In my 29 years of living I've never cared to dine out because I'm always disappointed... but last night I had the best experience ever! Awesome waiter, she checked on us frequently & made sure we were good. Wait for the food a little longer than anticipated due to graduation but oh was it worth it!! Food was GREAT!!! Ate so fast I was miserable, felt drunk lol. My tab was kind of high which it usually is but I walked out proud of ever penny I spent! MY NEW SPOT!! Wish I could give my waiter a shout out but food was so great I forgot it! But my girlfriend & I will definitely return & get it next time!

In the area for a family beach trip. I called to place an order for a large traditional wing platter among other things and I asked the girl who was taking down my order how many wings come in that platter & she put me on hold & let someone else answer the phone and I had to restart my order. The beyond meat burger is disgusting and extremely over priced. They need to immediately return to the black bean burger from their old menu. I've been a vegetarian for over 4 years and that was the worse veggie burger I've ever tried. Also service was mediocre for being around 9:30 when they closed at midnight.

After we sat down the customers at a table next to us began complaining about a service dog with our group. They got kinda aggressive, but our waitress handled it fantastically. She brought them their ticket (made them pay it) and asked them to leave. Great service, great food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The bartender Veronica was the only one running around making sure all the customers where ok while all the other staff is just standing there. My experience was not good as what i expected It to be. The second i walked In with my reservation the girl walked up to me her name happened to be Hayley or some sort, she gave me a lot of attitude her words were “ARE YOU THAT PARTY OF 7 OR SOMETHING “ then i said Yes then we walked to the table and she didn’t even lay the menus around the table she threw another chair at the table and said “there you go” and just left and went on her phone. Went on Monday due to military discount offered on mondays. Me and my husband both ordered lunch menu items. It took 20 min for his beer and my raspberry tea to come out... tea was horrible. Looked like cloudy brown water and muddled raspberries were going bad. I ordered fresh fruit as side and the pineapple and strawberries were starting to turn and the watermelon was mealy. My husband had a shrimp pasta dish and noodles were undercooked. My chicken sandwich was very chincy and bread overly chewy. Lettuce was turning. Bill came and we were informed military discount could not be used on lunch specials. This needs to be posted somewhere. The entire experience was disappointing...

After I was seated it took about 15 minutes to get a waiter to help me. He explained their was some confusion about who was going to be my waitstaff. After he took my order and got my drink he was very good. He kept my drink full and got what I needed. I ordered grilled chicken and ribs. The chicken was wonderful as usual! Now the ribs were absolutely the worst I've ever had. They were way overcooked and the meat was hard as a rock. I couldn't even pull them apart. Over all a disappointing experience.

Came in and wasn’t seated for about 5 mi it’s u til someone noticed we were standing there , we were seated and than waited an additional 15 mins before the waitress even came to our table , I understand if she was busy , but I had 4 other people who worked there that walked by and just started . On top of this I Waited 45 minutes for a salad and a veggie burger . Manager didn’t even bother to come over to our table to apologize for the wait . When the food came out it was wrong on top of that and had to wait additional time on top of just waiting 45 mins. I find this ridiculous. This is why I haven’t been to this Friday in years . Always has horrible service .

I always do TGIF but mostly in NLR I stay in Maumelle but my girlfriend and I decided to do Conways TGIF (never again) Lindsey our waitress was rude and slow disappears for long periods of time no apologetic forgot to put our food order in even though we ordered everything at one time our glasses were empty zooming by our table when she was visible I think Black people are not really appreciated in there the way she treated us 2 black well dressed working class gals. Don't make excuses for Lindsey management it is what it is But the best thing about the whole night was "Wade " Appreciate you Wade TGIF deserves you. Thanks for treating us like human beings.

Honestly I was disappointed mainly by the bar staff. Our waitress was cool, relaxed and fun to talk to. The bar staff before and after the meal were just, not there. I actually had to go to the bar to get a drink while waiting for them to bring the drink that I ordered with my meal. Sad part is finished my bar beer before I went in to eat my meal. Over all the atmosphere wasn't bad and the staff was friendly but man, the bar staff just left a lot to be desired.

Idk where to start! 1 star... We sat down within 5 min. Waited 15 min for some1 to come to our table Waited 20 min for our drinks. 1 drink had a nat in it Waited another 47 min to get our food Currently waiting 15 min to see a manager. It's all you can eat shrimp, I'm only allowed to place 2 order because they about to close!! But I've patiently been waiting like over an hour for service. Smh. And they are not packed! Got my food, its only room temp, not sending it back, i'll just take it home and nuke it. Uggh still no manager. We're at 25 minutes now... Server is sweet, i hate to complain but like geez

Me and two of my friends came into Fridays and sat at the bar, we got a beer and the bartender was nice at first. Then we ordered food and it was not good. It just tasted frozen and it doesn't look good. We ordered 3 oreo milkshakes and they took at least 20 minutes when the bar isn't full. Finally when we got them the bartender said and I quote "you better appreciate me making these because they are so annoying" another person that I assume was the cook came up behind us and said "I'm so surprised you got her to make those, she never makes them and hates it" we all felt really unwelcomed and I will never come back.

The server was nice, but the food was bad. My husband ordered a steak medium-well, and it was shoe leather tough. I asked for salad dressing on the side, but it was soaked. The waitress who takes your order doesn’t bring your food which means she can’t check to be sure your order is correct. It’s a stupid system that encourages problems. Skip this place.

In general, I'm not a huge fan of the chain restaurants. It's not that tgi Fridays was bad. It's more that it was an average chain restaurant, and they're all really not that great. I had a filet there, that was about what I would expect from a $22 steak. It was a little tough, a bit overcooked (I ordered medium, it came out more medium-well to well done...there was almost no pink) but the wait staff was good and friendly. When mistakes were made, they were prompt to fix them.

Not a good experience at all! I called two days prior to our visit and asked for a table for 15. When we arrived there was nothing set up, and we still had to wait to be seated. It was not busy, there was literally one other table. We asked if we could have the back room which wasn't being used. We were told no because they only had one server. On a Friday they only had one server. The server was so rude. I am a server myself and I would never be that way towards my guests. Requests for refills were met with an attitude. When we asked for the menu insert for the 2 for $20 deal they were having we got an attitude and they have us one insert for the whole table to look at. Appetizers took over a half hour and were mostly mozzarella sticks. The food came out at random spurts. Next time we won't waste our time or money. No one minds waiting or mix ups if the staff is nice about it.

I didn't know they had a brunch menu until yesterday. We were very pleased!! The steak and eggs and chicken and waffles meals were fantastic, and so much food. You should stop in on Sunday and try it, you won't be dissapointed.

Half of our meal was good, half was terrible. We went for brunch. I ordered the steak and eggs. I ordered a medium rare steak. There was no pink in the entire piece of steak. Bit the rest of my plate was ok. My wife ordered French toast with two over easy eggs. The center of the French toast was soggy and mush. Her eggs were sunnyside up and even terribly undercooked for sunnyside up. They came back and said the French toast was frozen and wasn't thawing properly so we needed to order something else. Our glasses were dirty with food stuck to them in several places. I dont usually ask for a comp but I asked if we could get some deal because my wife and had to eat at seperate times. They gave us 25% off. Which was ok, I just thought the whole ordeal maybe deserved at least a 50% off. Terrible experience but our server was very nice.

Have you ever accidentally answered a hot iron, like it was your cell phone? TGIF is the dining equivalent. The food is not bad, but the service is lacking urgency and I was not partaking of alcohol. Also, could have been a holiday, meaning scads more people in restaurants. Upside is you dont have to cook it or clean up after yourself. Downside, people see you in TGIF. Could be worse, you could be in prison. #firstworldproblems

This TGIFriday is the worst. I waited 20 minutes on a soup and salad. I got there at 11:06am. They opened at 11am. I asked the waitress to bring what ever came 1st and she told me that neither was made. She then preceded to yell in the back asking the cook to make my SIDE salad, a few minutes later I could hear someone asking what was supposed to be on the salad. I walked the Hell out. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Tonight was the worst experience ever. This is our first time going out to this TGI Fridays with our children. The place was not very packed at about 830p. Our server was not appropriately dressed. He looked as if he was working on the dish machine and came out to serve. He was overloaded with tables. We ordered by 904p and had no food or appetizers until about 934p. We were served our dinner by 945p which was okay. Our server was working in two different locations. It was not told to us that there would be a wait for service but service was really bad tonight. We were there so long that things started to slow down and pick back up. There were tables dirty that sat dirty the entire time we were there. People were sat at dirty tables and the hostess came back after they were seated with menus and a rag to clear the tables while they were seating down. Overall, the service was not up to par. It did seem like the staff was short in the dining area. I do not think we will be visiting this establishment again.

Rated one star because there was not an option for less...server seems distracted and we were often tended to as she was passing by with someone else's dish, drink, napkins etc. and then forgotten about, even though we were seated right by the kitchen. As we sat down a huge belch bellowed out of the kitchen and I thought, "so classy and inviting". It took 20 minutes before we received the tea and water we requested and had our order taken. THIS WAS NOT A BUSY PLACE! Our appetizer came out and was skimpy and cold. A booth across from us arrived 25 minutes after we did and had their entree before our app even arrived! Our food came and my fries were unseasoned (menu stated seasoned) and were cold. My chicken sandwich had no spicy mayo. When we could FINALLY get our server's attention she shouted into the kitchen for the missing condiment. Then promptly forgot about me. After approximately ten minutes sitting there with my sandwich open waiting, she breezed by and said "how's everything?" When she saw I hadn't touched my food, she came back with a pink sauce that tasted like it had cleaning fluid in it. No, didn't eat that. We thought we would give this place a try since we had never been...we should have paid attention to the empty parking lot and eaten somewhere else. We won't go back and do not recommend anyone eating there. Ever. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This placed used to be pretty good...but not anymore. Up until about a year ago this place was one of my favorites. My wife and I would eat here at least once a month. The service and the quality of the food has been steadily going down hill for the past several months, and tonight ranks as one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had at any dining establishment. The service was absolutely terrible. It's Wednesday evening about 7pm and the place was really slow, not many patrons ( I guess I should have took this as a clue). We were seated right away, but it was about 10 minutes (which is a very long time when you're waiting) for anyone to acknowledge that we've been seated. When we were finally waited on and placed our order and the food came the quality wasn't all that good. My dish was supposed to come with sauce, which I never got, even after asking two separate people two different times. So, I ate the meal without the sauce. When we were done eating we had to wait, and wait, and wait to get the check. Sorry TGI Fridays, ...I may not be back.

I bought a brownie obsession 14 Feb. 19 was not happy with it at all. I got sugar coated pecans, which I have only gotten one other time but was given the plain pecan with no problem. This time when I said something the first thing the waitress said is I will get the manager. The manager said the menu had changed but she would look and see if there was some plain pecan. She came back and said there were not any.plain pecans so I went to the car and the brownie was not hot anymore so I asked for my money back and again I was told I will get with the manager. This time it was a male and he asked if my problem was the pecans, which I said yes; he went in and got some and I was very upset by then so I just took the brownie and left. So where did the plain pecan come from? Next time give me my money back please because when paying eight dollars and some change for the brownie I want what I got the other times I bought it because that's why I bought it all the other times. I use to buy one every week .

We walked in and decided to sit at the bar after a 2hr drive home. We were exhausted and extremely hungry. Fridays served us watered down drinks and food over cooked' the cheese sauce which was apart if a marinara sauce was burned. The only thing tasty was the brocolli. The people at the bar were grossly loud and offensive. One person was screaming out there friends names and cursing. Management did nothing until I brought it to her attention. There was no way management did not see nor hear the horrific behavior the bartender was contending with. Someone else who sat at the bar remarked on the language and loudness of the others as she paid her bill and left. We will never eat there again! The manager was kind and attempted to sooth our woes however there is no energy intense enough to correct already distributed terrible customer service.

My boyfriend and I just had an absolutely wonderful meal!! Our server, Nick, rocked! He answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. The food was cooked to perfection. We had the 2 for $14, was the steak, salmon and coconut shrimp. The steak was cook perfectly, the salmon was fresh and the taste vivid, and the shrimp was tender and juicy. And the manager, Carissa, was first class!! We had no wait time and would highly recommend you stop by!!

The only thing that was pleasant about my recent visit was the waitress. The food was terrible. The ribs were tasteless and dry. We had them sent back for cajun chicken and shrimp and it was bland and void of any of the flavors I am used to. Since this is one of my favorite dishes I knew it well. The burgers were burned and dry. Management even explained that a new cook was in the kitchen and the other cook was mediocre....just aweful... Everyone around us was complaining about their food of which was sent back. We still tipped the waitress well because none of it was her fault. Friday's has lost a well paying customer.

We went for a birthday party and the manager decided to close early on a Friday night. As soon as we were seated we were informed that we had 15 minutes to order our food and drinks because the kitchen and bar were closing down but that there was no "rush". We ordered and after 40 minutes or so finally received our food keep in mind there were only 3 tables besides our own being occupied in the entire restaurant and by the time we received our food there was us and one table being used. One of the guest received chicken fingers that weren't cooked and was told sorry they had turned the grill off and it must not have been cooked fully, she then didn't get to eat at all. I had placed a large order for eating there and a to go order in which the manager assured me was made because I had ordered well before the cutoff time for the kitchen she then sent the waitress out to inform me that it actually never got made. As a manager of a restaurant she was horrible she needs to ensure her customers are satisfied before allowing the kitchen to close and if she fails there she needs to take responsibility for the issues instead of sending the waitress out to tell the customer or saying a half felt "sorry" and telling her paying guests that she can't help them. Now for the 50 plus dollars worth of food we didn't receive she offered us a free appetizer card and as this was my husband's first time there and to be disrespected in such a way why would we want to go back? The manager threw her employees under the bus with every single thing she said but does she not know that she was in charge and ultimately responsible for everything that she allowed to happen by allowing her kitchen crew to close before they finished preparing her guests food. Also when "you" allow such a huge issue to happen its your responsibility to make it right for the customer's satisfaction. As a manager in a restaurant myself I never would have blown off a verbal customer complaint without making every effort to correct the problem to ensure that I didn't lose customers permanently. I went to applebees to get food in place of the food that they refused to make here and had it in less than 20minutes and they were much busier than tgifridays because they were still open for business.

Terrible! Avoid! When I entered they automatically sat me at the bar bc I was 1 person. Mind you it wasnt busy at all. I sat down, 15 minutes go by and the bartender that had walked past me 7 times didn't even bother taking my order. He engaged with others. The bar was dirty & desperately needed wiped down. He didnt even do that. I left after 20 minutes. I come to this town monthly!!! Now I know why I always end up downtown. But tonight i was exhausted & its 5 minutes from my hotel. Now 30+ minutes later im searching for food! Terrible service!!!!

I saw a similar post a while ago about someone at Applebee’s or something. I’ve always been skeptical about ordering steaks anywhere since then. However, tonight I really wanted one. I ordered to-go from TGI Fridays (Conway, AR) and when I got home I thought, “wow this seems really small....” I decided to try the weight test. Well what can you guess? I paid $20 for a meal and literally got HALF the meat. I’m not one to post a critical review because I get it, a bad day or something. But this has NOTHING to do with customer service and all to do with greed. As a college student (and anyone else who eats here) we work hard for our money. I hate being taken advantage of, but even worse, I hate when OTHERS are being taken advantage of. I’m ashamed of TGI Fridays. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but I know it does. Maybe they’ll see this and make an adjustment.

Where do I start!????? First when walk in i have servers constantly walking by me, no greeting with attitudes on their faces like i spit at them or something, took ten minutes to be asked about seating, with several empty tables. Then was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait by one, in order for her to clean off a table. I have a party of 5 (its my birthday mind you) and we finally get seated. Nothing, as far as salt pepper or condiments are on the table. The server comes over after an a few mins takes our order and drink order at the same time....

We had been waiting for our food for more than 45 minutes on a Tuesday evening. Most of us got the same thing. 5 adults 3 kids (kids got the same thing too). The food was sub par. My father asked for melted butter, she came back with a small cup of a chunk of butter....not melted...I guess he was suppose to rub it on the dry broccoli and pray it would melt...They gave my sister a steak that was super well done when she ordered a med. rare. Food is not what I remembered. We live in an area where there are no TGIF'S so we were excited to get back to one. Needless to say, we are thoroughly dissatisfied. Also, THE PLACE ISN'T BUSY AT ALL!!! Maybe we should have waited until FRIDAY to come to Fridays..smh..never again. I still left the waitress a tip though

Our waiter wasn't attending our table as he should have. It took 15-20 minutes for my table to get 1 soup and there was one other table in the waiters sections at this time. And that table was served their meal already. Along with that he wasn't there to check up on us at all. He started to do his job when the manager talked to him about it. Before that though i had to head to a waiter's station to grab my own napkins. It was poor service all around and it was sad because he was informed that it was my younger siblings birthday and she was excited to have them sing for her.

First, Let me start by saying our server Chelsea with the beautiful red goddess braids was such a sweetheart. She was very patient, super attentive, and very kind. We really enjoyed her customer service and her spirit. We give Chelsea 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sadly our overall experience was not that great. Our son received a raw burger. It was suppose to be well done. He had already devoured half of it when we were alerted that it was not cooked properly. Unfortunately, he woke up complaining of a stomach ache. The food was mediocre. We stopped in for dessert after a night with friends and I was pleasantly surprised. I did not expect anything from TGI Fridays to taste that good. The brownie obsession is amazing! If you haven't tried it, definitely do. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately and the establishment was very clean. If I was ever in the Conway area again, I would definitely visit.

Server was ok, although she was talking to literally every single customer for a very long time to the point where I had to ask the hostess for two appetizer plates. Our order had a specific "no cheese" because of an allergy and it had to be re-made. It took FOREVER so the server asked if we wanted chips and salsa. Sure, why not? Chips and salsa.. or semen and salsa is what I called it because it had some nasty white junk in there. It was straight up watery, too. Both of us gagged. This ramekin was full of some other customer's sour cream/salsa mixture. We'll never know, but I gag for real every time I think about it. I attached a picture for your viewing pleasure. We refused to eat our entrees which were brought out during mid-gag, offered to pay for our drinks and onion rings but the manager was very kind and comped the entire bill. Never going here again.. I am gagging just thinking about that nasty salsa.

If I could rate it Zero, I would! I've gone to the Dover location numerous times in the past. I have never had this type of experience until last night. My husband and I had a sitter for our children while we had a dinner date for our anniversary. The customer service was beyond poor, the server very rude! We ordered a drink a piece, an appetizer, and 2 steaks. The steaks took over a half an hour to come out, were not cooked right at all, asked the server to let the cook or manager know, which she then questioned us about what to do about it and started getting defensive/snippy. I then asked to see a manager, which she then stated "Yeah, I'll go do that". At this point, our food was not cooked right, we had empty drinks for at least 20 minutes, and we had a server who obviously should not be working in customer service. We sat at our table for another 10 minutes, no manager. We then got up from the table, and then went to the bar to request a manager. another 10 minutes almost before they came out to speak with us. They tried to take off our appetizer and drinks, but charge us for the dinners that we didn't even eat. We stated we'll pay for what we actually ate and drank. She then pointed out that our second drink order had finally hit the bar, as we're speaking with her. She apologizes for the service, and even states that they weren't busy so there was no reason that it should've taken that long. I'll never go to this location again!

No:( just no...save your money and go somewhere else. I feel like if I’m ordering a take out and I’ve ordered Wings with a side of French fries. There should be no reason what so ever that my French fries taste like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for several hours. Take the time to make fresh French fries while my wings are cooking. That’s the smart thing to do. But instead, they serve me old French fries with mediocre wings. Idk what’s going on with this restaurant but Friday’s needs to get it together, and quick!

The only booth seating that was available was in the bar. Some of the wait staff was very polite and somewhat attentive, while other wait staff was somewhat rude and I really was not getting them. The spinach artichoke dip ($8.99) was delicious! It had lots of spinach and artichokes in it and was very filling. I had the Sizzling Chicken and shrimp plate ($13.59). It was 2 grilled chicken breasts cooked in a garlic butter sauce(I believe) with cheese. The sauce was delicious, but the chicken itself was kinda bland. It really needed the cheesy sauce to boost the flavor. The plate came with about 5 or 6 pieces of shrimp in a marinara sauce. For me the flavors didn’t mesh but the shrimp was good. The plate also came with mashed potatoes. They were delicious. It was enough food that I took about half of it home. My daughter had an American Cheeseburger with fries ($8.99) she ordered it well done and said it was a really good burger. It came with cheese, pickles, lettuce, and red onion. No mayo or condiments were on it. She usually adds mayo but she said the burger was really good without it. She also ordered a blueberry pomegranate Long Island Ice Tea ($5), which I sipped on. It was delicious! It had mashed up blueberries in it with lemon wedges. She squeezed the lemon into the drink and stirred it up, which gave it more a the lemony flavor, but it was good! I had a Dr. Pepper with my meal that set me back $2.59. The total for our meal of 1 appetizer, 2 entree’s, 1 soda, and one alcoholic beverage was $44.37, including taxes. In comparison with other restaurants of this nature the ticket was about average for what we ordered. I would go back to this restaurant simply for the spinach and artichoke dip!

Terrible service. Asked for a booth, we were told that there was no empty booths.... The other section we asked about being seated at, we were told that it's closed off because no waiters are in the area Wich clearly had people sitting in it ... We just decided to order from the high chairs when she pointed us to an empty.booth and said that we could sit there . After sitting in the booth for a small amount of time without any service, not even a drink a server approached us and asked for identification.. I am above the legal age but my friend was under age so because of that we were told we have to be moved again after we were already being instructed to take a seat.

I graduated high school today and Fridays is a couple blocks from the school, so, like after most events, swarms of people come to Fridays all at once. That being said it was hectic with large groups of people coming in, not to mention they were kind of short staffed, however my waitress Velanie (not sure if that's how you spell it) handled everything very well. I was a party of six and there were a few other parties as big as or even bigger than ours but despite it being busy our waitress was always attentive. Towards the end of our dinner it became very crowded so our things started coming out very late but our waitress constantly apologized and reassured us it was coming. She was clearly overwhelmed but she did a great job. Our food took a little long to come out at first but I'll credit that to the fact that our waitress wanted all our food to come out at the same time and it wasn't a long enough wait to be frustrating or anything like that. I got the buffalo wings and a bacon burger, it was good. The wings aren't too spicy, nothing to set you mouth on fire. My mom got the sesame jack chicken and the pot stickers and both were delicious. 10/10 would recommend trying those. All in all my experience was great.

First time trying Fridays and having bad experience. Waited for like 20 minutes for someone to come to our booth. One waiter stopped by and said that he is in training and will be right back, but never came. I understand that they may be busy, but it’s Thursday night and the guy who stopped by our table could at least ask if we wanted something to drink. That’s why we just left. I would not recommend this place.

It was pretty good- the food was awesome, our server Donye (hope I spelled that right) was AWESOME! Triple gold star service. We had ribs, and the "sizzlin' chicken and shrimp. Also the French onion soup- it was AAAALMOST perfect- just needs more cheese. LOTS more cheese. Now, you got 4 stars instead of 5 forc2 reasons: 1. The really badly thought out ceramic "boards" instead of real plates. Terrible idea apparently thought up by some suits who have never ever served food, or had to eat off of the things. With no "lip" food simply slides right off onto the floor or table. Any juices or sauces drip onto tables (and clothes). Toss 'em and get real plates. 2. The ap is terrible. Difficult to download and very hard to navigate. I was very grateful for our AMAZING server Donye who was able to walk me through the options. Please get a 5th grader to design your ap and fire whoever does it now. Aside from the 2 minor issues above, everything else was great. It was a particularly busy night, but the seating, service and food were great.

We placed an order to go. Online prices were lower than in the restaurant. We live less than A mile from them. Our food was extremely cold and flavorless. We had to add seasonings and microwave the food to warm it up.

We waited an hour and a half for our food at a table of 9. I get that it's a lot. Our waiter was great and was tipped accordingly. The food was cold and unimpressive. The tickets were wrong and then there was a "glitch" in the system that didnt compute the special correctly. Won't be returning, as the manager came to the table and never once offered amends for horrible kitchen service.

Ordered online. The service was great. Food ready on time . Had a couple of different ribs, the classic and the Jack Daniel's. Both were delicious, fall off the bone, as good as any barbecue restaurant . Fries and slaw were okay, but the ribs were the Stars!
