Worst place to stop by. I think the way this business makes money is by towing ur car. If u step one second off the property ur car will be towed. They probably have a towig Truck hiding right by the bldg just for people to leave property so they can tow their car.

Went there today this lady Named "Bee" working there was being very rude to customers telling them to hurry up, cursing with children around, and talking down to her coworker like you would to a dog, this lady has the worst people skills, the only way she got that job is cause she knows the manager I bet, cause I wouldn't hire her to even throw away my garbage. had a very poor experience today she wasnt rude to me but I felt bad for others who stayed quiet and took it, do yourself a favor Dunkin and hire some more friendly staff so you have more returning customers.

So first off, let me say a thank you to the staff at Dunkin Donuts HQ's for actually caring about their customers, and taking our issues seriously enough to respond back. When I wrote my complaint on Yelp, and contacted the Dunkin Donuts office, the response was immediate. This is the response that I received on March 12, 2017: Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your experience at the Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in Miami Beach, FL . I am sorry that you had a bad experience and will alert the franchisee and our field operations team immediately to let them know what happened. I have been coming to this Dunkin Doughnut Location for years. Today Dania was helping me and she is GREAT!!! Friendly, Smile from ear to ear. Excellent service, Polite and Speedy and still has time to greet all customers coming in and knows their names. Love coming to a place with Service as such. Thanks! I ordered 3 samiches because I couldn't make up my mind, AND my Chicken Bacon Croissant was off the hook!!!! Nice and warm- YUM!

The so called Team Leader or whatever he was supposed to be completely ignored me while I stood waiting to order today. There were no other customers there in line. He just looked right through me like glass socializing with other people. The other girl behind the counter also did not take my order and just stared at him. I know it's just Dunkin Donuts, but a leader/manager figure is usually better at customer service and leading by example. The unlaundered wrinkled work shirt says it all..

There is a parking lot between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks that isnt listed specifically JUST for Dunkin so the employees call the tow truck about half a second after you get out of your car. Worst way to keep people from competition ever. And the last $250 Dunkin’ Donuts will ever get from me...ever....

Great company, but this branch was not lucky getting the right, proper staff. The black girls ( just to specify staff involved) are shouting on each other, shouting on custumers, gazing in customers who are making orders in a way that makes them feel small, would show you that you are guilty if you ask for water or to open the restroom. A customer, who found the restroom dirty, asked for his free coffee but had difficult time of argument. It's not prestigeous place when you consider staff.

The server Hugette at this place doesn't have a remote idea about what is customer service. I visited this place today to buy some donuts and a bottle of water; there was no greetings at all, when I got on the counter with my bottle of water, the first thing I heard straight from her was the total for such product, when ordering the donuts she didn't wait until I finished to order all of them, getting mad at me for no reason, because she usually has to wait until the customer finish ordering all of the donuts they want, and finally when I was going to swipe my card to pay for my food, I didn't know that the machine wasn't ready, then she yelled at me to wait. Not the best experience at this place.

Let me tell you about this Dunkin Donuts. They keep their bathrooms locked and when I walked in and asked if I could use the restroom the employee behind the counter said "You need to buy something", not an "I'm sorry, out store policy..." or an "I apologize...". I explained that I was going to buy a bagel, she still did not let me use the restroom unless I bought it first. Thinking about bringing my bagel into the bathroom while I defecated made me lose my appetite. I also explained that I spend $12 dollars every morning at Dunkin and still no response. I finally said forget it and went to my car and called Dunkin Donuts on the phone. They were reluctant to take responsibility for this, saying that this store was a franchise, that is not my problem, and promised they would have the owner of the store call me. No one called thus as a result I will never buy another Dunkin Donuts product ever again, I refuse to give my hard earned money to companies who do not deserve it.

I go specifically to this location because I love the staff who are always ready to serve me with a smile and they are super friendly. The manager, Bea in particular has always been kind and sweet to me and the same with everyone I’ve seen her interact with so I’m not sure where the other negative review is coming from. It looks like someone wrote negative stuff about her using different names to make two separate reviews. I, for one, have never had anything but excellent service from Bea and the entire staff.

It’s useally a great visit but today I went In and the lady behind the counter told me she wouldn’t serve me. I’ve been going their everyday I useally send an avg of 5-10 dollars a visit, I like to go their to enjoy my food/drink and charge up my phone. I always mind my own business and am very respectful. I never write bad reviews but this really got me mad. I understand theirs a business to be ran but I do/did spend a decent amount of money each day their. You guys have too do something about that loud lady that works their, I don’t even have to say her name everyone knows she’s the loud one that likes to poke fun at everyone. Or you will lose a lot of customers, stanrbucks is right across the street and I know when I walk in their I would never be treated like that.

Employees will not be willing to fix your drink after making it Horribly wrong, they'd scream at you and disrespect you. Employees who behave like animals as they were in their own home, and keep getting complaints to management, management just doesn't care and leave all is it is.... There are few people that are great: 2 hispanic ladies "maydellin" and "maria", A guy named tyrone, and paul. Other then that, disrespectful, inpatiant, uncaring staff at it's worst. It is a shame for Dunkin Donuts which is one of my favorites, having such weak uncaring Management which don't mind the endless complaints about some employees. Very rude disrespectful and uncaring few, which some i dont know their name. As i asked for iced coffee with mocha flavor a few days ago, the lady made me a regular iced coffee So i asked her nicely that i wanted a mucha flavor Which is very visible as the drink color changes To chocolate color rather then ice coffee color So instead of fixing she went to the back and called the manager and said i'll call the manager for you Even tho i told her that i do not need a manager but to have my drink fixed.... Sitting outside 30 minutes later the same lady came out told me i can't sit there if i dont order; Told her Ok, and came right in to order Her answer: i dont take your order you have to wait for the manager, my answer: ok i will sit outside again until a manager comes back. when is a manager back?. Her: tomorrow She says again: you can't sit outside without ordering. And will not take my order... This was a black short lady,fat... in her 40s Working with the same Charlotte lady And wouldn't give out her name. Another time approaching the desk waiting to order the lady "Charlotte" came and screamed at me: "What do you want?!!!!!" As i said: i'm awaiting here which means i would like to order. She screamed at me in a way as why did you come in After a day her "husband" walked up to me, big black guy, screaming that he is going to beat me up And to disrespect him , if i think i would disrespect woman. ?????? . Anyways, a police report was filed I'm a very proffessional respectful white individual live and do business in the area, all i try to do is quietly work on my laptop have a drink and something to eat there. This store hires the absulutely extreme bottom of society uneducated people, and won't fire them after daily complaints from customers As i can see coming in and others being disrespected In that way, while coming in to make their order and go on to their life. Very unacceptably managed Should be closed/ fined / sued. In order to get their lesson, this is a little extreme the way they allow their employees to behave so brutally and not fire an employee after their family threaten customers with violence. RIDICULOUS......

Called to ask how to note decaf ice coffee on the Postmate app. The person who answered the phone interrupted me mid question to tell me she had to go. I had been on the phone (I kid you not) 5 seconds. Awful customer service. Instead of listening to my quick question so i can quickly process my order this woman was rude and acting as if I was dumb for asking how to delineate something that wasn't on the Postmate. Listen to a customer's question, answer and we can all go on our merry way. You're ineffective at your job.

First time getting breakfast at Dukin donuts and it was horrible the staff is rude and louddd. When I was making my order she wasn't even paying attention to me was to busy talking to her friend. I specifically asked for a medium French vanilla ice coffee and a large mocha coffee and still messed up the order and when I told them that I said the large was a mocha instead of a vanilla she got rude and said " child you don't even know what you want" After i received my correct order the coffee wasn't even that good..I was nice to her and calm but after this experience never going back to this dunkin donut.

I work a few doors up from this DD. Often they do not have chocolate glazed donuts. In fact, they almost never have them, unless maybe you get there before 10:00 a.m. I get to work at noon, and I try to get chocolate glazed donuts there about 3 times each week. I am almost never successful. I asked the manager to get more, but for some reason she seems to be either lying, or she gets only a few more, but not nearly enough, because I have asked the staff there three or four times to order more chocolate glazed donuts, but they STILL almost never have them around noon. It's pathetic, and I am sick and tired of going there and not getting what I want. It's to the point now that I just walk out, if they don't have the chocolate glazed donuts, because those are the donuts I like, and I am not going to buy something else, because they are too lazy or stupid to get enough of the most popular type of donut they sell. I've almost given up on going there completely, after going today at noon and they didn't have them AGAIN.

There is a manager named Miss Bee, black woman a little heavy set, works the morning shift. Yes her, the one EVERYONE complains about! Yes after this I am calling CORPORATE if no one decides to do anything about this problem! She is very RUDE! She picks and chooses who she wants to serve and for no reason you walk up to the counter and she screams for some other staff saying, “I ain’t serving you today.” I have never done anything disrespectful to this woman and I used to come in and spend at least 5-10 daily! I choose not to go in anymore because of her and I now take my money to the grocery store and buy my own coffee and make it at home. She calls people names, calls them fat, ugly, whatever! I love going to that Dunkin' Donuts not because is on the beach, is for the cashier lady must enthusiastic, friendly, good sales person love, loved it. I think Dunkin Donuts needs to be redone the only donut store that I've ever seen that you can go literally at almost any time and they don't have Donuts and it says in the title Dunkin Donuts! Perhaps it should be called dunking air where's Dunkin coffee but not Dunkin Donuts because they never have any donuts!!! Perhaps they don't realize this in corporate that when people see the word donut in the title they expect to walk in and be able to purchase Donuts imagine that!
