Rather large, warm and cozy establishment with plenty of options for food and brews of coffee and tea variety. Tables galore with outlets available in a few places. Super friendly staff and the vanilla latte was delicious and foamy and is highly recommended. Go check this place out if you're in the neighborhood.

I moved far away from town for college and tried hard to find a coffee shop that I liked as much as brew ha ha in my new city, but with no success. Brew ha ha is the best coffee shop! I love their coffee and avocado toast (even though it's $7 now instead of $6). I come here all the time when I'm home.

I absolutely LOVE the coffee here after stumbling upon it after a walk in the city with the best service my husband and I had ever had. So we made the DuPont our regular and have been coming every morning for nearly a month @ $10.40 a day. The service has never "wowed" me like my first experience, but today it was shocking. A guy (glasses and a beard) belittled me as I didn't know the right name to the sizes in cups (I always explain them like this)He was sarcastic and embarrassed me with his sniggers. We have businesses and I pride myself on customer service and mediocre I can handle, but rude, kills it. Sorry guys we will be walking to the city and Market street from now on. Brew Ha Ha! - You have created a brand you should be extremely proud Of. Love the decor, love the coffee, love the atmosphere (Generally) but service needs to be improved significantly at DuPont. It's 9.15am 05/30.

latched onto west coast trends (finally) and now officially produce coffee that is better than anything else in Wilmington or the area in general, with the exception of Philter. cons: No organic coffees (I believe this is still the case) not terribly consistently clean but improving. just need to dust the cookie crumbs off your butt a bit when you get up but no big deal otherwise. too much food of the bagel spread variety emanating food smells from the kitchen, thus not really a strict coffee shop in my opinion. prefer small bites and good coffee. lastly, the music can drive one crazy I think.I think it's Motown but it's the same type of music over and over and over and over; often one may walk in the shop separated by long stretches of time and one hears the same song...something about a carwash I believe...much like walking into the pizza shop Anthony's coal fire pizza and hearing a beatles track..."oh, joy..what's that, she came in through the bathroom window? protected by a silver spoon? Why, thank you for supplying that piece of information, Paul."

I was in Wilmington for a very short amount of time and since it was a Sunday, literally, everything was closed. I checked this place out and it was so pretty. The place was lined with beautiful flowers and the inside was super cute. The server was also very helpful and nice. Their mocca cold brewed haha was delicious. I'd definitely hang around here if I were ever in this town again.

I had an ice Thai coffee and a peanut butter with banana and honey bagel. Everything was pretty good. I chose to eat outside. They gave me a number and told me they would bring everything out. I wish they would have brought out a napkin when serving it to me because it was very messy. Also, I had to go back inside to get my coffee..

Best coffee shop to hang out in or outside. Love this place (Trolley Square). Not the cheapest but a GREAT place to sip coffee, hang out, read, listen to music, work...or People watch. Avocado toast is THE BEST. Breakfast sandwiches small but tasty. Sandwiches are ok but disaponting for the price. Just not as tasty as the sound (and premade). People seem to love the soup.

My friends and I were at this Brew Haha and a waitres spilled hot soup on my jeans. All she said was "whoops, sorry" in an unsympathetic way. She didn't offer me a napkin and just proceded back inside. Overall, I was very dissatisfied by this Brew Haha's customer service.

Me and my three other friends were eating here before our homecoming dance. My friend ordered soup and while the waitress was handing the soup to her she spilled the soup on my other friend. The soup mind you was extememly hot and my friends leg was burned because of it. She has to wear a dress tonight and the burn will show. The waitress only said “whoops sorry” unempathetically and quite rudely. She did not bring out a napkin or a paper towel. We had to go in and grab one ourselves. I do not recommend eating here unless you would want hot soup spilled on you.

This review is not for the actual coffee but the experience I had this location today - Saturday 2:55 pm. Baristas are mostly friendly and courteous at almost all coffee places I have been to. But not this one. The guy here never smiles and as I would find out later is a tool. I ordered 2 medium roast short coffee's for my wife and mum and a latte for myself. We asked for an extra empty cup as my mom can never finish the entire cup and wanted to split the extra coffee with me. I state this as it's important to what happens next. My wife while adding milk to her coffee accidentally knocked over her cup spilling the entire coffee. No biggie. I informed the barista about the spill as we were cleaning up. He walks over with a towel and starts frantically cleaning up as well. Meanwhile I go to order my wife another coffee. I casually mention to the Barista taking my order that we spilled the cup that we ordered earlier even as I am pulling my wallet out to pay. This guy runs over from wherever he was cleaning up and tells us this..... since you got an extra cup and spilled it, you will need to pay for this coffee. Surprised, I said... sure. What made you think I wasn't going to pay? What he said was pretty audible to everyone around me waiting to order and frankly it was a little embarrassing. All this over a frickin' $1.95 cup of coffee. Who does that? I wasn't planning on taking it for free anyways but his long winded explanation on the extra empty cup and his assumption of me not paying for it really ticked me off. The lady behind me who overheard our conversation caught me later and said she wasn't surprised as she has had a similar experience at this location over a sandwich but does put up with it because the coffee is so good. But not me, Never ever going back here again. Brew Ha Ha! If you are reading this, you just lost 4 customers from my family and perpetually more if this treatment continues at this location. I think your coffee and food menu is amazing but it's the people that make a company great.

I'm here 3 times on most days for the best hand-pulled espresso shots in these parts. The staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is the standard I judge other espresso by, and they've been continuously honing the craft of roasting and serving exquisite espresso.

Me and my three other friends were eating here before homecoming. The waitress spilled extremely hot soup on my friend. My friends leg is a burnt and will be shown in her homecoming dress, and the waitress did not even ask if she was OK let alone give her anything to wipe it up with. The Waitress was not sympathetic for her actions and did not say sorry at all. Would not return :(

I’m sooooo disappointed with the service here. I used to come here with my mother about once every two weeks but I will never be stepping foot in this one again. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted with a long line with about 6 customers in front of me and one cashier working. After 1 customer was helped another cashier comes out in a crop top with her belly ring out. Cute belly ring but not what I want around my food. Two customers left in front of me and I can’t wait to get my bagel with chorizo. I take a look at the bagel board and all it says is that there are garlic bagels left, although I went there for a cheddar jalapeño I’ll settle for garlic. I hear an older lady in front of me ask for the garlic bagel and the cashier takes it off the board and says sorry just ate the last one! You ate it? At least lie and say you ran out but no he ate it. I get up to the counter FINALLY and am greeted by Ms. Bellybutton Ring (I think that’s a health code violation). I ask if there are any bagels left and she says she’ll check. She comes back and to my shock (not really) no bagel. Apparently they run out every morning according to bellybutton. If you run out wouldn’t it be smart to order more? Hey but what do I know? Thank goodness for Del Ave Brew-Haha who not only had my bagel but had 2 back ups pulled when I got there because they thought I might like to try something new.
