Hours 6A to 7P. Not convenient if your travels lands you in the Renaissance SeaWorld Resort outside of those hours. The line often wraps outside of the shop into the hotel lobby. When a convention is booked expect longer lines. It took me nearly an hour to get my drink between standing in line and getting the drink put in my hand. However, there really isn't another nearby option.

Honestly, this is a flagship Starbucks for the area. Tons of business professionals located in the heart of a business district (Woodfield). The store is constantly clean, and they wield the longest hours of a Starbucks in the region (4:30AM - Midnight 7 days a week); only Chicago's Piper Alley Mall location is open longer. But, like any successful store, it does get busy a lot. You can reasonably expect a shortage of seats in the rush hour morning and evening hours, where your favorite spot becomes prime real estate for an enterprising camper such as myself to sit in for hours on end. Regulars are vigilant to relocate when a vacancy presents itself, so be on your toes if you intend to do the same. The food and service here are great. You can expect a more informal tone from the staff if you hold up the line, but they'll certainly warm up to you with time. Definitely a great location, and I would recommend. Just be aware there is no drive through.

I expected this location to have growing pains being so new, but at this point it’s ridiculous. The drinks take 30 minutes to make on a slow day, and they NEVER taste right anymore. I don’t know how but no one on this staff can make a drink the right way consistently. The new space is cold and lacking in space to sit. The staff are unfriendly, slow, and poorly trained. Recommend you venture elsewhere unless you want to wait forever for a drink that will taste like cardboard anyway. Drive to Beechmont instead.

Went in on Saturday morning. It was busy of course but never expected to wait 38 minutes for a coffee. Also, the counters were filthy with spilled and dried milk/coffee everywhere. Several drinks sitting for people that probably got tired of waiting and left. Finally asked if my order was soon and found that they "forgot" to make the counter orders because they were busy with the drive thru and mobile orders. Several unhappy customers. Need better management to organize and properly staff this new location.

I was disappointed today to find at 11:00 am they had run out of dark roast and only had medium. I normally drink blonde but I knew that they usually run out between 9-10. For a coffee shop, why would you run out of the basics? Frustrating for a well known coffee cafe.

This was my first visit to the new Eastgate store and everything is newly built from the ground up. Not as much seating capacity as the old store but very nice. Staff were helpful as usual and the drinks tasted great. Will be back.

A very interesting Starbucks in that the interior design doesn’t look like other Starbucks. It looks a lot more personal with ropes hanging from the ceiling and a cool fireplace at the far end. There is decent seating on the inside and there looks to be outdoor seating when the weather is nice. There is meter parking on the street where they are located.

Went back twice to get the last one. At the end instead of the white mocha we ordered it was all coffee with creamer! Tasted so bad. We trashed it and left. It wasn't worth going back in line again.

This location has been slow every time I have been there. My coffee has regularly tasted watered down or mixed poorly. The staff is eager to ignore customers if someone they know is in the store. The barista who took my order on 3/29 completely changed my outlook that day from negative to positive. He said, "You looked distraught when you came in the door. Tell you what, this one's on me. Just make sure to pay it forward and be nice to someone you wouldn't normally be." (!!!) I love Starbucks coffee and have always gotten tasty drinks and great service at this location, but this person's perceptiveness and kindness just took my appreciation to a whole other level. I've had fine experiences here. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 because it's pretty small. I guess that's pretty normal with Starbucks locations, but it seems to have a couple fewer tables than others I've been to on the mainland. That might be due to smaller store sizes due to higher land prices though.

Hands down one of the most frustrating Starbucks on the planet. You can start your adventure looking for a place to park within 300 yards of the store. Next, for whatever reason you will need to wait for someone to take your order. But don't worry while you wait they will provide you with the entertainment of watching at least 8 employees for this small store. All of whom I assume park in the parking lot. At least the coffee is good. Hope you don't want half and half.

Whether you are working, studying, or reading a book, this is the place for you! The baristas here are always friendly and hard-working while the café is very relaxed and calm with a great atmosphere for meeting with friends or just to chill out at the end of the day. While the more complex drinks are more expensive than I'd like, that's just Starbucks itself and not an issue with this specific location but rather all Starbucks in general.

Have you ever worked in a place where people try and talk to you like you're not a person? Have you ever remade drinks because a customer doesn't order correctly or they think that because they use mobile order and pay that it bumps their items to the front? If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks inside the food pyramid. Its better managed and seems to have people that can comprehend words unlike this location. The only good thing is drive thru. Warning: This location does not accept rewards. So. Some of the staff seem friendly, while some give off gruff vibe. The interior and exterior are pretty clean. The wifi is not readily accessible. There are approximately three different wifis with Starbucks in its name. One is definitely the Starbucks wifi bit requires a password. The multiple wifis may be due to the size of the store and volume of people. The bathrooms are pretty clean. There is limited street parking.

This location has its own characteristics. The only Starbucks where I have seen alcoholic beverages served. The only Starbucks where I do not expect to find a table when I walk in as it is always crowded whenever I went there and I have heard so many different languages and seen so many people from all nationalities than any other Starbucks around the Chicagoland. The location is also exceptional and they do have tables outside in the summer. The service is fast and the drinks were good too.

Today I went there and purchased a mocha frappuccino with almondmilk and no whip cream, the lady who was at the register had noticed it first before even handing it to me and told the girl who made it that there was no whip and showed her the label, so she went to "remake" it but just scooped off the whip instead and put a new lid on it but there was still visible whipped cream in the drink which is fine I just scooped it out once I got home but if I was allergic to dairy and didn't notice the whip at first before drinking it something could have happened. So if you are allergic to dairy I would make sure to watch extra closely and to make sure that doesn't happen to you.

I would give this locale six stars if I could. I ustato go here quite a bit before i had to go to the Mainland; i come back after 9+ mi tha being gone and they recognize me. My London Fog was made to perfection and they switched from milk to soy (i honestly forgot to ask before i paid) without a problem. However, please do not go here for your caffeine and other drink and minor food related issues, as there are enough people who go there already and wait times can be longer than one would like. As a barista at another location, I'm aware of how speedy Starbucks is supposed to be. The morning shift is really well. But the evening was agitating. The barista was very much preoccupied with talking to her co worker who was clearly clocked out. The barista herself had her hair down which is a violation of the rules. My friend who I bought a drink for said the quality of the drink is junk. I'm posting this in the hopes that the store manager sees this and makes the appropriate change for her evening shift. Just because she herself isn't there all day, doesn't mean that baristas in any shift shouldn't represent the company well any less.

Convenient location, but there’s very limited seating. There’s only 1-2 outlets for the whole store! This place is a hotshot for students, though, so it gets packed pretty quickly. It shares a parking lot with a ton of other places, so be prepared to fight for a spot. The outdoor seating is decent, but the tables are mostly lopsided and hard to keep steady. The positives are that the staff is friendly, there’s the usual selection of items, and they’re quick to give the bathroom passcode. The WiFi signal is decent...you can actually get a good signal while in your car if you can find a spot up front!

There was 4 people in the bar. One was in the register. There was two people in front of me in the line. It took 8 min to put my order. And I had to wait 10 more min for my ice coffee. Not fair to have to wait almost 20 min for one coffee.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. I like Starbucks on the whole, but this is one of my favorites. They have a very nice atmosphere very friendly happy staff.. One of the best Starbucks in the area!!

This is a Starbucks I visit often. My drinks are always great. There is ample room to work and plenty of large tables for meetings. This Starbucks does not have a drive thru. The parking lot is small and somewhat hard to navigate. But, once inside this place is wonderful.

Service friendly and prompt. Breakfast sandwich yummy and hot. Employees attitude and discretion D-. Last thing I want to hear from the breakfast crew while trying to wake up from a short hotel sleep is about their working conditions, schedule conflicts, money problems and boy crushes. Save that talk for the powder room. If I was a secret manager dining at this location, I probably would fire or at least put on probation the entire Sunday breakfast crew.

This location turns all their lights off as soon as its dark an hour before close so they can leave ASAP. It always looks closed.

Excellent drinks, great variety of selections prices are the best that your going to get for any starbucks. Staff members are friendly and help in anyway they can. The wait is usually 5-10 minutes long which is fast because a-lot of other starbucks out there aren’t as quick as that. Drinks are made perfectly which is sometimes hard to find at other starbucks. Customer service is excellent and very cozy atmosphere. Perfect to bring your lab-top in and just relax with a cup of coffee. There are several places to sit so theres always enough room for everyone who comes in.

The barista who took my order on 3/29 completely changed my outlook that day from negative to positive. He said, "You looked distraught when you came in the door. Tell you what, this one's on me. Just make sure to pay it forward and be nice to someone you wouldn't normally be." (!!!) I love Starbucks coffee and have always gotten tasty drinks and great service at this location, but this person's perceptiveness and kindness just took my appreciation to a whole other level. My husband and I love Starbucks. But it was terrible experience in this store. We ordered one hot Ethiophia coffe and Iced Mocha Coffe. First time, they gave a iced coffe and iced Mocha and we waited over 5 minutes. It was OK to us. But what a terrible! We found "LONG HAIR" in iced Mocha coffee. I said to a cashier but she did not say, "Sorry" or did not show humble attitude. I never see hair in COFFEE (What.....) It was the worst experience in Starbucks. Bad experience time- Jan 20, 2017. 3:20pm

Being an Australian I am spoilt for amazing coffee even petrol stations serve it So Starbucks tastes like stuff you step in I do like the WiFi though Starbucks is brown milk and it's the reason they pulled out of the Australian market
