Very rude service. On top of that they charged me 50cents for the butter and jelly !! Pls see the picture.....that’s free everywhere !! I left 3 extra butter for the next costumer (((for freee!!)))) This area need another good cofee !!

The employee who prepared the coffee was very nice, however, she made my 16oz iced Americano with 6oz of water and three shots of espresso (holy strong coffee Batman!) in a 12oz cup. And she only filled my wife's 12oz cappuccino halfway. In addition, the cashier stared my wife down as she went to sign the receipt. She felt very uncomfortable and left a tip under the scrutiny. We'll think twice before revisiting LavAzza in the future

Horrible horrible horrible. Two nasty women working. One was short changing people and putting it in their tip jar. Got caught by a customer. Just nasty attitudes. Yuck. Plus the food and coffee was despicable.

The staff is super friendly,but the pastry needs some attention. In a cold morning is always good to have a good coffee which my friends did not have anything bad to say. It was less that what they expected but it was really good. Now, our bagel with butter was just a warmed bagel with stone cold iced butter. You can't spread it and by the time you try everything is cold. How about hand spread and put it in the toster altogether for a few secs or use it from a recipient?

On a Sunday, went for the baked goods for 3 people. Stood in very slow moving line for 15+ minutes. Muffin tops were okay, danishes were a little dry, raisen bagel was stale..staff toasted it (didn't help).
