named Lewis, I can't say for sure because he never checked on us or most of the tables around us other than one, for which he visited 3 different times and spent about 10 minutes with them. I asked our server how big the glass was for the beer, because the tap beer and bottle were the same cost and I wanted the bigger one. She went to go check the size and came back and said it was going to be 12 oz or 16oz or something like that. She brought the smaller one unfortunately. She also brought my wife the wrong beer. The Mac and chicken came out a little warmer than room temp. The table next to us had to flag her down for them to pay. The only good point is they have a 15% military discount. If it wasn't for that they would have had one star. Total disappointment, another reason to stay away from chain restaurants.
