Went to Mia's for the first time last night after a recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere is very cozy, almost feels like eating at home. Service was excellent. Everything we ordered came out quickly and correctly. The clam chowder was some of the best I've ever had, and the Pastrami Reuben was an A+ sandwich. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast locations are a dime-a-dozen so you need to do something different to stand out. Mia's does just that. The wait staff are friendly and attentive, the coffee is great and best of all they make their own corn bread! It's a superb option in place of toast or an English muffin. Be sure to try them out!

This seems to be a very popular place for breakfast and I always notice their awesome specials list outside when I walk by (I live very close). It has a cool view of the river too. However when I went there months ago, I was not impressed with their food at all. It was very average and nothing special. The friends I went with said the same. I probably will not go back unless invited by someone else.

This is our second time in the area, and being from out of town, a good place to eat is pretty important to me and my family. We found Mia's and we were not disappointed. The cafe is nice, the service is great, and the food is phenomenal. I highly recommend the wings or the Pastrami Reuben. We will definitely return here.

You don't often find a place that one wants to go to again and again but I can say with out a doubt that Mia's Prime Time Cafe is one of those place I like to be at. The energy there is positive, I feel comfortable there solo or with friends and family, the Café is clean and organized (I am very picky about this stuff), the food consistently is high quality, the employees are bright, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite time there is breakfast with Stephen, the sun shines through the large open windows, very relaxing, where you can enjoy the flowing river and sometimes if you are lucky there are otters gracing the river's edge. Of course, the Pasta Thursday is Stephen's special evening there and I must say, the Grilled Salmon with a salad and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc for me is superb also. River view, great food, great service, relaxing atmosphere, clean, organized and cozy. A gem in Pawcatuck CT along its historic river!

I've been to Mia's a few times and loved it every time. Mia and Dean are almost always there taking care of customers, the sandwiches are awesome, and the beer list is small, but absolutely amazing. Hitting Mia's for a sandwich and a beer is always an absolute win!

Overall, food was pretty good, but I ordered corned beef hash and stupidly assumed it would be homemade. It was not. But more importantly, it literally tasted like metal. I have had canned hash before, but it did not taste like metal. Place was cute and staff was reasonably friendly.

went on a saturday night, it was EMPTY (werent even greeted at the door, we had to walk to the kitchen to find staff to ask if they were open). served literally cold food, mediocre appetizers. ordered a sangria which we were warned to taste it because "I have not seen the guy who mixes it in at least a week" to make sure it was still good. . .what the hell? over charged after our meal that got sent back was taken off the bill. . .This place used to be amazing, gone way down hill. Have a little appreciation for the one of three people who are actually dining in on what SHOULD be a busy time of the week for you.

The menu had a lot of choices that included home made bakery items. I had the Texas French toast made with their bread. All I can say is awesome! For a couple $ extra they have real maple syrup. My husband had one of their specialty omelets that he loved. We had their specialty Bacon Bloody Mary and a Strawberry Mimosa along with a coffee and tea. All together a wonderful meal. They got busy soon after we were seated. The staff kept everything moving smoothly with plenty of attention to us. Between the great service and food we will definitely be back.

Cozy atmosphere on the river, quick service for a Sunday lunch. Food was delicious the pancakes were definitely made from scratch and were delicious. Good texture, not too sweet, and with perfect balance of tart from the blueberries. The home fries were soft and delicate but still maintained a solid form. Great spot for a lazy Sunday breakfast.

The first few times I visited the Prime Time Café everything was great. The last time I went I was served a cup of coffee with a big lipstick stain on the cup. I was given a clean cup but then the eggs were served. I ordered them over medium and received them over easy. The whites of the eggs were not even cooked. They were all runny and snotty looking. That was the last time I will ever go there.

What a great find. I love going to little breakfast spots that rock and Mia's did not disappoint. When I woke up that morning, I Yelped breakfast spots in the Stonington area and Mia's popped up. I scanned through the pics and was combined that that's where we needed to go. They had a decent menu and a chalk board full of specials. They also had a menu of breakfast cocktails. All amazing!!! The BF had the IPA Mimosa and I had the spicy Bloody Mary. When I say spicy....I mean SPICY!!! I had the Sin-amon Bacon roll. WOW!!! This thing was filling and delicious. The BF was happy with his omelet. Totally going to hit Mia's again.

My favorite place for breakfast until today. Keto breakfast came without the bacon and the eggs were so over poached. The avocado toast was toasted bread with mashed avocado on it, never had avocado toast so plain and no flavor to it.

We love a great breakfast place. And we loved Mia's. Fun, trendy and tasty menu items. Good flavors and plates that make the kids happy. Yes please.. My 3 daughters were like I love the pancakes and the ham. And they have cornbread!!! Yes. Grilled, buttered cornbread. I'm drilling right now, again. I want to have it again right now. And they had fun adult entrees and drinks too. Cant wait to be back. And the waitress with the 5 year old son, a keeper! She is wonderfully polite, happy and a ray of sunshine. A necessity for us to return. I want to surround myself with happy, positive people and she is one. Thanks for the experience Mia's. And if I had to say any small knock it would be one of my daughter's pancakes was burnt pretty good and when my daughter did not want to eat it, my wife mentioned it to the waitress and 2 minutes later she came out with a replacement pancake that was 2x as big. So no negative... it came out a positive. ****5 stars Mia's. **Note - One of my pics is the changing special board... reading it makes me want to drive back now. Those are all fun and amazing sounding specials. Try em all !
