We we're greeted and helped quickly. The salesman enjoyed talking to my husband about Hawaiian coffee and about how great the Nespresso recycling program is. They really re utilize all of the pod versus other companies pods that just end up in a landfill.

I bought Esperanza de Colombia the fruits of a long term program to revive some of the great coffees we almost lost. Thank you Nespresso!

I went to this store and I have had plan to buy a coffee machine that posted in their website, the store mange was uncooperative at all, he told me there is NO coffee machine for sale with $99.99. I watched the ad next to the store. The store manager has not experience to deal with customer.

For years I was looking for the right and good coffee machine to brew a good coffee. I tried almost every machine out there, but none of those machine were easy to use, easy to maintaine fast to brew and have a good cup of coffee. But when my friend introduced me to Nespresso espresso I knew that was it. My search for the right coffee machine ended. I bought 2 nespresso coffee machines. Reasonable price, easy to use, fast brewing and makes a great Espresso and coffee. With a thick and smooth crema on both. Well worth it.

If you own a Nespresso Machine then going to this store is a great way to sample some of the coffee to see which ones to buy. The store is inside the mall and I very nice and organized. Will go back.

Let me start by saying that I love coffee. I have probably tried the coffee at every single coffee shop in my area. When I tried Nespresso, I was so impressed at how delicious and smooth the coffee tasted! So many coffee shops serve bitter coffee so this was an absolute treat!! I also love how Nespresso organizes the coffee by strength, boldness and flavors. It’s fun trying new coffees and being able to make them at home!! I rarely have a cup of coffee outside of my own home! I’ve also save so much money making my lattes cappuccinos and espresso’s at home! I highly recommend Nespresso !!

The employees are so nice and they are definitely willing to answer questions. All of their coffee pods are recyclable and the coffee itself is compostable. There are tastings of all the coffee at the store and it's a little pricey but worth it!

Too bad customer service was terrible, guy behind the counter thought we could not afford the Nespresso or something (Hispanic with glasses). When I asked a question about the pumpkin flavor he went directly to “you mean you wanna know the price?” Not only was I offended by that, even after ringing us up for $97.00 worth of Nespresso he was still rude. Terrible customer service, will just order online now.

Have been here only once. It's a neat shop. They have varieties of coffee you may have never seen and almost every type of machine for home brewing. You can sample one free coffee. Their system uses very tiny pods. Their coffee, even the lightest type, is extremely concentrated. It's enough to light your hair on fire. The machines are not for the budget minded person...avg price would start in the hundreds $$. Neat place to pop by, but too pricey for the average person.

Always a good experience when I've been. Staff is friendly and efficient. You are greeted wit ha smile upon entry, and they are more than happy to provide any samples. Coffee is great and out machine is working well. If you're curious about a new flavor or want to try a limited edition, I recommend checking it out.

The hospitality of this store really is the highlight of the mall. The sales reps are friendly, smiling, and helpful in introducing me to the coffee world. They generously offered me a cup of coffee and were very knowledgeable about the coffee making process and the plethora of flavors. Dani, in particular, is a lovely, personable, and intelligent employee, who at no time pushed any sales pitch. I would stop by more often, but I don’t want to take advantage of their generosity. Visit Nespresso, and say hi to Dani.

The tasting bar was a classy experience and a timely escape from the spring drizzle. The boutique staff provided perfect balance between assistance and distance, which allows me to explore on my own, yet have all my questions answered. Even for a person who does not own a Nespresso machine, it's fun stopping by to learn something new, sip a great cup of coffee and perhaps pick up one of the stylish accessories.

There were new employees I had not seen before & a manager was in today, perhaps that's the reason? I connected (spoke) with all 3 & each were friendly & polite. Just like the US but the machines are a little less and the coffee is a little more. Picked up a package of a pixie and 15 sleeves of coffee for 700 Dirhams (about $190) 150 latest would cost way more at caribou or starbucks.
