Wonderful location for weekend brunch. Came here around 11 AM on Saturday morning, crowded but still acceptable. My favorite was the Moroccan Tea Latte! Also, you should try the Earl Grey Tiramisu, pretty amazing combination.

Cute Disney-esq is all about the dine in experience. Their food is amazing, and their in house large is gigantic! Asise from how packed it is its perf. Make sure to grab a table once you can as they go fast. Unfortunately the parking us also just as bad, but again still worth!!

The place is nice, clean and the staff are so friendly. The weather was perfect to stay outside, so I loved there patio. Their pastries look perfect and the cakes look delicious. I have ordered Italian omelette. I have to wait for almost 15 minutes till my food come out. The eggs wasn’t warm and it was kinda not good at all. The salad is only lettuce!!! Will I visit this place in the future ? Of course yes because I want to try the cake !!!

Long slow ordering lines. There were 4 people in front of me but it took 20 min to get to the register. This was because the girl at the register was doing way too much - heating up pastries, preparing coffee drinks etc. Meanwhile a ton of other staff were just milling about. Coffee came out after I finished my food. My egg was undercooked with runny whites even though I asked for it medium. Avocado toast was nothing special. Coffee and toast cost $20. Dog friendly patio and lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

No complaint about the food. But this morning I came here to order food to go at 7:05am. I checked with the lady at 7:30 she said my food is almost done. At 7:50 I asked other guy he went to the kitchen ask the other person. And the other guy went outside and somehow they put my food outside and didn’t call my name! And was telling me that I’m sorry , they leave the food outside and forgot to call my name!!! This is ridiculous!!! I only order a chocolate croissant and one Avocado French toast. And when I leave the bag is missing the croissant. And I have to rush to the airport after that .

Urth Downtown LA is a wonderful addition to the line of cafes. I really like the attention to detail and appearance of the place within the surroundings and location. It feels like it 'fits' and that it's always been there. The menu is great with a lot of great choices and fresh food to keep you fueled up and going strong.

I love the food but they cannot provide any nutrition information for their cakes, I was asking in every brunch in LA, every manager and call at phone number provided by manager but even by phone the company who is as they say, supplying Urth Caffé with cakes said that they cannot provide me with information. I’m regular costumer of Urth Caffé, basically I’m there every other day with my friends and people from work, but we will stop going there because we couldn’t simply get the nutrition information.

Tired and hungry after going around the Arts District and enjoying the murals? Or even if you just want to take a break before continuing your Arts District tour - this place is a must. The food selection is superb: appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts and the drinks that’s just made right! Portions are generous, you’ll end up with a to-go box conveniently stacked in the patio. There could be a line but it moves fast and the servers are very friendly so it’s worth the wait. Hint: anytime you see a lot of peace officers in a restaurant, yup, you’ve guessed it right - great food!!!

You'll then look for seating which is always a bit of a cluster but somehow always there is some sort of seating available. Heat lamps are available outside. Pricing is always not too shabby either with two drinks being around $10+.Drink-wise, I always go for either the Chai, Japanese Tea, or Spanish Lattes. All worth trying and their cups are huge (even their small). They do have other milk options like almond which I go for. Think this is still one of their strongest suits and here is no different. Food-wise, I admit, I've never tried the savory food options here and they have quite a few from salads to pizzas. Instead, I've always been a dessert fan here. A tad too sweet for my tooth but the fruit tart is solid and full of fruit. Also tried the cheesecake which is pretty rich. Parking-wise, I advise parking in the lot across the street for $5 (at least on weekends). Parking is tough in the area and you can try to roll your bets with street parking but the lot is a much better option.

Urth Caffe really is a delicious restaurant!! It is so good! I had the Margarita Pizza and it was superb!!! I also tried their Berries and Cream cake OMG did not disappoint! So good and worth the price of $6.95, it was such a huge slice!! Definitely see why a lot of celebs eat here and to mention the food is healthy, but it doesn’t taste like it at all!! It is definitely a must try!!!

You want water? Sure they have it. Extra small cups exactly like what you would get at a fast food restaurant. Sure you can get more, but you will feel like a poor kid. 40 dollars was not enough for the meal.

Its listed as a coffee shop but it much much more! I love to come here for its teas that are always fresh and not in a packet. The dark tea's with a little almond milk are to die for. The spanish coffee is amazing, you can have it how you like it, either strong or mild. They have a wide selection of pastrys that will satisfy your craving, whatever it might be. Its amazing at night when the heaters are on, its nice and peaceful.

I kid you not when I say this place became my home for two weeks. My husband and I literally came by every day and had breakfast or lunch here. Sunrise Pizza: Great for people who can't decide between a lunch/breakfast. Probably one of my favorite things here. It's crazy good. Don't forget to dip it in the chili oil. Caprese Panini: Delicious. Not mind-blowing but definitely a safe order. Berry Danish: Wow! Order one for the first time tasted it and quickly went back to the line. Original Bread Pudding: Love love love. I was praying to God the people in front of me didn't buy the last one. Nearly went into a fit of rage when they did. It was that serious and worth it! Great spot for families. They have enough space for a large party. They even have a private room.

Urth Caffe is absolutely a fantastic place. They serve the most delicious food in the town and offer you an amazing service. The staff is very well trained and are ready at your dispense whenever needed. They put in all their efforts to help you have a memorable experience. I usually go there with my wife and every time we visit this place , we have a very good time. I'm really obsessed with the food they serve . If i had an option , I would have given them an additional star.

Within the center of the Arts District, you would never believe that a lovely brunch location exist here but it does! Urth Caffe offers amazing selections of eggs from scramble to omelettes. They even have sandwiches, cakes, and etc. They might be a brunch location but I got the vibe that they could easily be a tea room with the amount of delicious dessert they offer. Plus, they have a variety of coffee options with decorative images! During my visit, I ordered the mushroom omelette and it came with 2 bread pieces, and some salad. Felt healthy eating that. If you want to feel more rejuvenated with freshness, just add that avocado and BAMMM!! You are good to go! Great brunch location especially if you want to check out the art later. Keep in mind that this Cafe is a sit-in cafe meaning they don't seat you. To me, it's like a McDonald where you order the food in the front and then you find your seat. But this place is bougee and will give you a place number so they can bring the food to you. All you have to do is find seating which can be either in-doors or out-doors depending on your preference. It might get busy so seats might be hard to come by. Since this is located in the Arts District, there is a couple of small boutiques you can definitely check out. The closes boutique is the Arts District Co-op which has the famous LA Angel Wings! Not only that, you can walk around and you find yourself near the Lost Spirits Distillery and the Angel Brewery. In any case, this is a great location with the exception of parking. You have 2 options-- paid or free parking depending whichever works for you. Free parking will be street parking, and it can be difficult to come by. You might have to park further from the location. However, paid parking is $5 and is across the street from the Urth Caffe. I came on a Sunday morning so it wasn't too difficult to park, but it might be different for other days.

Second location I've been to, just as good as the first, they serve all kinds of interesting combos of breakfast food and it's all delicious, good tea too. The worst part is waiting and ordering, just like the other location. They are aware of this though and it's getting better, they have mobile cashiers to take your order while you're farther back in line to help alleviate the crunch right at the front of the line.

Love the place, but this visit was less than stellar. Took forever to get a waffle, while our coffee drinks sat on the counter getting cold. Nothing worse than old, cold frothy milk on your Spanish latte. And I know better than to send stuff back to the kitchen, or in this case the coffee counter, so we just ate the waffle and left. Hefty bill for nothing...

This location has become mediocre. The quality of the food is still excellent but the service has declined. This is the third time since their 2nd opening (the december fire that closed them down) that service has been incredibly slow. Tonight I waited for 35 min before inquiring about the 3 cups of coffee I ordered 45 min ago. Strange because no food was ordered. Oddly enough the customer receipts don't have time stamps, but I happened to get a statement notification of my purchase once it was approved on my phone that affirmed I'd waited quite some time now. This is all disappointing considering it wasnt incredibly busy after I ordered. It isn't a place I'd recommend at this rate. Maybe I'll return later once the summer has ended and see if they've improved.

Came here for the first time since I was craving a late night snack. I was going to get a slice of coconut cake but then I saw the pie.. which I've been craving for a while. So I asked if they had ice cream as well to go with the pie and they did! So I ended up getting the pecan pie warmed up with ice cream. I had forgotten that what I had been looking for was peach cobbler so I was hesitant on the pecan pie. It turned out to be very good! I had my parents try it as well and they loved it. We finished the little pie so quickly. (Serving size is for one person) but you can share if you get small bites. Anyways, I definitely will go back for more!

Excellent breakfast this morning in Urth Caffe. We decided after waking up to check Urth Caffe and have breakfast there before going deeply into the District of Art. I had one of best breakfast ever in L.A. There is always someone to welcome you and introducing you the menu. Menu is clear and prices are very correct. Staff is friendly and food is "délicieux". I really recommend you all to have breakfast there before exploring district of Art. It gives you a good start. Would definitely go back there. R.

First time going to the actual restaurant since I tend to use Uber eats but unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. Took over 45 min to get our food and they were missing one item An omelette. After approaching staff they claimed to have already given us our entire order but wasn't true, management had to step in and gave us a refund. I'm so disappointed we came to have a nice breakfast and ended up leaving more hungry than we first arrived.

Place was extremely crowded. For the frequent customers I noticed the trick is to order "to go" and then eat inside. You bypass the whole line. Place is very nice inside and also has outside seating. A bit pricey but the food tasted pretty good. My wife and I got their pizzas. A bit small but food experience overall. Gotta come early or not on a weekend if you don't want to wait.

I've driven by so many of these places, but never been in one. Melrose, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica. It always looks too crowded with no parking nearby. This time I had just come from WisdomeLA and it was walking distance, so no parking necessary! This is a cute little cafe inside a gorgeous building. I was surprised at home I actually enjoyed my time there. The line inside was interesting, but it went by fast and the guy took our orders efficiently. He was very nice to explain the desserts to us. My friend ordered a pizza and I had a turkey panini and we shared a nutella pastry of some sort. The pastry was pretty thick but very tasty! Nutella wasn't too much and it was just enough sugar on the outside. We sat outside on a beautiful LA day. The food came and it was pretty good. I also ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was quite tasty and made from real fruit! It's odd they charge you $2 more for a smoothie with just 1 fruit, but I wasn't in that camp. My turkey panini came with some nice dijonaise and it wasn't at all dry as turkey sandwiches usually are. I ate the entire thing even though I wasn't starving. The side salad of spinach, radicchio and some onion was not flavorful at all. It was dressed with something that had no taste. I took 2 bites and was't really thrilled until I found a candied pecan. Must've fallen out of a different salad onto mine, but it was the best part. My friend loved her pizzed and i sounded very crunchy which was a good sign. I wouldn't come back here unless I was in the area again however. Nothing special for me, but it was a good way to waste some time without starving.

Went on a Wednesday at around 1:15pm to order to go. They were busy AF and disorganized. There was several hostess trying to keep the to go line and dine in line separate but there was soo many people coming in and out that they couldn’t keep up. People standing everywhere while they wait patiently for their food. I saw food in the kitchen just sitting there not goin out to tables because it was just too disorganized. Waited for over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches on my 1 hour lunch break.

This is the place of all places, a diverse menu with high quality items for every palate. I've been to two of it's locations in LA and have been super satisfied each visit. Coffees, teas and great desserts, plus s menu sure to satisfy whatever you crave. During my last visit in DTLA I enjoyed great coffee and a blue berry muffin that absolutely blew me away. There attention to detail in ingredients was impressive. The place was vibrant and a diverse spectrum of patrons from all over the world. This is simply a great restaurant that I totally recommend to anyone.

Chill place to stop for a casual bite. Nice variety of pastries and beverages. There are usually queues but they have staff to take your order as you are in the queue to expedite the process which is really nice. Can be a wait to receive your meal but I think it's because certain items are made to order from scratch so they are fresh.

A clean 5 star rating. Everything about Urth caffes are 5 stars. It's hard to think of anything that is not 5 star about this place. Great ambience, incredible food, nice and friendly staff. Food is just magnificent. Pretty much everything on the menu. Urth quesadilla and Tostada are my favorite dishes along with the smoked salmon plate. For desserts you can't really go wrong but there's an item which stands out: The carrot cake. It is the best carrot cake I have ever tried in my life. Worth every calorie in it! Their blended boba teas are also worth trying.

I have been to this spot many times before, and it is always delicious! The line is usually pretty long, but the seating is usually fine. I like eating outdoors here. The time I came a few weeks ago, the place was closed due to a fire.

Cozy Caffe with heat lamps by the tables outside. The hazelnut chocolate cake rocked my world. It was just what I needed to satisfy my chocolate craving and who can say no to a Nutella filling.

Busy atmosphere for most hours. Tea lattes are delicious. You may have to wait a while for your order though.

Horrible people 3 times they called me from different places then played it off as if they were busy wasted my time. I am qualified but too old - Age discrimination if you support this remember we all get old. They weren't concerned or Honest they have high turnover however their name reflects unity yet they are all about what you look like . Copied the discrimination from sta@r$#@ as well. Will never go there ever elitist.

I had this turkey panini and it was honestly so juicy and flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised because when it comes to turkey many people cook it dry. This turkey was so good and the foccacia bread, just amazing.

Visited twice while staying in W Hollywood, a great place for a brunch or lunch! And they serve proper coffee!! Not your usual weak brew... Not a cheap place but fresh ingredients, lovely food (big portions) & great people watching! Definitely worth a visit!

My favorite restaurant in the Arts District. Their matcha green tea frappe blended with almond milk is my go-to. My bf's favorite drink is the mild Spanish Granita. Food-wise we love their kid's mac and cheese. I also love their tuna sandwich and egg sandwich which comes with avocado. I love this place and it's my favorite location compared to the others.

Urth is a great place to visit for both newcomers and old veterans - a cafe that really is part of the DTLA fabric. Come in and you'll find a little bit of a confusing line situation depending if you're eating in or eating out. Usually there's a friendly server who will help direct you in the right way but don't be too taken off guard. As you go to order, you'll be greeted by a large menu and pastry line. The line sometimes is a bit long but goes by pretty quickly. You'll then look for seating which is always a bit of a cluster but somehow always there is some sort of seating available. Heat lamps are available outside. Pricing is always not too shabby either with two drinks being around $10+. Drink-wise, I always go for either the Chai, Japanese Tea, or Spanish Lattes. All worth trying and their cups are huge (even their small). They do have other milk options like almond which I go for. Think this is still one of their strongest suits and here is no different. Food-wise, I admit, I've never tried the savory food options here and they have quite a few from salads to pizzas. Instead, I've always been a dessert fan here. A tad too sweet for my tooth but the fruit tart is solid and full of fruit. Also tried the cheesecake which is pretty rich. Parking-wise, I advise parking in the lot across the street for $5 (at least on weekends). Parking is tough in the area and you can try to roll your bets with street parking but the lot is a much better option.

It's such a beautiful place to eat at. Great place for vegan and vegetarian people. The coffee is great!!! The milk tea and coffee selection is to die for. Their lasagna is so good. So are the pizzas. Great place to go on a date or to just hang out. Ugh, such a beautiful beautiful place. However, it IS HARD TO FIND PARKING

There is usually a long line and parking is diff6to find. The drinks are good. Very organic and from different countries. The pastries are good. It's not delicious, it is very ordinary. You find better drinks elsewhere.

My go to when dtla in the arts district!! Either get there super early or go on off peak times cause this place gets slammed!! Everything is fresh and you can’t really go wrong with whatever you order!! The baked goods are crazy good and there are a lot of vegetarian choices!!

Nice place, regular prices, good service. The food was so delicious, I ordered a sandwich with a kind of cheese that his name I cant remember it now; my friend ordered eggs; and for share we ate the cheese cake with blueberries in the top, the one that is showed in the picture. As I said before, everything was perfect, the only advice that I have is they must put more attention in times and dont forget the drinks, I ate all this without any drink because they forgot it.

Honestly, was kinda disappointed the last time we came here. Second time we have been here that the latte came after we were finished with our meal...waiting for it. I'm starting to believe this place is just a hipster hype haven! The caprese I ordered - man that bread was way too thick and hard - cut the roof of your mouth type. Not enough cheese and just overpriced for $13. The sauce on the upside was good. BF got asked twice how he wanted his poached eggs cooked for his breakfast hash. He said over medium both times and they were nearly raw. No spoon to eat up the soup I was the eggs had created for the hash. Made a little melting pool of egg and hash juice. He had to scoop it up with my salad lettuce. I mean I'll still come here on a whim but i feel like it's priced so high for what you get - seems to be priced for all the hype this place has gotten. Well, at least the latte tasted delicious as always and the ingredients were fresh and the guy who brought us our food was nice.

Food and ambience were great. Had to go back twice asking for our drink order. After 45 minutes everyone else had long since finished their beverages and we had to ask for a refund. It was extremely disappointing, but these things happen. I would definitely go back and try again.
