Fantastic coffee and very personable staff. You can order pour over, Chemex, aero press, lattes with in house made flavors.... all nestled into the hangar in Lowry town center.
Exceptional coffee and welcoming atmosphere tucked right in to the shopping center next to the Lowry Beer Garden. Some of the best coffee in Denver in our opinion! The Porta Aperta Blend is our favorite to take home.
I like the Copper Door, and have gone there occasionally since they first opened on 9th and Jersey. Their coffee really is excellent, far, far better even than other specially coffee shops. Unfortunately, the new(ish) place is smaller than the old, and loud. One person talking on their phone headset really makes the place uninhabitable for others, especially if they want to chat, face to face. And sitting outside in 85F isn't really an option, especially with a southern exposure. How about a "no phone conversations" inside sign?
Excellent coffee shop with baristas that care! While quietly tucked away in a strip mall, they’re moving to Hangar 2 in Lowry. So be on the lookout.
Great local place with friendly staff.
Great roasts, helpful and knowledgeable staff
They roast their own beans in the cafe, barista was friendly
Amazing local coffee shop - the service is great and they're always friendly. Excellent coffee and tasty pastries to start your day off.
Good coffee but not like I wanted.
Friendly local shop.
Copper Door Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite places. The drinks are super tasty, the staff is very kind and I love the commitment they have to local shopping/dining and sustainability. The quality of the beans are excellent and they are roasted on site. It's also a great place to sit and work if you aren't confined to an office. I highly recommend checking out Copper Door!
Amazing service and pretty good coffee. I'm not sure I'd buy beans to take home, but I'd grab a cup for sure.
Friendly staff, delicious teas.
I've had a great deal of coffee in my lifetime, and hands down the brew at Copper Door hits harder than anything I've ever experienced. They serve the Fentanyl of the black gold empire–highly recommend.
Decent coffee with a cozy atmosphere.
Eclectic interior with quite a bit of seating. Good coffee and a small selection of pastries and breakfast items. Very friendly staff, but we had to wait quite a while for our pour overs.
If you are in the area this place is a MUST!!!
Just the sweet I'm looking for, aroma matched the taste, and the price is not too pretty bad. I'll be back!
One of my fav places for quality cafe food. This location is absolutely outstanding. The place has a nice atmosphere.
Great ambiance, wonderful staff, top flight coffee
Cold Brew was delicious!
Awesome coffee. A place that you can get a latte that doesn't taste bitter. Very friendly staff that will help you select a great coffee.
Cute and good
Always friendly staff-- not pretentious at all, so feel free to ask for clarification if you aren't sure what a drink is. Their coffee is always fresh and roasted right there. Delicious coffee whether you buy the beans or just a fresh cup!
Good coffe and food !
love them. love the coffee.
I went there Sunday and had a good latte! It is a largely industrial area around the coffee shop but inside is cozy and the staff was kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
The perfect neighborhood coffee place—friendly service, top-notch coffee, and a spacious yet cozy atmosphere. I love it here!
Very good coffee and personable barista. Small selection of breakfast items and pastries. The almond croissants are good. Large selection of coffee based drinks. They sell their own brand of coffee beans. Wi-Fi available; you need to ask for the password. Small seating area inside and one table outside.
Wonderful staff with good hearts and delicious coffee !
Great coffee, pastries, and atmosphere
It's quiet and cute! I live about a mile away so it's really convenient to come here. This was my first visit. Seating is very limited. I came here to study and it currently isn't busy so I do have a place to sit. You might have to share a table with strangers but I found that most people would get their orders to go! The barista was really friendly and the coffee was really good! You can order decaf espresso drinks (like I have to do). I got a decaf horchata latte and it was so good! I definitely recommend this place!
Try the horchata! It’s yummy
They have a really good coffee. And I love it the design of the place
I liked this house coffee. But the taste has changed.
Copper Door roasts some of the best coffees in Denver. Their Naughty and Nice spiced holiday coffee was delicious. Subtly spiced with rich flavors. All of their coffees are smooth and a pleasure to drink. Get some!
The best coffee and best prices I've found per ounce! Only a 4* because I'm always a little put off when I drop $40-$60, every 3-4wks, in beans and never get offered a free 8 or 12oz cup of drip coffee for my business! This is something I've noticed at a lot of the coffee shops in the Denver area. Maybe I'm spoiled from all the coffee shops I've been to during our time on the East Coast and Chicago area...they all offered a cup of coffee for your business! Some even gave 4-8oz bean samples to try! When I find that coffee shop in Denver that does this, I'll most likely be your customer!
When we went, there was one barista, and she was slammed. She still had the best demeanor and was incredibly nice the entire time. No one seemed to mind either. Plus the coffee was fantastic. Decor on the inside felt welcoming. Just loved this place and can't wait to go back
Best americano I've ever had. Gracious and kind service. Would add an exclamation mark after 5 stars if I could. (!)
Hands down, they have the Best espresso I've ever had. You absolutely must try this place.
Great latte and flat white. Nice and quick service as well.
Amazing service, and great coffee
Good Tai Chi, great service, the atmosphere but a little pricey
Great espresso drinks, and a calm quiet atmosphere
Horchata latte. You're welcome.
Very friendly and priced appropriately.
Smooth & great tasting small batch coffee. Nice atmosphere to relax or work, wi-fi available, park w/ playground across the street if want outside time.
Good shop with good coffee. Quite small and kinda hard to locate and find front door. I got drip coffee and a breakfast sandwich for about $7.
Good coffee, good folks. I would prefer a secure WiFi connection.
Nice spot. It's right next to a quiet little park where you can enjoy your coffee.
Great coffee and atmosphere! And amazing designs on the top of my lattes :)
Way better than Starbucks or other coffee. Friendly service, great local vibe
Superb iced breve latte; super creamy, nutty, caramel-ish, and freshly roasted! In an offbeat Mayfair neighborhood shopping center. Quiet and relaxing place to unwind and/or to get some work done. Friendly staff. Cute hidden gem.
Excellent coffee & atmosphere
Nice little cozy spot in Hilltop/Montclair to get some work done. Great drinks and snacks.
Copper Door is a great local coffee shop! They have an incredibly friendly staff & their coffee is fantastic.
My favorite coffee in Denver, and I've been searching for years. We buy our beans here every month now.
Perfectly roasted coffee. New trendy location for copper door.
Lovely neighborhood coffee shop that roasts in house. Small and cozy. I had a cortado abs poppyseed cake. The cortado was perfect, the fruitiness of the coffee really allowed though and was a great complement to the cake. My only issue is I prefer more poppyseeds in my cake. A tiny place for improvement.
Good atmosphere, great coffee and service. Awesome local business to support--plus they use wind power to produce their coffee! Not too many places can say that!
Cute, quaint little place. Great coffee. Has pastries and few burritos, but that's about it for food. I'll go back, but next time when I'm less hungry :)
Unbelievably great coffee -- worthy of Boulder or, here in Denver, Kaladi Brothers. Pastry was good too; nice, small place with a mellow atmosphere. Easy parking.
I've never been talked to so rudely. First time and last time I visit. Condescending, arrogant, and ignorant. Coffee was mediocre and service below sub-par. Disappointed I missed breakfast as the menu sounded worth trying
Great little place with coffee, tea and other beverages plus breakfast burritos and pastries.
Awwsome prices and coffee
An awesome Denver roaster with a good but small selection of pastries.
I had a hand pour of their Kenya. It was incredible. Cortado is tasty too. The barista was really friendly and knowledgeable about good coffee in Denver.
A little gem! Great coffee. You will always get an excellent cup of java! Great atmosphere. Warm and friendly. And amazing pastries to go with your cup of Joe. If you haven't been there, GO!
That cold brew is on point
Such a splendid place to get coffee. House made syrups, which make the lattes irresistible. Try the horchata latte! It is my favorite. The baristas are also friendly and seem to really enjoy what they are doing.
This place is great! Zack And Ben are awesome baristas! I come here almost every morning before work! Reasonable prices as well!
Great coffee. Personal baristas. Nice snacks. Fast WiFi. Great music in the background that's not all that loud. I shall return!
baristas are amazing, best coffee in denver!
Be sure to get a recommendation on the two drip coffees of the day. You may not want cream & sugar... My fiancé loves the wet cappuccino.
Love that it's removed from the crazy. Sweet cafe. Great service
Great coffee and friendly baristas. Makes me sad I moved away!
Cute place ,great coffee
Nice little hole in the wall place but coffee sizes where kinda small and flavors where very limited.
The place is a bit small but the cappuccino was great.
Local spot for yummy coffee
Finest fresh roasted bean. Shady Lady is great bean. Wonderful staff who won't hesitate to pause and answer any questions you may have.
Now this is a coffee shop that makes you feel at home away from home! Thank you Ben! You're awesome!
Top notch coffee, both prepared and whole beans. Food truck partner comes on Sundays for a tasty breakfast.
Delicious coffee, cool space, friendly and welcoming employees.
My favorite coffee shop in Denver!
Super cool place. If you're looking for a small spot to grab some coffee and hang out, this is the place. The staff is friendly and the decor is pretty cool. The coffee is really smooth and not bitter.
I've been to Copper Door Coffee roughly a dozen plus times. I've never had a bad experience there. Baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I enjoy the different latte art, aeropress, cold brew, and my favorite offering the cortado! I just wish I knew when they were roasting, because I want to be there for that aroma!
This place is on a roller coaster with an emphasis on going down. The baked goods are dry and stale at best. The consistency of the products and quality of service fluctuates daily. Inconsistency is enough to kill any food related business. If a customer can't rely on what they are buying, they will shop elsewhere
Beautiful shop; great coffee, knowledgeable and very friendly staff.
Great coffe. Great atmosphere.
This was my third visit to Copper Door and I have to say each time has been a mediocre experience. I typically receive an "I don't care" and "What do you want" attitude from the baristas. I try to support small, locally owned businesses but not with that kind of customer service. I expect better customer service when I'm paying $6 for a beverage. I was the only customer in there when I came in today and the barista could not even take the time to stir or blend the iced latte I ordered. He just sat it on the counter, syrup on the bottom, milk not blended with the espresso. Perhaps he was too eager to sit back down and get back on his cell phone as he did in front me while I was stirring my drink. The best coffee shops are those that handcraft their beverages and serve them with a smile. Those are the ones I frequent.
Great customer service!
The staff is very friendly, the coffee is great, and the locally sourced food was good. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy the coffee. I really like this place!
Nice, simple neighborhood coffee shop. Nothing pretentious about it. Employees are always nice, couple tables to sit outside and enjoy your day. Only reason for 4 stars is because I think prices are a tad high-but I’m happy to pay to enjoy and support a local place that’s not a generic chain.
Once you've had coffee from a real roaster you will never visit Starbucks again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We found it accidentally. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth a slight detour. Their Fair Trade Organic beans are roasted to perfection on site using 100% Wind-sheer technology. They aren't burnt to an acrid aftertaste like some beans think Charbucks or Caribou. This is the real deal. They have modest offerings on their small menu, but they have something for everyone. The coffee is smooth and delicious and delivers a nice mellow boost of energy. If I was wealthy, I'd be there every day! Their prices for the quality of the coffee are very reasonable I'd you ask me. They're definitely better prices than the other two mentioned coffee shops. Try this place, you'll be hooked!!
Good legit coffee. No milk shakes here! Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
I really like copper door. The staff are all amazing, the coffee is even better. This spot is on my way to work and I am tempted to go nearly every day.
Really good coffee and vibe
Great staff, great spot, and most importantly, great coffee.
Nice neighborhood coffee shop. Employees are wonderful.
Super friendly local shop with really good coffee and gluten free options.
Cute little cafe tucked into an unassuming strip plaza. Coffee was phenomenal, as were the pastries and quiche. Plenty of seating and outlets for electronics.
Nah
Coffee was delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable and nice. I would recommend to anyone.
Quick breakfast and pourover to-go. Both Waze and Google Maps bright me to the wrong places and the barista was more than happy to help me navigate my way over the phone early in the morning. Sweet place; can't wait to return!
Went here specifically to purchase an AeroPress and I ended up buying a bag of the RiverRock Blend to go with it. Nice hidden local shop/roastery.
Great coffee! 99 cent refill!
Delicious coffee with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great coffee, and a great selection of tasty local treats. Definitely recommend if you're in the area, and especially if you live here!
Service first!
The good: coffee, wifi, power outlets, baristas, seating. The bad: nothing. It's a great local coffee shop!
This place is awesome. Top 5 best coffee places in Denver.
They’ve got a really great vegan muffin!
ALWAYS satisfies my craving for excellent coffee. Go here.
They have the best Horchata coffee..m try it! Ab child spot.
Great, tasty, traditional espresso. Friendly staff and a nifty environment. There's more than just a copper door here! :)
Delicious coffee! Nuff said.
I'm going to be honest: their brewed coffee is not my favorite. That said, there are lots of other things that they offer, and none of my visits here has ever left me feeling truly disappointed. Their staff is warm and engaging, and I especially like their focus on environmental sustainability.
quiet adorable coffee shop with nice espresso and delicious iced lattes. nice staff :)
Great local coffee company. Been in a couple of times but use their beans at home and they are excellent.
Delicious coffee and yummy cookies
Great espresso and we always take some freshly roasted beans home.
Not only are the drinks pricy, they don’t taste special at all! We ordered two flavored lattes (horchata and peppermint) and they didn’t taste like those flavors at all! Overall nothing special about this coffee shop
I like the people working there and their drinks are delicious
Good coffee. Would love a better breakfast option. Cute space.
I love the Dulce de Leche latte. Great place to gather with friends.
Always delicious, amazingly well made and authentic, not even a minutes walk from where I live, great staff, tasty bakery items and a heck of a reason to drive here when I move away. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in all of Denver. If you like espresso done right, and pour overs from heaven, this is your place.
Love this place. The staff are nice and knowledgeable about the coffee beans they sell. And, it's excellent coffee that they roast themselves. Also, they sell Danish and such to compliment the great coffee.
Peaceful & tranquil environment. The coffee is good too and free WiFi!
Warm space with ample room to either visit with friends or find a cozy spot to retreat into your own experience. Products are locally farmed with 1 exception, the chocolate is from the bay area, but that's it. Friendly and informative staff. Could use a wider variety of food, but it was all good.
Copper Door is a locally owned shop in Mayfair. They offer good coffee drinks, tea, some food and sweet options. Some of the coffees are a bit acidic for my liking but they offer a by the cup option as well as espresso. The employees are very friendly and they have outlets and WiFi for customer use. There is ample parking in the lot shared by the other businesses. Good for meetings. They have a truck occasionally outside on the weekends.
I am not as big a fan of this location, simply because of the small size. Seating is incredibly limited and there are only two outdoor tables. The wifi works well, like their other location, but it's almost impossible to find a seat to sit down and do any work whenever you go in. I really like that it's close to the beer garden and some fun restaurants - it is also a really nice location for pets, since there is plenty of grass outside. The parking can also sometimes be tough (even though the lot is HUGE) because of the number of other restaurants around. They serve the same burritos as their other location and the coffee is just as good. Most of the baristas (particularly the women) are friendly, or just need some time to warm up. Overall, a great place for a cup of coffee, but maybe don't plan to work here unless it's an off time of day.
Cute place! I actually came for my favorite food truck (Wong way veg, yum) and stayed for the coffee.
My neighborhood Coffee shop! Nice, green and friendly
love the spicy chai latte and the wonderful atmosphere! counter is built of vintage doors!
Nice little coffee house in the middle of Lowry. Basic but very pleasant.
