Quaint coffee shop, good and friendly workers. Only bad thing is that the HOT peanut butter mocha was lukewarm. I doubt this is customary, but it was a bit disappointing.

I have one word RUDE!!, when did common manners go flying out the window.? To speak to a customer in that smart butt tone is not necessary, My son has special needs and does not understand that tossing paper out the window is wrong; tosses paper from the backseat:The young lady balled out my son right there before I could even say sorry for him: She gave me the most hateful look ever and stormed off to get our order: When she came back I was going to explain and help with clean: When in A smart butt tone told me tossing paper was wrong: The stAtement in itself would have been ok but her tone and hateful facial expression was too much and rude :It’s ironic that she was rudely talking to me and my son and the trash cans around the entire building were running over with food trash,!, I would advise management to help her with her people skills: Yes paper on ground is bad but rude behavior when u don’t know the whole story is far worse: I would advise no paper tossing at Sweet Bay or u will be talked to very rudely and that facial expression could stop u in your tracks ! I hope she was able to rudely get that trash around that building cleaned up , When did being nice to everyone stop . U might change friendly. Staff to only if they feel like it , u are normal and don’t litter, Beware, ps coffee was not that good : By the way I am feeling very sick after drinking that coffee: I hope she did put something in the coffee to further her attack, just over a piece of paper the size of a pack of gum:. I know that management will be so proud that she takes the environment so seriously that she is willing to run off customers, who spend amount 20:00 buck per week there, oh that’s paper too,

Ordered a double coffee with cream at the drive thru. When we got to the window, noone ever showed up so after a few minutes I walked in and 2 teens were giggling looking at their cellphone. I told them that I have been waiting and that I will take my coffee for free. The boy handed it to me and I left. Man it seems as though teenagers and young adults have no work ethic or customer service skills.

I don't even know why I keep going back to Sweet Bay. Every time I ask for a soy latte I get a foamy cappacciono drink that doesn't taste like soy milk. Perhaps their sweet drinks are good but their regular coffees and lattes are bad and they should feel bad.

Love me some Sweetbay! I always get the raspberry dark chocolate and I recommend it hot. They also have some very healthy wraps that are good for you, and for once have turkey and other choices than just chicken (I'm actually allergic to chicken). So I highly recommend them!

We visit family in Fort Smith every year (we're from Austin Texas) and we always have to stop into Sweet Bay for some of the best coffee you can buy. We also always buy a few pounds of beans, and love the wide variety of flavors! Always a must-visit place :)

Staff is generally friendly and professional. The breakfast sandwiches are very good. Our only complaint is we have stopped ordering the drink we want because they do not know how to make it (several different employees have made the drink and none of them have gotten correct and it's not a complicated drink, especially for a coffee shop. It's literally a hazelnut cappuccino, that's it) We order a cappuccino and get handed a latte everytime. The last time we finally decided asked them to please fix it because we didn't want a latte, the girl dumped out the top 1/3 of what was in the cup and added a tiny scoop of froth
