You may have noticed that it reaches an reviews average is quite good, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the assessment is quite credible. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, it works.

You know that we do not usually bother to place reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Good gazpacho soup with a tiny sliver of baquette. Under staffed today at lunch time on a Sunday, Poor service from wait staff and delays from kitchen.

Narendra Mulani

We were regulars here, but the quality of the food and the kitchen has deteriorated over the past few months.

The place is okay. For the kind of food, its definetly not worth the price. The food is kinda bland. We were extremely hungry when we went there and were disappointed with the food. The crispy quinoa cake was not bad though but definetly needed more flavour. Definetly regretted ordering the avocado tomato omelette, it was extremely bland. The carrot cake was okay. The ambience is decent and staff are friendly and courteous but definitely not worth the price even if it's a 'high end neighborhood'.

Love the menu. Some of the staff is way too slow for no reason. Highly priced too. It's all so delicious though.

Wow this place must have changed ownership or management because it has improved! We stopped going for a year or two because A) stickers left on sliced fruit in a salad B) waitress rolled her eyes when we asked if we could sit, she said, "Do you see a spot? Then sit" Last experience was much improved! Place is very busy like most eateries in NC but food and service were much improved!

Good Brunch, Reasonable Prices, Friendly Staff, Quick Service.

John E Hayes

Very nice dining experience, with "seasonal" menu.

Would NEVER go again - and definitely NEVER with kids. Place is a total rip-off. I live in the area and am familiar with New Canaan prices - but my son's grill cheese sandwich was literally 1 little toast cut in 4 pieces. It even looked RIDICULOUS on a plate. Fruit cup was ONE bite of melon and ONE bite of pineapple. My toddler had scrambled eggs from their Kids Menu - i asked to make it with a little bit of cheese - they charged me 3 $ for half-a-slice of cheese !!! Come on - you are selling kids' omelette for 6 $ without even cheese? SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO TO A REAL FRENCH RESTAURANT IF YOU EVER FEEL LIKE PAYING 10$ FOR ONE SLICE OF TOAST.

Pleasant environment with very high ceilings and furniture in naturals. A great spot for a morning or mid-day pit-stop. Their coffees are an *ah* experience as are the cups which are only manageable using both hands. Pastries are fresh with a touch of Paris in their selection. If you're a health nut, LPQ has just what you'd desire at noonish. Salads and tartines are exceptionally good. In fact, I've never had more tasty smoked salmon. Eat it slowly to maximize its impact on your palette. Service is slower than I'm used to but it's worth the wait A swell break from shopping. Who said, "Try it, you'll like it"? Whoever was right.

Looks like a great places to go at first. Got there ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant. Also ordered a chocolate bread and asked for it to be warmed up. Wanted that right away. We took a seat to wait for our order. 20mins after waiting for our food which should not take that long. I went up and asked for a refund. They said "oh we have it ready if you want it". Not sure why we would still want it if it took us to say that we want a refund for them to want to have it ready for us. Customer service is not a thing for this place. I get it you're in New Canaan and you Taylor to the "high class", but it doesn't matter who walks through those doors. Not a way to treat any customer who is paying. Especially on a Saturday morning. Would not recommend going there. Also for the 3 small items we ordered the check came out to be $27..... Not sure why even the high class would pay so much for a breakfast sandwich that take so long to get. We did not even get an apology for what happened. Call me crazy, but I would never want to go to place like this if this is how the service is. Don't care how great the food is. Service is key. Rather have a locally owned business rather than a chain like this.

Very good food, but expensive for what it is. The cost to quality ratio is a bit high.

Tasty food. Small portions. Random service. Exactly what we expected.

45 min wait for avocado toast. It's Saturday and half of the space is empty. Not happy
