Best frozen coffee I’ve ever had

My wife and I stopped in for a Sunday morning coffee. Th barrel aged coffee is amazing. You can get taste the whisky in the coffee. The coffee is smooth and bold. The staff is very friendly and proud of what they are doing, as they should be. They are happy to give you a tour of the operation. This is my new coffee house.

We stopped today to try some coffee, glad we did! I had a dark, barrel aged coffee, it was an interesting coffee. It has a nice flavor, a slight whiskey taste, and was just the right temperature. The interior was nice, very pleasing to the eye. The barrel room reminded me of our tour of the Jack Daniel Distillery with the barrels on the racks. I am glad Ball Ground had a new coffee house, but happier that it is such a nice coffee house. #barrelhousecoffeeco

I have become a fixture at this wonderful coffee house. Last saturday was the official grand opening. It could not have gone better. Everyone does their absolute best to please the customer. And if it isnt good enough for you i think you have to examine for yourself what you were expecting. These guys are the best that there is and the coffee speaks for itself -- fantastic. Thank you for coming to the hamlet known as Ball Ground.

Great little coffee shop! We stopped here to refuel on a long bike ride and were really impressed. They had great coffee, good coffee-shop food (muffins, cookies, etc), and great service.

The wife and I stopped on the way to Gibbs Gardens and were very impressed! The barrel aged Ethiopian was excellent. Staff was very friendly and eager to explain the process. Top it off with some meats from Frankfort across the street and our stop in Ballgound was fantastic!

I don’t write reviews even to places I visit frequently, but I am compelled to write a review for this place as I was motivated primarily because someone wrote a great review of of the Barrel House and I felt motivated to to stop in. I have to say that I’m so glad I stopped in. The staff was great, greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They offered me a taste of their bourbon barrel roast and it’s the best tasting coffee I’ve ever tasted. I would definitely visit this place again, but not alone next time as I’ll like to share this nice spot with my friends and family for sure.

This may be one of Ball Grounds top gems!!!! We had a wonderful experience on our first visit. The coffee, cinnamon rolls, and ambiance were excellent. We will definitely be going back.

I was on a rural road trip through Georgia and stumbled upon Ball Ground and this amazing little coffee shop. In addition to the friendly employees, the coffee roast is spectacularly unique. Nice clean facilities and great presentation. I would definitely visit Barrel House Coffee again when passing through north Georgia. Make sure you try their flavorful bourbon barrel roast.

We will be moving to Ball Ground in about a month and this will definitely be me and my wife's hangout location. The barrel aged coffee was amazing! What a unique concept for coffee! Ryan, the owner was very friendly as was his employee that made our awesome Java Chip frap! A must stop if your visiting Ball Ground! See you guys soon!

Took a road trip out there because I love their coffee and want to pick up some. And their shop did not disappoint either. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. shop is really cool and a great outside seating area. If you are looking for crazy good coffee and an awesome shop in a nice area. This is a great coffee shop that is a fantastic alternative to the big chain coffee stores. The taste of the barrel aged beans is a nice surprise and gives the coffee a unique flavor. I had the caffe mocha and it was delicious. You could taste the barrel aged coffee over the milk and mocha. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I visited BHCC, for the first time, to spend the afternoon and evening enjoying some great live jazz sounds with Unit 5 while also enjoying some of BHCC's delicious espresso, latte, chai tea, scones and bagels. Co-owners Ryan and Katie, and their team, were very personable and accommodating. We had a great time! Thanks to everyone who helped make our day!
