This location seems to do ok. Definitely some room for improvement though. The girls at both windows were very polite and sweet. I ordered the chicken pesto and it was pretty good, BUT ,all the chicken and cheese was sloppily put in the center of the sandwich and the pesto was a bit watery. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star sandwich. I will try them again in the future and see how they do next time though.

Loved my service here at the JFK location. I went through the drive through and both of the associates at the windows were very kind. I know one of the associates was named Leslie and she was super helpful and very sweet. I could see the manager on the floor working with his employees, and everything seemed to run smoothly. I got my smoothie (which tasted AMAZING) and was in and out like I expected. Very pleased with the experience I received here.

Horrible. Never have I ever written a review on any product but let me start by saying that this was the worst tropical Smoothie I have been to. Took me 20 minutes to get my food, the order turned out to be wrong, and on top of it all the food was cold. Horrible experience.

Great service and selection. Not really and low carb menu choices. They DO have a nutritional menu at the front register for diabetics and others who have dietary needs. The Kiwi Quencher and Bahama Mama are delish!! The three cheese chicken quesadilla, while somewhat small, is also an excellent and tasty quick lunch! Love this place and the staff are always super friendly!!!

I have been to this particular Tropical Smoothie location over a dozen times. The last few times I've been there have been terrible experiences. I've been given the wrong smoothie on multiple occasions and I recently watched an ungloved worker prepare my food, which disgusted me, because I also didn't see him wash his hands. I am most appalled at the service my mom and I received yesterday. We went inside to order and waited for about 10 minutes at the register before even being acknowledged. The young man finally took my simple order... an "Avocolada" smoothie. After I ordered and paid, he went back to taking drive-thru orders, while my mom stood waiting to order for another 5 minutes. As we stood at the register observing the chaos in the back, I noticed a female employee say, "I don't know how to make an Avocolada". I witnessed the cashier step into the kitchen and reach his unwashed, ungloved hand into the receptacle containing the kale and threw a large leaf into my smoothie cup. The ungloved female employee then ripped open a bag of some sort (I assume avocado) and continued making the smoothie. I explained what was going on to my mom so she decided to not order anything. Avoiding confrontation, I unhappily took the smoothie, and didn't ask for a refund, despite the fact I was not going to drink the contaminated smoothie. All customers of this (and other locations of) Tropical Smoothie: BE FOREWARNED OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS! This restaurant and it's employees have low standards for sanitation and hygiene. My mom and I will never eat at this Tropical Smoothie again.

Went a few hours ago. I got the peanut butter cup smoothie. I thought the banana would overwhelm the other flavors, (I was right) but it was more pleasant than I thought it was. I didn't get any actual food besides a cookie, though.

Bad experience today. Customer service is lacking. I ordered my food then there was an awkward silence, so I just pulled up. The cashier was so distracted she dropped my money outside the window in the drive thru. My side item was left out of my bag so I had to drive back to get it. My food tastes very processed! I ordered the Thai Bowl. I couldn't eat more than one bite. The chicken was dry and gross. I don't recommend this restaurant.

I typically like TSC. This one not so much recently. The service is usually good, but the food hasn't been up to par like some other locations. The tomatoes on my turkey bacon ranch we're straight mush, the kale apple slaw was missing the sauce that goes in it, and the kale was wilting and some of it Brown. Hopefully it gets better as this is the closest one to my home.

Decided to try this place on a whim. The quesadilla I got was fine, but the strawberry banana smoothie I got, had some chunks in it that were seriously sketchy. They had the texture and flavor of medicine tablets, and made the whole smoothie taste horribly bitter.

I love Tropical Smoothie, the staff is always friendly. The smoothies I recommend are the Sunny Day (secret menu item), the Kiwi Quencher is a fave, Blimey Limey, Very Berry Cranberry is also a must try! Food wise the quesadillas are all really good!

Their service was horrible there were mutliple orders just stacked up on the counter, and no organization, i saw about 6 people that passed by the window,staring at us but no one gave me our order i waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. I will not be going back to this location this has happened numerous times..not pleased at all. Food ok but cold by the time got.
