We love wawa! Unfortunately very disappointed that when we saw a woman smoking by the pump we informed her to that it was unsafe and could cause a fire/explosion. She said tell someone inside. We pressed the call button and informed the attendant. They chuckled and said, "Okay, we'll take care of it." Noone came out, or asked what pump. Disappointed it was not taken seriously.

Typical Wawa with large convenience store, decent bathrooms and sometimes the cheaper end of the spectrum for gas. Very busy and opened around the clock. Valero stations just outside of Milford to the North can be cheaper, but bathrooms are iffy. Depends on your needs.

When we pulled into the lot, the entire area was covered in miscellaneous food and trash. The gas pump did not stop automatically so our gas tank overflowed. When we looked into the emergency spill kit, it was already used, and covered in gasoline from a previous spill. Then, when we went inside to inform staff of the situation, we waited for 10 minutes and no staff came out to take care of it.

I ordered avocado and spinach I didn’t get either on my sandwich it gets wrapped up and take it home and there’s a bunch of lettuce old lettuce at that on my sandwich not what I paid or asked for and I call & explain to them my ticket clearly says spinach and they stay can you bring it back up here and I’m on my way to work unacceptable and some of the employees are so rude I don’t even address them anymore you think they hate their job not ordering from there anymore.

My first time at this WaWa on a return trip from Philadelphia. The plan was for a quick fuel stop, but I did end up going inside. I love the store and always try to hit them up on the road. The location is directly off the road with excellent signage. However, I did drive past the highway entrance and if you do so the next entry is "exit only". I caught the light, made a right and was able to access from the rear which is a great layout. The store is average size for the brand which is still large. There were probably six to seven islands for a total of 12-14 pumps. I was able to quickly score an empty pump, but it was busy. Some debris in the area, my trash container was within its boundaries. No issues with fueling up and I did not need a receipt. The inside was full with weekend travelers. The interior is cookie cutter layout and was clean. This location did not have a beer cooler. However, there is a massive wall of coolers that have every imaginable type of can, or bottle of beverage of your choice. Also the famed coffee station with lots of variety. Even a specialty coffee area that can make you mixed coffee hot and cold drinks. Finally the station that always seems busy that can make sandwiches was hopping. I hit up the restroom and found minor debris with proper supplies. A pet peeve however is when a urinal is positioned low and their one urinal was toddler sized. Due to that fact urine residue was on top of the porcelain which was smelly. Interesting is the fact they have plenty of room for install of a second one. I grabbed a Starbucks energy drink and went to the register and scored again on immediately being helped. The male staff was friendly enough and we made a bit of small talk. Good stop and would visit again. 3.5, rounding down with restroom cleaning and improvements that could take place.

By far the dirtiest bathroom, slowest workers/cooks, etc. of any Wawa I have ever been to. The workers look miserable. The parking lot and flow of traffic is ridiculous. Someone literally took my smoothie w/out a ticket and the employee not checking the orders. This place is too busy for its own good.

This morning order 2 sandwich with one cold hoagie for Breakfast for my office members, hoagie roll was dry and hard i can't even eat, i was upset so call wawa talk the dali manager about issues i say you need make sure roll is fresh enough deli manager say to me "ok' "ok" and she say "anything i can do for you?' with bed attitude i am not looking for anything else something i am looking for "sorry and i will check the rolls"

I'm so happy the turkey gobbler sandwich is back. I somehow pressed cold turkey instead of hot. A nice lady remade my sandwich and showed me my mistake. She was very nice and understanding. Everyone was nice an friendly. I wish we had wawa stores in Mississippi.

In the past week, I have spent over $35 daily at this Wawa, buying gasoline and $12-15 dollars of food and sandwich items. This is the 3rd time my food order has been TOTALLY messed up, items costing upwards of 8 dollars where I haven't gotten what I ordered or paid for. I guess customers are supposed to check and pick apart the food before they leave the store to make sure they are getting what they paid for. I won't be spending any more of my hard earned money at this store. Keep your darn $1 coffee, I lost much more not getting my food order correct. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the sandwiches and food. Customers have a right to get what they paid for. Shame on Wawa Milford!

Stopped in here during a road trip. Purchased a couple of pre-made salads that were very fresh and extremely reasonably priced. Got 2 huge salads for 10 bucks. These types of places are usually setup to rip off highway travelers. Not the case here.

I go to this Wawa every morning never had an issue before. The magnetic strip on my credit card wore out and I'm waiting for another card. The cashier refused to punch my card and manually to the computer and then when I asked why she told me that it was against the law. I know this is false because I own a company that excepts credit cards and sometimes we have to manually enter them. Then when I confronted her about the lies she told me she said well it's actually against the company policy needless to say from now on I will be shopping at our local convenience stores that I actually want my business

I go here nearly every day. Whether it’s to pick up a snack, get gas, or some food. However recently I’ve been seeing how unfriendly the staff are. They ignore you when you talk to them or when they do talk to you, it’s rude! An elder customer today asked if the breakfast sandwiches were on sale still. The lady behind food counter ignored him for a good 30 seconds before saying “No they’re not” NOT EVEN LOOKING AT HIM.. she had her back turned. The customer just put the sandwich down and walked out without buying anything. I’ve seen this SAME employee too busy chatting with other co-workers opposed to doing their job to prep the food people order in a timely fashion. Often you are waiting for 10-15 minutes for your food while watching the workers laugh and carry on working slowly.
