Today was my last time visiting this particular Dunking Donuts. Some of the staff members can be not so patient when asking to check and see if there are glaze donuts that are more glazier or extra sugar in my coffee, they look at me crazy like I've asked for something from their own house. I will start to ride all the way across town to visit another dunkin donuts because this morning was the last straw for me to be treated without given me respect a costumer. Thank you and be blessed

Just left this store service was fast. But my donuts were beyond hard and disgusting I cant believe a employee would even serve those to a paying customer flat on disgusting hard a a rock shows how much employees pay att5and care. Then no one wants to answer the phone just sad and bad business

Horrible experience this Sunday morning. Saw a young lady trying to care of us (wearing a good vibes only shirt) verbally abused by older co-worker. Can't imagine how she got through her shift. Absolutely disgraceful in Dover

A convenient spot next to the dealerships for a quick pick-me-up during a morning appointment. Small, but staffed with friendly folks. The food was fine and coffee to standard, though the other reviews may be a result of varying staff on duty. I may have lucked out. Definitely a smaller spot.

I accidently placed an on the go here. I have never liked this store. When I called to tell them I didn't want the coffee KIA answered the phone with an attitude. Shebtold me the coffee had already been made and when I stated a second time that I didn't want it she told me with her negative attitude to call corporate because my card hadnalreafy been charged. When I asked to speak with a manager co cerning her attitude she tried to inform me that she was the manager. I know who the manager of this location is and it surely isn't KIA!!!! I am on hold with corporate as I post this!

The young girl that waited on us was very nice the sandwich and donuts were fine. we had finished our food and saw a young man coming in to go to work at Dunkin Donuts.As we were leaving we noticed that he had thrown his jacket that had cat or dog hair on it next to the rack of uncovered Donuts. Really??? We will not go back to that donut shop I tried to complain by phone at the 800 number but the recording said it could take up to 25 minutes for a person to answer so I just hung up

This is the best one I've ever been to. The service is great, but the hours are weird. Everytime I come here they know exactly what I want and they make it right, not too bitter, not too sweet. It's great!

The only reason why I did not give it five stars is I hate not being given my total at the menu board so I have the chance to get the money together..instead of getting the total I was told to pull up .... people need to hear their total and have a moment to get it ready
