Was told by a VERY RUDE counter girl to get my coffee at Starbucks because they were too busy to make it. Also I know It's a college area but pretty much every table was taken by someone on a laptop who had nothing else in front of them. I suggest making a drive thru if we're not allowed to sit and eat.

Parking lot is tight during rush hour. Plenty of seating. Discount on a bakers dozen on Wednesdays. Also offers what is essentially an annual unlimited coffee subscription.

Every time I come to this Brueggers I have issues with my order. Today, I ordered a build-your-own breakfast sandwich. The employee said okay and asked what kind of meat I wanted, to which I said no meat just veggies - assuming she would ask me which ones and what else after the bagel was toasted (i ordered a build your own for a reason). I then had to ask over the counter for the specific flavor bagel I wanted when she just began reaching for a plain one. She grabbed it and then pretty suddenly after, my order was in my hand. She didn't bother to ask me what flavor cream cheese or type of regular cheese, veggies, or anything. When I asked what she put on it and told her that was not what I wanted, she offered to just scrape off the things she already half-way melted onto the sandwich and put on what I wanted. Not to mention, the bagel was hardly toasted and barely even warm. I told my boyfriend when we were finding a place for breakfast that I didn't want to go to Brueggers for this exact reason, and here we are again. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because all of the other employees we encountered were friendly. We will not be back.

This place is terrible. No greeting. The kids working behind the line were immature, arrogant, and confused. They did not know how to build the sandwiches i ordered. The worst part, they were eating behind the line... I work in food and beverage. Healthcode violation. I asked for a refund and was pronply given one. The lady who seemed to be the manger said our food was finally ready and another kid told her, no. They dont want it! I will never return.

You gotta love Bruegger's Bagels. Their breakfast sandwiches are great, and this location, as it is particularly new, is very well-kept. The counter staff have a great attitude and management has always made sure I was taken care of. My only complaint is the coffee. My goodness. I've never had a cup of coffee from Bruegger's that I enjoyed. I don't know if it's the beans, the roast, or what, but it's always been overly sour. That said, I'd come back to this location anytime-- so long as I can get my coffee from somewhere else.

Well I just tried to do an order over the phone for pick up, Anna was very difficult to work with on the phone. I asked to talk with the manager, she could be heard explaining my questions to “Conner”, but he refused to come to the phone. Don’t look for customer service at the store. Very frustrating communication, rude and an overall bad experience!!!

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese to go, unwrapped it in the car.. Burnt black. Gee thanks, went back in... They adkef if I would rather have it lightly toasted, Huh? I dont need lightly toadtef, I just dont want it burned black. Redone, back to the car, gee, now its only burned to dark brown. Lol. Also, radio set on poor reception and so loud they couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them, also one employee with long hair is standing there repeatedly running her fingers through her hair and flipping it around while she is makinng the food.. Cute. Nothing I would ever expect from this chain. Any other location has always performed well... No issues.

I saw so many people coming in with their Starbucks coffee from next door. Now I know why, their coffee is awful. Their breakfast sandwiches are just ok, the bagel was a little tough. Won't be coming back.

I love Bruegger's! I grew up in Chicago with "real" bagels (NY style) and these are true bagels. Bagel dough is first cooked in hot water which gives them a classic, smooth and chewy outer crust. So many bagels in Denver are just bread - Einsteins, for example. If it doesn't shine - it's not a real bagel, in my book. I can hardly resist stopping in whenever I drive by one - Plus I want to help keep them in business!! Bruegger's also has wonderful flavored cream cheeses. And remember people, cream cheese isn't butter, so spread it on thick! IMHO!!! <3

Bad experience all around. Too small of parking lot. No signage for a customer who has never been to this place before. The Hispanic lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Not somewhere I'd like to go again.

Literally only ordered one Toasted Bagel with side of cheese. they had to remake it 3 times!!! then i get over charged for the bagel after standing there for 15 minutes. I recommend going to Starbucks or Einsteins. Here it always seems to be an issue with the order process. Horrible service. called to say was over charged and they tried to correct me, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I would've checked the reviews of this place before I walked in. The employees were very nice but completely obnoxious. They could barely keep their hands off one another to make my sandwich. The guy with the shaggy blonde/brown hair and gray beanie kept taking his hat off and running his hands through his hair .. around all that food! I felt bad for anyone that walked in after me because I never saw him wash his hands once. An elderly couple complained of the blaring EDM music and the atmosphere just wasn't welcoming. Their manager (she seemed like a manager? Was doing something in the back the whole time but would come out to dance or shoot the breeze, Rachel maybe?) didn't seem like a manager. I stepped over to the Starbucks, reluctantly, but I couldn't take it anymore. There is not a soul in your store right now. I get it's a college town with college kids, but I'd vote trying to fix this. Your reviews are terrible and there doesn't seem like there's been any attempts at making things better.

Was no one's fault they happened to be out of all the things I ordered at the time but the Bathroom floor was so sticky my shoes were being tugged of my feet and drains in floor were clogged requires higher standard for maintenance.

Had to ask me 3 times what I ordered then told me they didn't have what I ordered. Also dropped all the eggs and made everyone wait long for food. Staff is neutral. Grilled cheese is a rip off and was all bread and bearly any cheese my kids were not happy with there sandwichs. As for mine not worth it. Like this place just not this location so go else where

The level of mediocrity lowers by the visit, I work across the street and my food was cold before I had the chance to get back. Crispy Chicken & Tater no tater w wet chicken, thoroughly impressed. “If he was about it he would walk across the street and get a refund.” Keep my money.

I constantly have rude service from the short Mexican woman. Most of the staff is friendly but she only communicates in grunts. Also the tall older man was incredibly rude today making me feel unwanted in the restaurant. The staff has almost turned me away permanently on multiple occasions.

Sadly they don't pay the employees. Checks bounces three weeks ago and no one has been paid since. Without outstanding charges from all employees bank accounts. Watch out for this company if you are looking for work. They do not care. And will require you work for no pay.
