This place is small but don't be fooled because what they lack in space they overcompensate in bold flavors and excellent service! This place serves typical Colombian cuisine and baked goods but you also have a few Argentine, American, and Cuban picks from the menu. You will find typical fruit juices and beverages, candies and treats, and popular dishes like bandeja paisa. They also have live musicians, not a big deal, but they play old school Spanish Colombian classics that my parents and grandparents love. It makes the experience very pleasant. It is also very clean and even though it was packed when I went, the service was efficient and impeccable. I am Colombian and I don't particularly like Colombian restaurants as the food they serve does not taste like the one I am used to from home, but this one has definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend to any nationality and palate.

I've always like this restaurant, the food tastes good, but with the overall experience received today It makes you think if its worth going back. To start, our two children never received the kids menu, even thst we saw they had them in the entrance, right with the other menus, on previous visits they recieved them. Once we were seated our server Andrea greeted us saying "her day was too long already", she seemed having an awful day because she kept reapeating it and she wasn't nice at all. Also when needed extra service we waived at her more than a few times and she ignored us. On the other hand the kids food was served in a big plate, instead of offering already portiond plates, My wife and had to separate the food and it was very messy she got some food on her clothes right in front of our waiter eyes and she never bother to offer napkins or something to clean up. On top of all, while I was eating my beans, I found a big stone, sadly this is not the first time that this happens, on my previous visit, about 3 weeks ago I found another big stone in the beans, that day the manager was kind enough to comp my plate but unfortunately that didn't help to fix this situation with poor food handling. With inconsistent service and poor food handling your business will be hurt, I've seen you guys taking a lot pride before not sure what happened this time.

Ordered here tonight with grubhub and it came quickly and was pretty tasty. I ordered the cilantro chicken and mash but recieved the bbq chicken and rice. Was still good but wrong nonetheless. My husband ordered the Cubano sandwich and said it was amazing and was sad when he ate it all so quickly. My only disappointment were the chicken empanadas. They're the columbian ones and it seems that the chicken inside was mixed with potato or something and wasnt very flavorful. I would definitely give this place another go, just not with the empanadas. Yuck. They need to add some desserts to the menu too!! My husband loves a good sweet (or 3) after his dinner.

This Colombian themed restaurant was extremely busy had to wait 20 minutes to get in but it was well worth it the food was very good and service was very attentive the young woman that waited on us was very helpful and informative with explaining all the many available selections on the menu and the prices were moderate and very reasonable.. Of course I do, been at this restaurant a lot. The food is tasteful, a lot is served, most popular dish is La Bandeja Paisa, which is a very complete plate with: rice, steak, fried eggs, chorizo, chicarron, beans etc. Once you eat this delish plate you are all set, you will be very satisfied, believe me. After, you can enjoy the variety of desserts, (my favorite ones, flan and crema de nata) which is like a creamy milk custard delish. Service, outstanding, is a very popular dining place, always full, take out is available as well. Hope you get to enjoy this restaurant, family oriented, great service, delish food, great location. My 1st visit, my GF who is columbian recommended this establishment and I must say she picked a winner. We arrived for Breakfast and the food was very good. Thankfully my GF speaks Spanish as a majority of the staff is not bilingual I have the Heuvos Pericos which is eggs with tomatoes and scallions plus an area and fresh squeezed OJ Very delicious Highly recommend. This is the second time that I have taken my family to this restaurant. It was not very busy we just had to wait until they finished cleaning up the table. Once we sat down we noticed the table was still wet and dirty so they had to come back and re clean the it. It took about 7 minutes to just get our waters. Then when we ordered we notice the table across from us who sat down after us and ordered after got their food before we did. Also I when they served our meals my soup and my wife’s beans were missing. They brought the beans shortly after but I had to remind them to bring the my soup that was supposed to come with my meal. Additionally they only came to refill our waters once towards the end. We also noticed they didn’t offer our kids crayons during our visit. I won’t be taking my family there again.

Good Food, decent prices but it gets packed. Not a big restaurant but popular in sunrise so it does get full and the wait can be 15-20 minutes sometimes longer depending on hour of the day. For lunch during Monday - Friday you should get there by 11:30-11:40 otherwise expect to wait as long as 30 minutes.

I came to this location, which I’ve been to before, with my wife and the in-laws. Things got off to a rough start when my wife and I got there about 5-10 minutes before our in-laws. We were seated right away, but no one came to our table to ask for a drink order until we called someone over AFTER my in laws were there already. We were helped by a waiter named Mynor. I ordered the carne asada, MEDIUM WELL. It took almost 20 minutes for the food to come out. However, my steak was cooked RARE, so I called Mynor over and informed him. He proceeded to take the food back to get the steak cooked correctly, or so I thought. Fast forward almost 30 minutes and I still had not gotten my plate back. Everyone else was almost done with their food at this time. During these 30 minutes, Mynor made no effort to give me any updates, he never came back to attempt to refill our waters, nothing. On the contrary, all the waiters were by the kitchen apparently celebrating someone’s birthday as I heard them singing happy birthday. Finally Mynor comes over and asks if we wanted the check, at which time I asked where my food was, to which he replied “oh, you didn’t get your food back?”. Of course I hadn’t, I had been sitting on my seat staring at an empty space on the table in front of me for 30 minutes, but Mynor has been too busy celebrating a co-workers birthday, amongst other things (anything but actually check in our table). About 5 minutes go by and I call him and tell him to cancel my order and take it off the bill. I rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones, but this was by far one of the worse treatments I’ve ever received in a restaurant, just thought who ever is in charge should know.

Cool small restaurant. When I first arrived the young lady playing pop music on a violin got all my attention. Too bad I had my back to her, she was doing it really well and made the lunch so pleasant. The meal is good and well served but I felt the tables were a little bit too much packed. My table was almost in the corridor. For me, that was uncomfortable, but this is also a sign that the food is good and everybody wants to come here. I can see the management/owners of this place takes the quality of everything they do really seriously. This is appreciated and taken into consideration. From reception to table service and the overall quality of the meal. ( although I don't think it is my type of meal, the quality is there) It's not taking 5 stars because my table was in a place where I didn't feel comfortable in the packed restaurant.

Food here is usually very good, but for the last 2 times I've been here the food has felt that it's not fresh. Not sure if this is just the times that I come into the restaurant at, but if this is the case, try to stay away from tonight. The desserts are good and the selection is wide and very varied by region. Would recommend, but stay on the lookout for the quality of the food compared to the price you are paying for it.

They serve homemade, from scratch food, with a Daily Special at fair prices. I LOVE the empanadas, made of cornmeal and filled with ground meat. The soups are almost a meal. The Ajiaco, a chicken and potato soup, is a wonderful comfort food. Generous servings and good service.
