Not very well run and frustrated they would not offer the classic warm donut. As soon as we left after ordering 1/2 dozen cold ones, the light came on that they now had hot ones. If they new they were cooking then, why not mention it before I ordered? I ended up buying a few more hot ones and they tasted of old oil.Counter people seemed more interesting in complaining to each other than taking care of the customers. Would not go back here eventhough convenient location off highway.

Wow is an under statement for these donut. Soft fluffy and lite. Melts in your mouth. I can eat it everyday with a nice cup of coffee. Only thing is they should serve the coffee hotter and not warm. Definitely recommend this place.

The people working here are super nice. You can see how they make the doughnuts. It's pretty clean and they all seem to enjoy their job. Not a huge selection and I was allergic to most of their sodas but overall nice place.

They aren’t krumpees, but they are close. Very good, fresh made donuts. They have a window that you can watch the donuts being made. If you sign up for their rewards program/app you get a free donut. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow! It has been over a year since my last visit to this Krispy cream and it has gone down hill. I have never seen it this dirty. Every flat surface was covered in finger prints and icing. It looks like the restaurant has not been cleaned for months. I was disappointed to say the least about my whole experience. No donut offered when I walked in, NOT THAT I WANTED ONE AFTER I SAW THE CONDITION OF THE STORE! the staff was not friendly or seemed like they wanted to be there. I really hope they get some new management there because this used to be such a nice restaurant for families.

They have a robust cup of delicious coffee. The service is generally friendly. The medians can be tricky. It’s easily accessed by using the 105th and Metcalf traffic light and driving past the backside of Denny’s.

It's Krispy Kreme! All you need to know is when the Hot Now light is on you need to get one. And as far as I'm concerned they don't make another doughnut besides an original glazed one. So glad to see this one open. Inside is beautiful and the ladies working inside are terrific. ....oh yeah when the Hot Now light is on go in and watch them come out of the fryer and through the glaze. You'll even get a free one

A staple for coworkers to bring to work here is this treat. In Twn they usually put out fruits, put out breads in the town temples and occasionally burn incense. They are not that expensive to buy by the box. If I wanted I would prefer Dunkin Donuts cause of the variety of toppings. and drive thru.

Don’t go here after mornings. Went in today and our “fresh” donuts were nowhere close to fresh. Gas station donuts are better than the donuts i paid 10 dollars for. Do not recommend evening staff, at all.

This Krispy Kreme is amazing. It must be a central hub. The Krispy Kreme near me has more specialized donuts but seeing the insanely massive production that this store puts out is super cool. All of the donut production is behind glass on display for customers to marvel in its glazed glory. Tons of customers, awesome staff, great seating options, free paper Krispy Kreme hats everywhere and let's not forget the best donuts on the planet.

Let's start out at I drove 45 minutes to this location at past 1 in the morning. It was definitely worth the trip. I had a buy one dozen get one dozen free coupon and the donuts were amazing. They melted in your mouth and the flavor was on point. So fresh and the cashier was very sweet and patient. Thank you for being open 24 hours for late-night munchies it was definitely like a Harold & Kumar White Castle trip

My family and I really like this place. Love the free donuts!!! I usually walk in and order a couple dozen (or more, who are we kidding) for the family. If I only bought one dozen, my family might think I've been abducted by little green creatures from space. So when I'm waiting for my dozens and someone offers me a freebie, I have to say "Bless you." Otherwise, it is quite unbearable driving home with a couple dozen assorted goodies, seated carefully in the passenger seat.. smelling so yummy... and not have a freebie to give a hungry person strength in order for those dozens to make it home safely (and completely). We've bought many dozens over the years, and a freebie is like a pleasant "thank you for your patronage." Please don't get stingy like other places in the country, because we visited family in two different states and their local Krispy Kreme locations don't observe any of the free donut advertisements that are always filling my email. Very happy to get back to KC and back to polite society where people understand the value of loyalty and quality.

It was okay. We got a box of donuts and there was supposed to be three with Boston cream and them. They were glazed with just regular white cream. I guess I should have said I wanted chocolate eclair. Anyway other than getting what I don't like instead of something I do like everything was fine.

I actually wanted to give this one a 3 star, but the donuts were too good for me to completely justify that rating. My only problem with this entire visit was the hot light. If the hot light is one there should be hot fresh glazed donuts available for purchase. I went in before work. Hoping for a glazed donut for an employee. The hot light was on, but they had ZERO glazed donuts!! Not even cold!! They had only been open 20 minutes and the store was empty except for me. There were no explanations as to why this had happened. Sadly after I paid I did Soy half a tray of glazed donuts off to the side when the girl had told me there were none. I will give it a pass this time. They've only been open a week. I'm sure they are still working out kinks.

I am almost positive no one will read this! However if any one of the mangers do please take my opinion into consideration! Krispy creme has always been my favorite place ever! I am from NC where they started and let me say any krispy creme in NC and SC knows how to make the chocolate glazed Kreme filled donut the correct way! Every bite should be filled with the amazing Kreme in the middle! This location everytime I go I always get a chocolate glazed Kreme filled and the donut has one bite that will have Kreme in it! I always go back thinking I just got a bad one but everytime 20 times later the same stale no Kreme donut! It is very disappointing to me coming from NC where their donuts are perfect everyone of them! Please change this issue! Krispy cream needs to keep its name and keep up its standards! In NC everyone is about Krispy creme and we are very disappointed

This is the first time going to Krispy Kreme. I love how you could see the donut holes being made through a glass wall. Also while I was in line to buy a coffee, they gave me a free donut hole. The coffee was very good as well. I think it's better than Starbucks and better priced.

Horrible. Plain and simple. Ordered a frozen mocha coffee. The worker asked me 3 times if that meant chocolate. Then put a fourth of chocolate sauce and 4 drops of coffee in it. It literally turns your stomach with every drink. Ended up throwing away $12 worth of stuff from this place.

Over and over I stopped and try to get a hot chocolate and donuts... over the course of six months about six times I've been told or hot chocolate machine is broken and we don't have this or that donut... Staff is friendly and food is delicious but that doesn't help the incompetent facility management... especially when I can drive one mile down the road for Dunkin Donuts

The young lady at the drive-up window was very short and didn't seem like she was too happy to be at work at 8am on a Saturday. In addition to the lackluster service, somehow the doughnuts were cold. Not room temperature -- cold. I found that to be odd coming from a bakery that early in the day.

I love the fresh donuts!!! Only go when the hot sign is bright!!! These hot donuts are so good they are dangerous! Limit yourself and don't forget the insulin! Lol. Love taking friends and family there while they are making donuts, it's so cool to watch. Only peeve is that they are usually out of a lot of flavors other than original. Went there to get a dozen lemon glazed doughnuts. I asked the counter person for a dozen lemon glazed doughnuts and she proceeded to fill the box with lemon filled doughnuts. I said no no I want lemon glazed doughnuts not lemon filled. She asked if this was something I saw on Facebook and told her no I don't have a Facebook account and saw that krispy kreme was advertising them. She said we are not participating in that promotion. I said you got to be kidding me. Maybe they should have been as there was no other customers except me in the store and the help more interested in discussing whether the song is Wooly Bully or Bully Bully. I guess this will be the second krispy kreme to go out of business in Billings due to lack of customer satisfaction and keeping the premises clean.

Staff was friendly enough, but they don't make fresh donuts all morning. They start at midnight and then just serve them all day. The reason I go to KK is to have the fresh off the conveyor classic rings. They were old and sad donuts at 10am. They "were done making donuts for the day"! That is not KK if you ask me, I could have gotten these from the grocery store.

If I could add more than 5 stars, I would. After the Hagerstown fireworks ended, we rushed over to get donuts, but as luck would have it we got stuck in traffic. I called KK at 10:09pm and found out the store had closed at 10pm. We explained to Brandon, whom answered the phone, how we were stuck in traffic and all we wanted the whole time watching fireworks were KK donuts. Don’t you know Brandon said absolutely we will sell you a dozen of donuts. What are you driving and how soon will you be here. I told him we were turning into the parking lot right now. We were graciously greeted at the door and all four of us walked into the store and were able to purchase a dozen of delicious KK donuts. Please know KK, because of Brandon’s above and beyond customer service, I and my family will be lifetime customers/fans of the Dual Highway KK!!!! We ❤️ KK

Donuts are really dry by early afternoon. They said they needed to work on covering them and storage to keep from drying out. A month late, still dry. They must only have donut holes in the morning, whenever I go after 22, they are out of them. Frequently out of chocolate, etc. Never see cars there...maybe they aren't making as many in the morning as they used to due to lack of customers.

9/29/18 Krispy Kreme has been my favorite donut shop since it came to OKC. But, this morning the glazed donuts were all smaller than usual (never seen that before) - so, I ordered my favorite filled donuts. When I got home I discovered that the custard filled had less chocolate frosting and filling than usual, and both the lemon filled and raspberry filled had very little filling. Every donut was disappointing. KK's competitive advantage is that they make (made?) the best donuts in town. I don't know if it's the store management or corporate that is skimping - but, if it happens again, then there's no point coming back.

If you are on a diet, avoid this place at all cost. I cannot even go NEAR a Krispy Kreme because I have no willpower and I always end up ordering 3 donuts to "share", but they never make it to their destination because I eat all of them in less than five minutes. Going when it's not busy seems to be key... Had our pick of a dozen varieties or more, helpful staff who were patient as we decided and of course, it's Krispy Kreme, so the donuts are production line quality, uniform Krispy Kreme style packed with sugar. Don't expect gourmet handmade flavor, but they're good for what they are. Fruit flavors like strawberry and apple fritters were the best.

The guy who helped us was rude and was rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. He didn't pay attention to what I was pointing to and asking, so we got the wrong donuts. We ordered an iced coffee, but waited 5 minutes because everyone was too busy working the drive thru window. After getting the coffee it was disgustingly sweetened. We asked them to remake it without sweetener, but they poured hot coffee over ice which tasted burned as if it had been in the carafe too long. The website also said their hot light would be on at 11 am. We got here around 11:05 and they were making creme filled donuts, but they weren't ready. If we wanted them they wouldn't come with any glaze. Very disappointed and will never come back to this store.

I'd heard a lot of talk about Krispy Kreme, this was my first visit. It happened to be the day they were handing out free filled doughnuts, which turned out to be quite tasty. The doughnuts are somewhat pricey, but good. I found the filled doughnuts are actually better the second and third day than when they are fresh. There was a huge line waiting in the drive-thru, but I went inside and while there were a number of people waiting, I was served and out of there pretty quickly.

Twice in a row horrible service. First of all no one was even in the store except maybe a worker coz they were hanging in the outisde talking. The girl, Sheneika, who took my order had a nasty attitude from the beginning probably coz she had to come inside and actually wait to me at the drive thru. Sorry for the terrible inconvenience. When I ordered I requested 2 hot glazed donuts since the sign was lit. It took her 10 minutes to come give me the donuts and they were cold. So I said excuse me I wanted them hot, so she took the bag. No apology or nothing. Another 10 minutes she came back a day gave me the back, again no apology or even a thank you, she said nothing. The customer service is horrible here! This place should be shut down and the workers need retrained and given some customer service training. Such ashame! I'll never forget back and make sure I tell others never to go there as well!

Krispy Kreme is really good and by that I have to keep it 3 stars minimum. However, with my experience at this location, I'm disappointed. A coworker and I went through the drive thru and ordered an assorted half dozen and a cappuccino. The employee confirmed the order prior to pulling forward, but they got two of the donuts incorrect and we had to remind the employee to add the cappuccino to the order because she initially gave an incorrect order. I recommend Krispy Kreme, but I'm not too keen on this location.

James (the manager) and Friendly staff were overwhelmed with business in Valentines Day and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to pick up the 10 dozen order I’d placed two weeks early. The line was out the door and cars around the building and into the parking lot of Dillons when I first went to pickup (too early) at 7:30am. My order wasn’t due till 9 I found out after l leaving and calling in, in order to speak with a person. I was assured my order would be ready at 9. Tried to pre-pay, was told they could not take cc over phone. I showed up at 9:30 after preparing my marketing materials to reflect the gifting of these special heart shaped “conversation starters”. I was told they were out of them. After speaking to the manager (nicely and understandingly) I got a new result. James saves the day by jumping into action and getting all 10 dozen completed. I waited and got an extra discount for my time. Many appreciated my gifts of these doughnuts that day. My marketing idea & efforts were not squashed. Many ppl I shared with also appreciated the efforts (whether knowingly or not) of James, and the other employees who helped make marking Thursday that fell on Valentine’s Day this year a success. One gal at the register even offered me coffee while I waited. I think it was a real stand up move to not just tell me sorry, we are out. Kudos, team!

The Reses doughnuts are now my wife's favorite. It would be even better if they had a gluten-free option for my daughter. We try to not eat them in front of her.

The donuts are amazing! We meant to take them with us on our travels but instead by the time we were in car we had to start enjoying them since the smell was overwhelmingly yummy! The store was clean including the bathroom. The only improvement needed to get a five star from us would be to help employees learn to smile and converse with customers in a friendly way. They were very efficient at their jobs but it's smiles and connections that will leave a more lasting impression.

There are two locations in Macon but this one is my favorite. I think it's most convenient because it has a drive-thru where is the other location doesn't. They usually stay pretty busy. Seeing the hot donuts sign is like Manna From Heaven. I like the fact that they often times have fundraisers where they sell certificates for you to get a free dozen donuts and this is something I usually support. My family loves the chocolate iced donuts and if they're hot we get the original. One of my other favorites is the cake Donuts. It's very rich and I can only get it every now and then but the sour cream cake one is pretty good.

Tried to call and place an order for pickup - no one picked up and eventually someone just picked up the phone and turnaround and hung up. Previous visit to the location via the drive through and they only had Glazed donuts and no other options. If this is a franchise, the franchisee better get his handle on these problems or they are going to struggle making the rent payment on what is, I'm sure, an expensive location.

You can never really go wrong with donuts (if you eat them). The location inside is nice, but the parking lot is a war zone. You're almost better off parking nearby and walking to it in order to avoid blowing out a tire due to the amount of potholes. There are a LOT of them, so this is something that has been ongoing. Even the parking spots have holes, so you have to be careful pulling in, and getting into your car. Aside from that, the staff were [mostly] friendly. The guy greeted me when I walked in, and was very nice and helpful. He offered samples during the wait, and kept a smile. Once I made it to the checkout, the woman (middle aged Hispanic) barely spoke (it was hard to understand her because she didn't speak English well and she seemed to get frustrated with me asking her to repeat what she said), never smiled, and dropped the receipt from basically throwing it at me instead of putting it into my hand. I remained courteous to her the entire time, but she still stayed standoffish. It's disappointing to receive great customer service, and have it ruined by someone's bad attitude. Employees should step away or take the day off if having a bad day in a front facing customer service role. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Whom ever stated that the doughnuts were fresh didn’t eat them here. Their processing machines are not even working at this location. They have to ship doughnuts here in vans, trunks of cars, back of trucks, etc. every day from who knows where. There is nothing better than a warm, soft and fresh doughnut. Cold and hard just doesn’t get it. And to beat it all, they charge full prices for their shortcomings. Why get your equipment fixed if people will buy your store shelf quality doughnuts. Lost my business. Maybe it’s time to go back to the local bakery where they actually do make them fresh. Amon’s gets my business now.
