We have been eating at Coral Cafe in Burbank for many years and have never been disappointed. It was always my parents favorite place to eat, especially on Saturday mornings with the entire family. It's a lovely family owned restaurant with wonderful hospitality and delicious food. Along with dining inside they also have a patio area outside where you can sit and enjoy your meal al fresco. Love this place!

The food used to be mediocre, but it has improved considerably over the years. One great thing about this place is that the menu is as long as a novel. Plenty of diverse food choices, and you can ask them to customize pretty much anything you want. The table service is good. You can sit outside.

This is my go to place with friends when people have diverse tastes. It is a diner at heart, but the menu is like a book, and you can get everything from pancakes to Mexican food. Their salads are huge! Reasonably priced dining for anytime of the day or night.

My good friend Richard showed me this place a few years ago when I moved to Burbank! Before that He would always come over and bring me some of their desserts, and one of my greatest regrets is that I didn't go more than a handful of times with him while he was still around! Genuinely the best food ever the greatest folks serving it and for me some really awesome memories! If you come you'll have a good chance of seeing me and some of the other regulars!!! Coral Cafe makes my day [and late nights tooo]!

Just went with my husband, we were told to sit anywhere we wanted so we did, got served drinks, was told our waiter would be right with us yet no one ever shows up to take our order. I saw both a waiter and waitress take orders from people who came after us yet ignore us. After about 20 minutes or so of this we left. This is the second time now that we have come early in the morning and been ignored. The first time I figured it was a fluke occurrence but this time seemed like no fluke to me. I should also mention that my husband and I are a mixed race couple (black/white) so maybe that had something to do with it. I'm not sure but what I do know is that I won't be going there again for some time at least or possibly ever again.

The service is slow. I go here because the food is good and I get off really late sometimes and a late night breakfast is good at times. But as I said. I work late and waiting excessively for service after working 12-14 hrs is a little frustrating. I have come here many times at all different hours and this slow service seems standard. But as I said. The food is good.

It is a great spot with all different kinds of food (I highly suggest the sweet potato fries, zucchini fries and tortilla soup!) Never have been disappointed going to Coral. Great spot

It's average/okay quality food. Filled with old people and kind of boring. A nice place if you want Good Ole American but have no other ideas. Nice fallback. What I can say is that it's convenient and has a large menu. Sadly most of the option are just variants of the same thing: Mexican/Western/Chinese/Ceaser/Chicken Salad.

One of those places you need to visit! If you cant find something to eat here, there might be something wrong with you. It's hard to find a place with more items on the menu, and being a 24 hour place, if you're hungry for something specific at 3am, you know where to go!

This is just flat out my favorite diner in the world. They offer just about everything you might want for dinner, or for a late night snack, and the family that owes this restaurant are really good people. I have know them since I moved to Burbank in 1997, and they have always been very kind to me, even when I want some delicious concoction at 1:30am that I am wiling to drive in and pick up. There aren't many places like this owned by great people. Enjoy the eats and the atmosphere.

Not sure if this was just an off day for this place, but the food was super subpar. We had all ordered breakfast items, and in particular, those of us who got the waffles pretty much got what can only be described as "waffle toast". The waffles were crunchy, hard, stale, not at all fluffy, and about the worst waffle I have ever had. This was sorely disappointing as a result. Perhaps the Mexican food is better, but stay away from the breakfast items here.

I have been here repetitively, either with family or friends, and I am never disappointed. There is a fair share of free parking, either on the West side of the restaurant, or behind it, and on Burbank Blvd or the two side streets. I've never had to wait to get a table, as there are plenty of tables and wait staff to keep things moving. The menu is extensive, so there is always something for everyone to find something to choose from, no matter the likes or dislikes, allergies and food restrictions. They accommodate it all. PLUS, you can order anything off the menu, including breakfast, 24/7! That's awesome! I've always been very satisfied with what I choose to order, because the food is always good. The restaurant is always clean, inside and out. They do have tables outside, but I have never chosen to sit out there, because it is quieter to eat inside rather than out on Burbank Blvd. All the employees are friendly and really good at their job. I was invited by a theatre friend of mine after a show that we were working on, & I have invited others since then. Friends whom I have taken there have even asked if we could go back. I highly recommend Coral Cafe.

I was pleasantly surprised that you get what you paid for at this diner. I ordered a veggie melt to go, and they provided me a surplus of fries AND placed lettuce and pickles on the side. I also believe it is worth noting that they gave me ketchup and mustard. Most places assume that the consumer prefers ketchup over mustard.. I highly recommend!

An extensive menu available 24-hrs, ample seating and a comfortable, homey atmosphere make this a welcome alternative to Denny's. There's hardly ever a long wait for a table except when extremely busy. Outdoor seating on both the street side and a patio in back means you can dine al fresco to take advantage of the beautiful So Cal weather. The country decor is accented by iconic movie posters and photos and is often dressed for seasonal holidays. A great place to bring a large post-theater group or to brunch any day of the week.

I first ate here in about 1980. I hadn't been in the area for ages and decided to have a nostalgia lunch because I was nearby. It hasn't changed!.. much to my delight. The food had always been several notches above the average coffee shop and it still is. The service? In the past the servers were always fun and efficient. Today just the same. She was fast and fun and did her job with a twinkle in her eye. I wish I still lived nearby so I could eat here all the time.

This is our "go to" restaurant when we are in Burbank. The Tortilla soup is the best I have ever had. The service is good and they have a large menu to accommodate the pickiest eater. It is a diner so don't expect a five star restaurant. Good eats, good people and good service. Even when they are busy I have never had to wait very long for a table. Reliable local dining.

It looks like an old diner. Furniture is outdated. The deco is outdated. The only good thing is the restaurant is open for 24 hours. The Service: Our server checked on us a few times while we were there. Quite attentive; however, a little smile would make it more pleasant experience. Food is served pretty quickly. The Food: Chocolate Lava Cake - Moist and perfect sweetness. Chocolate Mousse Cake - Taste like powder mix for the mousse part... Went there with a friend a couple of months ago and we order tortilla soup, sweet potato fries and a sandwich, don't remember which one, it was my first time there and I loved it! The place it beautiful, cozy and make you feel like you're home, the staff is friendly, the food comes out quickly and it was delicious! Couldn't believe I was gonna love sweet potato fries the way I love theirs! Definitely coming back soon!

Pancakes are great but the waffles are my favorite. We we're seated quickly and the service was fast without coming across as rude. The staff worked well with each other to ensure service was rendered continuously. My coffee cup was never empty, which I highly appreciate :) Oh, and get the hot chocolate if you like sweet.

I love coral. I love the warmth and sweetness of this restaurant, I live that it’s open 24/7 and when I am visiting my family and we come to partake of 11:30pm Biscuits and Gravy they’re just as good as 9am ones. I love that I feel like I’m in a movie about a hometown diner when I’m here, set to perfection with the kind serving staff and their sassy but just senses of humour. I like the radical variety of their menu, I swear there’s nothing they don’t sell. American food through and through, which means enchiladas or shepherds pie. Showing our glorious heritage, but keeping the things that make this country great: our food. Our ability to celebrate good food and the flavours we all brought with us to share. My brother had kidney and onions last time we went, as an experiment and he liked them. :) My vegan family members find sautéed veggies just fine, but there are not many options besides that and salad. Coral’s fragrance is probably something between pie and family. It’s the essence of America, this dear sweet restaurant. Smack dab in a giant city, it’s where we all come and find home. It’s where we laugh till we cry and no one judges.

Sorta like family. The menu is quite large, with everything from Quesadillas, pancakes and cheeseburgers to salads and desserts. First experience good. Loved the decor. It was clean and had a fab display of deserts. Biscuits and gravy were very good. Definitely would return and recommend. The only down was I didn't get to try desert and our waitress never smiled or said thank you. As a matter of fact, her body language and facial feature looked as if she wasn't pleased to serve us.
