I would’ve rated this place beyond five stars if I had the option! Great service and a fantastic chef/owner whom is very detail oriented! The menu never disappoints. I ordered the loaded oatmeal with honey, banana and granola. The best oatmeal I’ve ever had!! I’ll most definitely be returning for lunch, next time I’m in Middletown.

Got the rancheros . Un beleivable. Got an empanada. Best one ive ever had. They used argentinian spices on the ground beef was unreal. Then my girl got the quiche .... I would never order that because I never had a good one. Well let me tell you world.... Fan freaken tastic

I love this place! I went for the first time over a year ago and I have come back a few times since then. Sabrina is very nice and welcoming and the food taste great! Try the Cafe 56 French Toast, you will enjoy it. It's also a nice place to sit and have some coffee while browsing the internet.

Very good food. $12 for a sandwich is a little pricey but you certainly get your money’s worth. Plus they have cool taco-sandwich creations.

Great spot for lunch. The Argentinian sandwich was great. Tender steak, great sauces and perfect roll. With house made potato chips to finish the plate. A little pricey as sandwiches go but so good.

Awesome place for brunch, best huevos rancheros I've ever had! The restaurant is small but has a great homey vibe. It was my first time at the restaurant, so I wish the server explained that water and coffee were self-serve, but easy enough to figure out. Can't wait to come back!

Not for people eating alone ... the place just does not appreciate your business. I walked in to eat lunch alone and the person at the register handed me a menu and tableware, explained the drink bar and asked if I minded eating at the bar. I have never been a waitress or restaurant owner but I get it... it is frustrating to have a four top occupied by one person, especially when tables are limited. So, I sat at the bar and decided on what to order. The bar, however, is miserably uncomfortable. The bar stools are too tall for the low counter and one must wedge their legs in between the stool and counter and then slouch over the bar to look at the menu lying flat or to eat. While I was patiently waiting for the waitress to finish talking with friends at the register, the chef told me to sit back down and the waitress would be with me when she can. I explained I do not want to sit back down because I’m uncomfortable and that I was going to ask the waitress if I can move the empty booth ( no it was not the only empty table) The chef immediately said no. I tried to explain the discomfort of sitting at the counter and she cut me off and insisted there are no exceptions. So, I chose a different place to eat lunch.

This is a cute little hole in the wall. The owner is very creative and has a different special Everytime. It's cozy. The food has a nice Central American fusion with North American food. Yum!

10 stars? When you find a unique delicious place, and you find that amazing dish(Yucatan Salad) that is so unique and so amazing, its hard to not just go there for that one thing. You'll be making a mistake if you do that here though. Literally everything on this menu is absolutely amazing. This chef is a genius.
