Argentinian food at this place - very good. Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. I look forward to a return visit. Bring your appetite because portions are large. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

Great cafe! A wide selection of some of the tastiest empanadas I've ever had. Also serves Spanish tortillas and tortas. Fresh coffee and orange juice, as well as a good variety of soda waters. Restrooms are unisex and clean! Can't wait to go back!

Love this place, the empanadas are so good! Can be on the expensive side as you pay about $11 for 2 empanadas, but I find that that are filling so you don't need more than that. Worth the visit if you are in the area!

Very informative gentleman took our order and the recommendations were perfect. Started with 3, ended up eating 6. Never had Argentinian beer, Quilmes was a great sipping beer to go along with light lunch. Spicy chicken and steak were my favorite, the chimchurri sauce super awesome.

As far as authentic Argentinian food, I have no clue since I've never tried homemade food from Argentina but the food here is flavourful. And the coffee is perfectly brewed. I give it a 4 vs a 5 because it is pretty expensive for little empanadas but once in a while visit won't hurt your wallet as much.

Really good empanadas. We are these multiple times on our trip to Denver. Breakfast lunch or dinner. We bought a whole bunch and made them at our rental throughout the weekend when we were hungry. Wish we had something like this back home.

Saw this on a the Food Network, and decided to try them out. I am so glad we did. Cute & quaint. Not too far from home. This is in a strip mall, that if you dont know it is there you would miss it. The food is really good. You must have the Pork Rinds. They were so good, that I took a order home. Just look at the pictures go for yourself then post your pictures.

I drive past this place every morning on my way to work. Unfortunately they’re not open early enough for me to stop on my way, BUT I finally remembered to come on the weekend and I’m happy I did. I got the Tango and he Spinach and a fresh squeezed OJ, my boyfriend got the Argentina and the Chicken Chimichurri Empanadas. All of it was incredible. We’re gonna try to get there early enough to try the breakfast variations next time!

Maria Empanada was recommended to me by a friend, and I must say it was well worth it. Their empanadas are to die for, and reheat well to make a great lunch the next day. Their prices are good and staff is extremely friendly. Maria’s has a great atmosphere and is a great place to go wether you are dining in or taking out. I look forward to the next time I go.

Good empanadas but I dislike the fact that the sauce that I paid .45 cents for had a crack in it and by the time that I got home the sauce was everywhere and on everything this is the second time this has happened guess I will not buy the sauce or make sure that the top is not cracked even if it holds up the line no point in paying for something that’s all over a bag

This place was bomb! We stopped by on our way to the airport after a great visit to Colorado. We watched videos of her on YouTube while we munched (cause we’re weird like that) and thought that her story was really interesting. You should expand to Texas, I know it would do well here!

Really enjoyed this very unusual place, wonderful flavors. My only complaint would be the empanadas were barely warm. I was told they were hot out of the case and that unfortunately just wasn't the situation. I would have enjoyed them warmer.

A friend from the area with similar taste refered this place to me as "best quick meal in Denver" but i defanatly have to disagree. I cant find REAL GOOD food in Denver like i can in New Orleans but i have found some good places, this just isnt one one of them. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because my friend is a real classy guy and normaly his opionion i hold in high regard.

I bought 4 different empanadas to try them. They were ok but I prefer Colombian empanadas. However, if you have not tried empanadas anywhere give Maria Empanada a try? You may think the best of them. If you like Maria Empanada try the Pasty Republic in Denver as well. Good day!

They even have a hand washing machine. The food is great. Service great. Atmosphere great. I couldn't ask for anything more honestly. I would recommend! Have had the chimichuri and the chili mayo recently and both are worthless. The chimichuri is almost pure oil and the chili mayo is treacly sweet and not reminiscent of either chili or mayo.

I absolutely love this place! The food is wonderful, their orange juice and mimosas are great, and the evening staff are amazing. I don't remember their names but the guys who regularly work in the evenings are the most professional and friendly people ever. The only reason this place is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast staff. We tried a breakfast empenada (leftover) for dinner, liked it, and were told to come in for breakfast when they would be fresh and better. We did, and that was our only bad experience here. The pricing was confusing and not listed, the large lady had a very flippant and rude attitude about it. She subsequently mischarged us, and then didn't print our receipt after having us request it twice. The only reason we found out about the overcharge was because we stood our ground and demanded a receipt, which she grudgingly gave us. I can only assume that she maliciously overcharged us based on her attitude and attempted refusal to give us a receipt. I don't think we'll be coming back for breakfast -- the food isn't that much better and it's not worth dealing with the large and ''in-charge'' brunette with the attitude over.

Delightful empanadas with fillings to please most discerning palates. I've been for both breakfast and lunch. The coffee is fresh and hot. Orange juice is fresher.The caprese is my favorite. Don't need the sauces but get them anyway.

The employees were extremely helpful And knowledgeable. The atmosphere was nice and airy. And welcoming. The empanadas were also very tasty. Best place to stop for a handheld snack while shopping hard! Lots of options, it was difficult to choose, but the service was friendly and they assured us we would only make a good decision. We went with the corn and mushroom empanadas and the spinach torta was calling my name. The dough is thin, flakey, sturdy enough to hold the thick filling and most importantly, tasted very clean! Some empanadas I’ve had before were very buttery and heavy but these are light and leave you feeling pretty virtuous so you can continue your day shopping. I will have to come back for the alfajores and dulce de lèche roll

Not too fond of the their peach cake floating in some kind of liquid and making the cake soggy. However the Spinach Classico was good, although the hard boiled egg it had in it was actually overcooked somehow and was like rubber. And none of the people at the front seem to know what's inside their Bechamel sauce.

Some of the best empanadas I've ever had.. go with beef vs chicken though trust me. Chicken is good but way less flavor and to actually get full from them you'll end up spending 15 or 20 a person or so..you've gotta at least try it once!!

Highly recommend for a quick snack/lunch or a sit down and enjoy lots of flavors with friends. Have both savory and sweet versions. This is a nice place and clearly authentic. Choices are pretty limited to empanadas and a few sides. You order at the counter. I was expecting a little more as I had seen this place has been on the Food Network but if you go knowing it's pretty much just empanadas, you'll be satisfied.

So yummy. I go here to treat myself. I haven’t been disappointed. Be prepared to spend a little more than you think you’re gonna spend. I tend to get 3 empanadas with extra sauces (sauces are an extra charge). A drink and one small dessert. I usually spend a bit over $20 bucks. Everyone has been friendly to me and the place is always clean. It feels like it’s a family owned joint and they are there to welcome you in. Only once did I witness an uncomfortable exchange... at first the employees didn’t know how to handle the customer but they got some who could. I thought it was appropriate but the customer was demanding and annoyed.
