The young woman taking my order was very rude. She was smug and addressed me like i was not a customer. I came in seeking ice cream for two toddlers. I asked for two regulars and the woman rung the order up. I then noticed the kid sizes and mentioned this to the woman. She ignored me and continued to make the regular sized cups. They were running low on the flavor of my choice. Instead of informing me of that she just filled one cup up and dumped the small remainings in the second cup. I was in a rush so i didn't make much of a fuss but I'd like to let those who review know that this is the level of customer service i received as a customer patronizing this small business. Needless to say i will not be returning nor would i advise those whom i know to further patronize this establishment.

The location is great and food is good but there is no sense of urgency no matter how many people are in line. I would go somewhere else if there is a line unless you have lots of time to spare. Do not come here if you have hungry children unless there is no line.

This coffee shop has a nice location with easily accessible parking, but the service and coffee is underwhelming. The main barista didn’t notice I had been waiting in line for a few minutes and then once she did see me forgot that she had already asked me my order. The medium roast coffee did not use enough grounds when made and the grounds themselves tasted stale without any flavor. The ample seating indoors and outdoors is nice and it’s a very relaxing place to read and do work. All of this being said, when I walked in it smelled delicious, exactly like my mom’s homemade French toast, so I’ll have to give this spot another chance at some point.

We tried Grant Park Coffee house right before the Zoo one Wednesday morning and it was a wonderful treat. Both baristas were super friendly, answered my questions and helped me find the most delicious white chocolate pastry thoroughly enjoyed by me and my little one. I had a cafe latte, reasonably priced and made with great tasting quality coffee. It was a little narrow for my jogging stroller, but very hole in the wall authentic. There was lots of nice outdoor seating as well as a whole another section for working professionals or people working on their personal devices. Great vibes and even better coffee! I say this one's a must see.

Employee dropped a pastry on the ground. Owner told them they would have to pay for it. That's an awful way to treat your employees. Never coming back. It's good bread, but your money isn't worth spending on people who treat their employees this way.

Amazing place to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff are very friendly and after a few visits pick up your typical order if you come here regularly. All their foods are made in house. If you have a food allergy they are always happy to double check and make sure the item you want suits your dietary needs. Wi-Fi is available, it's quiet if you need a place hang and get some work done or just want good coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

I visited this location while making deliveries at work with UPS. I bought a chocolate chip cookie in which was a great size nice and warm. I left and returned for 2 more! Very nice and courteous, I will recommend you stop and try they are awesome.

I thought the customer no service at the McDonald's on Moreland was bad, but I have not experienced this level of apathy in quite some time. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes just to order a drip coffee (no one in front of me, 3 people waiting for their orders). I wanted a fancy schmancy coffee, but at their current pace and lack of motility, I would have been waiting another 30 minutes. First and last visit...wish I had hit that McDonald's before heading over to Grant Park.

Went to this coffeehouse before meeting a friend for the zoo. Horrible customer service. My drink was terrible and tasted completely artificial. I asked if I could get something else ( I never do this) and was told it wasn't a problem with their end so no. Felt cold and had no scones available.

Lovely little coffee shop right across from the Zoo. They have extra seating so don't be worried that the counter is in a smaller area. Nice selection of coffee and tea. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The scones are delicious and the food was very good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The extra seating can handle larger groups. They have free Wifi as well.

I love coffee shops, but this one was pretty expensive. The staff wasn't super friendly, they were by no means rude or mean but attitude is really important for a coffee shop. I used to be a barista. Maybe it was just an off day. The location is cool and they do have a nice seating area.

It's located across from the Zoo. Patrons were eating mostly outside, and there was a steady flow. Most of them ordered coffee and sandwiches, which looked nice. On this trip we ordered ice cream. Superman, with many different flavors mixed together, and Key Lime Pie, which was quite good. The server was very friendly and offered samples. It was cozy and well kept. Construction is going on in the area, so drive safely.

I had the spring mix salad. The serving was generous. I was hungry from all the walking. I really enjoyed the salad it had some red peppers, cherry tomatoes ( no red onions) and parmesan cheese. It was very fresh also had a blue moon which was cold and hit the spot. Prices are what you expect when you buy food out. Also the pulled pork and pesto pizza that my daughter in law ordered was different but quite good.

I read the reviews and loved the location. I decided to meet someone there for a business meeting. Soon as i walked in, the lady behind the counter said "can i help you with something." I told her I was there to meet someone. She made me feel VERY unwelcomed! I walked around, found the person I was meeting, then came back and purchased a slice of pumpkin bread and tea. When i sat down, i asked the man i was meeting, how was his experience walking in. He had the same experience as I did, with the same lady. You should make your customers feel welcomed...the lady working behind the counter ruined my first experience at the coffee shop. Overall the seating was nice and they had an outside. The coffee shop sits across the street from Grant Park and the zoo. The location is very nice.

This coffeehouse is right across from the zoo Atlanta. The place looks small from the outside, but they have a big seating area inside, also they have outdoor seating. They have plenty of different coffee, hot, and cold drinks. The employees were nice and helpful. We ordered the cookie dough latte and raspberry chip cheesecake ice cream, both were good. We really enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor seating area while the birds would swoop down and hang around us.

Memory lane Took my Mom by there today, back in the day it was the Grant Park Grill operated by Mr Napty. Mom and her siblings lived upstairs in the apartment. Dad proposed to Mom across the street by the cannon. Today marks the their 65 wedding anniversary. Awesome place for coffee.

Great location and delicious food!! Always clean and most of the staff is friendly. Love the reggae music and that the atmosphere is always cool. Wifi is spotty, so if you're like me and go to lunch and get work done, be prepared to leave if need be. Worked there a couple of times with NO problem, but sometimes wifi is weak I can't even get data on my phone.

Solid coffee house in Grant Park. A couple of years ago, they expanded, and now have a nice sitting area connected to the food/beverage counter. They have a nice assortment of breads/pastries. We really like the gluten free options, they are, interestingly enough for gf, quite tasty! They also have a nice assortment of sandwiches and breakfast foods! The ice cream is ok too, but for some reason, always strikes me as a bit pricey. They charge extra for sprinkles too, not a big deal obviously, but it's the little things sometimes.

Dope lil spot built in an old house across from the zoo. The vibe was so friendly and warm, you can almost hear the echos of all the pleasant conversations had in the building from over the years. They made me one of the best mochas I've had in awhile. I had to go to work this time but I'm looking forward to coming back and hanging out on their big patio.
