We were thrilled to see a Manhattan Bagel since we don't have one anywhere near us. Bagels were delicious but mine was slightly burned. People were extremely pleasant.

The bagels are amazing and there are so many different kinds to choose from and the place is very nice. The employees were very helpful and nice as well. They had so many people coming and going they ran out of certain kinds of bagels but other than that, it is a great place to go to for breakfast or even lunch. This is the best place to get bagels in Middletown and the surrounding area.

My Spanish croissant was very soggy, and ingredients way over cooked. I'll give it another try aometime for bagels. I liked the fresh orange juice. This place is good for a quick pit stop, tables inside to eat.

Bagels are yummy! A very good selection if bagel. I had the Chicken salad on Croissant the first time I came and really enjoyed it. the Croissant was so flaky and the salad was good. today I tried the tuna salad wrap....wasnt great. it needed more mayo cause it was dry.

My Husband normally stops here to pick up at least 2 everything bagels with butter & cream cheese for me. One of the employees gave him a punch card for every time he came in and after the 9th time you get a free bagel. Well he had done so on several different occasions until this one time when this female employee told him he was not supposed to use that card. When he inquired as to why, she told him that a bagel with cream cheese is not a breakfast sandwich and she refused to punch the card. Talk about a sand(witch)!!! We were given the darn thing by one of their employees!!! So to Manahttan Bagels we say: Free bagel or sandwich it really does not matter!!! What should matter is the loyalty of your customers, which we were right up to this point!!! We won't be going back!!! Any company that can not honor their own policy is not worthy of our money!!! PS. To the sandWitch lady who refused to punch the card, "May you drown is a sea of sandwiches with butter and cream cheese!!!".

Fly central! Not that I would've cared normally because hey-we live in Delaware, they're everywhere. But they were crawling ALL OVER THE BAGELS IN THE SHOWCASE! We arrived at 10 am on a Sunday. (FAR from closing time BTW) Went out of our way in fact, to go there. They had no bagels. Sold out except for three broken and mis-sharpen everything that were headed for the trash bin. We asked “are you making more bagels?” The lady gives a “no” like I was crazy for asking. We left disappointed. THE KICKER IS: there were 20 people in line behind us who were destined for the same let-down, unless they had come there for the ambiance alone. What’s the deal?

The ice cream is kind of weird. they gave me soft serve and said it was butter pecan. it tasted sort of like butterscotch and definitely had no pecans in it. Pretty disappointing. Maybe okay for vanilla and chocolate but not for flavors

Bustling breakfast and lunch bagel cafe, with a good variety of sandwiches that are fresh and tasty. Good supply of muffins, scones, etc as well. Attached (inside) to a separate soft ice cream shop.Make sure to get there by 2pm, as they tend to shut down the grill significantly earlier than the closing time (3). Bagels often run out as well, so earlier the better.

Use to come here a lot. Last time I ordered bagels the lady just finished cleaning up egg shells and then with the same gloves started collecting my bagels. When I asked her to please get a new pair of gloves, they asked, " Are you vegan?". To which I replied, " No, just don't want salmonella with my breakfast this morning." They were still very puzzled. Needless to say I will not be going back.
