Meh. Servers was very accommodating. Food was lukewarm when we received it after an extended wait. I have a feeling frozen food is the main source for chicken options. Chicken strips were tiny, boneless wings were similar to McDonalds nuggets with sauce on them. Sliders were decent. My wife did enjoy her tacos. Giving credit where credit is due. I will not return herewith my family. The quality of the food overall left something to be desired. I really expected more "fresh" food. $88 bill and really disappointed in the quality.

Very disappointed with my past two orders from Chili's to go. They were awful. I first order was nasty and soggy like it had been sitting awhile. This order was fresh however the burger I received was so burnt that all I could taste was the burnt flavor. The chili was very disappointing and the fried pickles we're good but there was barely any of them. The portion size from the first time I ordered to this time was about 1/4 of the size. I will not be returning since most of the food went in the trash.

I just got Chilis togo and the chili that I received was very dark and grinded up. It was like mush. There was no whole pieces of beans and it was just all grinded up. On top of that it was spicy.. I dont recommend getting this to go

The woman at the to go counter was on the phone when we walked in and didn’t acknowledge us for at least a minute. She could have at least mouthed something to us or acknowledged us in some way. Then out of nowhere someone in the kitchen screams “F***.” Then proceeds to complain about something. It was loud enough for us to hear it at the counter.

First time I've left the restaurant feeling disappointed with my whole dining experience. From the order taking forever to arrive, to the wrong food arriving, to the cheese fries arriving cold and obviously had been done for awhile and reheated, to a very nice but not attentive waitress. Our glasses sat empty after numerous requests for refills. Very disappointed

I feel like it's a hit or miss here. The boneless honey chipotle wings were pretty tasty, the sauce had a great flavor, and they were pretty big. Mini burger, meh.. one bite and I was done. Dessert was my favorite part. Took forever to get our bill, as we didn't have the electronic payment option at our table, took us 3 times to ask for it. They have good happy hour deals.

I'm going to say that today's lunch was one of the best restaurant meals that I've had in a very long time. The enchilada soup was fantastic. The chips and salsa were fresh and yummy and the honey BBQ chrispers were wonderful! I forgot how good Chili's food really is!

Horrific Service. Servers are standing around in clusters playing with their cell phones and chatting other than doing their jobs. My wife and I visited this place at 4:25PM on 7/26/2019. I went to the restroom while my wife was sat at a table in the bar area. The men's bathroom was a mess. The floor had water all over it and none of the papertowl or soap dispensers worked. I walk up to group of 4 girl servers chatting in the alcove past the bathrooms. They not only ignored me trying, they walked away from me as soon as I said "excuse me". I then went to sit down. 10 minutes later, not a singler person came to check on us. The two women working the bar area were chatting in the corner and ignoring everyone. I tried 3 times to get their attention. Each time, they acknowledged me but continued chatting. We had placed down our menus ready to order but hadn't even had our drinks taken in 15 min. We finally got the attention of the hostess and said we haven't seen a server. She said "Sorry" and walked away. 5 minutes later, still nothing. So my wife and I just walked out. 25 minutes of getting ignored was all we could take.

My daughter and I took her friend to Chili's for a cute a little birthday dinner. Her friends food was good but my daughter and I got burgers. We both got our burgers, but they were pink inside. Some people like pink but my family doesn't. They made us new ones and they were still pink. They made them for the third time and FINALLY got it not PINK. The booth we sat in was ripped, but they were still comfortable. Thats why I give it a 3.

I am a very frequent customer of this chili’s, my boyfriend and I love the the food. We stopped sitting the restaurant so frequently because the service is not great, we order crubside quite a bit to avoid that. Tonight we decided to try to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the meal, but again we had issues. Positive side the appetizer was delicious as always, and the Tito punch first time we tried that were excellent, when we finally got them and our waters. Our server seemed a bit new so I can understand his struggle. The food was my biggest issue the app came out then not even a minute later our food came out. The Cajun pasta was terrible the past was hard and seemed like it either died in the window or it was microwaved with no sauce. Our server was extremely apologetic, but it seems like everytime we sit in this restaurant the service is terrible and the food isn’t right. Sadly we live down the street and this is usually our go to when we don’t feel like cooking, I don’t want to say I won’t come back but I will not sit in this restaurant again.

We go here alot! This location is much better than the Christiana mall location, and we only live 5 mins from Christiana! Service is always quick and friendly. $5 margarita of the month is always excellent. Menu is pretty basic, but we are happy with what we order each time. Southwestern eggrolls appetizer is yummy and the fajitas are hot and delicious. Hubby gets the Chili's chili burger every time we go now since they've added some new menu items last year, and he loves it. This is probably the restaurant we frequent the most, if you want decent food and drinks with friendly quick service for the family, choose this Chili's

Our waitress brought us our food without any silverware or napkins. My fiance and I ordered our steaks medium-well and after 3 attend stay still weren't cooked correctly but we were too hungry to wait any longer so we just took what we had gotten (half of the ribeye was rare and the other half was well done on both). In my opinion when you work in a high-paced high stress job environment you should stay professional and greet customers or patrons with a smile and provide friendly service which our waitress did not. Overall our experience at the Chili's in Elkton was not a pleasant one and, with my fiance being as picky as he is when it comes to his food, I highly doubt we'll be return or repeat patrons of this specific location.

Saw Southern Rock Woodstock show. The performance as ok I guess. Deceptive advertising, I saw through it but decided to go anyway because I like aouthern rock music. They try to fool you to beleive top bands are there. Wouldnt go again, price was ok but not worth the wasted day.

Extremely poor service. Waited for dinner with family on a weekend for over an hour and nothing came other than coke and chips. When questioned they were unapologetic and cared less that we had decided to cancel our order and left without eating. The manager never bothered showing up to the table. We waited an hour and a half for our food and every table around us was served first even though our orders were taken before them. When we got our food, the steak was served cold on one order and the other orders were completely not what we asked for. Since when did waiters(tresses) stop writing down the orders? In summary don’t go here unless you have a few hours to blow and be ignored. The food was clearly not made to order and most of the cheese was rubbery. Ridiculous and I will not return.

With all the pain in my heart im gonna have to say i will not be a customer at Chilli's Davenport anymore, i was a loyal customer for years, as a matter of fact it was my favourite restaurant, i remember going there when it was packed and i had to wait to be seated for a good 30 mins, still once seated the staff used to be amazing, they took care of us like kings, and i tipped acordingly (not less than 15bucks) last time being there was fathers day, this place was empty, they forgot where they seated us, didnt get a waitress until i asked for one, they didnt have items i asked for (which i understand) but the only time i saw my waitress is when i hunt her to place my order and when i hunt her to get my check. (she didnt drop the food someone else did) food didnt taste as it usually does, even for other customers it smelled like burnt food. a visit that normally takes us 45 mins to an hour expanded to 2 hrs when the place is not even busy, asked for the manager and she gave us the meal for free with a bad attitude, i did not want food for free, i wanted for her to give a good service...

Then we waited 20 minutes for her to show up with the check. I wanted to get dessert but everything took so long that I wasn't able to. My partner, who finished eating 15 minutes before me because he could start much earlier than me, was ready to go, and so was I. Great food good service can't beat it I don't think I was ever a big chili's fan growing up but in Elkton there's not really a lot to choose from so on a whim I stopped in and was quite surprised with both the service I received and the food. I was told by my waitress that they had recently changed their menu and we're offering new things I was completely blown away at how good everything was from the appetizer to the entree. In my opinion it was a all-around good experience

I ordered a steak and prime rib fajita. Two others in my party ordered meals with chicken. All the meat was advertised as being grilled, but none of it tasted or appeared grilled. The chicken was very soft, like it was frozen and then microwaved. The only reason I gave two stars over one was because our server, Alyssa, was excellent, and even caught an order that was missing something without us having to ask about it. TL;DR: Poor food, great service.

Bar staff was awesome! Ordered the 30% more meat Texas ribs with the dry rub. Seriously, 6 ribs...not gonna find that in Texas or any other rib joint. Dry rub simply means no sauce or rubbed while cooking to a soft, juicy outcome. Nope dry rubbed meant dry to the bone, very over cooked.

I honestly will NEVER be back to this place...I dont even want to give it a 1 star!!! Walked in at 4:30 on a sat afternoon, Restaurant wasnt busy yet. Sat there for 30 mins, not one person came by to take our drink order or even acknowledge we were there. I was furious! Its one thing if a place is busy, and the server acknowledges you, but for nobody to even look in your direction.... oh heck no. I finally flagged the hostess down, asked her if she forgot to tell the server she had a table? She looked terrified, I told her just to get the manager, I reamed him out and walked out tthe door....Aweful!!!!

Ordered from carry out and I had a question about the price of my salad since it seemed more expensive than the last time. I was not rude and was not fishing for a discount I was just curious. She was very nice in explaining to me why my salad was the price it was and I paid and all was completely fine. Till I forgot my drink and came back to get it and the lady who was helping was back in the kitchen bad mouthing me telling people I was rude and trying to get a discount and nasty and continued till I yelled back “excuse I’m still here ma’am” and then she came back all bright and ready to help me with what I needed. It was very uncalled for and I was very heated. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

My family attempted to visit the Elkton Chili's at 6:25pm on Sunday 9/15 for my husband's birthday. We were told it was a 45 min wait with no explanation. The restaurant was half empty. We thought to wait and maybe it would be sooner. After 25 minutes I asked the manager who just said sorry we're trying to catch up. One waiter said one person called out. I told the manager that that should be communicated at the front. It was still really absurd. No one was wearing name tags either but when u asked the hostess told me her name was Madison. I saw no one else waiting during this time and at least three families leave when they were told the wait. After we left my son with autism had a meltdown and my one year old was also close.

When we first walked in we were greeted nicely. The host asked if a table was fine then seemed irritated that we asked for a booth instead. The waitress was freindly for the 2 times we saw her. (When she took our order and immediately after we got our food to ask how it was) My wife and i both got the boss burger, which was decent but could use more bbq sauce in my opinion. 15 minutes we waited for a refill on our drinks even though our waitress was just standing talking to another employee. Not bad food but terrible service.

Went on a Wednesday for lunch. I had the smoked meat combo, brisket and jalapeno cheese sausage. They both were very good! I'm a brisket lover and this was tender and very tasty. The sausage was also good and had a nice jalapeno burn to it. Wife said the guacamole was excellent and her salad and half chicken avocado sandwich was very good. Wish I'd taken a picture. The food just looked delicious

Just ate at the Elkton MD location. Had the worst sever. It took a while for her to bring our drinks. Then mine was wrong. Then when the food came, my wife’s was wrong. We had also gotten chips and salsa. We finished them a bit before the food came. We would have liked more but there was no sign of the waitress. After the waitress had brought the food, she never stopped by to see if we needed anything else. We won’t be going back there!

As a rule I don’t care for Chili’s BUT this location is great! The food is good (esp the dry rub ribs and chips/salsa) most of all... their Customer Service is unparalleled. There was a small mistake in my order and they went above and beyond to correct it. It’s not the mistake, it’s how you fix it. Amazing staff.

The food is what you get at any Chili's, Fridays, etc. A descent meal for a descent price. This rating is for the service, and you won't get much better than the Bartender, Sam. Friendly, attentive, and remembers what you like and how you like it. My girlfriend and I will only eat in the bar area just so we get her. The other staff is pretty good too, no complaints all the way around, but she's a stand-out.

The shrimp tacos were delicious! Our waitress was very attentive. I need to add to my review. I was back for another visit today. The woman who was working as the hostess was very difficult to understand. I believe she was missing all her teeth. On top of that she was either eating or chewing gum very vigorously for the entire hour we were there. Just didn't find this very attractive or professional! The food was delicious and our server did a great job.

Didnt get my appetizer until after 15 min into the meal (because it wasn't made). Undercooked broccoli, bitter tasting tea, loaded mash potatoes that were more watery than ever. However, the steak was on point! So, kudos to whoever's made that! The waitress was also very attentive even though she was busy with quite a few tables. The manager discounted the meal to compensate for the errors in the kitchen. I appreciated that, but also realized that this brought down the percentage calculation for the tip. This did not seem fair to the waitress since the appetizer that was missed by the kitchen staff nor any of the undercooked food was her fault at all. So, she was tipped accordingly and verbally recognized for her good work.

Not really a fan of the chili's here. The chips were extremely salty to the point that how u saw it on the chips. The shrimp tacos aren't very great. They're good if you love salt and bland food. Just keep in mind that you'll be starred at too if you're not from Iowa.

One of the servers dropped my dinner, the manager saw what happened and NEVER stopped by the table. Very disappointing !! I had my dinner finally boxed up due to the rest of my dinner party had almost finished their entrees. The staff is always very pleasant, and even during happy hour on the bar side, service is relatively fast and very attentive. Prices are very good on bar side during happy hour and all day on Sundays. Parking lot is very easy to get in and out of.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed after we received our curb side order this evening. Typically this location never disappoints. However, tonight was a different story. We scheduled our order to be picked up at 6:45pm. We arrived shortly after that time. A server came out and said he was waiting for a piece of our order and then we should be set. We waited 15 minutes for another server to bring our full order to our car. I am not complaining on having to wait a few extra minutes, however when the food they deliver is cold except for that last piece of our order, I am very disappointed. My salad was soggy and the tortilla strips already soft, and my husband’s tacos looked like they were literally thrown into the box to go. We will not be going back to this location.

My mom, my sister & I came here for lunch. We ordered drinks & our food, our waitress was great, until the woman in the booth next to me yelled, “there’s a mouse!” I looked over & saw a mouse running from under her booth to the bar. She yelled to the waitress who ran to a cook to come and kill it. The cook then came out & shook a chair to try & get the mouse out from the hole he crawled in to, then told us that he had ran up into the bar & he couldn’t find it. We left money for our drinks & left immediately. Will NEVER be returning to any chili’s ever again.

Came in about 7ish after a long road trip looking for some good food. The restaurant had tons of open tables and we were hungry. The young man at the door told us it would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. Road weary, I asked if we could sit in the bar. He told us it would be 15 min before we could even sit in the bar. I looked around at all the empty tables in astonishment. He said the.kitchen was backed up so he wasn't seating people. We asked to speak to a manager. He left and returned to tell us she was too busy to come talk to us. I honestly do not know if he really went to talk to her as I cannot imagine a manger refusing to come talk to a patron. Another couple approached us and said he told them it would be 25 minutes before they could be seated. The young man was rude and had a devil may care attitude. He could have handled it in so many better ways, even seating us and offering a free ap while we waited or some other nicety. When we told him we were leaving, all he said was ok. He I did not care. We left and drove to another restaurant nearby where we were treated like valued customers! We will not be stopping in again, and we urge others to think twice about stopping in. If the front of the house is that bad, I shudder to see what comes out of the kitchen.
