Can't say that these are healthy smoothies. 100 grams of sugar in the Acai Berry Boost. Wow. Acai doesn't even have any sugar naturally. Don't think you call something "superfood smoothie" with over 100 grams of sugar in it. Their food/sandwiches are pretty good. Service/staff is hit or miss.

Got the Cuban sandwich and smoothie. Cuban and smoothie were great. Application (app) is a pain. Unable to use coupon again. Can’t figure out how to scan receipts to get credit for buying food into the app. No way to fix any errors, such as unable to log in so customer can’t use coupon for order. Perhaps allowing customers to print out coupons would help. Best answer is to keep track of purchases by entering phone number or scanning club card with order. iPhone too clumsy to be reliable tracking. If grocery stores can track customer purchases easily why put the burden on the customer?

I went into tropical smoothie made my order the young lady name Vijay M had a bad attitude she don’t deserve a job she didn’t even hand me my card in my hand she dropped it on the table... I ordered 2 smoothies and the only made me one and walked away I normally have a very good experience here

If you're really interested in having a smoothie in a place that is bright enough to do a surgery or do restoration on a classic work of art than this is the place for you. I'm assuming that the electric bill is probably a million dollars a day. I asked if the chicken was frozen and they said no and I asked him if it was fresh and they said yes and then they steamed the chicken in some kind of Power Steamer. Now don't get me wrong the wrap I had was pretty damn good and I was actually kind of surprised however it's sort of had that taste of maybe a little bit of preservatives? Smoothies on the other hand claimed to be fresh however they just taste like a mix to me. Price is actually really reasonable but the portions are small on the wraps for smoothies however they are big as s*** like big - like I got to drink this thing for 3 Days big. So bring yourself a welding hood so that you can avoid from going blind as you wait for your food and everything should be all good!

I love this restaurant!! The smoothies are fantastic and refreshing and there is something for everyone. The sandwiches are amazing too!! Try one with the apple slaw...you won't regret it! Very nice staff and publoc restrooms.

The chipotle chicken flat bread, southwestern chicken breakfast wrap and 3 cheese quesadilla were very good but the smoothies were not good at all!we ordered peach n silk and blueberry bliss and they both tasted like water. I dont know if she added to much ice or water but i could hardly tast the flavors.

So for my first visit at Tropical Smoothie Cafe it wasn't bad. So lets get into it...the Cali Chicken Club flatbread was awesome! I decided to try the sunrise sunset smoothie (fan favorite) which has strawberries, pineapple and mango plus OJ and when I tasted it it seemed bland, I really thought it would be more flavorful, but to each his own I will just try a different one the next time. But the reason I gave only 3 stars is staff, they weren't rude at all but they weren't informative or helpful. My receipt said I was to get chips with my sandwich which I never received. I didn't realize I was supposed to get chips! Made me feel cheated. I will make sure to pay attention on my next visit!

For now Tropical smoothie is great. The smoothies are good but there is only one size for the smoothies which is sometimes really inconvenient. And the second reason why I took the star of was that some prices for the sandwiches are not fair for what you are getting.

Really good smoothies! For the first time I decided to try food here. I was thoroughly impressed with the Jerk Chicken Bowl. The sauce is awesome and quite spicy. I thought the whole base would be rice, but instead was a nice balance of greens. Worth getting again!

The smoothies are great which is to be expected, but what really got me to love this place was their food. I was expecting typical sandwiches, not bad but not great kind of fare, but the food was really tasty. The breakfast and the sandwich options are great and they have vegetarian and vegan options. The Monday thru Friday morning staff are beyond wonderful and exceed great service. The younger lady that's there in the morning during the week rocks! Even on busy morning's when they just open she's able to clear a room of 4 or more customers with ease. Let's not forget to mention she never miss a beat and our orders are always accurate & perfectly made. The evening and weekend staff are a WHOLE different story. They get your orders wrong and truth be told the food and smoothies just taste off and watered down. They seem to only greet a select group of folks-if at all. Looks like we'll stick to our 7am weekday trips.

The smoothies here are good. However the service is hit or miss. I often come to this location out of convenience, but the Smoothie King in Wilde Lake has much better service. Too often I’ve come to this location and witnessed staff standing around taking to friends with no care to greet me. A couple of times I’ve asked for no dates but they were still added to my smoothie. Unfortunately when I realized this I was already home. Again, I come here because it’s close but I may just start taking the extra 10 minutes for better service.

Came to the establishment. No customers just myself. About 5 staff on shift. Not one of them stop to greet me or ask me if I needed help with the menu. Nothing. They looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. This was my first time here. Basic customer service skills. The staff had none. Not sure if it was due to the color of my skin or what. I took my money somewhere else.

An average place. Has a good selection of smoothies. But the option in food r limited. They have just couple of veggie options. Also the bowl are not customizable. They r kind of prepared . Also the proportion Of hummus and rice is very less in the bowl. Surely you need a smoothie to make complete meal.

Super delicious food and nice workers. Service is good but I have had an order get lost in the frenzy before and ended up waiting upwards of 40 minutes for it. They also have stopped mentioning that you get chips or fruit with a sandwich and smoothie so you have to ask and then they give it to you.
