Mary E.

Nice quaint place for lunch with a friend. Varied unusual healthy choices.

Valorene

I have visited here a lot of times and never come across a problem. The atmosphere is inviting and occasionally a musician might be there playing. The food and drinks are both good as well. The only issue I ever see is the lack of space. But, seeing as there's really no way to expand on the lot I understand.

Elise Richardson

This place was great and much bigger than it first appeared. My coffee was delicious and breakfast sandwich was good. Counter staff was smiling and friendly and very helpful. Cute little place with lots of seating and free wifi is always appreciated.

Sandra Kadawu

Lovely place, good drinks but sketchy way to prepare food by employees.

Catherine Caracciolo

Nice sit down cafe with delicious coffee and to-stay cups. Its nice to relax with some coffee out of a mug instead of a one-time use disposable cup

Melinda Loke

I couldn’t ask for a better cafe serving hot, wholesome n healthy food. Love d thick soup with pieces of baguette n cafe au lait. Service quick n excellent. To me personally, waiting for 5-10mins for a bowl of hot soup is fine. No one wants just lukewarm soup, quick n easy, especially on a cold late autumn day. I’m very satisfied with their service n food!

John Pascarelli

Cozy cafe with friendly staff. Paninis were delicious with other good food options as well. Great place to bring our puppy!

Cheryl Lambert

Such a great place to go in Downtown Milford....it's a perfect spot for a business meeting, lunch or just to relax and enjoy the great atmosphere. Their panini sandwiches are the BEST, the service is friendly and attentive and they have Wi-Fi. Definitely a favorite of mine! Cheryl M.

Mark Lassoff

Nice, airy neighborhood cafe with well prepared food from a somewhat limited menu. Also a good coffee shop with nice bakery items.

M. MURAT BAKIM

Very nice

Matthew Whiskeyman

Pretty comfy coffee shop feel... Good cold brew. You clear your own plate but staff is friendly enough. The inside has a bit of a cramped layout but a great downtown homey feel to it.

Michel Ragot

Josh Corpina

some of the best coffee and pastries in the area.!

Rachel Bogle

It's a lovely coffee shop right in town. The atmosphere was pleasant if a little tight at the counter. I enjoyed the mocha latte quite a bit.

Robert M Healy

I go there 2 to 3 times a week. I have lunch, sometimes diner. I do all my business meetings there when I meet new clients, suppliers and others who want to talk about other stuff. The owner is teriffic, she is always trying to be of service to me. My coffee is perfect. (CAFE A LONGER) or Americano. The staff is young but they try their best to please the customers. I rate this place highly for their ambiance, choice of music, clientel. And so much more. I suggest that you go thete for the experience and the pleasure of good coffee and pastries

Jonathan Brelsford

Cozy coffee shop; nice patio, better staff, fun atmosphere and tasty eats.

Margaret Reed

Great place, nice staff! Wish they would update their bathrooms but otherwise great!

Eric Belair

Excellent omelets, crepes, biscotti, and coffee

John Hutcheson

This is a great local coffee shop and café. It is locally owned, so if you're looking to "shop local", this is the place to go for coffee. They have great coffee, as well as paninis, salads and soup. There is plenty of indoor seating as well as a patio area. The seating areas can get fairly full on the weekends, especially on nice days. The walls are decorated with paintings and photographs from local artists and photographers (most are for sale, by the artist). There is no parking lot, street parking is available. Though, it can be tricky finding a parking spot sometimes. The train station (Metro North) parking lot is across the street and the sign states that a parking permit is not required on Saturday and Sunday, so that area is available for parking (as always, check parking signage to avoid getting a ticket). They have free wifi, and a lot of the tables have an outlet near by.

Elaine Piraino-Holevoet

Known for its fine coffee drinks, this charming café offers much more than the usual coffee house. From baked goods to crepes and panini, there is something for every taste and craving. Staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Service is quick. Prices reasonable. Ample seating in a warren of rooms or under umbrellas in the patio if it is not too hot. There is no parking on site, but the staff pointed out the municipal parking lots nearby; otherwise you will be limited to one hour on the street. This café is in the midst of Milford’s bustling shopping/restaurant district near the train station. It is only a short distance, but a world away, from the craziness of the Post Mall. It is definitely worth a visit. I am sorry it took me so long to get here.

Steph Dee

Great place to have a light lunch!

Ben T

Great place, great food. They have wine and beer too. Live entertainment from time to time.

crazee one

This place has a nice comfortable atmosphere and its cool place to read a book or go on your laptop.

David Gostanian

Great little Cafe next to the Milford Train Station., where you can wait for the next ride on Metro North. The coffee is excellent and the snacks are tasty. Free Wi-Fi make this a very comfortable Cafe.

Ed Rawls

Great place to read and relax if you have ear buds. The Ham and cheese crepe was perfect.

Richard Bright

Awesome little place in downtown Milford. Great tea selection and excellent snacks. I visit at least once a week.

luke nash

It started off okay. I bought a drink and took a seat by the window. Then the owner came up to me and told me, very rudely, that i had to leave. I was in shock, I was a paying customer and she told me I was taking up a table that a more important customer could use. I didn't want to argue so I packed up my stuff and left. As I was leaving I saw that same owner sneeze in someones drink before handing it to the person. This is the worst service I have ever experience, McDonald's has nicer managers. This owner was rude and obnoxious, I will never return to Cafe Atlanique.

Matthew Larson

Anchor of downtown Milford, tasty food and coffee, have wine at night and hear music, sit and study or have first dates

John Meiman

A great place, with a really great staff! Super baked goods, and your heart's delight in coffee options...

Rolf Paloheimo

Enjoyable patio on a summer day, nice food.

Devan Currie

Great spot. Delishious, healthy food and some nice options. Easy for a quick bite and good coffee. They give you a device that vibrates when your order's ready so you can collect it easily without much wait time. Parking may be a problem as its Milford but it's a really awesome little place with outdoor seating too! Would highly recommend!

Steve Erdos

Nice buns!

Lillie Aronson

The food is decent for a quick bite, good location, and friendly staff.

Rosann Rajewski

Love the atmosphere and jmc coffee!!!

Shira Kostika

The atmosphere, live acoustic performances on odd nights, location and interior/exterior design all prove lovely. The downside is their coffees/teas/general food selection just isn't that great.

Diane Cardella

Cozy cafe with delicious food and desserts and live acoustic music. We enjoyed listening to Peter Michael Cardella playing songs from the 70's and 80's including the Eagles, James Taylor, Tom Petty, and the Beatles.

Bob Drechsler

GREAT FOOD AND MUSIC !!

Jen M

This used to be a great place maybe a decade ago to go but they really haven't evolved and they need to step up their game. Their coffee is mediocre-at-best and their food is very limited and pretty blah

Scottio Wilson

This location is an island of solace on busy Milford's Rive St. The building shelters a cute outdoor dining passthrough where conversations can be had without having to talk loudly The smart positioning makes for an intimate meetup. My dining friend and I had Panini's and really enjoyed the meal There was a slight issue with the order. Once it was noted the mistake was expediently corrected by the chef. Parking was a slight challenge so eyeball your spot as you approach this downtown space. Great experience...

JESSICA FUNK

Friendly New York like casual cafee with a soul. Check their online program for attractions they have live music nights and exhibitions.

Greg Pappas

Fantastic little place. Friendly staff, great drinks and a great selection of biscotti. Good luck finding parking on the green.

Lake Tapps

Nice and room on the patio to visit.

Todd Jaser

Prime location, good coffee, and occasionally some good beers. Nice salads. Mediocre crepes and sandwiches. Great patio area.

Michael Taylor

This place is a treasure in downtown Milford that treats you to wonderful salads sandwiches and even omelettes made to order. Their selection of baked goods and snacks make the culinary experience awesome. The vibe is relaxed and you can sip and work all afternoon without feeling rushed.

N DG

Excellent place to have a specialty coffee and something sweet to go with it..... Not a super large menu, but what is offered is yummy and top shelf.... Like Rachel M, said in her review, can get crowded but usually no problem finding a seat, inside or outside... Bring your laptop and relax!!

Mark E Travers

Excellent food and service

Simone Minichino

Friendly staff and a great place to hang out with friends.

John Adams

I go at least once a week. It has a great Cafe feel. I've always gotten excellent food and service. Wifi is very good too!

Michael McKee

Fantastic place with great variety of flavors and taste to match. Ladies behind the counter had great personalities. Made it even better.

John Marganski

My Wife and I really like this place, especially for a quick bite to eat and really good hot coffee on Sunday mornings. I particularly like the Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel plate :)

Nabeel Sherazi

milford's hidden gem. cute little cafe specializing in crepes, but also serving a whole bunch of other foodstuffs. coffee is also fantastic. if you're stopping by in milford and want somewhere local to try, this is your place.

Isac Kohn

Great coffee, across the road parking

Drew Katsock

Had an excellent breakfast here. Dog friendly patio, where you can leash up your dog if you want to order inside. Friendly, affordable. Had a great time.

Matthew Ozolins

My favorite spot in downtown Milford hands down!

Javier Bernal

Delicious great service

Kristina Josephson

Cafe Atlantique is the perfect place to hang out with friends and family! I ordered their nutella and banana crepe with an iced mocha and oh my goodness, both were so good! They had a good selection of different foods and I would totally go back there

Cosmic Charlie

Coffee/espresso always taste likes its burnt, very overpriced, and the workers cant tell the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. The cappuccinos here never have the foam. The girls that work here are rude and pretentious. A heavy set girl literally threw my change back at me and my coins fell on the floor. She refused to give me her name and I will NEVER return. All because I wanted a splash of almond milk and I said that I shouldn't have to pay extra for a splash. Only stopped in everyday because I take the train for work. Id rather take Dunkin or Starbucks. Poor service, poor quality, and expensive.

Jonathan Olimpio

Dope paninis

Joel Hurliman

Great coffee selection, salads worth noting.

Jeffrey Santo

This is a cozy little spot located in Milford Connecticut. There is seating both inside and outside which only adds to the atmosphere. It is a great place for social get-togethers and they seem to offer a wide variety of options when it comes to their menu. Parking can be somewhat challenging during the day but there is plenty of parking after working hours in the train station across the street. They also serve as a small venue for open mics and other artists to come in and play in the space. The only downside is sometimes it can be difficult to talk while the music is being played

Bill Ellis

Great place for a quick cup of coffee. Plenty of seating with a nice outdoor section that even has a band playing now and then.

Enes Y

Very Authentic Place

clark hass

One of the worst coffee shops that I have ever had the misfortune of wasting my time & money in. The espresso beans are always burnt/over roasted ($2.00 bag of Cafe bustello taste better). The girls that work behind the counter are not only very rude but have no idea how to make drinks the right way. The person behind the counter could not make a cappuccino they gave me a latte instead. The bigger girl also cursed at me and called me a @$$hol& as she walked away after my complaint. I asked that my drink be made again and I got another latte. I asked for the manager and she told me that she was the manager. Unbelivable! If your going to charge $5.00 for a cup of coffee you better know what your doing! All of there "fresh pastries" taste like they came from BJ's/Costco a couple of days before. Stay away from this place! The people are rude, the coffee/food is disgusting, and it's extremely over priced for the poor cheap quality that they give you. If your craving coffee go anywhere else because at least if you go to Starbucks you get what you pay for. To the owner of this place either dosent care or knows nothing of fine coffee. 2

Gigi Fergus

Local Hotspot for coffee and light bites. Had crepes - they were ok in flavor but nothing extraordinary. Overall a nice place. Will come back to try a sandwich.

Grace Jean

Wonderful place! They offer everything they should. Breakfast, lunch, espresso, wine. Only thing I would recommend is to update the bathrooms.

Randall Wayne Parker

Nutella crepes all day yes please

Frank DiPasquale

I have been going to this local gem of a cafe. The uniqueness of this business is very enticing. They support local artists, allow dogs on the outdoor patio (including water) as well as local gatherings. However; more importantly, is the welcoming and warmth of the staff that work at the cafe. They always smile and make you feel comfortable. Every one of them! This is one of the major reasons I continue to frequent the cafe. Of course the food and drink are very good as well. Fresh coffee, bagels, salads, sandwiches and of course their specialty crepes!! The staff will accommodate any special requests to make your visit an experience. I highly recommend trying this local cafe.

William Cipolli

Good place to get work done until you can't take it anymore and grab a beer without leaving. Parking is annyoing, especially if you plan on hanging out for a few hours.

John Cocciolone

I have never had the experience that some of the reviewers here have had. I go there often for coffee, occasional sandwich, an their scrumptious scones and deserts. We've always had friendly service and the place is usually busy. Comfortable and a great place to meet someone. Out door seating in the warmer months is great (and pet friendly). I love the place.

Scott Petersen

Always great food, very fresh, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the drinks are first rate. Good ambience day or night.

Jen Rondinelli

Food is pretty good. They are a little pricey, but all of their menu is on the fancy side. I haven't been here yet for a proper lunch. I expect good things though.

Sean Baranowski

Absolutely phenomenal place with great eats too!

Cara Kaminski

Great cafe atmosphere. The menu options tasted rustic and home-cooked, and the coffees lacked a lot of added sugar, allowing it to be true to it's flavor

Rayquan Ethridge

It was quiet!

Cindy Cable

Love it here. Especially when they have music.

Benjamin Preston

Nice little coffee shop downtown. An espresso for under 2 bucks

Amanda List

One of my favorite places of all time!

Christian Vasquez

*Yes they serve beer, wine, mix drinks. A great quiet place to meet with friends or family. Awesome place to study or do work. BOGO for 1$ on house wine. Enough seats both inside and outside. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are always on point my fav is the hazelnut caramel iced latte! The food is tastey. The omlettes are on point!! And the cookies are beyond amazing both crunchy and soft!!

Jayne Mueller

New barista named Lexi...pretty awesome sugar-free vanilla latte with almond milk

Carmen Burgio

Nice place for breakfast and very friendly people. I have a boat in the harbor and eat there every time i come to the boat.

Nkenge Hook

This is a great atmosphere. The staff are warm and welcoming. I commend the Orange Ginger herbal tea and almond joy biscotti

Rodney Kilgore

While this cafe has a fairly middling coffee offering, the ambiance, seating, and location of the establishment are excellent. It's located in a small, picturesque downtown and even at busy times, one can usually find a place to sit.

Tony Arnold

Great place

Theresa Ruelle

Cute little place in Milford! My daughter took me there for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything from service to food was excellent!

Briana Benn-Mirandi

Delicious everything, and nice people working there. We all loved it! Plus a nice secluded patio for outdoor dining

Paul Sullivan

Best coffee in Milford

Post Road

This place has been able to survive where others on River Street have come and gone. I think the parking situation is part of the survival problem but they draw a lot of pedestrian traffic. The coffee and iced beverages are good but I have not eaten any food there.

Renne Brower

Absolutely love this cute little cafe, upscale and service is excellent. Great coffee and sandwiches

Kenneth Choi

Good place for breakfast. Friendly staff

Luis Peña

Great variety many diferent option's menu.

Andrew Clark

Best coffee spot in Milford

Lana Marcucio

I've always loved this place. My go-to order is their baby greens salad (balsamic dressing is delicious) and banana chocolate crepes. Yum! It's self service. You order and they give you a coaster that vibrates when your order is ready. The staff is always so friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

JC

It's a great place to hang out. They need to update their menu, but it works for now. Also, I would suggest they start using paper straws!

Destiny Bahr

I thought the environment had a great vibe to it and my crepe was yummy. My iced coffee was okay, next time I go I'll probably try something else.

EMMA Jamison

Amazing coffee but a cramped atmosphere. Good for a quick bite and coffee and hit the train. Good crepes as well. Cheers!

Pamelita Begin

Great service, fresh and healthy meal.options

Michael Ryan

Excellent food and atmosphere

Jeremy Yenko

Great food, great service!

Pablo Saiter

Very good atmosphere

Natalie Gonzalez

Really great place, the perfect balance of comfy and chic, welcoming and intimate, that makes it perfect for parties of all ages. During the morning it’s a great spot for a nice calm breakfast, in the afternoon their sandwiches are great and in the evening they have a great wine selection. Personally, I choose this as a spot for studying (plenty of outlets to plug in laptops/tablets and large enough tables to fit books/notebooks and your devices with your treats). My only complaint is that their coffee is always waaaay too weak for me, and since it’s a café I’d say that’s grounds to knock off a star. Nevertheless, their teas and other beverages are still great for people like me who aren’t satisfied by their coffee selection.

Anthony Legg

Oh I'm a musician, solo singer/songwriter and I love playing this place! Great music loving people hang out here, the food is great, the owner/staff are terrific. It's a win/win situation. Come on out!

Kiria Cruz

The place is very cozy, beautiful and the staff is very cool. I loved it here and will definitely come back.

Chuck deNicolo

Real coffee shop just a short walk from the Milford train station. Tasty snacks and panini too. Small outdoor seating area too.

Lucia Doyle

One of my favorite meeting places

Frank Johnson

A nice place to hang out with friends. Good coffee and light food.

Home Brysiewicz

Great location, occasional live music, rotating art, friendly staff, delicious food, terrible coffee.

Aaron Gordon

There aren't a lot of good cafes in the area but this one is quite pleasant. Nice outside seating too.

Rachel Martinich

Great place! Coffee was excellent. Can get pretty crowded so finding a table can be tough sometimes. You MUST try their biscotti! They get them from Scratch Baking down the street. So good!

Zachary Watson

Cozy spot with decent coffee and tasty selection of crepes and sandwiches.

Will Gallagher

Like the atmosphere and the feeling of being in downtown Milford right on that corner. The food is good but the service can be hit or miss. Still one of my favorite places to stop for coffee in downtown Milford!

Verna Pratt

Biscotti that are big enough to be a meal! Maple latte was my "go to" fave when I was last a Milford resident, almost 2 years ago. While visiting friends, it was comforting to taste that nothing has changed - they are consistently the same tasty, courteous, inviting spot they have always been!

Jeffrey Lowell

Very fresh salad. Pleasant atmosphere. Perhaps a little pricey for self-service.

Zachary Scott

Great place to relax and enjoy Milford downtown! Delicious healthy food choices with some of the best latte's you'll ever have.

Jader Velasquez

DD Vasseur

Such a perfect location. It's a fun place enjoy watching people heading to and from the train station. it's delightful. The coffee is excellent. It's an invigorating way to start the day. The cafe has an outdoor patio that welcomes dogs. Downtown has a unique doggy vibe. I love dog people.

Nicholas Walsh

Awesome location in the heart of Milford, they have great coffee and a nice selection of breakfast items on the menu. Lots of nice indoor and outside seating that is off the street.
