It does have some wonderful tasting food. We went there for breakfast and I completely recommend the avocado toast ($16) and their Croissant loaf french toast ($17). The service was a bit lacking. When we first arrived no one greeted us or showed us where to sit, so we just grabbed menus and a open table. Our waiter was very nice, and gave us the great recommendation of the avocado toast. When we were finished eating though, I had to go hunt down someone to find my check, even after asking two waiters and waiting for a while. Overall it was a decent experience of the more hipster / highlife part of Miami. The presentation of the food was very nice as well.

Best brunch we had during a Miami weekend, the staff is extremely friendly, usually a long wait for brunch but we got lucky with getting a seat 10 mins into our wait. I had steak and eggs with pesto and one of my friends got the most yummy pancakes, everything was delicious, make sure to get a side of the bacon jam, sinfully good, we got some to go for free from the amazing staff, it was my friends birthday and we got a free croissant on our way out. It really was such a good time. Will definitely be back next time I am in miami.

Food was great and so was our server. The hostess seemed a little overwhelmed and the system they have for people waiting leaves them sitting on the ground at the entrance right next to some of the tables (including mine) - I'd asked if they could call when the table is ready so we could go for a walk rather than wait in the hot sun and got an eyeroll and a hard no. Otherwise all great!

Oh my gosh.. too good to not come back! I ordered the Croque Madame and it was absolutely delicious. Crossaint-like toast with ham, cream filling, melting cheese and a soft egg dip. Absolutely amazing and will be thinking of this for a long time...

Walkable distance from Hyatt Regency. Soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted by your server and take in a view of fresh and creative pastries. An industrial but cozy feel, perfect ambiance, amazing service (server Carolina especially attentive) and beyond detailed and great tasting food. We had the Truffle Bun, Croussant French Toast, Alfajor, Charcoal Dulce de Leche croissant and just can’t pick a favorite! Make sure to take home macarons (pistachio a favorite)!

The most arrogant service in Miami. The host made me more question than USA Immigration to provide me a table. In additional asked me to leave the baby stroller outside. All person that we have to interact was arrogant and look to us as a superior person. The food was ok. Beautiful, but the taste was just ok and was expensive but not worth it. We’ve had dinner at Zuma Japanese Restaurant and Nusr-et this week, two top restaurants in Miami and we haven’t had such a bad treatment. I wouldn’t like to spend any penny and seconds of my time at this place.

How I Journey

Yum and more yum, what a great find! I'm a huge fan of Burrata and B-Bistro was able to satisfy all my taste buds in one bowl! Let's also take some time to talk about the Pastelito pancakes, just one mouthful of amazingness in every bite! Juices were fresh, coffee was great and service was wonderful. Tables are limited as the location is small but getting into this place is worth the wait! Parking can also be troublesome but you can park in the garage at the mall.

B Bistro has a short menu of favorites that they always get right. If it's brunch, the Chilaquiles, Truffle Bun, and Croissant French Toast are all excellent. So much so that it's difficult to make myself try new things. If it's lunch, the Shaved Brussel Caesar Salad is a sleeper hit. Fun fact: it's my top 5 most favorite salads ever.

It was like a ham and cheese sandwich with a fancy name... my boyfriend ordered the salmon burger and he loved it except for the bread that was underwhelming considering that is a bakery.

Amazing Pastelito Pancakes! it's a must try if you are in the Brickel area. Also try the Mexican Avocado Toast, it is fantastic and full of flavor. It's a small location so be prepared to wait and for it to be crowded. The tables are very close together, but it's worth it for some delicious brunch.

I've never had to wait until we had a group of 7 on Sunday for brunch in which case we waited about an hour. Couples waited about 10mins at that time. The pastries are very good.

Visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Clean and well-styled interior with a relaxed vibe. Engaging menu with unique takes on brunch staples. Had the Spicy Tuna Toast which had a great presentation and complex but balanced flavor of balsamic, sesame, and well.... tuna. Would order again although the Mexican Avocado Toast was ordered by many other tables and it looks like a good choice as well. Service was good but a bit slower than I’d like; it was suitable for a lazy Sunday morning but would have been a turn off if I had a busy morning planned. Overall highly recommended.

After having our plates cleared it took another 20 minutes to find the waiter to ask for the check (he never stopped by) and then after that took another 15 minutes before the check came. And at that it only came after finding a manager and asking him to figure it out. With a waiter that was on top of things this would easily be a 4 or 5 star review.

Came by here for brunch since it gets such amazing reviews. The place is quite small and was jammed, we had to wait, and even after the wait we only got seating outside. In the 90+ degree heat it was unbearable once the sun was not shaded. The food was quite good overall, and the service was superb. It just wasn't a great experience IMO.

First time having breakfast. I had the Bissell Breakfast. It was pretty good. My English Muffin was as hard as a rock. Lol. But that was ok. My daughter had the chicken and waffles. The food was very good. Here is the list of things we got: 1-avocado toast: $15 and 4/5; there's a lot of avocado on it and it's very well seasoned. But the price is a bit high for something that must cost at most $3 (assuming a food cost of 28% that should be $11 at best) 2-cuban sandwich: $15 and 4/5: tastes very good and it's good value but I wish there was most salad or greens to make the sandwich less dry 3-soup of the day: $12(!) And 3/5 - tastes good but very oily and super expensive for a small bowl of soup I'd come back but yea be careful with some of their items that are pricey and not amazing. Great service.

Well, I guess I'm gonna toss another 5-star rating on the pile, here. My wife and I do a LOT of traveling: whether we're talking San Francisco, New York City, Seville, London or any number of other cities, B Bistro is tops! I'm not even a sweets fan, but their Nutella croissant is the bomb. The pastry itself couldn't have been better: rich and flakey, without being too much of either; just the right amount of Nutella. I'm so glad I didn't try it, until we were just about to fly out of Miami. Otherwise, I would have been eating way, way too many of them. The Truffle bun is what got me hooked, though, on my first visit. I likely would have ordered it, again, on this recent trip, but the breakfast/brunch menu that features it wasn't available. So, instead, I had the best salad that I've ever eaten: the la cuasa... Oh, I'm in love.
